Under the background of risk society, the foreseeable and unforeseeable risk factors significantly increase, which puts forward higher requirements for the modernization of China's emergency management system and capability.Scenario analysis is an analytical method and practical tool to study the uncertain future.Emergency management highly relies on scenario analysis for investigating uncertain factors.Taking the situation analysis of emergency management as the research object, this paper put forward a knowledge graph by CiteSpace to examine the trend and law of the research.Specifically, it probed into the contents and hot spots of micro-deconstruction scenario analysis from theoretical revision and expansion, process adjustment and specification, method application and practice.The research shows that the scenario analysis of emergency management has not formed a clear research paradigm, but it has great potential; the research content is diversified, but the localization research is relatively deficient; Current research can not meet practical needs, and the high complexity of major emergencies invites scenario analysis research.

The combination of vision and robotic grinding technology provides robots with "visual perception" capabilities that enable them to accurately locate the area to be ground and perform the grinding tasks efficiently. Based on the rough grinding requirements for wheel hub burrs proposed by a casting company, this paper investigates the application of a vision-guided grinding robot in treating burrs on wheel hub castings. First, through vision system calibration, the conversion from pixel coordinate system to robot base coordinate system is implemented, thus ensuring that the subsequently extracted burr point coordinates can be correctly mapped to the robot's operational coordinate system. Next, the images of the burrs on wheel hub castings are collected and processed. All the burr points are extracted by applying image algorithms. In order to improve grinding accuracy, a height error compensation model is established to adjust the coordinates of the 2D-pixel points; the coordinate error after compensation was reduced by 58.33%. Subsequently, the compensated burr point trajectories are optimized by utilizing an intelligent optimization algorithm to generate the shortest grinding path. Through experimental analysis of the relationship between spindle speed and surface roughness, a grinding trajectory simulation model is constructed, and the simulation results are integrated into the robot system. Single-nucleotide polymorphisms are connected with the risk of epilepsy on occurrence, progress, and the individual response to drugs. Progress in genomic technology is exposing the complex genetic architecture of epilepsy. Compelling evidence has demonstrated that purines and adenosine are key mediators in the epileptic process. Our previous study found the interconnection of P2Y12 receptor single-nucleotide polymorphisms and epilepsy. However, little is known about the interaction between the purine nucleoside A2A receptor and rate-limiting enzyme ecto-5′-nucleotidase/CD73 and epilepsy from the genetic polymorphism aspect. The aim of the study is to evaluate the impact of A2AR and CD73 polymorphisms on epilepsy cases. The study group encompassed 181 patients with epilepsy and 55 healthy volunteers. A significant correlation was confirmed between CD73 rs4431401 and epilepsy (p < 0.001), with TT genotype frequency being higher and C allele being lower among epilepsy patients in comparison with healthy individuals, indicating that the presence of the TT genotype is related to an increased risk of epilepsy (OR = 2.742, p = 0.006) while carriers of the C allele demonstrated a decreased risk of epilepsy (OR = 0.304, p < 0.001). According to analysis based on gender, the allele and genotype of rs4431401 in CD73 were associated with both male and female cases (p < 0.0001, p = 0.026, respectively). Of note, we found that A2AR genetic variants rs2267076 T>C (p = 0.031), rs2298383 C>T (p = 0.045), rs4822492 T>G (p = 0.034), and rs4822489 T>G (p = 0.029) were only associated with epilepsy in female subjects instead of male. It is evident that the TT genotype and T allele of rs4431401 in CD73 were genetic risk factors for epilepsy, whereas rs2267076, rs2298383, rs4822492, and rs4822489 polymorphisms of the A2AR were mainly associated with female subjects.

To meet real-time grasping demands in complex environments, this paper proposes a lightweight yet high-performance robotic grasping model. The model integrates large kernel convolution and residual connections to generate grasping information for unknown objects from RGB and depth images, enabling real-time generation of stable grasping plans from the images. The proposed model achieved favorable accuracy on both the Cornell and Jacquard standard grasping datasets. Compared to other methods, the proposed model significantly reduces the number of parameters while achieving comparable performance, making it a lightweight model. Additionally, real-world experiments were conducted using a six-axis collaborative robot on a set of previously unseen household objects with diverse and adversarial shapes, achieving a comprehensive grasping success rate of 93.7%. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model not only improves grasping accuracy but also has strong potential for practical applications, particularly in resource-constrained robotic systems. The complexity of interregional crises challenges global emergency management, highlighting the need for enhanced intergovernmental emergency cooperation. The article focuses on the policy diffusion of intergovernmental public health emergency cooperation (IPHEC) among local governments, proposing an analytical framework that includes internal organizational characteristics, an external organizational environment, and interorganizational relationships. Using fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA), it finds four pathways influencing the policy diffusion of IPHEC: economic-pressure response, economic-crisis driven, resource-pressure driven, and resource-crisis-trust coordinated. Factors including economic development level, resource supply level, administrative pressure, crisis situation, and trust basis exhibit different operational logics within these four pathways. Chronic pain is a significant public health problem with emotional and disabling factors, which may not completely respond to current medical treatments such as opioids. The systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to examine the effectiveness and safety of MBCT for patients with chronic pain. Database searches of PubMed, Medline, EMBASE, the Cochrane Library, PsycINFO, Web of Science, Scopus and CINAHL up to 15 October 2019. Included studies assessed with the Cochrane risk-of-bias tool. Eight RCTs involved 433 patients, including chronic low back pain, fibromyalgia, migraine, rheumatoid arthritis and mix etiology. MBCT intervention demonstrated a short-term improvement on depression mood [standardized mean difference −0.72; 95% confidence interval = −1.22 to −0.22, p = 0.005] compared with usual care and was associated with short-term improvement in mindfulness compared with non-MBCT [SMD 0.51; 95% CI = 0.01 to 1.01, p = 0.04]. Between-group differences in pain intensity, pain inference and pain acceptance were not significant at short- or long-term follow-up. Compared to active treatments, MBCT intervention not found significant differences in either short- or long-term outcomes. MBCT showed short-term efficacious on depressed mood and mindfulness of chronic pain patients. The internal defects of CdZnTe crystals grown by the modified vertical Bridgman (MVB) method act as trapping centers or recombination centers in the band gap, which have effects on its resistivity. The relationship between deep-level defects and high resistivity characteristic in CdZnTe:In single crystal was studied. The deep-level defects were identified by thermally stimulated current (TSC) spectroscopy and thermoelectric effect spectroscopy (TEES) in the temperature range of 18-315 K. The trap-related parameters, e.g., activation energy, capture cross section, trap density were characterized by the simultaneous multiple peak analysis (SIMPA) method and Arrhenius fitting. The deep donor level ( $${{E}_{\text{DD}}}$$ ) dominating dark current was about 0.664 eV near the middle gap by fitting the plots of the natural logarithm of dark current intensity ln( I ) versus 1/( kT). The doubly ionized Te antisite ( $$\text{Te}_{\text{Cd}}^{\text{2+}}$$ ) below the conduction band acting as a deep donor level was mainly the origin of $${{E}_{\text{DD}}}$$ level. The energy value of Fermi-level was about 0.671 eV characterized by current-voltage ( I-V) measurements of temperature dependence in the temperature range from 275 K to 315 K. The resistivity was about 8.17 × 10 Ω·cm measured by I-V measurement at room temperature. The high resistivity performance of CdZnTe:In crystal is mainly due to the Fermi-level pinned near the middle gap by the $${{E}_{\text{DD}}}$$ level. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
