The article analyzes the willingness structure components of future primary school teachers to teach physical education. Willingness of future primary school teachers to conduct lessons of physical culture is interpreted as an integrative, complex structure of personality, characterized by a focus on the formation of creative and recreational educational environment in primary school and values-based attitude to health, special knowledge and skills in physical culture as a subject, psychological, pedagogical and methodological principles of its teaching, personal and professional qualities and abilities for self-awareness and self-organization, which can collectively contribute to the harmonious development of the child’s personality. The purpose of the work is to reveal, analyze and substantiate the future primary school teachers’ components of willingness to teach physical education. Methodology: it is based on the general principles of philosophical, psychological, pedagogical theory and modern principles of pedagogical science and reflects the interrelation of methodological approaches to the study of research. Such methods as analysis, synthesis, generalization, concretization were used to solve the aims of the research. Scientific novelty: the future primary school teachers’ components of willingness to teach physical education have been defined and revealed. Conclusions: The future primary school teacher in the process of teaching physical education should be ready to show a creative position, creative style, creative knowledge, skills and abilities while solving educational problems on the basis of creative and health-improving activities. The first component provides its ability to»see» all the problems of the content and organization of the educational process and willingness for their creative solution. The second is the psychological mechanism of personal self-organization of the teacher's own psychological and physical development. The last one determines the personal pedagogical search level of valeological activity as a tool for independent creative solution of physical development tasks of primary school teacher and primary school students.

Many years of research on the need to modernize physical education and development of student sports, taking into account domestic and foreign experience, became the basis for the creation of student sports centers in higher education institutions. To implement this task, a number of regulations were developed that would allow the creation of student sports centers in higher education institutions and in turn have a positive impact on the development of student sports on the one hand, on the other – non-professional (amateur) sports at sports facilities bases of higher education institutions. However, the constant focus of the central executive bodies implementing the state policy in the field of physical culture and sports, education and science, on winning the highest sports awards, negatively affected the incompleteness of a set of regulations on the organization of student sports centers in higher education. Article’s purpose the work is to carry out theoretical analysis, generalization and systematization of the results of individual centers of student sports in higher education, the main legal and financial and economic aspects that prevent the creation of a legal framework for effective functioning of CSS in ZVO. The methodology of scientific research was based on such general scientific methods as analysis, generalization, systematization. The study theoretically reveals the administrative, legal and financial and economic aspects that hinder the creation of a legal framework for the effective functioning of student sports centers in higher education institutions, analyzes the current legislation of Ukraine on the establishment and operation of student sports centers in the context of changes in strategy and priorities state policy on creating conditions for the maximum realization of the abilities of talented athletes who are graduates, providing them with equal rights and opportunities to engage in physical culture and sports, stimulating the creation of sports infrastructure in higher education, promoting student participation in international competitions. The constituent documentation and activity of already created centers of student sports in separate establishments of higher education are analyzed. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the most in-depth study of problematic issues in the legal field, which are currently not legally defined and hinder the effective functioning of student sports centers in higher education. Conclusions. According to the results of the research, the following conclusions were made: the imperfection of the existing legal framework and the presence of some legislative uncertainty on the organization of student sports centers in higher education institutions hinder the development of student sports in Ukraine. Specific changes and additions to the existing legislation in the field of physical culture and social protection of the population are offered.

