This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of leadership style on self-efficacy, the effect of leadership style on emotional exhaustion; self-efficacy influences the emotional exhaustion, and emotional exhaustion on audit quality. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all auditors in city inspectorates in South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling where the sampling is based on the consideration or criteria in accordance with the purpose of research. These research data will be obtained by filling out a questionnaires, and direct interviews with respondents. Data are collected through questionnaires and interviews, and are analyzed using quantitative and descriptive analysis techniques.

This increase in transportation facilities causes the traffic volume of a road to be greater but is not supported by adequate road infrastructure, one of which is parking facilities. Parking is a phenomenon that affects the movement of vehicles when vehicles that have such a high intensity will be hampered by vehicles parked on the road, causing congestion. Vehicles parked on the roadside are generally around places or activity centres such as offices, markets, schools, and restaurants. Maximum vehicle volume without on-street parking occurs in segment 1 on Monday at 16:30, with the number of vehicles amounting to 2154.3 SMP/hour with a capacity value (C) = 2375 SMP/hour; the degree of saturation value (DS) is obtained. =0.91. This shows that the level of service is included in category E, which means that segment 1 has unstable flow, decreased speed, and vehicle motion is approaching capacity. When parking occurs on the road, the capacity value decreases to (C) = 1243.01 SMP/hour so that it affects the degree of saturation in each segment with the respective DS values: Segment 1 = 1.73, segment 2 = 1.44, segment 3 = 1.40. The flow becomes blocked or obstructed, and the vehicle speed is < 50 km/hour. As a result of vehicles parked on the road, the capacity of the road is reduced so that it has an impact on the movement of traffic flow, and eventually, congestion occurs

The objectives of this study are to mapping the hazard-prone area and to analyse the flood vulnerability index in Kobe Watershed, Central Halmahera District. In order to determine the optimal selection of weights for the factors that contribute to flood risk, GIS and multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) were used in conjunction with the application of the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method to create the flood hazard map. The flood hazard map was generated by using selected hazard factors including land use, topography, slope, and rainfall pattern. The result shows that the Kobe River basin is a flood-prone area, with 77.46 percent of its land classified as less prone to flooding and 21.41 percent classified as flood-prone. However, only 21.41 percent of its land is classified as flood-prone. Only 1.13 percent of the land is protected from the danger of floods, compared to the whole country. The altitude factor is the most important element influencing flood susceptibility in Weda District, where the majority of the land (16.34 percent) is located at or below sea level, making it particularly vulnerable to flooding.

Good rainfall data can be obtained from recordings that are maintained and monitored continuously. Thus, the more rain stations there are, the more detailed the rainfall data will be. The rain station network density is expressed as the area of the watershed represented by one rain station. Meanwhile, the pattern of distribution of rain stations states the location of the placement of rain stations in the watershed. Ternate Island with an area of 76 km2 and has stations located in Akehuda Village, Gamayou Village, Tabona Village, Sasa Village, Kastela Village, and Sulamadaha Village. This study aims to rationalize the density of rainfall stations in Ternate Island. Rationalization of rainfall stations using the Kagan-Rodda method. The results obtained for the rationalization of rainfall stations with a total of 5 rain gauge stations spread across the city of Ternate, which are located in the Tabam, Gamayou, Sasa, Dorpedu, and Togafo areas with a grading error of 19.27% with a network density of 4.17 Km2/station.

Small Islands face some of the main problems of any coastal area due to climate change and natural disasters. This study aims to analyze the resilience of coastal communities on a small island in terms of disasters and climate change, and to identify the strategies and adaptations that communities have undertaken as anticipatory for disaster and climate change in the future. Qualitative analysis combined with quantitative methods is used in this research to provide a clear estimate of the categories of resilience in each village. The primary data was collected by using interviews and focus discussion group and secondary data acquired through the documentation on related stakeholders. The resilience index provided by the Ministry of Maritime and Fisheries Affairs is used to categorize the resilience scales of villages. The results of this study show that the human aspects and natural resources aspects have high scores in resilience, but disaster and climate change aspects; environmental/infrastructures aspects; and economic aspects should be improved. Furthermore, the community had been taking participation in disaster mitigation.

