2021年度に打ち上げ予定のJAXA革新的衛星技術実証2号機に採択されたCubeSat「KOSEN-1」の衛星運用のために，国内にあるアマチュア無線帯用の11地上局をネットワーク利用することを計画している．CubeSatなどの超小型人工衛星の衛星運用を効率よく実施するためには，複数の地上局を活用することが有用と考えられる．高専連携地上局ネットワークの情報をもとに，軌道計算ソフトウェアを利用し，KOSEN-1衛星の運用が可能な回数や通信予想時間の増大分を見積った．複数局の可視時間帯が重なる場合には，異なる偏波受信アンテナに変更することや，同時受信した複数局のデータから欠損データを推定することで，結果として，良質のデータを得られると考えている．また，可視時間の重なる複数のCubeSatデータを受信するためには，受信に特化させた安価で簡易的な受信装置が有効であり，本研究で開発した簡易型受信機の長期間受信実験の結果から，管制局と簡易型受信機の組み合わせにより，データ受信量の増大が期待できることが示唆された．, For the satellite operation of CubeSat ''KOSEN-1'' adopted on JAXA's innovative satellite technology demonstration-2 scheduled to be launched in 2021, we plan to use 11 ground stations for amateur radio band in Japan as a network. It is considered useful to utilize multiple ground stations in order to efficiently carry out satellite operation of nanosatellite such as CubeSat. In this paper, the orbit calculation software was used to calculate the increase in the number of possible satellite operations and the expected communication time, based on the information of the KOSEN-1 cooperation ground stations network. When the visible time zones of multiple stations overlap, it is considered that good quality data can be obtained by changing to different polarized wave receiving antennas and also estimating missing data from the data of multiple stations received simultaneously. In order to receive multiple CubeSat data that are continuously ejected in space, an inexpensive and simple receiver specialized for data receiving is effective. Our CubeSat project organized by 10 colleges of the National Institute of Technology in Japan was selected as a CubeSat candidate for JAXA's Innovative Satellite Technology Demonstration-2. This 2U-CubeSat, named KOSEN-1, was launched by a JAXA Epsilon-5 Launch Vehicle on November 9th, 2021. KOSEN-1 will demonstrate three new spaceborne technologies for the CubeSat system: (1) a performance of the dual reaction wheel, (2) a usage of the Raspberry Pi CM1 based OBC, and (3) an expansion of a 6.6-m long dipole antenna. In this paper, we report an achievement of Human Resource Development Program for student of National Institute of Technology (KOSEN). This program is aimed to cultivate an ability of the aerospace engineering in non-space major students. The program consists of three parts of sub-programs: (1) KOSEN Space Academia which is a remote hands-on seminar using video conference system (2) KOSEN Space Camp which is a four-days camp-style workshop held in Niihama city, and (3) KOSEN-1 project which is an actual development of 2U size CubeSat. Tower Hall Funabori), Tokyo, Japan, In this study, the reliability of OpenFOAM has been confirmed through the incompressible fluid analysis around the NACA0012 airfoil and comparing the result of the analysis between Ladson's experiment and Gregory's experiment. Reynolds number of the flow field is Re =6.0×10(exp 6) and dimension of the analysis flow field is quasi-two-dimensional flow and two-dimensional flow. "simpleFoam", Steady-state solver for incompressible turbulent flow based on the SIMPLE method, is selected as a solver, "Spalart-Allmaras model" is selected as a turbulence model. Free stream boundary conditions of the Spalart-Allmaras model utilized to OpenFOAM are work variables (wave dash nu) and turbulent kinematic viscosity (nu (sub t)). Work variables are (wave dash nu) = 1/10 (nu) , 10 (nu) and 1000 (nu). Analysis mesh is generated by blockMesh and snappyHexMesh for the quasi-two-dimensional analysis, and blockMesh for the two-dimensional analysis. As a result of quasi-two-dimensional analysis, lift and drag coefficient curves are not match to the experiment and stall appears with small angle of attack. The reason is because there is no boundary layer mesh in the quasi-tow-dimensional model. As the result of two-dimensional analysis, NACA’s mesh and blockMesh get close value to the Ladson's experiment and Gregory's experiment. 本論文では、疾病予防、健康維持を目指して、温泉気候物理医学において必要なトランスレーショナルリサーチおよびその知識処理フレームワークの基礎を明確化する。このために、ゲノムオントロジー、臨床オントロジー、温泉医学オントロジーをクライアントサイトにおいて橋渡しうる知識フレームワークとして、三つのコンセプトを提案する。第一は、論理的にミクロレベルからマクロレベルまでを統一的に拡張した解剖学的階層構造である。第二は、特徴記述された論理単位を基本とする知識記述方式である。第三は、EBMに基づいた知識の質の評価である。本論文においては、知識フレームワークの基本構想と初歩的な温泉医学知識を元にしたプロトタイプを構築した。論理的に拡張された解剖学的階層構造インデックスは、ゲノムから人/環境に至るまでの段階的階層構造に対してシームレスで論理的な連続性を提供することができた。EBMに基づいた知識の質の評価を加えることで、知識の信頼性が向上した。論理単位を基本とした知識記述方法により、粒度の異なる知識を単一の基準で扱うことができた。