The study considered the possibility of optimizing the process of physical education of students of higher education institutions, taking into account the specifics of their future professional activity. In this aspect, the importance of students' motor skills development in technical universities is determined. Considering the high mental and psychological load, it is necessary to organize such a process of physical education with a sufficient level of motor activity. Table tennis can be effectively used as a means of compensating for hypodynamic phenomena, developing motor skills, increasing work capacity and a form of mass leisure. This type of activity is well received by students and does not require special organizational conditions. However, to ensure the methodical component of the process of technical university students' physical education by the means of table tennis in extracurricular activities, a program for the development of motor qualities has been developed, taking into account the specifics of their activity and individual characteristics of motor development. The purpose of the work is to develop, theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify a program for teaching motor actions and developing motor qualities of students in extracurricular activities using table tennis. Methodology. To solve the tasks, the following research methods were used: theoretical – analysis, abstraction, induction, generalization of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical sources, analysis of normative-legal and instructional-methodical documents of Ukraine on higher education, program documentation on physical education; theoretical modelling; empirical – generalization of pedagogical experience; a pedagogical experiment (determinative, formative and control stages) – to check the effectiveness of the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the development of motor skills of students in extracurricular activities using table tennis; conversations, surveys (questionnaires, testing), self-analysis, self-assessment, included and indirect observation; statistical – methods of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, calculation of statistical criteria. Using the package for statistical analysis of the Microsoft Office Excel 2010 program, empirical data was obtained at the ascertainment and formative stages of the pedagogical experiment. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that for the first time: a program for the development of motor qualities of technical university students by means of table tennis in extracurricular activities was developed, the main quantitative indicators of the development of motor qualities of technical university students during table tennis classes were determined; graphoanalytical models of the coordination structure of the movements of higher technical education institutions students engaged in table tennis were built; the effectiveness of the program for the development of motor skills of students by means of table tennis was determined using quantitative model indicators in extracurricular activities. Conclusions. The development of motor skills of students is an urgent problem in the field of physical education, which needs to be solved through the use of various forms and means, especially for students of technical universities. However, the search for new ways and means of developing motor skills of students in extracurricular activities remains relevant. The positive influence of table tennis classes in extracurricular work on physical education was determined. The results of testing the level of development of motor qualities at the beginning and at the end of the experiment prove the effectiveness of the proposed experimental program for the development of motor qualities of students of a technical institution of higher education in extracurricular activities by means of table tennis. So, the proposed program for the development of motor qualities by the means of table tennis of technical universities students allows to effectively increase the level of motor readiness, contributes to the development of motor qualities, increasing work capacity and the level of health of students. The developed materials can be used by teachers of institutions of higher education, trainers-teachers to increase the effectiveness of the process of physical education in institutions of higher education, children's and youth sports schools.

The article is devoted to the consideration of topical issues of criterion assessment of teachers’ preparation for social and pedagogical activity. Theoretical analysis of the specifics of this type of activity in the context of educational regulations is proposed. Peculiarities and conditions of using criterion assessment in the process of professional training of students in a higher education institution are considered. The purpose of the article is to identify current issues of using the system of criterion assessment in the preparation of future teachers to carry out socio-pedagogical activities in educational institutions. Methodology. The methodological basis of our study is a systematic, personality-oriented approaches to the analysis of psychological and pedagogical sources of information and analysis of modern pedagogical experience in implementing a system of criteria for assessing the training of future teachers in the educational process. The paper uses a multilevel systematic analysis of information scientific sources, which is based on general, partial-scientific and specific-scientific philosophical level of knowledge. The scientific novelty is to establish the main approaches to the introduction of a criteria-based approach to assessing the training of future teachers to carry out socio-pedagogical activities in educational institutions. Conclusions The process of preparing future teachers for socio-pedagogical activities should be considered as a complex integrative phenomenon that exists as a social, pedagogical and psychological phenomenon, to clarify the main approaches to studying the essence of this problem and establish criteria for future teachers to prepare for socio-pedagogical activities. General secondary education (worldview, which reflects the socio-cultural orientation of the individual and is revealed through the following indicators: moral and aesthetic maturity and integrity of the individual; focus on socio-pedagogical activities; desire to acquire knowledge about socio-pedagogical activities; willingness to show willpower to overcome non-standard educational work; readiness for further self-study, self-assessment and self-improvement, reflective – the tendency to overcome conflict situations, find compromise solutions, establish cooperation in the process of socio-pedagogical interaction, the ability to assess their own level of knowledge about socio-pedagogical activities, the ability to and build relationships in the team; willingness to assess the level of their own abilities and capabilities; ability to plan the details of their behavior; ability to react quickly to situations of uncertainty and emotional tension; readiness for self-development and self-improvement, orientation on professional development; cognitive – completeness of knowledge about the basic elements and features of socio-pedagogical activities; knowledge of ways to form readiness for socio-pedagogical activities (structure, activity); knowledge of regulations; orientation, readiness: to share knowledge about socio-pedagogical activities with partners, to use this knowledge in professional activity; knowledge transfer in non-standard situations: imagination about socio-pedagogical activities in the conditions of project training; willingness to use knowledge of socio-pedagogical activities in atypical situations; communicative-activity – the ability to professional adaptation in the environment of the educational institution, the presence of communicative and organizational skills, the ability to socio-pedagogical communication; skills: to work in a team in the conditions of socio-pedagogical activities; implement the socio-pedagogical activities methodology; to organize an independent socio-pedagogical activities, the ability to plan work; distribute powers; work in unusual situations; readiness: to create a moral and psychological climate in the team.

