Background During the last decades, the growing number of shoulder replacement has increased the associated complications. Periprosthetic fractures have a low incidence but can be a severe clinical condition, especially in elderly population. There are still no guidelines to define the best treatment protocol for post-operative periprosthetic humeral fractures. Factors associated to these fractures and consequently the decision-making for the best treatment seem to be patient-related but also correlated with the type of implant. The aim of this study is to analyze the patient’s risk factors, fracture pattern, implant type and treatment, evaluating the outcome with a long-term follow-up. Methods A retrospective study was performed on more than 2700 shoulder prostheses implanted over 10 years in two specialized centers, identifying 19 patients who underwent surgery for post-operative periprosthetic fracture. Gender, age, comorbidities, type of prosthetic implant, type of fracture, and cortical index of each patient were evaluated. All patients underwent surgery and were evaluated with a mean follow-up of 5 years with radiographic controls and functional assessment with the Constant–Murley score. Results Complete healing was achieved in 18 of 19 patients. All patients presented a lower Constant–Murley score than the pre-fracture score, there were no significant differences between prosthetic implants, and the cortical index was lower than the threshold level in more than 60% of cases. Conclusion The results of this study showed that a correct preoperative planning is essential to evaluate the type of implant and possible signs of stem mobilization. With a stable stem, it is preferable to maintain it and proceed to a synthesis. The decision process is more complex in periprosthetic fractures with a reduced cortical index, when some radiolucency lines are present in stems with high primary stability, because it is not always indicative of an unstable stem. IntroductionLiterature shows overlapping alterations in brain structure in Attention-deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and substance use disorder (SUD), suggesting shared pathophysiological mechanisms. It is unclear to what extent family history (trait) effects and/or substance misuse (state) effects explain the observed overlap.ObjectivesOur aim was to examine the effects of (i) SUD family history (FH) and (ii) substance misuse on brain structure in ADHD.MethodsWe compared structural MRI data (cortical thickness; subcortical volumes) between (i) ADHD subjects and controls with or without FH (ADHD-FH+: n=139; ADHD-FH-: n=86; controls-FH+: n=60; controls-FH-: n=74), and (ii) FH-matched ADHD groups with and without substance misuse and controls (ADHD+SM, ADHD-only and controls, n=68 per group). Furthermore, we explored whether FH effects were more pronounced in subjects with SUD in both parents (n=63) compared to subjects with one SUD parent (n=105) and without FH (n=160).ResultsThere was no main FH effect on brain structure. ADHD+SM showed decreased CT in inferior frontal gyrus (IFG) compared to controls, while no difference was found between ADHD-only and ADHD+SM or controls. Subjects with SUD in both parents showed decreased thickness of IFG and volume of nucleus accumbens (NAcc), compared to those with one SUD parent.ConclusionsSubstance misuse in ADHD might result in smaller IFG, which is in line with findings in SUD-literature. A contribution of premorbid alterations, due to FH, could not be ruled out, particularly for IFG thickness. Future studies should further investigate the potential role of these regions in treatment and prevention strategies.DisclosureNo significant relationships.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengukuran sifat fisika dan kimia air di lapangan berupa suhu, daya hantar listrik, pH, dan ion HCO 3 - , serta analisis hidrokimia di laboratorium terhadap contoh air dari sumur bor, mata air, dan sungai bawah tanah. Interpretasi aliran air tanah karst sebagai bentuk interaksi antara air (H 2 O), CO 2 , dan CaCO 3 dilakukan dengan menghitung indeks kejenuhan CaCO 3 dan tekanan parsial CO 2 . Hasil analisis menunjukkan air tanah pada mata air dan sungai bawah tanah memiliki tingkat interaksi air- CaCO 3 lebih singkat dan interaksi air-CO 2 lebih lama dibanding air tanah pada sumur bor. Kondisi tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa sistem akuifer karst pada satuan plato Wonosari memiliki karakter aliran difusi yang bersifat tertutup, sedangkan pada satuan perbukitan karst Gunungsewu menunjukkan adanya perubahan karakter aliran secara difusi pada zona epikarst menjadi aliran konduit. This study was conducted by measuring the physical and chemical properties of water in the field: temperature, electrical conductivity, pH, and HCO 3 - , as well as hydrochemical analysis of major ions in the laboratory against water samples from boreholes, springs, and underground rivers. Groundwater flow system as a result of water-CO 2 -CaCO 3 interaction is interpreted by calculating the saturation index of CaCO 3 and the partial pressure of CO 2 . The results of the analysis show that groundwater in springs and underground rivers have shorter water-rock interaction and longer water-CO 2 interactions than groundwater in boreholes. This condition indicates that the karst aquifer system in the Wonosari plateau unit has a character of diffusion flow (closed system), whereas in the Gunungsewu karst hills shows a change in the character of the flow diffusion in the epikarst zone into a conduit flow.