In post-genome era, the greatest challenge of post-genome research is how we can apply genomic outcome to practical field like clinical medicine through discovering effective findings from its complex and meta-molecular network. From the viewpoint of reducing health care cost, preventive medicine that can avoid diseases should be essential target. Balneology that contains preventive medicine in part through unspecified bio-modulation effect should be a principal field of genome science based application. Balneology has expectations to be applied to practical clinical field or health promotion through translational research to modern medicine or health science. This translational research needs establishment of bridging knowledge and its bi-directional migration as the essence of translation. Integration of in silico knowledge among balneology, modern medicine, and genomic science is the fundamental basis of this translation. Single knowledge architecture that has anatomically hierarchical structure, logical conceptual unit and its supportive evidences makes integration logically seamless and establishes smooth translation. This paper reports knowledge architecture in balneologic translational research and its prototype.

JOI JST.JSTAGE/seikisho/41.95, 温泉療法の作用機序の一つに免疫機能の変化が報告されているが，温泉入浴は入浴回数，泉質によって身体に与える効果が異なることが考えられる．実際，温泉療法では免疫機能の亢進，低下の両者が認められたが，一般に強酸性で超高温浴の草津温泉や非常に冷たい寒の地獄温泉などの刺激の強い温泉による温泉療法は，免疫反応を抑制する方向に働き，単純泉のような療養向きの温泉は免疫機能を高めていた．また，一泊二日程度の温泉入浴であっても免疫系の変化が認められている．

It is believed that one of the principal effects of negative air ion is refreshing human psychological condition. Negative air ion can be observed in natural environments such as forest, fountain, and hot spring. In order to elucidate scientific reason of psychological effects by negative air ions, quantifying psychological effects will be important. Healthy sixteen examinees (8 young candidates around 20 years, 8 old candidates around 60 years) are tested by SRS-18, blood pressure, questionnaire, and electroencephalogram. SRS-18, blood pressure, questionnaire was performed before and after experiment. Electroencephalogram was continuously measured during whole experiment and used for emotional spectrum analysis method (ESAM) calculation. Experiment was divided into three conditions (initial normal condition, negative air ion boosted condition at middle concentration, after ventilated condition) and three phases (accommodation, rest, calculation) at each condition. At young group, excessive negative air ions increased human psychological concentration which is calculated by ESAM. At calculation phase, psychological concentration has a positive correlation with psychological stress (correlation factor 0.505). Otherwise at old aged group, no significant change was observed. It shows that sensitivity of negative air ions at old persons will be reduced. It also suggests that human sensitivity for negative air ion decreases with aging. At rest phase of young group in negative air ion boosted condition, elementary emotions are balanced at ESAM. This shows that balancing among four elementary emotions is related with psychological effects of negative air ions.

[目的] 硫黄泉やナトリウム炭酸水素塩泉の飲泉適応症に糖尿病が上げられているが詳細な検討はされていない。今回、温泉水飲泉の糖代謝に与える影響を知る目的で、硫黄泉と単純泉において検討した。[対象・温泉水] 検討した温泉水は川湯温泉水（酸性・含硫黄・鉄（II）- ナトリウム・アルミニウム - 硫酸塩・塩化物泉（硫化水素型）、pH1.98）とあすかの湯（アルカリ性単純泉、pH8.9）である。前者は2型糖尿病患者8名と健常人3名、後者は2型糖尿病患者6名について検討した。[方法] 一回の飲泉効果を知る目的で、一週間の間隔をあけて5倍に希釈した川湯温泉水200ml、あるいは水道水を飲用後に経口糖負荷試験（OGTT）を行った。次に長期飲泉効果を見る目的で糖尿病患者を対象に毎日二回、川湯温泉水は4週間、あすかの湯は一週間飲泉を継続して血糖値のコントロール状態を検討した。[結果] 川湯温泉水飲用後のOGTTでは水道水飲用後に比して血糖値の上昇が有意に抑えられた(p

