TRAFFIC signs & signals ,CONVOLUTIONAL neural networks ,TRAVEL safety ,TRAFFIC accidents - Abstract
To travel securely on roads, traffic signs are very important. The main cause of road accidents is laxity in viewing the traffic signboards and analysing them wrongly. To avoid all these problems, the new system is implemented. This system helps in identifying the traffic sign and sends a voice command to the driver, so that the driver will take necessary actions to travel safely. The system is trained by using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN/ConvNet), helps in classification and recognisation of traffic sign images. To make the system more accurate, a particular dataset is taken and trained by defining a set of classes. The German Traffic Sign Recognition Benchmark dataset was used for classification of sign boards,it contains more than 40 classes and more than 50000 images of traffic signs. After detecting the sign, a voice command is sent to notify the driver and aware him/her to follow the necessary rules on the road. The main aim of this system is safe and secure travelling and the lives of the people. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Purpose: This paper presents a brief overview which is linked to the bank network and its role in IT. It is also about the study of the role of the Government which has also played a proactive role in this by formulating policies and providing infrastructure, there are some advantages and disadvantages too, which need to be examined, and challenges faced by banking sectors and a few key positive and negative opinions on basis of SWOT analysis. Methodology: The data has been collected from a variety of sources, including newspapers, research papers, websites, and journals. The information has been analyzed and synthesized to provide a comprehensive overview of the topic. Findings: This research aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the extant research on the impact of information technology (IT) on banking. The findings suggest that IT has had a positive impact on banking in terms of efficiency, profitability, and customer service. However, the findings also reveal that IT has harmed employment in the banking sector. The banking sector in India is passing through tectonic changes with the onslaught of digital technologies. Traditional banks, which were dependent on human interaction and paperwork, are today struggling to keep pace with the new-age disruptors such as mobile payments, peer-to-peer lending, etc. They can now easily switch between banks depending on their needs and requirements. At the same time, banks are also looking to partner with FinTech to gain a competitive edge. Originality: A robust banking system makes the lives of the average individual easier, its real impact is felt in the smooth functioning of businesses. The smooth flow of credit and mobilizing of savings are the hallmarks of an economy with an effective banking system. Research Type: Descriptive Study.

ABCD Analysis ,Income ,General Medicine ,Socio-Economic Development ,Challenges ,Women Empowerment - Abstract
Purpose: Women in the research area are totally ignorant of their potential and individuality, which results in unhealthy lives. They also live in poverty and the most deplorable conditions of ignorance. They are driven by a strong desire to escape poverty. They take part in self-help group’ income-generating activities in addition to other things they do. However, from the time they first join Self Help Groups through the end of their involvement in such activities, their socio-economic situation pushes them to deal with various issues. Rural women are the most marginalized group and are excluded from both economic and social life. Microcredit is the most effective tool for empowering women since it gives them the ability to meet their needs throughout their lives. The study comes to the conclusion that self-help group members’ capacity, capability, professional, and entrepreneurial skills need to be improved in order to make them successfully engaged in income-generating activities. SHG taught members approach dealing with difficulties with greater confidence, entrepreneurial skill, knowledge, and a more upbeat attitude. The expansion of group members’ businesses and income-generating endeavors is essential for the self-help group to continue to exist. Also, loans should be provided to these women in reasonable rate and they should have knowledge about all the financial aspects of loan which is lacking currently. Design/Methodology/Approach: The majority of the data included in the current paper comes from secondary sources. The government’s website was used to obtain secondary data, while other publications such as journal articles and government publications were used as verified sources. Findings: After joining the group, it is discovered that access to education, health care, nutritious food, and housing has increased. All of them agree that their understanding of the value of children’s education, health, finance, and their roles in society has increased. As a result of their association with the group, they feel more confident about leading better lives. Originality/Value: This study investigates the relationship between SHGs, microfinance organizations, and the empowerment of women. The contribution of SHG to the development of women’s rights and its impact on women’s engagement in the business field. Paper type: Review Paper

General Earth and Planetary Sciences ,General Environmental Science - Abstract
It is an Iot based paper where designed and implemented smart home system. The purpose is behind of that paper that control the switching of home like fan on or off, lights on or off and specially control the all requirements in home. Alexa is used in this and it is work quickly within a second. Alexa is capable of voice interaction, music playback, making to-do lists, setting alarms, streaming podcasts, playing audio books, and providing weather, traffic, and other real-time information. Alexa can also control several smart devices using itself as a home automation hub. We will use on this project, the “Echo Dot”, which allows users to activate the device using a wake-word, such as “Alexa” or “Computer”, as in “Star Trek! In the home automation space, Alexa can interact with several different devices like Philips Hue, Belkin WeMo, Sonoff, etc. We emulated WeMo devices on previous projects, using the fauxmo ESP library, which seems outdated and not adequately maintained nowadays. Here we will use mat protocol that which helps for the communication.

In India, crop yield is declined due to the post-recognition of diseases in fruits/vegetables by the farmers. Farmers face great economic loss worldwide. Diseases in fruits and plants are the main reasons for the agricultural loss. Knowing the health status of fruits/vegetables helps farmers to improve their productivity. This motivates us to design and develop a tool to help farmers detect the diseases in the early stage itself. This work focuses on developing a user-friendly tool which recognizes the level of the disease and grades them accordingly. Inception model uses convolutional neural networks for the classification, which is again retrained using transfer learning technique. The proposed system also grades the fruit based on the percentage of infection. The system is developed in Tensor flow platform. For the proposed work banana, apple and cherry fruits have been considered.