23. HEALTH-PRESERVING TECHNOLOGIES: PRINCIPLES, FORMS AND METHODS OF IMPLEMENTATION

Methodology: to achieve the objective and solve the tasksof the research such theoretical methods have been used: comparative analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature in order to prove the practicability of usageof «health-preserving technologies»;generalization of scientific and theoretical sources to revealthe principles, methods and forms of implementation of health-preserving technologies. Scientific novelty:the article clarifiesthe scientists’ views on the basic principles, forms and methods that ensure the unity and systematic implementation of health-preserving technologies. Conclusions.Despite the large number of classifications of health-preservingtechnologies and the diversity of their interpretations, we can confirm that they are a set of principles, methods and techniques of pedagogical work, which, complementing the traditional technologies of teaching and education, have signs of healthpreservation. The principles that ensure the implementation of health-preservingtechnologies include the principle of meeting human needs for health, consciousness and activity; scientificity and availability of knowledge about health preservation; taking into account the individual characteristics of the child and consideration of the current body state; complexity of health-improving and health-preserving means and measures; systemacity and thoroughness; obligatory constancy, continuity and practical purposefulness, cultural conformity. To achieve the aim of health-preservingeducational technologies, the following groups of means and forms of physical education are used:motor orientation (physical exercises, physical activity breaks, dynamic intervals, therapeutic gymnastics, motional games, etc.); healthful natural forces (sun and air baths, hydrotherapeutic procedures, phytotherapy, inhalation, vitamin therapy, etc.); hygienic(adherence of sanitary and hygiene norms; personal and general hygiene, observance of the day regimen and the regime of physical activity, diet and sleep, etc.). In order to implement health-preserving educational technologies we can use specific (inherent only in the processes of health-preserving pedagogics) and generally pedagogical (used in all cases of education and upbringing) methods and techniques: preventive and protective (personal hygiene and hygiene training);compensatory-neutralizing (physical activity breaks, healthful, finger, breathing, corrective gymnastics, massage, psychogymnastics, etc.);stimulating (elements of cold training, physical exertion, methods of psychotherapy and phytotherapy); informational and educational (visual materials).

