This review used search phrases that included, breast neoplasm or cancer, health status, epidemiology, breast cancer survivors, cancer care facilities, Asia, Nepal. Researchers examined databases from January 2011 to December 2020 (PubMed, PMC, Google Scholar, and the reference lists of included papers). Studies of any design and reviews, were included in the study, except for qualitative studies. The study findings are presented in a narrative synthesis format using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses Extension for Scoping Reviews. An initial search resulted in 974 papers, and 896 were reviewed after being checked for duplication using the Zotero software. Accordingly, utilizing the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 188 publications were selected, and after review of titles and abstracts, an additional 98 papers were removed for different reasons. Finally, the study looked at 90 female breast cancer papers. Results showed that the number of cases of breast cancer is growing all around the world, including in Asia and Nepal. Age, early menarche, late menopause, nulliparity, positive family history, excessive fat consumption, alcohol, and smoking are all frequent risk factors for breast cancer found in Asian women. Breast self-examination, clinical breast examination, and mammography screening are common methods for detecting breast carcinoma. Chemotherapy, radiation, and modified mastectomy are commonly used options for treatment. The number of breast cancer survivors is growing throughout the world, indicating better clinical care. There is a paucity of survival data in many Asian countries, including Nepal. There is also a scarcity of health workforce specialized in cancer care and treatment, as well as a few health facilities that are available to treat cancer cases in many Asian countries, including Nepal.Keywords: accessibility to cancer care, epidemiology, incidence, cancer survivors, risk factors, Nepal, treatment

Introduction: Vaccination against HPV is one of the most important preventive interventions in the fight against cervical cancer. In our country, the two-volume(HPV2) and the four-volume (HPV4) vaccine against HPV are available to teenagers and young women. Aim: To record the attitude and receptiveness of women's occupational health on vaccination against HPV. Material and Method: For the collection of the data, used the questionnaire of the research program "Lysistrate", from University of Thessaloniki during the period March - April 2016, in women health professionals of the General Hospital of Karditsa (N = 235). Results: The 59.4% of women knew about the presence of the vaccine with 57.4% being susceptible to administration. The main reasons for denying vaccination are distrust, fear and lack of information. Women who visited the gynecologist more than 3 times a year had performed the Pap test at least once in their life than those who had never visited it (x2 = 11,858, p = 0.008). Conclusions: The findings of this study demonstrate and reflect on how HPVs perceive or act on HPV prevention. Disapproved and inadequate knowledge of the benefits of the vaccine are negative stimuli to acceptance by the general population.

Introduction: Electronic documentation systems are increasingly being applied in the clinical setting for improvement the quality of nursing care. There is evidence that printed nursing documentation is an insufficient method and therefore, the transition to Electronic Nursing Documentation (END) must be supported by all relevant bodies. Aim: The aim of the present systematic review was to investigate the attitudes and views of nurses for the implementation of END in the clinical setting as well as nursing students on the integration of HNT into the nursing education. Methods: A systematic review was executed in November 2017, on the electronic databases of MEDLINE and CINAHL. The criteria for implementation in the current study were as follows: a) Primary quantitative and qualitative studies bin nurses and nursing students, c) the aim of which was to investigate the attitudes and views regarding the END d) published in English language e) between 2000 to 2017. Results: Fourteen studies have been carried out which were classified into two main categories: a) the attitudes and views of nursing staff on END in the clinical setting (n=8), b) the attitudes and views of nurses and nursing students for the HNT integration into the undergraduate nursing program ((n=6). The majority of the studies agree that the attitudes and views of nurses are positive regarding the application of END in the clinical setting. Furthermore, positive attitudes and perspectives are expressed in all of the studies towards the introduction of END in the undergraduate degree programs in nursing institutions. Conclusions: Overall, nurses recognize the significance of upgrading from printed nursing documentation to electronic form as it improves the quality of nursing care and reinforces the nursing occupation. The introduction of educational programs regarding the END in the nursing degree course offers nursing students a secure and supportive environment and in addition it enhances communication and strengthens critical thinking.

Primary health care services are the cornerstone of many health care systems in Europe.The systematic analysis of annual consultation rates in the primary care centres is important for the evaluation of the performance and the adequacy of care provided.
