Hengdian drifters refer to outsiders who participate in shooting film and television dramas in Hengdian. It is a special group. Single access to information, precarious nature of work, unequal treatment of gender, constraints on development, and inadequate guarantee mechanisms are all to blame.This paper proposes to improve the ecology of the different actor industries by implementing a precise assessme.This study combines qualitative and quantitative research, adopts the questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview, and carries out fieldwork by personally experiencing the life of extras to study the ecological environment of the different actor industries and the professional mentality of extras. Before participating in the study, every participant would be offered an Informed Consent Form and all particpants were guaranteed anonymity and their response will be used for a specific academic study. The Ethics Committee of the Zhejiang Normal University's, Specific academic study that will be published online. College of Teacher Education approved the study and participation of concents under 18 and the study followed the Declaration of Helsinki.There are gaps in social support.Little relevant policy support and financial support have not been implemented. Industry assessment criteria are not standardized.The level of digital management is low.It is difficult to guarantee the rights of mass actors.Implement a precise assessment system,develop a refined talent evaluation mechanism,Ensure the accuracy and transparency of the evaluation process.Establish digital service platforms,provide a new channel for the employment of artistic talents.Strengthen media publicity,strengthen policy support,raise social awareness.

4. Size-dependent Luminescence Behavior of (Y,Gd,Tb)2O3Monodispersed Spherical Green Phosphors

(Y,Gd,Tb)2O3 monodispersed spheres have been calcined from the precursors synthesized via urea-based homogeneous precipitation. The resultant particles are polycrystalline, consisting of ∼40 nm grains. A facile particle size control from 162 nm to 110 nm can be achieved through varying the urea/cation molar ratio. Upon UV excitation at ∼275 nm, the phosphors exhibit green emission at ∼546 nm (5D4→7F5 transition of Tb3+). The phosphors showed luminescent intensity clearly dependent on their particle size, and stronger emission was found for larger spheres mainly due to their smaller surface area. However, the oxides with various particle sizes exhibited similar lifetimes of ∼1.51ms.

The poplar petiole gall aphid, Pemphigus populitransversus Riley, has been one of the major pests on cruciferous vegetable in the Rio Grande Valley (LRGV) of Texas since the late 1940s. It normally migrates from poplar trees to cruciferous vegetables in the fall, and migrates back to the trees in early spring of the coming year. Some root-feeding aphids were found on cruciferous vegetables in late spring and early summer in 1998 and the following years. Those aphids have been identified as Pemphigus obesinymphae Moran. This discovery completely changed the current knowledge about the root-feeding aphids on cruciferous vegetables in the LRGV. Due to their small size, morphological and feeding similarities between P. populitransversus and P. obesinymphae, their identification and distinction are difficult. In this study, random amplification of polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) were used to distinguish these two species over a period of time when the two species occurred together, or separately, in cabbage fields. The two species occurred on cabbage at different times of the year, and overlapped from October to June. From May to October, both species migrated to their primary hosts. The apterous aphids found on cabbage in winter contained mainly P. obesinymphae, whereas in early spring more apterous P. populitransversus were recovered. The root-feeding aphids would feed on cabbage plants as long as this host was available even during the hot, dry summer in the LRGV, although their populations were generally low. Both RAPD and AFLP techniques were efficient in discriminating the two species that showed obviously genetic variability. These molecular techniques confirmed the existence of the two aphid species in apterous samples collected from the soil in cabbage fields in the LRGV, and the results performed by RAPD were confirmed by AFLP. Furthermore, the results suggest that RAPD technique was a better choice despite its reproducibility problem, as it was less time-consuming and required less technology, labor and expense than AFLP.