Objective: Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) is a benign tumor located in prostate caused by prostate cell that will continuously grows which covalent with the aging process and the dihidrotestosteron level (DHT) increase. Prostate Hyperplasia can stop the urethra pars prostatics and causesa clogging in the urine’s flow excretes from bladder. Lower Urinary Tract Symptomps (LUTS) is a bladder muscle compensation mechanism to excrete urine. Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is one of the risk factors of BPH. This research aimed to find the differences on the degree of severity and quality of life BPH DM with BPH non-DM. Material & Methods: This research was observational analytic with cross sectional design which done to 32 subjects that consist of 16 BPH-DM subjects and 16 BPH non-DM in Bina Sehat Hospital Jember, Paru Hospital Jember, and Bhayangkara Hospital Bondowoso which meet to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data acquired from lead interview result using International Prostate Symptoms Score (IPSS) questionnaire to evaluate the degree of severity and World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL-BREF) questionnaire to evaluate the quality of life. The data processing using Mann Whitney’s comparative test. Results: IPSS and physic domain, psychology and social had p value in a row 0.001; 0.000; 0.001; and 0.001. Conclusion: It showed that there was a meaningful difference between BPH DM with BPH non-DM. Environment domain had p value of 0.373. It showed the non-meaningful difference between BPH DM with BPH non-DM.

confidentiality management of Visum et Repertum (VeR) is compulsory for health service facility as the executor and guarantor for its patient medical confidentiality that, VeR is executed merely by the authorities. Bhayangkara Hospital in Bondowoso is an institution under State Police of The Republic of Indonesia that is responsible for police medical administration including VeR. With regard to this, it is crucial that VeR confidentiality management should meet the regulation concerning victim’s privacy rights as the patient in health facility. Qualitative method was employed with empirical juridical approach obtained from observation and in depth interview with 11 informants determined by purposive sampling. The research findings reveals that the urgent of VeR confidentiality of the victims of decency crime adheres the Law of Witness and Victim Protection, law of child protection and Law of domestic violence. The VeR of the victim of decency crime in Bhayangkara Hospital in Bondowoso has obeyed the law in terms of victim confidentiality, management of execution, report and VeR medical records of decency crime. However, based on Law on Hospital and Ministry of Health’s Regulation on Medical Records, it is mentioned that Medical Records Unit is also supposed to be responsible for the management, reports, and VeR recording in Bhayangkara Hospital Bondowoso.Keywords: Management, confidentiality, decency crime, hospital, VeR

Tujuan pembuatan proyek akhir ini adalah mampu mendapatkan suatu sistem pengamanan kendaraan bermotor yang mudah digunakan dan dapat dihandalkan. Rancangan alat ini terdiri dari sebuah mikrokontroller sebagai mengolah data, antarmuka Sensor Kompas, Switch Push Button, LCD, Driver alarm dan Catu daya. Sistem ini juga di dukung oleh mikrokontroler ATMega328 yang merupakan komponen utama yang berfungsi sebagai pusat Kendali berbagai macam peripheral yang terhubung dalam sistem ini, yaitu sensor CMPS03, LCD dan Driver alarm. Komponen ini juga berfungsi sebagai tempat pengolahan data yang akan diproses. Sistem yang digunakan menggunakan sensor kompas CMPS-03 sebagai input untuk mendeteksi mendeteksi adanya bahaya dari perubahan arah dan akan memberikan sinyal ke mikrokontroler agar dapat mengaktifkan alarm system yang merupakan output dari sistem ini. The design tool consists of a microcontroller as data processing, compass sensor interface, push button switches, LCD, driver alarm and power supply. The system is also supported by the microcontroller ATmega328 which is the main component that serves as a control center of a wide variety of peripherals that are connected in this system, namely CMPS-03 sensor, LCD and alarm driver. This component also functions