Purpose: The major plantation crop in India is coffee, which is also a wide application marketed product on the global market. The study's primary objective is to identify and investigate the factors influencing coffee growers and to comprehend the difficulties faced by coffee Cultivators (Planters/growers) in the cultivation of coffee. The sustainability idea places a value on maintaining productive rural systems, using and regulating farm resources, preserving biodiversity, and taking environmental steps to restore soil fertility also to comprehend the programs relating to the Coffee Board's activities, agricultural finance, financial institutions, and the Karnataka & Codagu Planters Association. Design/Methodology/Approach: This review paper examines the review on coffee cultivators using secondary data from journal papers and scholarly research publications. Results/ Findings: There are several challenges faced by coffee producers. The notion of sustainability focuses mostly on conventional agricultural practices for maintaining life, the use and maintenance of agricultural resources, the preservation of biodiversity, and ecological methods to restore soil fertility. Our research shows that there is an absence of information on the how, where, and why of various changes in land use and landscape, as well as how these changes may impact coffee production, farmer livelihoods, ecosystem services, and other facets of sustainable development. These changes could have positive or negative effects on the sustainability of the coffee industry. The farmer faced a number of problems. Due to the Coffee Board's monopoly over the buying and selling of coffee, producers did not be paid fairly. Originality/Value: The focus of this research is to evaluate coffee Cultivators/ growers' access (Planters. List the initiatives that the Karnataka & Codagu Planters Association, financial institutions, the Coffee Board, agricultural financing, and several agricultural banks have implemented for coffee growers. Purpose: Educational technology and the internet have been linked in recent years not only as a tool to increase teaching and learning, but also as one of the key barriers to changing the educational paradigm and pattern. This article examines numerous paradigms and patterns in used for re-defining Indian education systems that have resulted in significant shits in education, and compares them to the current system. The role of various education technology & Internet, innovations and projected consequences of a paradigm shift on the Indian education system are explored. Finally, certain recommendations are made for its successful implementation in order to achieve its goals and SWOC is used to analyze the educational system in terms of educational technology and the internet. Design/Methodology/Approach: The information for the study was obtained from secondary sources like google scholar, journal papers, literature, reports, magazines and books. Findings: Historically, the Indian education system began with an Ancient education system in which fathers were required to pass on their knowledge to sons as a method of passing. Later post- independence the Indian government has always encouraged and promoted the advancement of education and educational technologies. Teaching and learning have undergone significant transformations, from lecture to role learning to internet-enabled learning to knowledge-based education to technology innovation-based education. In a variety of educational contexts, educational technology aids in the detection of problems. It also aids in overcoming disadvantages. But still there are so many challengers in faced by education system on educational technologies redesigning. Limitations/Implications of the Research: There are few sources for references, few topics are not highlighted, and most of the information is obsolete, thus gathering relevant data was difficult. Originality/Value: This paper brings to focus paradigm shifts and pattern the Educational technology which has re-defined education system in teaching and learning but still lacks in E-learning planning and also its Non- available of experts in many parts of both urban and rural areas in the country, especially during the time of abnormalities like the pandemic. 4. A Comparison of the Mahila Samman Savings Certificate with Other Small Savings Schemes for the Empowerment of Women in India

Background/purpose: Despite this, women are having high exposure and they are working in all fields like defense, engineering, medicine, etc. In order to make all women in the nation attain a standard Women Empowerment is needed. Women Empowerment focuses on empowering each and every woman in the country to make them independent in all aspects of society, to be aware of their rights, and to make them equipped with physical security. Objective: This paper focuses, Mahila Samman Savings Certificate, A New Modest Savings Scheme for Women in India, programmes available to women and girls in India, as well as women who are gaining benefits from various government programmes that have been implemented with government aid, are the main topics of this article. Design/Methodology/Approach: Numerous programs for women are funded by the central government and are sponsored by the Indian government. A research study has been undertaken to learn about these plans and make a comparison of these programs. The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Google, Google Scholar, new papers, journals, theses, and other websites were some of the sources used to compile the secondary data for this research study. Findings: This article focuses on the different schemes and factors that have made women's empowerment possible. The Mahila Samman Small Savings Yojana Program and other women-specific small savings initiatives are the primary subjects of this study. The Mahila Samman Savings Certificate Program is a modest savings program supported purely by the government for women and girls. Therefore, it has no credit risk and, pays the highest rate of interest when compared to other programs. Small Savings Scheme, for example, pays the highest rate of interest when compared to fixed-rate deposits (FDs) offered by public banks in various states, while Sukhnya Samridi Yojana has a shorter tenure of just two years. Originality/Value: This paper focuses on the different schemes and purposes that have made women's empowerment possible. Background/purpose: The context in which entrepreneurship in the cultural and creative industries (CCI) occurs was the focus of this study. The entrepreneur inspiration, which is a type of motivation that allows creative ideas to be transformed into creative products. The company SLN Coffee Pvt. Ltd. Co., which started with the acquisition of a coffee plantation and later entered the trade of green coffee beans before becoming a brand coffee business in 2004, has experienced rapid and steady growth. This success can be attributed to a variety of factors worth discussing. Objective: To examine the development of SLN Coffee Pvt. Ltd. Co. and the factors that contributed to this growth into a brand. Design/Methodology/Approach: Information gathered from primary and secondary data is analyzed and presented. utilizing the SWOC framework, numerous scholarly articles, web articles, company websites, and interviewing techniques. Findings/result: It has been found, findings of a study conducted using a variety of resources and the analysis of data, that competing in a market is a challenging endeavour that calls for the application of multiple methods and processes. creativity and innovation. Research limitations/implications: The evaluation and solutions presented in this paper are only applicable to industries with a limited to similar business model, yearly revenue, and level of expertise to SLN Coffee Pvt. Ltd. Co. Originality/value: This paper focuses on the various factors and scenarios that have enabled the SLN Coffee Pvt. Ltd. Co to grow and be labelled as a brand in the coffee industry.
