In Vietnam, the number of persons with disabilities constitutes a significant proportion of the total population. The unemployment rate among women with disabilities is particularly high. Access to employment for women with disabilities is a social problem that needs to be addressed due to its long-term effects on individuals, their families, and their communities. This paper describes the characteristics of women with disabilities in My Tho City, Tien Giang Province before examining vocational training programs designed for individuals with disabilities and explores the pathways through which women with disabilities in this locality can access employment. In addition to secondary sources, this study collected primary data in 2022 through 33 semi-structured in-depth interviews with women with disabilities, representatives of local government from Ward 5, Ward 6, Dao Thanh and My Phong, a representative of the Women's Union, and a representative of Department of Labor, Invalid, and Social Affairs from within the city. Based on the research results, the paper offers several recommendations to enhance employment opportunities for this group, contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. This study aims to measure the relationship Relationship between Social capital and life satisfaction of the Southern Khmer people in Viet Nam. Khmer households were targeted to be interviewed. To do this, the method of exploratory factor analysis (EFA) is initially employed, then confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structure equation modelling (SEM) are used. The results showed that six aspects of Social capital toward social networks; Perception of individual in in a society; social norm; values of life; information and communication and self-esteem are significant factors. As a result, self - esteem as mediators between social capital and life satisfaction. This finding provides strong evidence of the important role of social capital to support positive impacts on self-esteem and life satisfaction. In addition, Research results show that the average satisfaction index of Khmer people is relatively satisfied (3.67) with their current life. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the implementation of social capital to promote implementation of self - esteem, in order to contributes to improving life satisfaction. It is very important for local authorities and policy makers to develop programs to promote the enhancement of the components of social capital to increase the life satisfaction of the southern Khmer in Viet Nam. Vibrio spp. là nguyên nhân gây ra các bệnh vi khuẩn trên thủy sản nói chung và tôm nói riêng. Phương pháp điều trị bằng kháng sinh đã tạo ra các chủng vi sinh vật đa kháng thuốc. Mục đích của nghiên cứu này là đánh giá ảnh hưởng của cao chiết và cao chiết kết hợp thực khuẩn thể đối với các dòng Vibrio spp. Nghiên cứu được thực hiện theo hai phương pháp là khuếch tán qua đĩa thạch và trải đếm so sánh mật số vi khuẩn.
