Purpose: The present study examined the relationship between Malaysian students' life experiences while studying at higher education institutions in Malaysia and their employability after graduation. Design/methodology/approach: Using the cross-sectional method, 323 Malaysian graduates who graduated within three years upon graduation, both employed and unemployed, participated in this study. Since moving across the states was limited due to Malaysia Movement Control Order (MCO), the questionnaires were distributed using Google Form via Whatsapp (June-August 2021). Findings: The present study found that Malaysian graduates' experiences of studying overseas, staying at the hostel campus, being active with extra-curricular activities, being committee members in organising programmes at national level and being committee members in organising programmes at international level during their studies were positively related to their employability. Research limitations: This research studied only five (5) core factors on students' life experiences which may related to the chances of being highly employable after graduation. Future research should consider studying a few more factors on students' life experiences contributing to graduates' employability. Practical implications: The implication is more on the recent students of higher education institutions. By knowing the significance of these five factors that can contribute to their employability, the current students should strive to follow these five factors that may increase their chances to be employed in the future. Originality/value: This research is probably the first time that these five factors were studied empirically in the field of graduate employability. The results are important for the current students in the higher education institutions to realise the factors that may enhance their chances of employability. Keywords: Malaysian students and graduates, Students' life experiences, Graduates' employability, Introduction The global graduate skills gap in the 21st Century has been considered as a global and significantly widespread issue. This study aimed to assess the research growth, collaboration trends, and performance of the author, organization, and countries and to identify the trending research topics on gender equality and women empowerment research in BRICS countries. This study employed Scientometric tools to evaluate the research publications for ten years (2012- 2021). A total of 1,558 bibliographic records were downloaded from the Scopus and analyzed using Microsoft Excel and Tableau statistical tools. Moreover, the network visualization and scientific mapping analysis was done using the open-source data visualization tools VOSviewer, and Biblioshiny. It was found that BRICS countries were actively involved in research on gender equality and women's empowerment in the last decade as the publication was growing by 20.45% Annual Growth Rate (AGR) and research outputs shared 16.18% of global publications. India contributed the most publications (n=683) and received the highest citations (TC=2,798), while South Africa was the most significant collaborator with different countries across the globe. The study also identified the most prolific authors, organizations, and journals based on the number of scientific publications and citations. It is indispensable to highlight that most prolific authors and organizations were affiliated with South Africa. In recent years research has been trending in topics related to women's education, women empowerment, entrepreneurship, gender equality, and sustainability. Furthermore, the study identified the most influential articles based on the citation burst. The findings of this study will benefit contemporary society, the scholarly community and other key stakeholders in the field by providing an understanding of the development and trends of research in the domain. - Abstract
Ulu Bendul Forest Eco Park is a popular destination among tourists whether domestic or international. It is situated in the state of Negeri Sembilan and is relatively near to Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. In recent years, online reviews and comments by visitors to the park have been somewhat negative, however, there is no empirical study as of yet that investigates the satisfaction levels among visitors. Hence, this study was conducted to assess the satisfaction level among visitors of Ulu Bendul Forest Eco Park towards the existing facilities provided in the park. This study used an adapted version of the Customer Satisfaction Index to identify satisfaction levels among visitors dubbed the Visitor Satisfaction Index (VSI). The method for data collection is convenience sampling. A total of 150 respondents were surveyed between March and June 2020. After analysis, respondents were categorized into three groups based on their satisfaction index: low, intermediate and high satisfaction levels. Results indicate that the group with intermediate satisfaction level is highest in frequency among visitors, and this suggests that there are opportunities for improvement in terms of facilities in Ulu Bendul Forest Eco Park. Results also showed that the swimming pool and signage need improvement.

The internationalization of higher education over the last two decades has transformed the education sector into a globalized, interconnected knowledge-based society. Higher education institutions and national governments have been compelled to pay more attention to academic relations and knowledge exchange opportunities with partners in other countries, particularly in the same region. The current study aims to investigate the role of higher education internationalization in Southeast Asian nations (ASEAN) for the development of a more harmonized region. Previous research has revealed that less developed countries in the ASEAN region are far behind in the race to globalization and transformation of the education industry. Therefore, it is crucial to explore the policies and strategies enacted by the ASEAN administration and determine what it lacks to achieve this goal. An exploratory comparative approach has been used to identify and investigate recent internationalization trends in ASEAN member countries. The internationalization of higher education is a compelling and logical approach to increasing harmonization at the intra-regional and interregional levels.

This study investigates how student experiences in international exchange programs in ASEAN countries (i.e., Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam) and Korea facilitate the development of global citizenship. We build and expand upon prior study abroad research conducted mostly in North American or European countries to understand if findings and best practices based on the Western context are also applicable to the Southeast Asian region and Korea. We focus attention on how student characteristics are mediated by program experiences abroad that contribute to global citizenship outcomes. Results based on structural equation modeling show that students who report a strong interest to expand intercultural understanding are more likely to be satisfied with host university academic experiences related to the globally oriented curriculum and interact frequently with diverse students; these together positively affect the development of global citizenship. In other words, study abroad as a high-impact practice that is effective in cultivating global citizenship is applicable to international programming in higher education institutions across different regional contexts. - Abstract
Kg Tudan, a village with steep terrain and infertile soils located within the buffer area of Crocker Range Biosphere Reserve (CRBR) is requiring policy and socio-economic interventions. Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), through some funding from the Federal Government, has implemented the Knowledge Transfer Programme (KTP) and MOSTI Social Innovation (MSI) for alternative uses of the mulberry products. The main objective of this study is to identify the missing links between biodiversity conservation and poverty alleviation. The study also identified factors that motivate the community's participation in the livelihood enhancement program coordinated through the KTP and MSI programs as well as the impacts of such programs on the protection of natural resources in Crocker Range Park. A qualitative interview of 35 respondents was conducted in Kg. Tudan, Kiulu, Tuaran. Based on the content analysis using Leximancer, the results revealed that the primary motivation of their participation is financial support, community enhancement through training program and certification, enhancement of facilities, the opportunity for employment, and cultural recognition. Findings also unearthed that only 3% of the respondents are still going to the forest to extract natural resources after implementing poverty alleviation projects. The findings can be deduced that social value is substantial in local community participation in poverty alleviation projects. Therefore, the study's outcome is crucial as preliminary discoveries of moving beyond the "conservation-poverty" debate towards on-the-ground implementation. Thus, contributing to addressing the knowledge gaps between biodiversity conservation and poverty alleviation of local communities.

