In order to perform well the organization of experiential activities for students of primary schools in Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong city in the direction of approaching the capacity, primary schools in the district have been invested and created favorable conditions for education. however, there are certain limitations as well. The results of the survey on the actual situation of experiential activities for students in primary schools in Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong city in the direction of competency approach are the basis for proposing measures to manage experiential activities in the direction of competency approach. , along with the requirement of renovating school administration in order to effectively implement the 2018 National Education Program, contributing to improving the quality of comprehensive education.

Introductions:Pre-hospital care, especially for severe trauma which contributes to reduce the risk of morbidities and mortalities. We conducted a study for having an over view of the situation of pre-hospital emergency in Hanoi city through traumatic patients have been treated at Dong Da General Hospital, one of the second level hospitals in Hanoi. Materials and methods:All traumatic patients have been admitted at the emergency department of Dong Da General Hospital during the period from March 2022 to October 2022, regardless of gender, age, had complete medical records, and including severe cases were discharged to die or dead in hospital. Data were collected by Epidata 3.1 and processed using SPSS 20.0 software. Results: Characteristics of target population: A total of 236 cases of traumatic patients were enrolled, of them, the ISS scores in the mild range accounted for the majority of 97.0%; Lesion located in limbs and pelvis accounts for the largest proportion of 43.1%. Current situation of pre-hospital care: Patients who did not receive first aid before coming to the hospital accounted for 71.6%, the first aid people were mainly accompanied by the person next to patient at the scene (65.7%). Transportation by ambulance accounts for only 1.7%, the average waiting time was 4.54 7.68 minutes. Patients receiving first aid to step Disability (D) accounted for the largest proportion with 59.7%, 34.3% of patients received first aid to step Exposure (E). Wound washing and bandaging are the two most commonly used techniques, accounting for 28.6%, with 1 patient requiring CPR accounting for 1.0%. Conclusions and recommendations:Through the study of pre-hospital care for trauma showed that most patients were initially managed by the person accompanying the patient. A low percentage of ambulance transportation can be potentially high risk for the patient. We recommend strengthening the network of collaborators and communities for pre-hospital care in emergency.

Energy consumption and economic growth have an inseparable relationship, affecting the development situation in all aspects of a country. A well-coordinated relationship between energy consumption and economic growth will help the economy develop strongly. This is based on the assumption that energy is being used optimally, avoiding excessive energy consumption, which would lead to energy depletion, with the result that the economic situation remains undeveloped or there is slow development. Electricity plays an important role for each country in the world in general and Vietnam in particular. Vietnam is a developing country; along with that is the great contribution of electric energy to production/business activities, and the daily life of each person. Electricity is an input to help operate machines, improve productivity, and achieve high efficiency in economic activities. Production and business activities will be stalled, negatively affecting economic growth in countries including Vietnam when countries lack electricity. This article assesses the impact of electricity consumption on Vietnam’s economic growth in the period 1986-2020. The estimated results of the ARDL (Autoregressive Distributed Lag) model show that electricity consumption has an impact on economic growth in the short term and long term.

A method employing 137Cs sorption to copper hexacyanoferrate (Cu2[Fe(CN)6])-coated fibers for determining 137Cs activity in seawater is presented in this paper. The Cu2[Fe(CN)6]-coated fibers were packed into a PVC cartridge and used to treat 300 L of seawater, exhibiting a 137Cs sorption efficiency of above 99%. The Cu2[Fe(CN)6]-fiber samples containing 137Cs were subsequently dried and placed into a 500 mL Marinelli beaker to determine the activity concentrations by gamma spectrometry. This method was applied to seawater of the Phuoc Dinh and Vinh Hai coastal areas in Ninh Thuan province, Vietnam. The activity concentrations of 137Cs in the surveyed areas ranged from 1.14 to 1.44 Bq/m3. The activities of 137Cs in the seawater samples of this work were compared with those observed in seawater on the coasts of Vietnam and other countries along the South China Sea.

Metacognition theory has been interested in research since the 70s of the twentieth century in the world. It can be seen that the thinking process, perception and metacognition of students and mathematical competence is one of the focus of research on mathematics education. However, the problem that is always interested by researchers in mathematics education is how to develop mathematical competence? What factors influence this capacity development process? How to support students to become better math problem solvers, especially in math? To find solutions to the problems posed above, a number of studies in the world and in Vietnam have focused on the relationship between metacognition and problem solving; At the same time, find ways to apply metacognition in the process of teaching mathematics. This study focuses on the goal of developing learners' competencies; Especially for the goal of developing mathematical competence for high school students through Mathematics, there is a need to research and exploit the thinking and cognitive factors in learning Mathematics to find solutions to overcome these problems.

Atualmente, os formuladores de políticas em todo o mundo estão tentando reformar o sistema educacional em geral e a educação matemática em particular para criar uma mudança fundamental no conteúdo, no currículo e nos métodos de aprendizagem de matemática dos estudantes. Esforços inovadores na educação em Matemática concentram-se em ajudar os estudantes a desenvolver as competências centrais do século 21 para criar mais opções educacionais e de carreira para os estudantes no futuro. Metacognição ou pensar em pensar refere-se à capacidade de um indivíduo de controlar seus processos de pensamento, especialmente a percepção de escolher e usar estratégias de resolução de problemas. Para encontrar soluções para os problemas mencionados, vários estudos se concentraram na compreensão do papel da metacognição nas atividades de resolução de problemas no processo de ensino de Matemática. Neste estudo vamos explorar alguns modelos metacognitivos na educação matemática, por isso, pesquisamos “Aplicação da habilidade de metacognição em métodos de solução de problemas para estudantes do ensino médio”.

This paper investigates the use of evaluative language in two articles concerning the destruction of the Earth’s largest rainforest, the Amazon, in 2019. The articles were carefully chosen from prominent newspapers, the New York Times in the USA and VnExpress in Vietnam. The analysis of the evaluative language in the two texts was conducted mainly in terms of their attitudes based on the Appraisal Theory by Martin and White (2005). Moreover, White’s (1998) systemic linguistic approach was utilized in order to reveal both experiential and interpersonal meanings of news text with the use of lexico-grammar as a tool for analysis. One significant feature of the evaluative language in terms of attitude which was found was the dominance of negativity in both articles regarding the severity of the fire and the passive reactions and scarce solutions to the problems of the local authority. Another conclusion was drawn from the investigation of the two texts was the use of quantification in implied expression of attitude to emphasize the devastation of the Amazon.