Article’s purpose is to carry out the analysis of literary sources, to analyse the results of the research and to find out certain aspects of the biomechanics of tennis kick, which characterize the main component of the technical training of tennis players. Methodology. The APAS system was used, digitization and analysis were carried out according to the method of AuguloR.V., DapenaJ. and prof. Ariel. Scientific novelty. It is impossible to control the ball on the stringed surface of the racket due to the fact that the signal travels along nerve fibres to the tennis player’s brain through the racket, hand, forearm, shoulder and neck, which takes about 50 ms. At the same time, the interaction of the «racket-ball» subsystem continues for 3-5 ms that is, ten times less than the transmission of a signal along nerve fibres. Conclusions. The problem of economizing sports equipment belongs to the rational use of energy and energy saving. If athletes, when performing the same motor task, measure energy consumption, then their values may turn out to be sharply different: the same work will be associated with unequal energy consumption. The effectiveness of a hit in tennis depends on the organization of management processes and the processes of its energy supply. The effectiveness of the impact action is determined by the value of the initial velocity (linear and angular) of the ball flight after impact interaction and the accuracy of its hitting a certain place on the site. The athlete can control the racket only through the hand and fingers, since they are in direct contact with the racket handle. The biomechanical tennis player’s control apparatus includes the links of the biokinematic chain of the tennis player’s body, which also includes the hand, forearm, and also the forearm muscles responsible for the movement of the hand. The activity of the antagonist muscles of the tennis player’s hand is due to the fact that the rigidity of the connection of the «racket-hand», «hand-forearm» system, as well as the «forearm-shoulder», is needed in order for the living system to approach the mechanical system with its unambiguous movements. Due to the rigidity of the connection between the links under consideration, the momentum of the larger links is transferred almost without loss to the hand and the racket and from them to the ball.

Objective: generalization of scientific approaches to the interpretation of the term «pedagogical technology», revealing of its structure and content. Methodology: the following theoretical methods to attain the purpose of the study and solve particular tasks are used: comparative analysis of educational literature to identify and study the essence of the phenomenon of «pedagogical technology»; synthesis of scientific and theoretical data to reveal the structure of pedagogical technology and its content. Scientific innovation: views of scientists on the interpretation of the term «pedagogical technology» are considered; the stages of development of pedagogical technologies in the global educational system are highlighted; the facts concerning the structure and content of pedagogical technologies are represented. Conclusions: scientific evidence indicates that in modern pedagogical science and educational practice pedagogical technology operates in four dimensions: scientific, procedural and effective, procedural and descriptive, compound. In the scientific context pedagogical technology is considered as a new branch of pedagogical knowledge, where pedagogical technologies constitute as a subject. In the procedural and effective context pedagogical technology is understood as a real educational process, based on a specific technology in order to achieve pre-scheduled objectives. In the procedural and descriptive context pedagogical technology is defined as a model (algorithm, scheme, strategy, etc.) of educational process, developed according to the basic thesis of technological approach. It is outlined that in modern educational practice pedagogical technology operates at three levels: educational (technology of integral educational process in the region, at a certain educational level, in educational institution), objective (technology of studying particular school subject), modular or local (technology of solution some didactic, educative or administrative problems, etc.). Scientists focus on that the structure of pedagogical technology includes the following interrelated elements: a conceptual basis; substantive and procedural parts. Suggested in the research are methodological requirements and criteria of adaptability (conceptuality, consistency, logic, handling, efficiency, repeatability, unity of substantive and procedural parts) for the designing of pedagogical technology.

The article deals with the problem of individual health preservation competence issues introducing into the professional standards of various subject teachers training. The purpose is to summarize practically the measures for the implementation of the content of teacher’s individual health preservation competence in the system of continuous pedagogical education, which could become the basis for the development of appropriate components of educational standards of future teachers’ training. Methodology. Methods of systematic generalization of the results of previous experimental studies, analytical and synthetic re-awareness and interpretation of the obtained data, schematic and graphical representation of the generalized information were used. Scientific novelty. Practical ways of realization the content of individual health preservation competence in future teachers training are substantiated. Possible roles and directions of activity in these processes of pedagogical higher educational institution as a whole, as well as of teachers and curators of academic groups in particular are shown. Conclusions. The introduction of professional standards into the modern teachers’ professional training requires practical coherence and continuity between higher educational institutions and general secondary educational institutions, where the professional socialization of the young specialist will take place. The integrity of the educational environment organization in a higher educational institution and the systematic actions of university teachers in the development of individual health preservation competence in students – future teachers – are necessary components of their training. The directions of university teachers’ activity on individual health preservation competence forming in students of pedagogical higher educational institutions, presented in the article, are an example for implementation, which ensures the realization of the professional standard by introducing appropriate additions to the educational programs of future teachers of different specialties training.

