Abstract

The virogenic common wart or papillomavirus may be separated into a number of varieties, depending upon its location on the skin. Individual viruses or groups of viruses have been found to be associated with a particular clinical type of wart, and each of the types has been claimed to show a characteristic histopathologic and cytopathologic picture. Classification criteria for the many types of papillomavirus were established according to the extent of DNA homology. Human papillomavirus 3 and 10 are associated with flat warts located almost anywhere on the skin surface, most commonly on tile face and the dorsa of the hands. These warts are generally multiple, tending to spread within scratch marks, thus forming linear, slightly raised papular lesions.

Abstract

For some women with stress incontinence, surgery is the only effective treatment. More than 100 different operations are reported to cure stress incontinence. The reason for this variety is the fact that none of the operations is entirely satisfactory. This review aims to highlight the complications of surgery for stress incontinence in women.
