In recent years, autonomy in preschool and general education known as an educational renovation trend has been stated in guidance documents and implemented in some preschools and general schools. However, the theoretical and practical aspects still need to be further studied. The study focuses on exploring the concepts and models of autonomy in preschool and general education in the world and Vietnam's current context. Therefore, we propose an autonomy model in preschool and general education and some solutions to effectively implement this issue, contributing to renovation and improving the quality of education and training.

Sharing economy is a term that has been discussed a lot on e-commerce forums in Vietnam recently. This is a new business model capable of bringing super profits and expected benefits for society in the digital economy. However, the practical application of this economic model is not easy, even causing unfair competition between traditional business enterprises and enterprises operating under the sharing economy model. Therefore, this article discusses some sharing economy issues, such as the theoretical basis and current situation of sharing economy development in Vietnam through methods of collecting, processing, and analyzing information. Thereby giving some recommendations to develop the sharing economy in Vietnam in the context of the industrial revolution 4.0.

Solar power is a mature and fast-growing field based on single crystal silicon wafer technology. Although China, Europe and the US are the main markets, 80 percent of the modules are manufactured in Asia. In Vietnam, modules are manufactured in collaboration with Chinese and American manufacturers. In 2017, there were 5 GW of solar panels produced in Vietnam, accounting for 7% of the global market. The domestic solar market is expected to peak at around 1.8 GW/year according to the targets set out in the revised PDP 7. The domestic module production capacity, currently devoted entirely to export, is around 5.2 GW/year, three times the expected maximum capacity of the domestic market. In that context, due to the normal size of factories, only a few parts factories can sell to the domestic market, while the majority still must rely on exports. But it is important to map out a clear roadmap for 12 GW of solar power that will encourage the formation of EPC companies and other domestic service companies in Vietnam to build factories according to the plan. Construction, operation, maintenance, and production for the domestic market has the potential to increase Vietnam's GDP by about 0.25% by 2030 and create more than 25,000 jobs.

The need for writing is undoubtedly pervasive in our lives, especially in modern societies of the 21st century. When examining the everyday world, one finds people engaged in many varieties of writing such as sending a text message, writing a covering letter or a scholarship application form, composing a research paper, etc. In short, writing not only is an integral part of our social and professional activities but also determines our life chances. The growth of English as a lingua franca makes English writing more important than ever before, which results in more attention paid to teaching English writing in non-English speaking contexts. This paper reports on part of the findings of a study that investigated practices of teaching English writing at the lower secondary level in Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Vietnam. The research employed a qualitative, multi-case study approach. The findings revealed a significant gap between the English education policies of the Vietnamese government and classroom practice. The teaching of secondary English writing did not prepare learners well for the 21st century language skills as expected.

The goal of this research to sport out factors affecting the intention to use internet banking service at Vietnam’s commercial banks in context 4.0. Quantitative questionaire is used to measure responses of participants. Regresstion results show that perceived usefulness (with Beta coefficient 0.144), perceived easy to use (with Beta coefficient 0.145) have a positive impact on the intention to use internet banking services at commercial banks in Vietnam. In addition, perceived financial cost has beta coefficient -0.502 meaning opposite effect on the intention to use internet banking. Attitude toward using does not have a positive impact on the intention to use.

This paper aims to introduce a new perspective on literacy (reading and writing) as a result of our ever-changing world, i.e. multiliteracies. In the social setting where information and communication technology is developing rapidly and effective communication requires more than mastering linguistic knowledge, traditional literacy is no longer appropriate. Accordingly, traditional literacy teaching practices are not adequate to meet the needs of the modern society. Therefore, calls for reforms in literacy teaching and learning have been supported in many countries. Functional and Critical pedagogies are being increasingly applied throughout in the world. However, little attention to these pedagogies have been paid in Vietnam. This paper attempts to call for a change in literacy education in Vietnam by introducing contemporary approaches to literacy applied in the world with the purpose of providing teachers with more pedagogical choices in their classrooms in an effort to improve students’ literacy competence, which can help them integrate well into the globalized world of knowledge era. Controlling the investment activities of company representatives helps to avoid inefficient investment activities. Shareholders will face with risks if manager’s decisions which not bring benefits to shareholders (according to agency theory). Studying the influence of corporate governance on investment has an important role in controlling investment activities of enterprises. Therefore, the authors analyze the impact of corporate governance on investment of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam from 2014 to 2018. With data collected from 480 small and medium enterprises in Vietnam. The results show that state-owned enterprises tend to invest less than non-state enterprises. Companies with manager is board chair and manager hold shares will make investing more. Revenue growth and financial leverage have a positive impact on investment. From the results of this study, the authors also make some recommendations to help control investment activities in the enterprise through corporate governance characteristics.

The aim of this work was to characterize the genetic and biochemical mechanisms involved in the PASR, the phenolic acid stress response induced by phenolic acids Bacillus subtilis. By genetics and molecular biology strategies, like reverse genetic, PCR or transposon random mutagenesis, gene deletion, complementation of strains, and gene expression, the main components of the PASR were identified and quantified. Site-directed and random mutagenesis of respectively the promoter of padC encoding the phenolic acid decaroxylase, and PadR, the repressor of the padC expression, allowed us to identify the site of binding of PadR with this promoter, as well as the amino-acid residues involved in the functionality of PadR. Results obtained by the use of reporter strains of B. Subtilis construct for this aim, were confirmed by in vitro foot-printing and EMSA, and heterologous co-expression of the genes in E. Coli. This work provides evidence that a supposed non-functional truncated yveFG gene, co-transcript with padC, encoded a YveF peptid which is a moderator of the padC expression, and that the repaired gene was a non-inactivable repressor of padC expression., Ce travail a porté sur la caractérisation des mécanismes génétiques et biochimiques impliqués dans la PASR, la réponse au stress acide phénol, chez Bacillus subtilis. Cela a été réalisé grâce à des stratégies de génétique et biologie moléculaire comme la génétique inverse, la mutagenèse aléatoire par PCR ou par transposition, la délétion de gènes, la complémentation de gènes. Les éléments impliqués dans la PASR ont été identifiés, en particulier PadR, le régulateur transcriptionnel de l’expression du gène padC qui codent pour l’acide phénol décarboxlyase, élément clé de la PASR. Les séquences du promoteur du gène padC et les résidus acides aminés impliqués dans la fonctionnalité de PadR ont pu être identifiés par une stratégie mettant en œuvre, d’une part la mutagenèse dirigée du promoteur de padC, et la mutagenèse aléatoire par Error-prone PCR du gène padR, et d’autre part un criblage et une analyse fonctionnelle de ces éléments in vivo dans des souches mutantes de B. Subtilis construites pour ces objectifs. Cette analyse in vivo a été couplée à des études in vitro d’empreintes DNAseI et d’EMSA, ainsi qu’à une co-expression hétérologue chez E. Coli de ces gènes impliqués. Ce travail a également montré qu’un gène inconnu yveFG tronqué, donc supposé non-fonctionnel, co-transcrit avec padC, codait pour un peptide yveF modérateur de l’expression de padC. La réparation de ce gène yveFG et son expression chez B. Subtlis a montré qu’il codait pour un répresseur non activable du gène padC.
