Pripravljenost javnozdravstvenih institucij in zaupanje vanje sta bila zaradi pojava epidemije covid-19 v začetku leta 2020 postavljena na pomembno preizkušnjo. V času takšnih izrednih razmer tako zaupanje kot krizno komuniciranje znatno pridobita na pomenu, še posebej pa je pomembna raven zaupanja v entiteto, ki komunicira preventivne ukrepe, kot je to pri nas Nacionalni inštitut za javno zdravje (NIJZ). Ker je komunikacijski pristop kot kompetenca institucije eden od pomembnejših dejavnikov gradnje zaupanja v to institucijo, je namen magistrske naloge identificirati ključne pristope in elemente kriznega komuniciranja NIJZ z mladimi odraslimi v obdobju epidemije in proučiti, kako jih slednji doživljajo ter kako ti pristopi krepijo ali slabijo njihovo zaupanje v NIJZ. Z izvedbo homogene fokusne skupine sem proučila stališča, poglede in mnenja mladih odraslih, natančneje podiplomskih študentov družboslovja o kriznem komuniciranju NIJZ in njegovem vplivu na njihovo zaupanje v to institucijo. Podatke sem analizirala s pomočjo tematske analize in ugotovila, da je vojaški pristop kriznega komuniciranja s strani NIJZ-jevih govorcev slabil zaupanje mladih odraslih v inštitut, racionalni pristop pa bi ga potencialno krepil. Kvalitativne ugotovitve tega magistrskega dela ponujajo priložnost za poglobitev razumevanja dosedanjih kvantitativnih rezultatov raziskav o zaupanju v javnozdravstvene inštitucije ter lahko služijo kot podlaga za oblikovanje komunikacijskih smernic za učinkovitejšo gradnjo zaupanja s komunikacijo specifičnim segmentom populacije, tj. z mladimi odrasli. The outbreak of the covid-19 epidemic at the beginning of 2020 put public health institutions' readiness and trust in them to the test. During such emergency situations, both trust and crisis communication become far more significant, and the level of trust in the entity communicating preventive measures, such as National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ), is especially important. Since the communication approach as an institution's competence is one of the most important factors in building trust, the purpose of this master's thesis is to identify the key approaches and elements of crisis communication of the NIJZ with young adults during the epidemic and to study how they experience them and how these approaches strengthen or weaken their trust in NIJZ. I researched the attitudes, perspectives, and opinions of young adults, particularly post-graduate students of social sciences, on the NIJZ's crisis communication and its impact on their trust in this institution by conducting a homogeneous focus group. I used thematic analysis to analyze the data and concluded that a military approach to crisis communication used by NIJZ's representatives weakened young adults' trust in the institution, whereas a rational approach could potentially improve it. The qualitative findings of this master's thesis provide an opportunity to deepen understanding of the quantitative results of research on trust in public health institutions and can serve as a foundation for developing communication guidelines for more effective trust building through communication to specific segments of the population, such as young adults.

Ugled in zaupanje sta dva izmed ključnih dejavnikov percepcije določene entitete s strani njenih deležnikov – naj bo to posameznik, podjetje, organizacija, institucija ali korporacija. Medtem ko se s časom v očeh deležnikov zgradi oziroma izoblikuje ugled, se lahko v sodelovanju z drugimi dejavniki izoblikuje v zaupanje. Namen raziskovalne naloge je raziskati vpliv ugleda na zaupanje na primeru Nacionalnega inštituta za javno zdravje, institucije Republike Slovenije. Na podlagi pregleda literature smo izoblikovali anketni vprašalnik vezan na indikatorje ugleda in zaupanja v institucije. Anketo smo posredovali preko spleta in pridobili 150 ustreznih odgovorov, ki smo jih podrobno analizirali in jo utemeljili na pregledani teoriji. Z analizo rezultatov smo potrdili hipotezo, da ugled Nacionalnega inštituta za javno zdravje vpliva na zaupanje vanj. Naša raziskava nudi priložnosti za prihodnje raziskovanje, ter prispeva k razumevanju, kako slovenska javnost percipira Nacionalni inštitut za javno zdravje, kakšna sta njen trenutni ugled in zaupanje. Trust and reputation are one of the main pillars perception of certain entity from the viewpoint of their audiences – may it be an individual, a corporation, an organisation, a company or an institution. Reputation is built or gained over time and can transform into trust with the help of other factors. The purpose of our research was to find out if trust is affected by reputation. Based on the literature review, we designed a survey questionnaire based on indicators of trust and reputation. The data for our survey was collected via online survey and was later analysed using statistical tools. Representative sample consisted of 150 individuals. Our research revealed that we can confirm our hypothesis, since higher reputation did mean higher trust. Our research also revealed many future possible researches, and contributed to a better understanding of perception of National institute of public health, his reputation and trust.

