Resource management efficiency can be a beneficial step toward optimizing power consumption in software-hardware integrated systems. Languages such as C, C++, and Fortran have been extremely popular for dealing with optimization, memory management, and other resource management. We investigate novel algorithmic architectures capable of optimizing resource requirements and increasing energy efficiency. The experimental results obtained with C++ can be extended to other programming languages as well. We emphasize the inherent drawbacks of memory management operators. These operators are intended to be extremely generic in their application, just as the concept of dynamic memory is. As a result, they are unable to take advantage of the various optimization techniques and opportunities that specific use cases present. Each source code file is modeled after its own distinct memory usage pattern, which can be used to speed up memory management routines. Such concepts are frequently time-consuming and costly to implement; consequently, they are not the primary concern of application developers, as they require manual development and integration. We intend to address this gap by providing a suite of memory management algorithms that enable dramatic performance improvements at the source code level while allowing for seamless integration across multiple use cases. The techniques have been evaluated on several performance parameters, and results have been presented. In this paper, we have compared a variety of memory allocation techniques and compared their space and energy efficiency requirements. Three variants of SSDAM, SSDAM-E, and DLLOM strategies have been evaluated and compared against the base performance of new and delete operators. SSDAM-E, SSDAM with new delete operators, and DDLOM improve the memory consumption by the factors of 8.01, 7.0, and 4.0, respectively. In the worst case, SSDAM-E gave an average running time of 5.650 sec faster than the DLLOM average time of 7.496 sec. As far as energy efficiency is considered, SSDAM-Original and SSDAM-E-Original attain 100%, in comparison with the base efficiency of 12.48% characterized by new/delete operators.

Space optimization is a particular phenomenon which has puzzled the computer programmers worldwide. More and more data needs to be stored into ever decreasing space. Several techniques are utilized to either decompress the files or better manage the memory. The first aspect involves the mathematics behind the conversion and the second aspect involves physics to store more data on to smaller chips. The proposed formulation i.e. The Matrix Folding Algorithm serves the first aspect of Space optimization by making use of mathematical calculations to reduce the size of a matrix. Matrix Folding Algorithm is a technique to reduce the space occupied by a square matrix to a level of 25% of the original size. The algorithm is based on mathematical calculations applied on the original values in order to double fold the matrix first from right to left and then from bottom to top. Like many other algorithms this one also has limitations that the original matrix should have numbers ranging from 0 through 15 only when we consider a system where the integer takes 2 bytes of space. And the matrix should have numbers ranging from 0 through 255 only when we consider a system where the integer takes 4 bytes of space.

This research paper proposes experimental support to secure round trip engineering and use of security performance flexibility trusted operating systems for the designing of secure web applications. In this research paper, to address security concerns, we suggest use of trusted operating systems as a platform to run these web applications. For improving the performance of these web applications, we observe that all security checks in a trusted operating system are not necessary. As per our suggestion, various unnecessary security checks can be skipped by administrator, so that system performance of these web applications can improve. These unnecessary security checks, system calls and operations can be easily identified at the time of requirements elicitation. For example, as we know, the popular web servers deal with public information. The majority of this information is publicly readable and available to all users, but these users should not be able to alter this data. This research paper aims to support the efficiency of object-oriented class-based programming and object-oriented modeling in secure software development. The round trip engineering for the development of complex web applications, helps developers in code restructuring, identify probable bugs or deficiencies for probable improvements and helps from the analysis phase to the maintenance phase.

Indian Government is also focusing on making Digital India; Government is launching their social welfare schemes through e-Services also.E-services (electronic services) are services which use of information and communication technologies (ICTs). If we talk about the medical, health related specific e-Services, lots of opportunities are still left, like in Chhattisgarh and Bihar, e-Services are their but it required lot of improvements, the parameters on which the said states are facing challenges, have been taken care in this study and analysis. In this paper the study and analysis is done for a Rohilkhand region, one of the largest regions of another Indian state i.e. Uttar Pradesh (largest state of Indian). This research paper consist the study, analysis for effectiveness of e-Services in terms of medical assistance, for the same we have conducted a survey for the comparison among the three e-Services. The analysis has been done on the surveyed data through the Chi-Square test; the result of the said test has been mentioned in the conclusion title.

This paper adds security engineering into an object-oriented model-driven software development for real-life Web applications. In this paper, we use mining patterns in Web applications. This research paper proposes a unified modeling language-based secure software maintenance procedure. The proposed method is applied for maintaining a large-scale software product and real-life product-line products. After modeling, we can implement and run this Web application, on SPF-based trusted operating systems. As we know, reverse engineering of old software is focused on the understanding of legacy program code without having proper software documentation. The extracted design information was used to implement a new version of the software program written in C++. For secure designing of Web applications, this paper proposes system security performance model for trusted operating system. For re-engineering and re-implementation process of Web applications, this paper proposes the model-driven round-trip engineering approach.

These non essential security checks can be identified in any web application. For implementation of this Security Performance framework based trusted operating system, we propose object oriented based Code generation through forward engineering. This involves generating source code of web application from one or more Object oriented Rational Rose model. The novel integration of security engineering with model-driven software expansion approach has varied advantages. In this regard a number of trusted operating systems like Argus, Trusted Solaris, and Virtual Vault have been developed by various companies to handle the increasing need of security. Due to high security reason these operating systems are being used in defense. But still these secure operating systems have limited scope in commercial sector due to lower performance; actually this security will come at a cost. This paper analyzes UML-based software development solutions for SPF to manage the security, performance and modeling for web applications.