- Abstract
Entomological ecotourism has developed into a modern-day definition. The promotion of entomological ecotourism makes people gaining a better understanding of insects when they participated such activity. Depending on the eco-tour context, one may learn about a particular insects’role in the ecosystem, insects’ connections with other wildlife, or the plants they depend on. Several studies reported the general preference of insects. However, there is still a lack of research for understanding the reason for similarities and differences in insects’ perceptions as a tourism product from a cultural aspect. This research aimed to study the key factors that affect tourists’ awareness and perception of insects based on their demographic profiles. The researcher used questionnaires, surveys, and interviews for data collection. The outcomes are illustrated in the form of conceptual map, quadrant report, spider-web configuration as well as tables. This cross-cultural study shows that there is little difference in perception and awareness between Malaysian and Non-Malaysian respondents. Respondents also show three main factors, such as ‘Knowledge’, ‘Experience’ and ‘Appearance’ that may cause different perceptions of insects other than their cultural background. Even though there are no significant differences between the respondents’ perceptions of insects, there are still some items among the respondents’ perceptions need to be considered. These items include the respondents’ perspective on diversity, behaviors, life cycle, and insects' appearance. Therefore, getting people to participate in entomological ecotourism, insects that fit tourists’ requirements such as beautiful, rare, and attractive, needs to be focused on. Hence, the findings are significant to share to ensure proper management of insects through entomological ecotourism or entotourism.

- Abstract
Natural hot springs are a common occurrence in Malaysia. These natural hot springs occur when water seeps into the earth and is heated by magma and pressure causes the water to rise again as a heated pool or hot springs. Some locals believe that these natural hot springs have curative effects and can cure skin ailments such as rashes, pimples and fungi infections. Whether this is true or not remains to be scientifically proven, but these places have become a magnet for tourists and those seeking healing. Some of Malaysia's natural hot springs have developed into modern tourists' attractions with shops, rest houses, restaurants and changing rooms built nearby to accommodate visitors who are interested by this natural phenomenon and the best example is the Poring Hot Springs, in Ranau, Sabah. Consequently, the objective of this paper is to briefly highlight the potential of Lojing's hot springs as nature tourism attraction for the state of Kelantan. This paper provides a broad insight into the demand for services and facilities, location and characteristics of Lojing's geothermal and natural mineral water resources, the opportunities available to expand and establish new facilities and an indication of the success of Sabah's developments with the potential to be replicated in Lojing. Based on the content analysis done using Leximancer, it is apparent that Lojing's hot spring requires intervention in terms of strategies that aimed at increasing tourist satisfaction. It is suggested that the theme "leisure" to be concentrated as the pull factor for Lojing hot spring-based tourism.

- Abstract
In favour of the Big Five Invertebrates form the basis for ecosystem functioning but are typically neglected in ecotourism activities. Entotourism is introduced to elevate awareness about the potential of invertebrates and their conservation activity through tourism. Improved awareness via tourism activity can potentially lead to improved conservation practices. Yet, do tourists accept entotourism as another product of ecotourism? This study aims to determine the perception of tourists on entotourism activity in Sabah. We are implementing a mixed-method to acquire information needed via questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews. At the same time, we applied a random sampling technique to gain the respective respondents. Data analysis used a t-test to examine gender perception and presented via Spider-Web configuration. In comparison, we used content analysis via Leximancer for qualitative analysis. This study demonstrated that people have a slightly different perception of insects and awareness based on their gender. Results show that most participants responded positively to insect information, awareness and their interest in certain insects. Respondents also gave their support to entotourism, which provided them with some new knowledge about insects. The interview has also indicated a positive perception of invertebrate information as part of the entotourism concept included in ecotourism activity. In conclusion, tourists’ perception of entotourism activity unveils a significant potential for the inclusion of invertebrate into current and future ecotourism activity, especially in Sabah. Alternately, it can be applied as a preparatory step for better planning and execution of invertebrate’s conservation and entotourism activity.

LIBRARY administration ,KNOWLEDGE management ,ACADEMIC libraries ,COMPETITIVE advantage in business - Abstract
Libraries are institutions that collect printed and recorded knowledge, manage it in a special way to meet the intellectual needs of its users through various ways of knowledge interaction. In order to maintain the existence of the organization, knowledge management can be done with knowledge management. Knowledge management is the process by which libraries collect knowledge assets and use them to gain a competitive advantage. The challenge that is often faced in the management of knowledge preservation is to provide education to institutions about the meaning and purpose of knowledge preservation. The method used in the preparation of this paper is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Based on the results of the systematic literature review method (SLR), the research selection was divided into 3 stages of selection. After screening, it was determined that there were 5 (five) articles that were used as references. The knowledge that has been obtained requires special treatment. This special treatment is so that the knowledge that has been possessed is not lost in the future and can be used by the next generation in the form of written in documents or taught orally from generation to generation.
