Assembling such a sample requires confirming hundreds of planet candidates with additional follow-up observations. Here we present 20 hot Jupiters that were detected using TESS data and confirmed to be planets through photometric, spectroscopic, and imaging observations coordinated by the TESS Follow-up Observing Program. These 20 planets have orbital periods shorter than 7 days and orbit relatively bright FGK stars (10.9 < G < 13.0). Most of the planets are comparable in mass to Jupiter, although there are four planets with masses less than that of Saturn. TOI-3976b, the longest-period planet in our sample (P = 6.6 days), may be on a moderately eccentric orbit (e = 0.18 ± 0.06), while observations of the other targets are consistent with them being on circular orbits. We measured the projected stellar obliquity of TOI-1937A b, a hot Jupiter on a 22.4 hr orbit with the Rossiter–McLaughlin effect, finding the planet's orbit to be well aligned with the stellar spin axis (∣λ∣ = 4fdg0 ± 3fdg5). We also investigated the possibility that TOI-1937 is a member of the NGC 2516 open cluster but ultimately found the evidence for cluster membership to be ambiguous. These objects are part of a larger effort to build a complete sample of hot Jupiters to be used for future demographic and detailed characterization work. © 2023. The Author(s). The article assesses the impact of internal and external factors on the economic security of the region in foreign trade activities. Negative consequences of the foreign economic activities on economic security of the Stavropol Territory are analyzed. Types of the risks enterprises may face when entering the foreign market are considered. Protectionist arguments in favor of pursuing a free trade policy are presented and argued, which implies a staged formation of a mechanism to efficiently counteract threats to the external economic security of the region.The study considers the level and dynamics of the main macroeconomic indicators of the subjects of the North Caucasus Federal District as compared to the average Russian achievements, the resource potential, problems of the economic development of the macroregion, prerequisites for the formation of the state policy on supporting the region. It substantiates the top priority directions of long-term socio-economic development of subjects in order to overcome the pervasive arrearage of the economy and social area.

The category of contractual risk is considered, which enables to effectively manage activity on the product market in the conditions of scenario uncertainty as well as to evaluate economic feasibility of legal constructions and means of the legal arsenal. In the article the importance of the system risk management in carrying out foreign economic activity is justified. The classification of risks in foreign trade is related consistently and in details. The analysis of innovative approaches towards the formation of contractual terms within the effective system of risk management is of particular interest. Incoterms 2010 was selected as a founding document in contractual terms, thus, a detailed practice of the choice of appropriate basic terms of delivery is presented. A structure of foreign trade prices and factors affecting it are provided for the justification of the selected terms. At the modern stage a system of risk management allows ensuring not only national security of the state but also enables to establish partnership relations with the participants of foreign trade activity that are based on the principle of categorizing, in accordance with which an automatic technology of categorizing the participants of foreign trade activity is developed.
