We review the architectural design and implementation of the Euclid Archive System (EAS) which is in the core of the Euclid Science Ground System (SGS) and represents a new generation of data-centric scientific information systems. It will handle up to one hundred PBs of mission data in a heterogeneous storage environment and will allow intensive access both to the data and metadata produced during the mission. This paper makes a particular emphasis on the access to science-ready products and interfaces which will be provided for the end-user.

El objetivo principal de todas las empresas es la optimización de sus procesos y buen uso de sus recursos enfocados a la productividad, no obstante, al contar con una gran variación de servicios, se encuentran en la necesidad de organizar y tener toda esta información centralizada, sobre todo si hablamos de incidencias dentro de la empresa; es por eso que las herramientas de tiqueting juegan un papel importante para realizar un seguimiento de incidencias, y esto no sería posible sin la intervención de un despachador o persona que equilibra la carga de trabajo entre los diferentes técnicos comprometidos con el sistema. Gracias a las nuevas tecnologías sobre minería de datos con implementaciones en la experiencia del cliente final, tales como un CRM, podemos mejorar el proceso de toma de decisiones en una empresa. El objetivo final del proyecto es hacer uso de una herramienta de tiqueting y mediante una tecnología de WebScraping poder recopilar, analizar, presentar datos de diferentes fuentes, identificar incidencias recurrentes y/o diferentes complicaciones, de esta manera, automatizar el despacho prescindiendo del proceso manual y así disminuir el tiempo final., The main objective of all companies is the optimization of their processes and good use of their resources focused on productivity, however, having a great variat ion of services, they find themselves in the need to organize and have all this centralized information, especially if we talk about incidents within the company; That is why ticketing tools play an import ant role in tracking incidents, and this would not be possible without the intervention of a dispatcher or person who balances the workload between the different technicians committed to the system. The final objective of the project is to make use of a ticketing tool and through a WebScraping technology be able to collect, analyze, present data from different sources, identify recurring incidents a nd / or different interventions, in this way, automate dispatching regardless of the manual process and decrease the final time., L'objectiu principal de totes les empreses és l'optimització dels seus processos i el bon ús dels seus recursos enfocats a la productivitat, no obstant això, en comptar amb una gran variació de serveis, es troben en la necessitat d'organitzar i tenir tota és ta informació centralitzada, sobre tot si parlem d'incidències dins de l'empresa; és per això que les eines de tiqueting juegan un paper important per a realitzar un seguiment de les incidències, i això no seria possible sense la intervenció d'un dispatcher o persona que equilibra la càrrega de treball entre els diferents tècnics compromesos amb el sistema. Gràcies a les noves tecnologies sobre mineria de dades amb implementacions en l'experiència del client final, tales com un CRM, podem m jorar el procés de presa de decisions en una empresa. L'objectiu final del projecte és fer un ús d'una herramienta de tiqueting i mitjançant una tecnologia WeScraping poder recopilar, analitzar, presentar dades de diferents fonts, identificar incidències recurrents i/o diferents intervencions, d'aquesta manera, automatitzar el dispatching prescindint del procés manual i així disminuir el temps final.

Hoy en día se aprecia un aumento de las situaciones de bullying entre los adolescentes. En el entorno educativo se toman medidas de distinta índole para conseguir detectar estas situaciones y así poder atajar el problema del acoso. Una de las formas de solucionar este problema es mediante la interacción entre el alumnado en actividades conjuntas o a través protocolos de mediación. El objetivo de la presente investigación fue evaluar y analizar el uso del Kenbudo como recurso educativo para aumentar el fair play y disminuir las conductas disruptivas para evitar el acoso entre adolescentes. Para ello se realizó una intervención de dos sesiones de Kenbudo. Participaron un total de 173 estudiantes de primero y segundo de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO) de dos centros educativos de la provincia de Alicante. Por un lado, se observaron diferencias significativas en las dos variables irresponsabilidad y bajo compromiso, ya que aumentaron con la actividad y, por otro lado, la variable victoria que disminuyó en el grupo experimental., Nowadays, there is an increase in bullying situations among the adolescent. Owing to this fact, a performance of two Kenbudo sessions was carried out. These two attitudes have been studied since they have a direct relationship in bullying situations. A total of 173 students of first and second Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) from two educational centers in the province of Alicante was surveyed. On the one hand, significant differences were observed in the two variables studied low commitment and irresponsibility as they increased with the activity; on the other hand, the other variable, victory, decreased in the experimental group.