Scientific innovation: scientific and pedagogical approaches to solving the problem of forming a healthy way of life are revealed, ways and types of organizing a vital activity to ensure the safety and health promotion are grounded. Conclusions: the article clarifies the concept of health, healthy way of life, the essence of the problem of person’s healthy lifestyle that is caused by the most complicated socio-economic and demographic situation in the country, negative trends on human medical status. The synthesis of scientific approaches leads to the conclusion that health is a complex human condition that needs attention by controlling their own lifestyle, formation of proper culture and ideological orientation to health maintenance on the physical, psychological, spiritual and social levels. The concept of «healthy lifestyle» may be more determined by synthesizing the interdisciplinary fields of science – philosophy, psychology, pedagogics and physical education. Nowadays the situation requires fundamental changes in the field of youth and social policy, where one of the main directions should be a healthy lifestyle of the population. There is a necessity to develop the educational environment oriented to the preservation, strengthening and formation of pupils and students’ health. This environment should be based on active cooperation not only specialized ministries but also the young, their families and representatives of public authorities. The objectives of this interaction should be technology development due to motivation and active involvement of children and young people to a healthy lifestyle.

The aim is to justify ways of organizing the educational process that ensure the preservation and enhancement of different age groups students’ health. The methodology is based on the general principles of philosophy, basic modern provisions of pedagogical science, psychology, and reflects the relationship of methodological approaches to the study of contemporary risk factors for students’ health of all ages. Scientific novelty is that the scientific and pedagogical approaches to solving the problem of preserving the students` health are revealed, the ways and methods of organizing the educational process ensuring the preservation and promotion of different age groups students` health have beendisclosed. The indicators that determine the quality of educational process organization have been characterized. Conclusions: The essence of the problem of preserving and promoting the schoolchildren`s health, which is caused by the most difficult socio-economic and demographic situation in the country and negative trends in the health status of the younger generation, has been revealed. The indicators that determine the quality of the educational process organization have been characterized; the physiological and hygienic requirements for scheduling lessons in school have been covered; the recommended amount of motor activity of different classes students has been highlighted; ways of lesson rational organization have been given; the attention is paid to taking into account hygienic criteria of lesson rational organization; ways of schoolchildren’s schedule rational organization have been established. Obviously it is not enough to have a set of separate preventive, wellness and corrective measures to transform comprehensive school into health promoting school. There is a need for a special system of involving children and young people in mass fitness activities.

