The paper considers approaches to the analysis and prediction of the state of production and logistics systems of machine-building enterprises. The main groups of random events that occur during the operation of production and logistics systems and can have a significant impact on the implementation of the production program are systematized. Simulation modeling systems are analyzed: AnyLogic, Plant Simulation, PlantTwin. The functional capabilities of simulation modeling systems for setting random events are considered. A comparison of simulation modeling systems is carried out by the method of setting the distribution of a random variable and by the possibilities of accounting for random events.

The article discusses the technology of casting according to the smelted models, in particular, the processes of manufacturing wax models. We considered methods of manufacturing elements of model blocks with the use of molds and with the help of additive technologies. In this paper we showed the features of the application of additive technologies in the lost-wax casting. A simulation model has been developed to evaluate the effectiveness of using additive wax printing technologies to produce wax models. Based on the results of simulation modeling, conclusions were made about the feasibility of using additive technologies in casting according to smelted models.

The paper discusses the goals and objectives of creating digital twins of the production system of a machine-building enterprise. The data structure of the information model of the production system of a machine-building enterprise, which is the basis for building a digital twin, is presented. The paper shows the main approaches to managing a production system based on the construction of its digital twin. It is revealed that along with traditional approaches to PS management by forming recommendations in terms of PS engineering and its operation, the choice of the most rational PS management algorithms that take into account the peculiarities of the production process organization and ensure the formation of production schedules that take into account PS reliability indicators has a great potential. It is proposed to use a specialized language of DPML to describe the information model of the PS through the “product-process-resource” paradigm, which ensures the coordination of the processes of forming recommendations in terms of engineering and operation of the PS, as well as the choice of the most rational algorithm for managing the PS.

Analysis of production systems (PS) of discrete multi-nomenclature machine-building enterprises is a complex task, its solution is necessary to support decision-making during technical re-equipment, modernization or technological preparation of production. The paper shows a concept of joint use of operational scheduling systems and simulation modeling systems to improve the efficiency and adequacy of PS analysis. The problem of determining the deviation of the planned state of the PS from the simulated state and evaluating the level of stability and stability of the PS behaviour on its basis is considered. It is revealed that the proposed approach allows us to more adequately determine the timing of the production program, assess the stability of the PS behaviour when using various planning logics and algorithms, and choose the best one for subsequent use in a real PS.

This paper shows the features of workflow distribution on workplaces on the technical process preparation stage of parts production and the operational and calendar planning stage. Also, the problem of workflow distribution on workplaces was formulated and the mechanism of its occurrence was described. An algorithm for managing the distribution of the volume of work by jobs at the stage of technological preparation of production was developed.

The paper considers the simulation modeling features of various types machine-building enterprises. A tool set for building simulation models of various production types is proposed. A method of a combined approach for simulation model implementation of mixed production types is proposed and described.

The article deals with the issues of improving the efficiency of production and logistics systems (PLS) of machine-building enterprises through the joint use of MES/APS systems and simulation systems for verification of production plans and decision support. The possibility of using the PlantTwin simulation system on the example of a small machine- building enterprise is considered. Simulation of the operation of the enterprise’s PLS when performing a given production program is performed. Based on the results of simulation modeling, a number of organizational and technological proposals and recommendations for improving the efficiency of the enterprise’s PLS were formed. The proposed solutions were verified by making changes to the simulation scenario and obtaining new results showing their effectiveness.

Collecting data from process equipment is currently an interesting task. The use of complex SCADA systems is not always possible and is usually an expensive solution. For some tasks, in-depth analysis of the received technological information is not needed, but visualization of the necessary data is sufficient. In control systems, it is usually not possible to create custom HMI screens. The use of new approaches based on web technologies and cloud solutions allows collecting and visualizing data on web pages and screens of mobile devices. The article shows a solution for collecting data from a CNC system using the OPC UA protocol and subsequent data visualization based on the FRED cloud platform in the required format with the ability to configure HMI screens.

The problem of industrial espionage is very common in the modern world. Existing complex systems are difficult to configure and turnkey solutions are created from integrator firms. In many enterprises, both industrial and civilian, wireless is a less secure area. The proposed solution, which is used as an addition to existing security systems, is able to detect not only created networks with the usual parameters, but also detect hidden data networks and signal unregistered wireless data networks to send information to a special server. The paper presents the architecture of the hardware-software complex, presents the first prototype and conducts test tests.

The basic aspects of preparing a cutting tool for applying wear-resistant coatings to it, in particular, the use of brush technology to round its cutting edges, are investigated. A structural model for constructing a specialized brush machine control system has been developed and the basic aspects of its development have been determined.

The article discusses the issues of feeding fluxgates from compact, low-power generators built on AND-NOT logic elements. The frequency of such generators depends on the magnitude of the measured magnetic field strength. This gives reason to consider the possibility of using frequency as a useful signal. The article proposes to use modulated rectangular voltage pulses, that is, pulses with high-frequency filling, to power a fluxgate. Then, under the influence of the measured magnetic field, the filling frequency changes, according to which the magnitude of the intensity is determined, and the frequency of the modulating voltage corresponding to the passport frequency of the fluxgate remains constant. In this case, it becomes possible to increase the deviation of the filling frequency due to the use of the released output winding of the fluxgate as an additional element of the generator. It was also experimentally established that in order to increase the voltage on the excitation winding of the fluxgate and, as a consequence, to increase its sensitivity, it is advisable to power through the D-trigger, which makes it possible to obtain bipolar voltage on the excitation winding. In addition, it is necessary to use resonance phenomena (at the frequency of the modeling voltage) in the serial circuit “connecting capacitors - excitation coil of a fluxgate”, which allows increasing the voltage on the excitation winding without increasing the voltage of the power source.

The work deals with the features of construction of human-computer interaction to manage the complex process equipment. The mechanism for creating additional portable terminals for monitoring and controlling complex machine tools is presented. A practical example of using the mechanism for creating additional terminal solutions for monitoring and controlling the Quaser MV184P milling machining center is given.

The article is devoted to the trends of building a modern smart manufacturing and solving information transmission problems from technological equipment to the higher levels of enterprise management. The theoretical and practical aspects of developing solutions for collecting the diagnostic information about the work of technological equipment, the construction of its computational kernel, and results of its tests are presented.
