In this study we use stem and leaves used for phytochemical analysis and their biological properties such as Antioxidant and Anti-inflammatory activity. Known Protocol for the phytochemical analysis, while antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity was determined using known methods. In the world industries are growing very rapidly resulting in fast development. Various industries are coming up such as that of dyes, paints, pharmaceuticals etc. Dyes are used in various industries and release pollutants in the environment. It is necessary to remove such pollutants from the environment. Euphorbia neriifolia L. grow as the weed in the forests of the konkan region in waste land area. This weed is a typical latex bearing plant. This latex can be converted into the powder under sun drying process. This powder can be used for the preparation of Fe nanoparticles. The plant assisted synthesized nanoparticles have good particle size, morphology and band gap. These nanoparticles used for the degradation of the dye like Methylene Blue and Methylene Red from the industrial waste. It gives very good results. We can develop new catalyst for the degradation of the dyes from the industrial waste. It act as good catalyst by the simple non form of the catalyst. Zinc oxide nanoparticles are easily synthesized from leaves of Abelmoschus esculentus Linn using ecofriendly green route at room temperature. Various phytochemicals present leaves extract of lady finger or the in Abelmoschus esculentus (L) used for reduction and stabilization of agent for the synthesis of ZnONPs. ZnONPs shows better stabilization by the phytochemicals proved by the Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. Particular size of the synthesized ZnONPs was studied using transmission electron microscopy. Plant assisted zinc oxide nanoparticles show good band gap 3.37Ev and have the good photocatalytic activity in UV region. Now a day’s number of dyes and dying agents are used in daily life. It causes more pollution because dye degradation requires long time. They have very good biological and pharmaceutical activity. In this we have prepared plant assisted tin oxide nanoparticles from the leaves of Ceropegia jainii plant by the green methods. The synthesized nanoparticles are characterized by various methods of analysis. These synthesized plants assisted nanoparticles are used for the synthesis of the heterocycles. We have developed the simple and highly efficient three component such as benzil, aromatic aldehyde and ammonium acetate under the microwave irradiation without any solvent. Waste water treatment is major issue in urban and rural area. For this it requires various catalyst which are costly. We have developed simple method for the synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticles using waste Pineapple peels. Waste pericarp contain various phytochemicals which serve as reducing agent as well as the capping agent. The synthesized plant nanoparticles are characterized by the various analytical methods such as X-ray diffraction, FTIR, UV–Visible transmission electron microscopy, X-ray spectroscopy. The synthesized nanoparticles show good purity, good size. Industrial Development takes place in this century very fastly. During this development nobler of colors and dyes are used. These dyes are responsible for the various pollution like water, soil and other pollution. Mostly the industrial water was discharged into rivers, pods and other water bodies. To overcome this problem, it become necessary to remove these dyes from the industrial discharge. One of the solutions is that the industrial effluent must be treated before the discharge into other water bodies. We have developed the activated charcoal from the fruit peel of plant Hydnocarpus pentandra and used for the adsorption of Methylene Blue dye. Its activated charcoal shows the excellent adsorption for Methylene Blue dye. Around 90–95% of the dyes gets adsorbed over it. Thus, simple method from the of the fruit peel was developed. A C2-symmetric 7,8-dioxa[6]helicene-2,13-diol was synthesized from readily available 2,7-dihydroxynaphthalene on a gram scale. A high-yielding synthetic strategy for the regioselective hydroxymethylation at the sterically most hindered C1 position of diol analogues was investigated. The dioxa[6]helicene backbone with configurationally stable helical enantiomers was synthesized, and these enantiomers were separated by HPLC on a chiral stationary phase. We also observed an unexpected domino Prins reaction. This is the first report of a domino Prins reaction occurring on a helicene. Along with the high-yielding regioselective functionalization of dioxa[6]helicene analogues, the synthesis of a few cis-7a,14c-dihydro-functionalized helicenoid diols substituted at the sterically most hindered C1 and C14 positions in their racemic forms was explored. more...

The effect of aqueous ethanol medium on the outcome of a Diels–Alder (DA) reaction with regard to yields, reaction time, and the stereoselectivity observed has been studied. When the reaction between anthrone and (R)-(+)-N-α-methylbenzylmaleimide was carried out in aqueous ethanol in presence of achiral base no diastereoselectivity could be obtained. Moderate diastereoselectivity could be achieved in presence of chiral bases. Use of biodegradable aqueous ethanol solvent for the reaction and stereoselective nature of the reactions studied provide a greener approach. more...

The anthracene and it’s derivative 9-chloro acridine and Anthracene-9-ylmethylacetate have prepared in Poly vinyl alcohol(PVOH). Their photoluminescence properties have studied. The pure anthracene has an emission at 424 and 443nm. The intense peak is observed at 465nm and shoulder at 407nm. The derivatives of anthracene Anthracene-9-ylmethylacetate shows an emission around 440nm for the excitation at 393nm and 9-chloro acridine shows emission around 360nm for the excitation at 290nm.
