The introduction of Cloud Computing creates a wave of reluctance for specialists representing the information security field. This reluctance comes from end users as well, who think data stored on an internal infrastructure are much safer than those held on the servers of potential providers, and also from governments that apply different policies at the national level regarding the security of personal data. Non-acceptance and reluctance of cloud technologies also come from the impact of changing perceptions about infrastructure architectures, development and application delivery models that the emergence of these technologies had led to. Many of the technologies used for traditional security issues are no longer effective in the cloud. Meanwhile, other solutions were developed to put more focus on Governance in the Cloud. To successfully manage and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of information technologies as a corporate resource, organizations have turned to what is IT governance. Rapid transition to cloud technologies fuel a critical issue regarding the success of information systems, communication and information security. As a consequence, the paper aims to identify, evaluate and clarify information security in the Cloud using three principles of security (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability) and to emphasize the importance of Governance in Cloud Computing at the business level.

In its short, but prosperous life cycle, the cloud has always been a source of inspiration and an engine of growth, in aspects of knowledge and nurturing information. Today's society is substantially focused on expanding the boundaries of knowledge and delivering correct, adapted ways of transferring the corpus of knowledge to the beneficiaries, be they students, trainers or business involved participants. It is considered that information is correct when it covers specific needs, when it is delivered on time and in a relevant context. The ways in which these characteristics are covered translate the channels through which information arrives at the destination, customised after each learner. Cloud computing and E-learning will follow the development trend of computational science in general, and information systems and technologies in specific. If we add limited costs, scalable operations and unlimited resources to this equation, we are closely entering the realm of the cloud. In other words, the cloud brings good news for the modern learner, almost limitless possibilities to the e-learning systems and great expectations in terms of the dynamics of knowledge. This paper introduces the characteristics of the E-Learning, analyse the concept of cloud computing and describes the architecture of cloud computing platform by combining the features of E-Learning. The author tried to introduce cloud computing to E-learning and to develop an active research and exploration for E-learning platforms in Cloud starting from the following aspects: architecture, construction method and external interface with the model. Let's face it, clouds pave the way for a sunny future.

Governments from all around the world spend considerable amounts on IT, with the aim to improve security, efficiency, transparency, and to deliver more interactive services to citizens and businesses. Cloud computing is a fundamentally new approach to IT, which may lead to significant cost savings. At a time of financial crisis and of major fiscal constraints, cloud computing may be key to contain expenditures. Cloud computing offers the possibility of cutting costs, while still increasing computing capacity and introducing new products and services with a rapid time-to-market cycle.

The evolution of the IT sector influences the development of other systems related to this, and the present trend seems to be the cloud concept. As information and corporate knowledge are directly involved in these processes, they represent major risks and require a high security in fields like usage or control, and IT governance establishes a solid best practice set of rules for companies. The next generation of IT governance will migrate towards Cloud computing, the data lifecycle, social media as models and will integrate existing data in multiple sources, in which security, privacy and control remain critical, vital subjects. Traditional security issues could no longer be effectively solved in the cloud, and as a result other solutions were developed to focus on Governance in the Cloud. IT governance can best manage and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of IT as a corporate resource, but on the other hand the rapid transition to cloud technologies has fuelled some critical issues in accomplishing success for information systems, communications and security. IT governance offers visibility and IT control, therefore the efforts in corporate governance can reduce operational risks, can establish compliance and protect the invested value. As a consequence, the paper aims to recognize the importance and impact of IT governance in the evolution of IT systems and to emphasize the importance of Governance in Cloud Computing at the business level.
