The finishing process of heavy-duty gears of a kind of mine is carried out by using the vertical cross spindle gear grinding and finishing process. The processing effect of the method on the tooth root is studied emphatically. The tooth surface roughness and micro-appearance contrast is carried out. The experimental results show that the roughing process can significantly reduce the tooth surface roughness at the tooth root position,and the Ra value is reduced from 0. 7 μm to about 0. 2 μm on the basis of grinding,the roughness increased by 1 to 2 level and the Rz value is from 3. 0 μm down to about 1. 0 μm,while the tooth surface processing knife marks,microscopic defects and other basic removal. Compared with the cyclotron roller finishing method,the new technology can make the gear live better tooth surface quality.

Based on analysis on the macroscopic and microcosmic features of doloarenite in C layer, sub-member 2, Jia-2 Member of the Jialingjiang Formation in the Moxi gas field, the genetic mechanism of favorable reservoirs in beach facies carbonate rock is established. Primary inter-granular pores are the main reservoir spaces in the beach facies carbonates, and have the following key characteristics and identification signs: reservoir development was strictly controlled by the depositional microfacies; main pore types are residual inter-granular pores and dissolved-enlarged residual inter-granular pores; only submarine cement existed in grain contacts; initial compaction led to grains under framework support in line-concave-convex contact; and the burial cement in some separate inter-granular pores being not dissolved. The conservation mechanism of primary inter-granular pores is described as follows: after submarine cementation, the initial compaction created grains with early rim cement under framework support and the throats decreased accordingly; the compaction fluid cementation compressed the beach body's margin, the limited shallow burial cementation in inter-granular pores plugged the throats, and the cementation terminated after the diagenetic fluid reached dissolution-cementation balance. Late burial-dissolution adjusted and optimized early porous strata, which played a secondary role in increasing the reservoir space of each permeable reservoir bodies and did not change the spatiotemporal distribution of this kind of reservoir. Depression is a recurrent, heterogeneous mood disorder occurring in more than 260 million people worldwide. Gut microbiome dysbiosis is associated with the development of depressive-like behaviors by modulating neuro-biochemical metabolism through the microbiome-gut-brain (MGB) axis. Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) has been proposed as a potential therapeutic solution for depression, but the therapeutic efficiency and mechanism are unknown. Here, we performed an FMT from Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats ('healthy' controls) to Fawn-hooded (FH) rats (depression model). Pre-FMT, the FH rats exhibited significantly elevated depressive-like behaviors and distinct neurotransmitter and cytokine levels compared with SD rats. Post-FMT, FH recipients receiving FH fecal microbiota (FH-FH rats) showed aggravated depressive-like behaviors, while the ones receiving SD microbiota (FH-SD rats) had significantly alleviated depressive symptoms, a significant increase in hippocampal neurotransmitters, and a significant decrease of some hippocampal cytokines than FH-FH rats. SD-FMT resulted in the FH-SD rats' gut microbiome resembling the SD donors, and a significant shift in the serum metabolome but not the hippocampal metabolome. Co-occurrence analysis suggests that SD-FMT prevented recipients' depression development via the significant decrease of gut microbial species such as Dialister sp., which led to the recipients' metabolic modulation in serum and hippocampus through the enteric nervous system, the intestinal barrier, and the blood-brain barrier. Our results provided new data pointing to multiple mechanisms of interaction for the impact of gut microbiome modulation on depression therapy. IMPORTANCE Depression is a chronic, recurrent mental disease, which could make the patients commit suicide in severe cases. Considering that gut microbiome dysbiosis could cause depressive symptoms in animals through the MGB axis, the modification of gut microbiota is expected to be a potential therapy for depression, but the daily administration of probiotics is invalid or transient. In this study, we demonstrated that the gut microbiome transferred from a healthy rat model to a depressive rat model could regulate the recipient's neurobiology and behavior via the systematic alternation of the depressive gut microbiota followed by the serum and hippocampal metabolism. These results underline the significance of understanding the impact of gut microbiota on mental disorders and suggest that 'healthy' microbiota transplantation with the function to solve the host's cerebral inflammation may serve as a novel therapeutic strategy for depression.

Fungi of the Conidiobolus group belong to the family Ancylistaceae (Entomophthorales, Entomophthoromycotina, Zoopagomycota) and include over 70 predominantly saprotrophic species in four similar and closely related genera, that were separated phylogenetically recently. Entomopathogenic fungi of the genus Batkoa are very close morphologically to the Conidiobolus species. Their thalli share similar morphology, and they produce ballistic conidia like closely related entomopathogenic Entomophthoraceae. Ballistic conidia are traditionally considered as an efficient tool in the pathogenic process and an important adaptation to the parasitic lifestyle. Our study aims to reconstruct the phylogeny of this fungal group using molecular and genomic data, ancestral lifestyle and morphological features of the conidiobolus-like group and the direction of their evolution. Based on phylogenetic analysis, some species previously in the family Conidiobolaceae are placed in the new families Capillidiaceae and Neoconidiobolaceae, which each include one genus, and the Conidiobolaceae now includes three genera. Intermediate between the conidiobolus-like groups and Entomophthoraceae, species in the distinct Batkoa clade now belong in the family Batkoaceae. Parasitism evolved several times in the Conidiobolus group and Ancestral State Reconstruction suggests that the evolution of ballistic conidia preceded the evolution of the parasitic lifestyle.

In this work, poly(thioetherimide) (PTEI) was used to enhance the mechanical properties and thermal stability of an epoxy resin (EP), N',N,N',N'-tetraglycidyl-4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane (TGDDM). The effect of PTEI on curing behavior, dynamic mechanical, thermal properties, mechanical properties and phase morphology were carefully investigated. The addition of PTEI could improve the performances of EP, and even if only low content of PTEI was added, the heat resistance and mechanical properties were improved, especially for the fracture toughness. When the addition of PTEI was 2 wt%, the impact strength, fracture toughness, elongation at break, tensile strength, and flexural strength of the modified epoxy increased by 78%, 50%, 25%, 30%, and 20%, respectively. In addition, phase morphology was also discussed to validate the results of thermal and mechanical analysis. All these results proved the superior performance of the modified EP. Abstract ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids have been shown to play an important role in health. Enriched with ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids modulate expression of a number of genes with such broad functions as cell proliferation, growth and apoptosis and cell signaling and transduction, these effects, seem to regulate coronary artery disease, hypertension, atherosclerosis, psychiatric disorders and various cancer. In this context, fat-1 transgenic cattle was designed to convert ω-6 to ω-3 fatty acids could form an ideal model to study the effect of ω-3 fatty acids on the above functions. This study focuses on the total genomic difference of gene expression between fat-1 transgenic cattle and wild-type using cDNA microarrays, several genes were found to be overexpressed or suppressed in transgenic cattle relative to wild-type, these discrepancy genes related with lipid metabolism, immunity, inflammation nervous development and fertility.