as a data processing to be processed. The system used to use a compass sensor CMPS-03 as an input to detect detect any danger of a change of direction and will give a signal to the microcontroller to activate the alarm system is the output from this system. Wind speed measurement system is used based Microcontroller Arduino Uno and connected via wireless, which is a device measuring instrument portable, inexpensive and reliable In this design method used is divided into two: the design of hardware and software design. Hardware design includes the design wind speed gauges that use Arduino Uno microcontroller, sensor optocoupler to detect the number of round bowls and wireless NRF24L01 as a link, while software design using Arduino Uno programming. The results of this design is a wind speed measuring device using optocoupler sensor Arduino Uno microcontroller-based and can be used as a measuring tool that is appropriate if each reading data written calibration factor, and a margin of error of 0.008% to 0.30% of the GM-816 anemometer Benetech. Hasil dari perancangan ini adalah suatu alat pengukur kecepatan angin menggunakan sensor optocoupler berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino Uno dan dapat dijadikan alat ukur yang tepat jika setiap pembacaan datanya ditambahkan faktor kalibrasi, dengan margin error 0.008% sampai 0.30% terhadap anemometer Benetech GM-816. Dewasa ini kita melihat iklan ada dimana-mana disajikan dalam berbagai media dan dengan kreasi yang menarik perhatian publik. Setiap iklan memiliki daya tariknya tersendiri, efisiensi dan efektivitas iklan dalam menarik perhatian publik tidak lepas dari media yang digunakan. Iklan yang disajikan dalam media cetak tentu memiki daya tarik yang tidak sama dengan iklan yang dimuat dalam media elektronik. Oleh karena itu dalam tugas akhir ini dirancang sebuah alat berupa display moving sign yang dapat menampilkan berbagai teks dan karakter lainya, yang dimanfaatkan sebagai papan iklan elektronik dengan harga terjangkau. Proses kerja alat ini yaitu dengan menggunakan sebuah mikrokontroler ATMega328 yang terintegrasi pada sebuah modul Arduino UNO328 sebagai pusat kendali system. Driver display menggunakan 14 buah shift register untuk menambah ekspansi port input/output, menerima data serial dan merubah data tersebut menjadi data pararel untukj mengaktifkan led dotmatriks pada display. Teks atau karakter pada display di update menggunakan sebuah smartphone melalui komunikasi bluetooth. Untuk dapat berkomunikasi dengan smartphone tersebut alat ini menggunakan modul HC-06 sebagai Bluetooth transceivernya yang akan menerima data dari smartphone dan mengirimnya ke modul Arduino. Data teks dan karakter ditampilkan pada display yang tersusun dari led Dotmatriks berukuran 96 kolom dan 16 baris dengan konfigurasi komon katoda. Each of the advertisement have it own appeal, efficiency and advertising effectiveness in attracting public attention can’t be separated from the media used. Ads served in the print media would have an appeal that is not the same as the ad published in the electronic media. Therefore in this final project designed a tool in the form of moving sign display that can display a variety of text and other characters, which is used as electronic billboards at an affordable price. The working process of this tool is to use an ATmega328 microcontroller integrated in a module Arduino UNO328 as the central control system. Driver display using 14 pieces of shift registers to increase the expansion of input / output ports, receive serial data and transform that data into data parallel dotmatriks led employs to activate the display. Text or character on the display is updated using a smartphone via Bluetooth communication. To be able to communicate with the smartphone device using HC-06 module as a Bluetooth transceiver that will receive data from the smartphone and sending it to the Arduino module. Text data and the characters are displayed on a display composed of 96 led Dotmatriks sized columns and 16 rows with Komon cathode configuration. Introduction: Most published floating clavicle report a dislocation or fracture of one or both ends of the clavicle. Case Presentation: We reported a new framework of this injury in a young triathlon athlete; medial-end displaced fracture with co-existent double disruption of the superior shoulder suspensory complex (SSSC) with the anterior shoulder arch wholly disconnected from the nearby structure. Conclusion: The management of these complex fractures remains an open debate. The infrequent publications and the rarity of this type of injuries don’t support the surgeon about the choice of the best possible treatment. However, if they are involved Patients with high functional demands, the Authors suggest the surgical management of medial-end clavicle fractures followed by restoration of SSSC complex if damaged on more than two locations.