The analysis of the results of the sociological study «Digital Technologies for Tomichs» of the elderly, carried out in Tomsk (May, 2021) using the focus-group discussion methodology, was carried out. The study showed that many elderly citizens have no psychological readiness and sustained motivation to integrate into digital reality. Causal relationships have been identified between the multifaceted involvement of older citizens in society and their skills in mastering and using digital technologies, which make people stronger and society as a whole more inclusive in the face of the digital future. Recommendations on the involvement of older people who have an interest in promoting ideas of digital quality of life and the opportunity to use new services in the process of digital transformation as active actors for the formation of a new, attractive and safe digital future are offered.

Satisfaction with the quality of life of the older generation in the regions of Russia was analyzed in the following aspects: satisfaction with the financial situation, conditions of labour and salary, the ability to travel, satisfaction with legal security, the level of respect and trust in society, satisfaction with one's health and life in general. The analysis of indicators of the quality of life of older people was carried out by gender in three age groups: pre-retirement age, active retirement age, disabled retirement age. Significant regional differentiation of the analyzed phenomenon was revealed. The hypothesis about the relationship between the analyzed indicators and the main parameters of the socio-economic development of Russian regions is confirmed. The key indicators of the socio-economic development of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are substantiated, which make it possible to identify regional gaps in the level and quality of life of older people in our country and to estimate them statistically. Some assumptions about the reasons for the low satisfaction of older people with various aspects of the quality of life were made, the possible consequences of such a situation were named, including from the point of view of their influence on the degree of realization of the resource potential of the older generation.

A system of indicators is proposed to assess the relationship between quality of life from the point of view of realization of resource potential of elderly people in conditions of demographic aging of the population and to analyze various aspects of socio-economic development of the Russian regions. The statistical evaluation of these indicators and the level of inequality in the context of research topic in context of the regions of Russia is carried out.

Objective: Introduction: According to WHO estimates for the European Region in 2017, Ukraine had the highest proportion of active tuberculosis cases co-infected with HIV - 21.6%, with an average of 12% in the Region, and the absolute number of tuberculosis/HIV co-infection cases in Ukraine was estimated at the level of 8,000. The aim: carry out a comprehensive analysis of the epidemical situation regarding tuberculosis/HIV co-infection in Ukraine according to selected epidemiological and clinical characteristics., Patients and Methods: Materials and methods: The retrospective epidemiological study was based on the data from national reporting forms "Annual Active TB Report", which was being collected by the Center for Health Statistics of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for period 2008-2017., Results: Review: The incidence of newly diagnosed active tuberculosis associated with HIV in Ukraine increased by 89,4% - from 6,1 per 100,000 population in 2008 to 11,6 per 100,000 population in 2017, against the backdrop of a gradual decrease in the incidence of active tuberculosis by 36.5% over the same period. The rates of comorbidity TB/HIV increased by 2.8 times from 7.9% to 20.3%. The highest rates of incidence tuberculosis/HIV co-infection are observed in person aged 25-44, males, urban residents, and in the southern region of Ukraine., Conclusion: Conclusions: The revealed tendency to increase the rate of the incidence and comorbidity of tuberculosis/HIV causes necessitates reviewing the organizational approaches to healthcare delivery for tuberculosis/HIV co-infection patients.