- Abstract
The work was focused on exploring the motives for choosing a teaching profession and the development level of motivation for continuing professional growth in the process of studying at a higher educational institution; the analysis of the levels of readiness of the students of the Faculty of Physical Education for continuing studying; the diagnostics of the dependence of the level of motor readiness of students, who are future physical culture teachers, on the level of their motivation and readiness for continuous professional development. Experimental studies were conducted at the Physical Education Faculty of the Taras Shevchenko National University «Chernihiv College». The study was conducted in 2016–2017 (during the 1st year of study) and in 2019–2020 (during the 4th year of study). The experimental group consisted of 67 students between the ages of 17 and 22. The studies showed the dependence of the level of motor readiness of students on the level of their motivation and readiness for continuous professional development. The indicators of motor activity of the fourth-year students with high levels of motivation and readiness for continuous professional development were increased concerning the amount of the motor activity that is characteristic of the professional activity of a physical culture teacher. The indicators obtained during the study indicate that students, who are aware of the need for professional development master the content of the curriculum better during the period of study and, as future physical culture teachers, better understand the purpose and objectives of education of pupils., Работа была направлена на изучение мотивов выбора профессии учителя и уровня развития мотивации для продолжения профессионального роста в процессе обучения в вузе; анализ уровней готовности студентов факультета физического воспитания к продолжению обучения; диагностика зависимости уровня двигательной подготовленности студентов, которые являются будущими учителями физкультуры, от уровня их мотивации и готовности к непрерывному профессиональному развитию. Экспериментальные исследования проводились на факультете физкультуры Национального университета «Черниговский колегиум» имени Т. Г. Шевченко. Исследование проводилось в 2016–2017 гг. (на I курсе) и в 2019–2020 гг. (на IV курсе). Экспериментальная группа состояла из 67 студентов в возрасте от 17 до 22 лет. Исследования показали зависимость уровня двигательной готовности студентов от уровня их мотивации и готовности к непрерывному профессиональному развитию. Увеличились показатели двигательной активности студентов четвертого курса с высоким уровнем мотивации и готовности к непрерывному профессиональному развитию относительно объема двигательной активности, характерного для профессиональной деятельности учителя физической культуры. Показатели, полученные в ходе исследования, указывают на то, что студенты, осознающие необходимость профессионального развития, лучше осваивают содержание учебной программы в течение периода обучения и, как будущие учителя физкультуры, лучше понимают цель и задачи образования учащихся., Робота була зосереджена на вивченні мотивів вибору професії викладача та рівня розвитку мотивації для продовження професійного зростання у процесі навчання у закладі вищої освіти; аналіз рівнів готовності студентів факультету фізичного виховання до продовження навчання; діагностика залежності рівня рухової готовності студентів, які є майбутніми вчителями фізичної культури, від рівня їх мотивації та готовності до постійного професійного розвитку. Показники рухової активності учнів четвертого курсу з високим рівнем мотивації та готовності до постійного професійного розвитку збільшені щодо обсягу рухової активності, характерного для професійної діяльності вчителя фізичної культури. Отримані під час дослідження показники свідчать про те, що студенти, які усвідомлюють необхідність професійного розвитку, краще засвоюють зміст навчальної програми протягом періоду навчання і, як майбутні вчителі фізичної культури, краще розуміють мету та завдання виховання учнів.

Article's purpose is to substantiate the structure of complementary-integrative technology of formation the readiness for creation of health-oriented environment in organization of future managers’. Methodology is based on general principles of philosophy, basic modern provisions of pedagogical science, psychology and reflects the relationship between methodological approaches to the study of the problem of formation the readiness to create a health-oriented environment in organization of future managers’. Scientific novelty. The essence of the created and offered by us the complementary-integrative technology is to combine the studying of special economic and basic health-oriented knowledge. It is about the elimination of existing problems of the gap between the content of professional education and the current demand for professionals in management sphere, which will be able to do health-oriented management. Study of students-future managers with new technology helps to activate health-oriented educational and cognitive activities and is a means of enhancing the competitiveness of future graduates. In addition, it enhances the consciousness and activity of students-future managers, as well as an understanding of responsibility for management styles and practices through influencing people and their health. Conclusions. The essence of complementary-integrative (theoretical, methodical and practical) concepts for creation the health-oriented system of professional training of students-managers is revealed; the peculiarities of the structure of pedagogical complementary-integrative technology of formation the readiness to create a health-oriented environment in organization of future managers' are revealed; the components of readiness to create a health-oriented environment in organization of future managers' are highlighted. Using of complementary-integrative technology of formation the readiness for creation of health-oriented environment in organization of future managers’ developed by us contributes to changes in their professional education system.