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi sistem imbuhan air tanah karst Kab. Gunungkidul, khusunya sub-sistem Wonosari Baron, berdasarkan analisis isotop stabil air tanah ( 18 O dan 2 H). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa karakter sistem imbuhan air tanah. Air tanah pada dataran Wonosari menunjukkan keterkaitan dengan imbuhan yang bersifat lokal hingga menengah. Air tanah pada mata air permanen dan sistem sungai bawah tanah Bribin – Seropan menunjukkan keterkaitan dengan sistem imbuhan yang bersifat regional. Air tanah pada kompleks mata air Baron dan Ngobaran menunjukkan keterkaitan dengan imbuhan yang bersifat lokal hingga regional. Kata kunci : isotop 18 O dan 2 H, air tanah karst, Gunungkidul. Abstract This research was conducted to identify karst groundwater recharge of Gunungkidul Regency, especially the Wonosari Baron sub-system, based on stable isotope analysis of groundwater ( 18 O and 2 H). The results show some character of groundwater recharge system. Groundwater on the Wonosari plain shows a correlation with local to medium-recharge system. Groundwater in permanent springs and the Bribin - Seropan underground river system show a linkage to the regional recharge system. Because of the importance of water for the survival of living being particularly chickens. then designed a device that can detect water clarity, which is one indicator of good water quality. Dalam sistem ini digunakan LED dan LDR sebagai sensor kejernihan dan akan dikendalikan oleh Modul mikrokontroller ATmega 16. Dan menggunakan Sensor Ketinggian untuk mendeteksi ketinggian air dalam wadah. Dalam sistem ini yang menjadi pengendali adalah mikrokontroler ATMega 16. sistem akan Menguras apabila sensor kejernian telah mendeteksi air dalam wadah telah keruh, secara bersamaan sistem megisi air pada wadah, pada saat air tidak mencapai batas ketinggian. The current public concerns with the liquor that has been easily found in a stall stall at relatively low prices, causing many accidents, fights, murders, adulteries, far from the norms of morality and raised the courage to undertake negative actions. This is a major priority of alcohol required a simple test that can measure the level of alcohol in the human body. So in this thesis designed and realized a tool to measure the alcohol content through the use of sensors TGS2620 blowing breath. The working process of the measuring device through blowing breath alcohol content that is changing analog to digital data then microcontroller arduino uno manage the input obtained from the sensor TGS2620 and displayed via the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). In the measurement results beverage alcohol content of class A, B, and C showed errors which different, and comparison of measurement results used tool ALC SMART AT6000. A tool created to take measurements of the levels of 0.00% BAC-0.20% BAC and when the measurement reaches the maximum limit of 0.20% BAC buzzer will be active to indicate measurable levels have reached the limit for the highest standards in Indonesia. Total error obtained from this tool is 21.5% and 78.5% accuracy is a tool. Hal ini merupakan prioritas utama diperlukanya suatu tes alkohol sederhana yang dapat mengukur kadar alkohol dalam tubuh manusia. Sehingga dalam tugas akhir ini dirancang dan direalisasikan alat untuk mengukur kadar alkohol melalui ekhalasi menggunakan sensor TGS2620. Proses kerja dari alat pengukur kadar alkohol melalui ekhalasi yaitu merubah data analog ke digital kemudian mikrokontroler arduino uno mengelolah input yang didapat dari sensor TGS2620 dan ditampilkan melalui LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). Dalam hasil pengukuran minuman kadar alkohol