Most young Vietnamese people now have access to the movement of voluntary blood donation. Volunteers who want to donate blood must meet certain health requirements and wait at least three months between donations. As a result, the blood received falls below the bare minimum, resulting in reserve anemia. Based on these practical requirements, the article proposes a tool to assist health facilities in locating people willing to donate blood in hazardous situations within a reasonable distance. This system is built on a three-layer model that interacts with the database via Entity Framework and uses the Google Map API to locate blood donors. Before being used, the application was tested on a website using blood donation data from volunteers in the Binh Thanh and Go Vap districts.

Các thí nghiệm đánh giá hiệu quả của SalibroTM 500SC (Fluazaindolizine) trong phòng trừ tuyến trùng Pratylenchus coffeae (P. coffeae) trên cây cà phê được bố trí trong phòng thí nghiệm và nhà lưới. Kết quả cho thấy hiệu quả diệt tuyến trùng P. coffeae trong phòng thí nghiệm. SalibroTM ở nồng độ 100-200 ppm hoạt chất cho thấy mức độ diệt tuyến trùng P. coffeae nhanh với hiệu quả từ 92-95%. Kết quả thí nghiệm trong nhà lưới ghi nhận SalibroTM 500SC nồng độ 200 ppm có hiệu quả diệt tuyến trùng cao nhất đối với cả mật số tuyến trùng trong đất và rễ. Hiệu quả kiểm soát thối rễ cao nhất được ghi nhận tại nghiệm thức SalibroTM ở nồng độ 200 ppm hoạt chất (65,6%) và NimitzTM 480EC (Fluensulfone) nồng độ 400 ppm (65,2%), tiếp theo là các nghiệm thức SalibroTM ở nồng độ 200 ppm (64,8%) và Tervigo 020SC (Abamectin) nồng độ 1000 ppm (62,1%). SalibroTM ở nồng độ 150-200 ppm hoạt chất cũng làm giảm tỷ lệ vàng lá và chỉ số vàng lá trên cà phê và trọng lượng rễ tươi cũng được ghi nhận cao hơn so với đối chứng 30-36,7%.

In the present study, the chemical composition and the antibacterial properties of the essential oil obtained from fresh leaves of Blumea balsamifera (L.) DC. in Lamdong are reported. The hydrodistillation method was used to isolate essential oil from leaves of this species, and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC-MS) techniques were used to analyze the chemical constituents of the essential oil. Thirty six chemical constituents of the essential oil derived from fresh leaves of B. balsamifera were identified, in which the major compounds of the essential oil were camphor, caryophyllene, caryophyllene oxide, β-eudesmol, thymol hydroquinone dimethyl ether, and t-eudesmol, accounting for 43.69%, 12.71%, 5.98%, 4.84%, 4.63%, and 3.32%, respectively. Moreover, by using the agar well diffusion method, the antibacterial effects of B. balsamifera essential oilagainst Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were tested by the inhibition zone diameter test to evaluate the antibacterial activity.