The article summarizes and systematizes the results of scientific issues, which reveals the dependence of the health status of modern school and student youth on various factors. The impact of biological, anthropic-social, environmental, socio-economic, socio-psychological, psychological and pedagogical risk factors on the health of schoolchildren and university students is characterized. Based on the analysis of the obtained data, the necessity of modernization of the educational space in the direction of improving the level of hygiene of education, as well as the content of education to form conscious health-saving behaviour of each schoolchild and student, are actualized. The purpose is to substantiate the current state of the problem of preservation and the risk factors of the schoolchildren and students. The methodology is based on the general principles of philosophy, basic modern provisions of pedagogical science, psychology, sociology and reflects the relationship of methodological approaches to the study of contemporary risk factors for the health of schoolchildren and students. Scientific novelty. The scientific and pedagogical approaches to the problem of health preservation, risk factors for health are revealed. The regulatory and legal aspects of the detection and prevention of health risk factors for schoolchildren and students are highlighted. The basic conceptual provisions that must be followed to preserve the health of schoolchildren and students are identified. The work has complemented the methodology and tools for further empirical research on aspects of schoolchildren and student health formation. Conclusions. The essence of the health risk factors for schoolchildren and students, which negatively influence the development of social and demographic spheres in Ukraine, is revealed. The causal link between the health of children and adolescents and the hygienic conditions of study has been proved. It is emphasized that the material and technical base of the schools remains unsatisfactory, which in most cases does not allow creating the conditions and regime of the educational process in accordance with hygienic requirements.

According to the facts from literary sources it is studied the way of solution to the problem of how to design and implement the technologies and programs of servicewomen’s training during practical activity at the stage of professional development as well at the time of studying at specialist higher educational establishments. It is analyzed 48 sources of information and determined, that the realization of gender politics in all military organizations has led to considerable increase of women among junior and senior staff of soldiers. In this regard it is important to produce the programs of physical training, that take into account different peculiarities such as organizational and methodological, meaningful and also complexes of morphofunctional features and functions predetermined by the profession. It is necessary to shape the willingness to self-consciousness in future frontier guards during physical training. Also to use the developed methodology and distinct pedagogical conditions related to the progress of professional competence of future masters of administration at the Ukrainian state border defense. The question of future frontier guards’ physical training the most deeply connects to conceptual foundations of preparation the staff to physical education. At the same time it is put an emphasis on the non-admission of regularization, particularly on the content of physical training of different men and women’s military formations. The article analyzes teaching technologies as part of training for future teachers in higher educational establishments. In particular, it is noted that technology is a certain mechanism that should lead to the transformation of pedagogical reality and the entire system of higher education. Teaching technologies problems are a result of the recognition of pedagogical science separation from the practice by the university teachers. The term "teaching technology" should be used when there is a clear algorithmic sequence and guaranteed final result. Analysis of any teaching technology involves disclosing the relevant algorithm and explaining the criteria of the guaranteed result. The essence of teaching technology is to build a training system and develop a future teachers’ actions algorithm. The notion "teaching technology" is considered as a way of interaction between subjects of educational activities and part of future teachers’ training on the example of the course "Pedagogy", section "Theory of Education."The study notes that personally-oriented education involves a differentiated approach to learning, taking into account the level of intellectual development of the student, as well as his training on the subject, abilities and skills. The future teacher should become the central figure of the educational process, his cognitive activity should the centric one for educators-researchers, developers of educational programs and means of education, of administrative employees.The consistent implementation of the personally oriented approach to the future teacher in the educational process is analyzed. It presupposes the integrity of his personality. It is emphasized that domestic universities should create conditions for the development of an individual who possesses the specified qualities. The solution to this problem will contribute not only to the content of education, but also to the innovative teaching technologies. Today there is need not only in the intramural, but also distance education. Electronic media (radio, television, and computers) are used as major source of information. Global telecommunication networks of the Internet are also important to get information.It has been determined that teaching and cognitive activity should be core in the tandem between teacher and student. The traditional paradigm of education teacher-textbook-student should be replaced by a new one: student-textbook-teacher., Здійснено аналіз технологій навчання як супроводу підготовки майбутніх учителів у закладах вищої освіти (ЗВО). Зазначається, що технологія є певним механізмом, який повинен привести у перетворюючий рух педагогічну дійсність, всю систему вищої освіти. Проблеми технологій навчання є породженням усвідомлення викладачами ЗВО відриву педагогічної науки від практики. Рушійною силою цього перетворення є практико-орієнтована наука. Наголошується на зустрічному русі теорії та практики, які й породжують технологію. Проаналізовано використання технологій навчання при формуванні освітніх компетентностей у процесі підготовки майбутніх учителів.