golongan A,B, dan C didapatkan hasil error yang berbedabeda, dan perbandingan hasil pengukuran digunakan alat ALC SMART AT6000. Alat yang dibuat dapat melakukan pengukuran dari kadar 0,00%BAC-0,20%BAC dan pada saat pengukuran mencapai batas maksimal 0,20%BAC buzzer akan aktif untuk menandakan kadar yang terukur sudah mencapai batas tertinggi untuk standar di Indonesia. Abstrsk - Dewasa ini perkembangan teknologi semakin pesat, banyak barang-barang elektronik diciptakan guna membantu/mempermudah pekerjaan manusia.Teknologi saat ini sudah masuk dalam industri alat-alat rumah tangga salah satunya dispenser, atau alat yang berfungsi sebagai pemanas dan juga pendingin air minum.Di awal kemunculan nya dispenser di buat tanpa menggunakan listrik, hanya sebagai tempat mengambil air minum saja.Oleh karena itu dibuatlah sebuah alat berupa dispenser yang bekerja secara otomatis. Alat ini dibuat dengan menggunakan sensor jarak SRF04 sebagai input untuk mendeteksi wadah atau gelas. Alat ini juga menggunakan kit arduino uno dengan mikrokontroler ATmega328 sebagai otak untuk mengolah data dari sensor jarak SRF04, driver motor, driver solenoid, mp3 player dan LCD. Dari pembuatan alat ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa, Alat ini bekerja dengan baik, sesuai dengan tujuannya untuk mempermuda dalam pengambilan air.Mikrokontroler Arduino uno digunakan sebagai pengontrol utama dari rangkaian alat penyaji air ini.Dan sensor jarak SRF04 bekerja mulai dari jarak 3cm-300cm. Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dewasa ini sangat pesat, sehingga banyak bermunculan peralatan yang tidak lepas dari penggunaan alat listrik. Seiring itu pula diproduksi peralatan-peralatan yang berteknologi tinggi untuk pemakaian makin efektif dan efisien, dengan demikian makin sedikit membutuhkan tenaga manusia dan selebihnya digerakkan dengan kontrol listrik otomatis. Pesawat elektronika yang ada dipasaran ada yang analog dan ada juga yang digital. Tugas akhir ini membahas perancangan alat ukur temperatur untuk mengukur dua keadaan secara bersamaan dan menampilkan selisihnya pada LCD menggunakan komponen-komponen dasar berupa dua buah sensor suhu, mikrokontroller dan LCD sebagai fasilitas penampil. Sistem akuisisi data suhu menjadi satu hal yang sangat penting dalam kegiatan perindustrian, karena merupakan sebagian kecil dari sebuah proses kontrol. Berkenaan dengan pentingnya sistem, maka dilakukan perancangan sistem akusisi data suhu yang mampu melakukan kegiatan monitoring suhu suatu plant. Data yang akan diukur merupakan sebuah besaran fisis temperature sehingga untuk dapat diolah dan ditampilkan dalam bentuk sistem elektris digunakan sensor suhu LM35 yang mampu mengkonversi besaran tersebut dengan kenaikan 10mV/ºC. Untuk dapat merancang sistem maka pertama kali dilakukan proses mengubah suhu menjadi tegangan analog menggunakan sensor suhu LM35. Setelah melalui proses pengkondisian sinyal dengan cara dikuatkan, tegangan analog diubah menjadi data digital. Data digital yang diperoleh kemudian diolah oleh mikrokontroller ATmega8535 dan ditampilkan, sehingga didapatkan suatu informasi mengenai suhu plant dengan satuan ºC pada sebuah LCD. Untuk pemogramannya, digunakan bahasa C-AVR (code vision AVR). Dari perancangan sistem akuisisi data suhu didapatkan hasil bahwa sistem ini memiliki kemampuan untuk mengukur suhu dari 25ºC sampai 100ºC. Manusia sangat membutuhkan air, karena air sangat penting untuk kehidupan sehari – hari. Seringkali manusia tidak memperhatikan kejernihan air untuk mengkonsumsi air dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pentingnya kejernihan air untuk manusia pada saat ini, maka dirancang suatu alat yang dapat mengukur suatu kekeruhan air menggunakan sensor LDR (Light Dependent Resistor), dimana sensor ini dapat mendeteksi cahaya dari tingkat cahaya Dioda LED (Light Emitting Diode) yang menembus air tersebut, maka akan terdeteksi kekeruhan air. Dalam sistem ini yang menjadi pengendali adalah mikrokontroler ATMega 8535. Keluaran dari alat ini adalah tingkat persentase kekeruhan air yang akan ditampilakan di LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). Dengan menambahkan 1 sendok sampai 10 sendok setiap masing – masing larutan dalam 4 larutan percobaan maka akan mendapatkan tingkat kekeruhan air yang berbeda- beda setiap percobaan.