Effect of foot bath on sleeping time in 3 old patients (70, 82, 84 years old) was investigated. After 2-days control period, feet were immersed in a water bath containing about 1,000 ppm CO2 at 40-41℃ for 15 minutes at 17:00 for 3 consecutive days. Wrist Mini-motionlogger actigraph was used for recording their activities. The hour for lights-out was 21:00 and that of rising was 06:00. They went to bed between 20:30-20:50 and woke up at 05:30 next morning. In 2 patients, sleeping time at night began to increase on the second immersion day, which continued even on the following 2 days without foot bath. All the patients showed no changes in daytime activities. They were satisfied with foot bath and felt warmth not only in their feet but also in their bodies. No remarkable side effects were observed in the present study. Foot bath is thought to be effective to treat insomnia.

木星探査機ガリレオによるエウロパの調査によって、エウロパ表面の氷層の下には大量の水が存在するという大きな可能性が示された。さらに、この可能性からエウロパには何らかの生命体が存在するのでは無いかという推測もなされている。そこで本研究では、軌道設計、並びに木星大気飛行計算といった立場から日本独自のエウロパ探査の可能性を検討する。地球-木星間の惑星間軌道としては、直接弾道軌道、火星スイングバイ軌道、そして金星-地球スイングバイ軌道といった3通りの軌道を計算し、それぞれのタイプの軌道において、木星周回軌道投入エネルギーが最小の軌道を選択した。加えて、エウロパ近傍を通る木星周回軌道へ探査機を投入する際のエネルギーを減らすために、木星大気飛行計算を行い、木星大気飛行の際に生ずる空力加熱から探査機を守るために要求されるアブレーション材重量を見積もった。その結果、エウロパ近傍を通る木星周回軌道へ探査機を投入する場合には、ロケット逆噴射の利用に比べて、エアロブレーキを利用した方がその有効性が著しいことを明らかにした。, The Galileo spacecraft exploration has shown the high probability that Europa has a large amount of water under its icy surface, as well as that of existence of life on Europa. In the present study, feasibility analysis for Japan's own Europa exploration is carried out by orbital and Jupiter atmospheric flight calculations. Three types of interplanetary trajectories from the Earth to Jupiter, i.e. direct, Mars gravity-assisted, and Venus-Earth gravity-assisted, are calculated and that having the Jovian insertion energy smallest is selected in each type of trajectories. Additionally, flight trajectories in Jovian atmosphere for decelerating and deploying spacecraft to Europa are calculated and the weight of ablator required is evaluated. It is reported that changes in immunological system are one of the underlining mechanisms of balneotherapy effects. Since there is no study concerning the mechanisms how balneotherapy with a simple thermals works, we tried to examine both the changes of immunological functions and stress relieving effect of balneotherapy. Fourteen inpatients (mean age 63 years) suffering from such as cerebrovascular diseases participated in the present study. Before and after 6-week balneotherapy, lymphocyte subset counts, levels of cytokines (IL-4, IL-6, IF-γ etc.) were determined and lymphocyte blastogenetic tests were also performed . In addition, stress barometers (urinary 17-ketosteroidsulfate (17KSS) / 17hydroxycorticosteroid (17OHCS)) were measured. As a result, no significant changes in cytokine levels were observed. Percentage of T cell count decreased and that of B cell increased. Percentage of suppressor T cell count decreased and that of helper and killer T cell tended to increase (not significant). Lymphocyte blastogenetic tests by ConA and PWM showed enhanced responses and urinary 17KSS / 170HCS levels increased after balneotherapy. From these findings, it is suggested that 6-week balneotherapy with a simple thermals has a potential of augmenting immunological functions and also possesses stress relieving effect.

[Abstract] In this article we show that positively charged iron(II) porphyrin (iron tetrakis(N-methyl-4-pyridyl)porphyrin abbreviated as FeTMPyP) and negatively charged iron(II) porphyrin (tetraphenylporphyrin tetrasulfonate abbreviated as FeTPPS) formed a tight electrostatic complex in adimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) solution. The same two complexes, however, did not form a complex when they were oxidized to the corresponding iron(III) compounds.