Одним із найважливіших напрямів розвитку фізичної культури є проведення фізкультурно-оздоровчої та спортивно-масової роботи в навчальних закладах, за місцем проживання, роботи і у місцях масового відпочинку громадян. Низька рухова активність школярів в режимі навчального дня, відсутність чіткої системи залучення молоді до занять фізичною культурою і спортом, недостатня увага до фізичного виховання має негативний вплив на здоров’я школярів. Серед основних завдань здоров’язбереження і розвитку фізичної культури є: збільшення чисельності населення, у тому числі дітей та підлітків, які регулярно займаються різними видами спорту. Значну роль у різносторонньому вихованні підростаючого покоління відіграє організована робота з фізичної культури і спорту, яка проводиться в позашкільний час серед дітей і молоді. Для активізації позашкільної роботи з фізичного виховання школярів. є впровадження ефективних форм, методів і засобів фізкультурно-спортивної діяльності за місцем проживання школярів. Оскільки існує ряд факторів, що мають вплив на здоров’я школярів, а серед них: комплекс соціально-економічних, гігієнічних, екологічних та інших факторів, що призводить до функціональних , а потім морфологічних змін і в результаті виникнення хронічних патологій. Надмірні навчальні навантаження, статичне, психоемоційне навантаження протягом уроків, невідповідність програмних вимог і методів навчання індивідуальним особливостям відображається на здоров’ї майбутнього покоління. Саме фізичне виховання дітей і молоді шкільного віку організовується поза школою об’єднаними зусиллями органів освіти і спортивних організацій. Тому організована робота з фізичної культури і спорту, яка проводиться в позашкільний час серед дітей і молоді, відіграє значну роль у різносторонньому вихованні підростаючого покоління. One of the most important directions of the development of physical culture is conducting physical health improving and sport mass work at educational establishments, residences, working places and places where a lot of people have a rest. Low pupils’ moving activity during studying day, absence of the strict system of youth’s involvement into making sport, a lack of attention to physical education have negative influence on pupils’ health. Among the main tasks of health saving and development of physical culture are the following: increasing the number of people, children and youth, as well, who regularly makes different kinds of sport. A considerable role in rising generation’s scalene upbringing plays organized work concerning physical culture and sport, which is maintained in out-of-school time among children and youth. There is an application of effective forms, methods and means of physical sports activities at the place of pupils’ residence in order to activate the extracurricular work at the classes of physical education. There is a number of factors that influence pupils’ health, including a complex of social and economic, sanitary, ecological and other factors that lead to functional, and then morphological changes and as a result chronic pathologies occur. Excessive educational, static and psycho-emotional loading during the lessons, incompetence of programmatic requirements and teaching methods to individual characteristics has a great impact on the future generation’s health. It is physical education for children and teenagers that is organized outside the school with the help of common efforts of educational institutions and sports organizations. Therefore, the work of physical education and sports that is being held at extracurricular time among children and teenagers, plays a significant role in the varied upbringing of the younger generation.

Magnesium-based biomaterials are good candidates as a new generation of biodegradable metals since magnesium (Mg) can dissolve in body fluid. Therefore, implanted Mg can degrade during the healing process, and if the degradation rate is controlled no debris after completion of healing is expected. Besides its biocompatibility, inherent mechanical properties of Mg are very similar to those of human bone. This paper is focused on the possibility to prepare the pure Mg material from powders with further intention to use it as a biodegradable implant. Powders were consolidated via cold compaction to prepare the extrusion billets which were subsequently directly extruded to final profiles at a controlled temperature to avoid the formation of the thick oxide layer. The microstructure is revealed through SEM, SEM- -EBSD, TEM, and HRTEM and mechanical properties are determined via a uniaxial tensile test. Results are compared with Mg ingot and WE43 alloy, which is commercially used for biodegradable (biocompatible) material. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
