The rise of flexible and wearable electronics has spurred advancements in printed, flexible micro-supercapacitors for energy storage. This study presents the fabrication of flexible micro-supercapacitors using a novel nanocomposite of tin dioxide grown on layered reduced graphene oxide through one-pot in situ synthesis. The conductive functional ink, formulated by mixing the nanocomposite, is effectively utilized in screen-printing technology. The resulting micro-supercapacitors, particularly the SG-1 variant, demonstrate impressive electrochemical performance. The nanocomposites show exceptional versatility across various electrolytes, including alkaline, acidic, and quasi-gel electrolytes with a polyvinyl alcohol matrix infused with potassium hydroxide. An in-depth comparison of their efficacy in these electrolytes highlights the most suitable configurations for optimal performance. At a scan rate of 5 mV s−1, SG-1 achieves areal capacitances of 148.7 mF cm−2 and 87.7 mF cm−2 in the 1 M KOH and polyvinyl alcohol infused with 1 M KOH quasi-gel electrolyte. Additionally, SG-1 in the gel electrolyte demonstrates remarkable energy density of 11.7 mWh cm−2 at power density of 490 mW cm−2. Notably, the fabricated micro-supercapacitors exhibit excellent capacitive retention of 89.5% even after undergoing 5000 cycles of charge–discharge, underscoring their robustness and long-term stability for practical applications in flexible and wearable electronics. The resistive type of graphite/WO3 nanocomposite-based humidity sensor is fabricated through screen printing on a flexible polyethylene terephthalate substrate. Three different nanocomposite-based humidity sensors have been fabricated and analyzed for their humidity-sensing characteristics. The structure elucidation of the nanocomposite was carried out using x-ray diffraction, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. By exposing the printed humidity sensor to relative humidity ranging from 11% to 97% at room temperature, its capabilities were studied. The relative resistance, sensitivity, dynamic response, and hysteresis were determined for all three devices, and they showed maximum responses towards relative humidity changes with the highest sensitivity of ≈ 60.8% and excellent hysteresis curves (maximum change of ≈ 1%). The screen-printed flexible humidity sensor exhibited less than a 5% change in the internal electrical resistance when subjected to various bending angles. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Information is an indispensable factor for any enterprise. It can be a record or a document generated for every transaction that is made for future reference, either in paper or in a digital format. Printing industry is one such industry in which managing information in various formats with latest workflows and technologies could be a nightmare or a challenge for any operator or a user when each process, from a last bit of information to a printed product, always depends on another process. Information has to be harmonized artistically in order to avoid production downtime or employees pointing fingers at each other. This paper analyses how the implementation of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) could help the printing industry to access stored documents immediately within and across departments, irrespective of geographical boundaries. This paper initially outlines a brief history, the contemporary EDMS system and some illustrated examples alongside a study conducted by a Library as a pilot area for evaluating EDMS. The article presents a case study of a 54-year-old man who had been found a 0.5 centimeter polyp excised at 20 centimeter after undergoing colonoscopy. It describes polyp which presented mucosal proliferation of monomorphic spindle cells with colonic crypts separation, entrapment and disorganization. It also cites the comparison between fibroblastic polyp (FP) and intestinal perineurioma.

Unique thermoelectric properties of low-cost, widely available conducting polymers and multi-layered graphite structures have motivated the development of flexible thermoelectric generators using screen printing for low-temperature applications. Composites of polyaniline and graphite in different ratios with one weight percentage of bismuth telluride were prepared to fabricate flexible thermoelectric generators. The performance of the devices showed that the addition of graphite to polyaniline reduced the band gap energy from 2.90 to 1.33 eV, which was further reduced to 1.05 eV upon the addition of bismuth telluride. Adding graphite and bismuth telluride to polyaniline increased carrier mobility from 0.12 to 0.41 cm 2 V -1 s -1 without affecting carrier concentrations. An optimum concentration of graphite reduced transient thermal conductivity. A flexible thermoelectric generator with a polyaniline to graphite ratio of 1 : 2 and 1 weight percentage of bismuth telluride exhibited superior performance with the maximum Seebeck coefficient, power factor and power output of 39.14 μV K -1 , 0.29 nW m -2 K -2 and 0.58 nW, respectively, at a temperature difference of 90 °C, which are 4.0, 5.8 and 6.1 times higher than those of the pure polyaniline-based device.