Razvoj informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologij je poleg številčnih prednosti za organizacije prinesel tudi veliko novih tveganj in groženj na področju informacijske varnosti. Vprašanje informacijske varnosti in posledično zaščite premoženja v obliki podatkov je postala pomembna tema sodobnih organizacij. Pri zagotavljanju informacijske varnosti sta poleg programske in strojne podpore ključnega pomena odnos in ustrezno obnašanje zaposlenih, tako pri preprečevanju kot tudi ravnanju v primeru informacijskih varnostnih incidentov. V magistrskem delu smo preučevali vlogo zaposlenih pri zagotavljanju informacijske varnosti v Nacionalnem laboratoriju za zdravje, okolje in hrano ter Nacionalnem inštitutu za javno zdravje. Cilj je bil analizirati stopnjo zavedanja zaposlenih pri zagotavljanju informacijske varnosti in ugotavljati njihovo usposobljenost, da sledijo pravilom in zahtevam, ki jih za to področje postavljata organizaciji. V teoretičnem delu smo preučili teorijo s področja informacijske varnosti, potencialnih informacijskih groženj ter informacijske kulture. V empiričnem delu pa smo s pomočjo anonimnega vprašalnika izvedli spletno anketo, v katero smo vključili zaposlene iz Nacionalnega laboratorija za zdravje, okolje in hrano ter z Nacionalnega inštituta za javno zdravje. Rezultati izvedene raziskave so pokazali, da se zaposleni v obeh organizacijah sicer zavedajo nujnosti visoke stopnje informacijske varnosti, vendar pa se je izkazalo, da so premalo usposobljeni in da ne poznajo vseh pravil in ukrepov, ki sta jih za to področje postavili obe organizaciji. The development of information and communication technologies has brought numerous advantages to organizations but also many new risks and threats in the field of information security. The issue of information security and consequently the protection of property, in form of data, has become an important topic for modern organizations. Besides software and hardware support the attitude and proper behaviour of employees, both in terms of prevention and handling of information security incidents, is of key importance when it comes to ensuring a high level of information security. In the master's thesis, we studied the role of employees at the National Laboratory of Health, Environment and Food and the National Institute of Public Health in providing information security. The aim was to analyse the degree of awareness of employees in providing information security and to determine their ability to follow the rules and requirements set by the organization in this field. In the theoretical part, we examined the theory of information security, potential information threats and information culture. In the empirical part, an anonymous questionnaire was carried out with the help of an online survey in which we included employees of the National Laboratory of Health, Environment and Food and the National Institute of Public Health. The results of the conducted research showed that the employees in both organizations are aware of the necessity of a high-level information security, but they have also proven to be underqualified and not familiar with all the rules and measures put forward by both organizations in this field.

