Objective To investigate the combination of ultrasound imaging features and serum thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), thyroglobulin (TG), thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb) and thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) in evaluating the risk of invasive papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). Methods A total of 587 patients with PTC confirmed by surgery and pathology in Affiliated Tongzhou Hospital of Nantong University from January 2022 to December 2022 were analyzed and were divided into metastasis group (n=235) and control group (n=352) according to postoperative pathological results. The age, gender, location, size, structure, echo, shape, margin, calcification, relationship with thyroid capsule, ultrasound characteristics of blood supply of PTC and serum level of TSH, TG, TGAb and TPOAb were compared between the two groups, and the correlation between these characteristics and cervical lymph node metastasis was analyzed. Results The nodules of the two groups of PTC patients were all solid, and there was no statistically significant difference in position, structure, internal echo, and aspect ratio of morphology (P＞0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the maximum diameter, margin, calcification, relationship with thyroid capsule, and blood supply of nodules between two groups (P＜0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that maximum diameter, margin, blood supply, relationship between nodules and thyroid capsule, and serum level of TSH, TG, TGAb, TPOAb were independent influencing factors for PTC metastasis （P＜0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasound imaging combined with serum TSH, TG, TGAb, and TPOAb has important clinical significance for preoperative assessment of PTC invasion.

Liver fibrosis is a major risk factor for hepatocellular carcinoma origin, and its progression not only correlates with oxidative stress and inflammation, but also is encouraged by autophagy hold‐up. Therefore, new solutions to effectively attenuate oxidative stress and inflammation and coincidentally favor autophagy are highly demanded to reverse liver fibrosis, and even hamper its escalation into hepatocellular carcinoma. Herein, the porous manganese‐substituted Prussian blue (PMPB) analogs are harnessed to activate autophagy, scavenge reactive oxygen species (ROS), and suppress inflammation for liver fibrosis therapy. PMPB can effectively inhibit macrophage activation, facilitate macrophage autophagy, eradicate ROS, and blockade cellular cross‐talk, thus impeding further inflammation progression. Moreover, the favorable spontaneous capture of PMPB by Kupffer cells allows more PMPB accumulation in liver to significantly attenuate liver injury and collagen deposition, thereby inhibiting the progression of liver fibrosis. PMPB‐based nanomedicine shows great potentials in promoting autophagy activation, eliminating ROS, inhibiting inflammation, and protecting hepatocytes from oxidative stress‐arised damages, which eventually attenuate the extent of liver fibrosis, holding great promise in clinical translation for treating liver fibrosis. Background: Acne vulgaris is a widespread chronic inflammatory dermatological condition. The precise molecular and genetic mechanisms of its pathogenesis remain incompletely understood. This research synthesizes existing databases, targeting a comprehensive exploration of core genetic markers. Methods: Gene expression datasets (GSE6475, GSE108110, and GSE53795) were retrieved from the GEO. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified using the limma package. Enrichment analyses were conducted using GSVA for pathway assessment and clusterProfiler for GO and KEGG analyses. PPI networks and immune cell infiltration were analyzed using the STRING database and ssGSEA, respectively. We investigated the correlation between hub gene biomarkers and immune cell infiltration using Spearman's rank analysis. ROC curve analysis validated the hub genes' diagnostic accuracy. miRNet, TarBase v8.0, and ChEA3 identified miRNA/transcription factor–gene interactions, while DrugBank delineated drug–gene interactions. Experiments utilized HaCaT cells stimulated with Propionibacterium acnes, treated with retinoic acid and methotrexate, and evaluated using RT‐qPCR, ELISA, western blot, lentiviral transduction, CCK‐8, wound‐healing, and transwell assays. Results: There were 104 genes with consistent differences across the three datasets of paired acne and normal skin. Functional analyses emphasized the significant enrichment of these DEGs in immune‐related pathways. PPI network analysis pinpointed hub genes PTPRC, CXCL8, ITGB2, and MMP9 as central players in acne pathogenesis. Elevated levels of specific immune cell infiltration in acne lesions corroborated the inflammatory nature of the disease. ROC curve analysis identified the acne diagnostic potential of four hub genes. Key miRNAs, particularly hsa‐mir‐124‐3p, and central transcription factors like TFEC were noted as significant regulators. In vitro validation using HaCaT cells confirmed the upregulation of hub genes following Propionibacterium acnes exposure, while CXCL8 knockdown reduced pro‐inflammatory cytokines, cell proliferation, and migration. DrugBank insights led to the exploration of retinoic acid and methotrexate, both of which mitigated gene expression upsurge and inflammatory mediator secretion. Conclusion: This comprehensive study elucidated pivotal genes associated with acne pathogenesis, notably PTPRC, CXCL8, ITGB2, and MMP9. The findings underscore potential biomarkers, therapeutic targets, and the therapeutic potential of agents like retinoic acid and methotrexate. Immunotherapy has become one of the most effective therapeutic modalities for achieving long‐term cancer remission, but the available immunotherapeutic strategies suffer from modest response rates owing to the insufficient immunogenicity of tumor cells. In this work, a nanomedicine strategy for maintaining highly immunogenic tumor cells by inducing cascade‐mediated immunogenic tumor‐cell ferroptosis is proposed and developed. A PdMoP nanoplatform is engineered that not only induces initial immunogenic tumor cell ferroptosis through its multienzyme‐mimicking activities but also accelerates Mo(IV)‐to‐Mo(VI) transition, which aggravates glutathione (GSH) depletion for deactivating glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4) enzyme and lead to excessive radical production for promoting p53 expression and reducing SLC7A11, thereby resulting in efficient ferroptosis and apoptosis. Additionally, PdMoP nanoparticles induce the breakdown of hydrogen peroxide into oxygen to alleviate tumor hypoxia, working synergistically with GSH depletion to reverse the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. Significant ferroptosis (through the classical p53‐SLC7A11‐GPX4 pathway) is monitored in both in vitro cellular level and in vivo tumor models, achieving effective tumor suppression and elimination. The distinct ultrasound‐enhanced enzyodynamic therapy strategy represents a simple and effective paradigm for treating cancer by nanocatalytic medicine and catalytic biomaterials. Introduction: This study investigated the feasibility of ultrasound (US)-guided microwave ablation (MWA) as a treatment for nonpuerperal mastitis (NPM). Methods: Fifty-three patients with NPM diagnosed by biopsy and treated with US-guided MWA at the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University between September 2020 and February 2022 were classified according to whether they underwent MWA alone (n = 29) or MWA with incision and drainage (n = 24). Patients were followed up by interviews, physical and US examinations, and evaluation of breast skin at 1 week and 1, 2, and 3 months after treatment. Data from these patients were prospectively collected and retrospectively analyzed. Results: The overall mean patient age was 34.42 ± 9.20 years. The groups differed significantly by age, involved quadrants, and the initial maximum diameter of lesions. In the MWA group, the cure rate was 34.48%, and the apparent efficiency rate was 65.52%. In the MWA with incision and drainage, the apparent efficiency rate was 91.66%, and the effective rate was 4.17%. The excellent rate for breast aesthetics in the MWA group was 79.31%, and the good rate was 20.69%. The excellent rate in the MWA with incision and drainage group was 45.83%, the good rate was 41.67%, and the qualified rate was 12.5%. The mean maximum diameter of lesions in the two groups decreased significantly. Conclusion: For NPM with small lesions in a single quadrant, MWA therapy is a direct and effective method. For larger lesions involving two or more quadrants, the combined treatment of MWA with incision and drainage showed significant improvement in a short period.
