In the present study, through employing the mixed ligands of tetrakis(4-carboxyphenyl)silane (H4TCS) and 1,4-bis(2-methylimidazol-1-yl)benzene (BMIB), we have triumphantly created two coordination polymers (CPs) [Co2(TCS)(BMIB)2](DMF)3(H2O)2 (1) and [Co2(H2TCS)2(BMIB)2] (2) with the reaction between the H4TCS ligand and BMIB ligand and Co(NO3)2·6H2O in distinct systems of solvent. Their application values on the acute myocardial infarction were assessed, and then their corresponding mechanism was investigated. Firstly, the ELISA detection assay was performed for the detection of the inflammatory cytokines levels released into plasma during acute myocardial infarction. In addition to this, the real-time RT-PCR was performed and the lncRNA-CAIF levels were determined.

The mechanical behavior of integrated concrete/lightweight aggregate concrete-foam glass Sandwich blocks was tested in this paper. Foam glass plate was inserted and poured together into the Sandwich block. The compressive strength and the tensile strength normal to the interface were tested and analyzed. The results indicate that, the compressive strength of Sandwich blocks is mainly depended on concrete/lightweight concrete parts. The damage of Sandwich blocks in tensile test is due to the tensile strength insufficiency of foam glass plates. The bonding between the foam glass plates and concrete/lightweight concrete performs well whether in the compressive or in tensile experiment. It provides a tentative guideline to manufacture jointly poured concrete-foam glass Sandwich blocks.

The seismic fragility of R/C frames was redefined as the conditional failure probability of the structure with regard to the ground motion index and structural service age in this paper. An analytical method was proposed to disclose the seismic fragility variation of reinforced concrete frames with respect to the service age. Considering the variation of nonlinear mechanical characteristics of un-carbonated concrete within the service life, the seismic fragility variation of frames was analyzed using the inter-story drift ratio in the weak storey. For the defined damage levels of frames, each seismic fragility curve variation reflects the failure probability change tendency within the service life. A R/C frame was modeled to illustrate the variation of the seismic fragility within the service life.

The effect of fire exposure on the mechanical performance of reinforced ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete was investigated. Two groups of beams were cast at the same time, exposed to fire at about 800 °C and then naturally cooled. The beams were tested by applying two point transverse loads incrementally. The load-deflection relationships both of bending and shear tests were recorded. For bending test, the disappearance of crack turning points in the loading curves, reduction of yielding and ultimate loads, and increase in deflection were observed. The reduction of ultimate load and increase in deflection of beams after fire in shear test were also observed. After loading test, the load-deflection relationships of main reinforcing bars and stirrups were tested to discuss the effect of fire on the reinforcing bars in beams.

A numerical example was modeled to illustrate the variation characteristic of seismic fragility within the service life.

Foam glass is a kind of inorganic heat-insulating material. It possesses excellent properties such as fire proof, water proof, heat keeping and insulation, sound absorption. But foam glass is hard and brittle; it is easy to be broken in the process of transportation and construction. Furthermore, the construction technology is complex and uneconomical whether in the external or internal thermal insulation system in construction. In this paper, foam glass plate was inserted in the concrete test block and was poured together into the Sandwich block. The compressive strength and the tensile strength normal to the interface between the foam glass and concrete blocks were studied through experiments. It will provide effective technical supporting for further study on the manufacturing of integrally poured concrete-foam glass Sandwich building blocks.

To evaluate the molluscicidal effect of black plastic mulching in mountainous areas of Yunnan Province.In Leqiu Village, Nanjian County, Yunnan Province, the terraced fields with Oncomelania hupensis snails were divided into A, B, C, D, E groups, and of which, A, B, C, D groups, as the experimental groups, were administered with simple black plastic mulching for 30 days, 60 days, 90 days and 120 days respectively; Group E, as the control group, was administered with 50% niclosamide ethanolamine salt wettable powder spraying.In Group C and D (simple black film mulching for 90 days and 120 days), no snails were found after the administration, the average density of living snails decreased by 100%, and the cost of one year was similar to that of the control group.The molluscicidal effect of black plastic mulching is good in mountainous areas.