Uvod: Redna telesna dejavnost ima veliko pozitivnih učinkov na človeško telo in preprečuje nastanek mnogih bolezni. Odsotnost le-te je eden izmed vodilnih dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na prezgodnjo smrt in umrljivost ljudi na svetu. Po podatkih Svetovne zdravstvene organizacije, prav zaradi telesne nedejavnosti, letno umre kar 3,2 milijona ljudi. Evropski raziskovalci poročajo, da se problem z zmanjšanim obsegom telesne dejavnosti začne že pri otrocih in mladostnikih. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je bil primerjati telesno pripravljenost študentov prvih letnikov študijske smeri Fizioterapija s študenti prvih letnikov ostalih študijskih smeri Zdravstvene fakultete v Ljubljani in ugotoviti, ali je le-ta, glede na smernice za telesno dejavnost Svetovne zdravstvene organizacije, zadovoljiva. Metode dela: Uporabili smo raziskovalno metodo dela in testiranje izvedli po slovenski različici skupine testov za testiranje telesne pripravljenosti odraslih oseb. Testirali smo 66 študentov prvih letnikov različnih študijskih smeri v telovadnici Zdravstvene fakultete v mesecu maju in juniju 2017. Rezultate, ki so jih dosegli na testih študenti smeri Fizioterapija, v primerjavi s študenti ostalih smeri, smo primerjali z Mann Whitney testom, s statističnim programom Statistical Package for the social Sciences 20.0 za Windows operacijski sistem. Statistično pomembno razliko pa smo ovrednotili pri p ≤ 0,05. Rezultati: Rezultati vprašalnikov o zdravstvenem stanju in telesni dejavnosti med študenti prvih letnikov statistično pomembnih razlik niso pokazali. Kar pa ne velja za rezultate testov telesne pripravljenosti, saj so študenti smeri Fizioterapija boljše opravili testa „izteg trupa” in „delni upogib trupa”. Razprava in zaključek: Na podlagi odgovorov iz vprašalnikov in ocen testov razlik, razlike med zdravstvenim stanjem in telesno dejavnostjo študentov smeri Fizioterapija in ostalih študijskih smeri, nismo ugotovili. Povzamemo lahko, da so študenti prvih letnikov Zdravstvene fakultete v Ljubljani dobro telesno pripravljeni in, da nobena študijska smer ne izstopa. Postavljeno hipotezo, da so študenti Fizioterapije bolj telesno pripravljeni, smo torej ovrgli. Introduction: Regular physical activity has many positive effects on the human body and prevents the emergence of many diseases. The absence of this, is one of the leading factors, affecting the premature death and mortality of people in the world. According to the World Health Organization, as a result of physical inactivity, as many as 3.2 million people die annually. European researchers report, that a problem with a reduced level of physical activity begins with children and adolescents. Purpose: The purpose of the diploma thesis was to compare the physical readiness of the students of the first years of the study course Physiotherapy with students of the first years of study in the other faculties of the Faculty of Medicine in Ljubljana and to determine, if it is satisfactory according to the guidelines for the physical activity of the World Health Organization. Methods: We used the research method of work and the testing was done according to the Slovenian version of the group of tests for testing the fitness of adults. We tested 66 first year students of various study courses at the sport hall of the Faculty of Medicine in May and June 2017. The results achieved in the students of Physiotherapy in comparison with students from other study coarses were compared with the Mann Whitney test, with the statistical program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences 20.0 for Windows operating system. The statistically significant difference was evaluated at p ≤ 0,05. Results: Results of questionnaires on health status and physical activity among students of the first years didn't show any statistically significant differences. However, this does not apply to the results of fitness tests, as students of the Physiotherapy course better performed the "hull extensions" test and "partial hardening of the hull". Discussion and conclusion: On the basis of the answers from the questionnaires and evaluation of the tests of differences, the differences between the health status and the physical activity of students in the direction of Physiotherapy and other study courses, we did not find out. We can assume, that students of the first years of the Faculty of Medicine in Ljubljana are well-prepared and that no study coarse can stand out. The hypothesis, that students of Physiotherapy are more physically prepared, is therefore rebutted.
