ABSTRACT The FOREX market assessment is a big challenge for investors and global risk managers. However, the present study uses daily multicurrency exchange rate returns data from 2007 to 2022 to estimate the learning returns performance of the proposed model to find a safe‐haven currency for optimal investment strategy. The categorical returns are classified into good returns (GRs), bad returns (BRs) and no returns (NRs). Therefore, the present study needs to use a one‐hot‐encoding function to convert a categorical dataset into a numeric format with TensorFlow. The present study proposes a deep neural network‐based multilayer perceptron (DNN‐based MLP) with a backpropagation algorithm to estimate the learning returns performance of the proposed model to find a safe‐haven currency for optimal investment strategy. The findings showed that currency exchange rate return 2 (CERR2) is relatively a safe‐haven currency than currency exchange rate return 1 (CERR1) and currency exchange rate return 3 (CERR3). Moreover, the findings also showed that the proposed model gives optimal learning return performance. This study may assist FOREX investors to modify their investment strategies under shed light of findings of the study. Water is the lifeblood of our Earth, and sustainable water consumption is the key to preserving this scarce resource for future generations and upholding environmental sustainability. In this study, we investigate the relationship between environmental knowledge (EK), environmental policies and regulations (EPR), attitudes toward water resource management programs (APWRMP), perceived water quality (PWQ), and sustainable consumption (SC), enriching the existing literature by integrating the theoretical framework of the theory of planned behavior (TPB) alongside water management program (WMP) concepts. This integration forms a comprehensive model clarifying the influences on SC. Furthermore, this study investigates these relationships within the specific context of select regions in China, addressing a geographical gap in the current literature. With a sample size of (N = 336) participants, we employ partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS‐SEM) to explore the complex relationships within the proposed model. The finding confirms the hypothesized associations, validating the substantial positive impact of EK and EPR on APWRMP and SC. Additionally, we observe that PWQ notably strengthens the link between the perception and attitude of villagers toward SC of water. Our study explains the multifaceted dynamics underlying individuals' behavior and attitude in making decisions concerning sustainable water consumption. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

It is very difficult to select the right supplier from supply base for the global supply chain due to many challenges and problems especially for the developing countries such as Pakistan. In the present study primary data is collected via adopted questionnaire from cases of the total 170 cases from Kotri manufacturing companies of Sindh, Pakistan. For the analysis of gathered data many tests were applied such as reliability test, factor analysis and structural equation modelling in SPSS and AMOS software. Findings, revealed the partial mediation for both quality and delivery variables in the presence of mediating variable information flow. However, the quality confirmed the more important variable for the supplier selection in manufacturing companies of Kotri, Sindh, Pakistan due to higher beta value than delivery variable. In the past research scholars explored the direct relationship between quality and delivery for the supplier selection but, in the present mediating variable information flow is introduced in order to verify the strength of studied variables.