Background: The COVID-19 vaccination campaign in several European countries involved collaboration between public health and Primary Health Care (PHC)., Objective: To highlight the role of PHC professionals in the COVID-19 vaccination rollout, specifically in terms of vaccine administration, communication and contributing to vaccination population coverage., Methods: A descriptive retrospective study of the COVID-19 vaccination campaign across 28 European countries was conducted, covering data from December 2020 to November 2021. Data were collected by key informants recruited from each country, who were health professionals involved in their national vaccination campaigns. Utilising an ad-hoc semi-structured questionnaire, information was gathered on organisation, communication strategies, priority groups, vaccine types, and vaccination pathways in PHC., Results: PHC participated in communication strategies in 10 out of 28 countries, and vaccination was voluntary in most of them. The priority groups for vaccination varied across Europe, and the availability of vaccines in PHC differed between countries within the European Union (EU) and non-EU countries. The BioNTech Pfizer vaccine was the most widely available vaccine in most countries, followed by Moderna and AstraZeneca. PHC administered COVID-19 vaccines to the population, being the nurses the most involved, followed by general practitioners. Vaccination appointments were available online in 18/28 or by phone in 15/28, direct appointments at health centres were available in 8/28. In several countries, healthcare professionals who administered vaccines were given extra compensation for their role., Conclusion: PHC professionals played a crucial role in the successful distribution and administration of COVID-19 vaccines in European countries.

Background: Rodents are known to be reservoirs of plague bacteria, Yesinia pestis in the sylvatic cycle. A preliminary investigation of the suspected plague outbreak was conducted in Madunga Ward, Babati District Council in Manyara Region December-2019-January 2020 Following reported two cases which were clinically suspected as showing plague disease symptoms., Method: The commensal and field rodents were live trapped using Sherman traps in Madunga Ward, where plague suspect cases were reported and, in the Nou-forest reserve areas at Madunga Ward, Babati District Council, to assess plague risk in the area. Fleas were collected inside the houses using light traps and on the rodents 'body after anaesthetizing the captured rodent to determine flea indices which are used to estimate the risk of plague transmission. Lung impression smears were made from sacrificed rodents to examine for possible bipolar stained Yersinia spp bacilli., Results: A total of 86 rodents consisting of ten rodent species were captured and identified from the study sites. Nine forest rodent species were collected. Field/fallow rodent species were dominated by Mastomys natalensis. whereas domestic rodent species captured was Rattus rattus. Overall lung impression smear showed bipolar stain were 14 (16.28%) while House Flea Index (HFI) was 3.1 and Rodent Flea Index (RFI) was 1.8., Conclusion: The findings of this study have shown that, the presence of bipolar stained bacilli in lung impression smears of captured species of rodents indicates (not confirmed) possible circulation of Yesrsinia pests in rodents and the high flea indices in the area which included the most common flea species known to be plague vectors in Tanzania could have played transmission role in this suspected outbreak. The study recommends surveillance follow-up in the area and subject collected samples to the standard plague confirmatory diagnosis., (Copyright © 2022. Published by Elsevier B.V.)

This paper aims to design a coil sensor for corrosion monitoring of industrial pipes that could detect variations in thickness using the MFL (Magnetic Flux Leakage) technique. An MFL coil sensor is designed and tested with pipe sample thicknesses of 2, 4, 6, and 8 mm based on the magnetic field effect of ferrite cores. Moreover, a measurement setup for analysing pipe samples up to a temperature of 200° Celsius is suggested. Experimental results reveal that the MFL coil sensor can fulfil the requirements for MFL testing of pipes in high temperature conditions, and that the precision of MFL monitoring of pipes to detect corrosion at high temperatures can be improved significantly.

The influence of the alkyl group substituents on the ultrasonic degradation of poly (alkyl methacrylate)s, namely poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), poly (ethyl methacrylate) (PEMA) and poly (butyl methacrylate) (PBMA) was studied. The rate coefficient increased with an increase in the number of carbon atoms in the alkyl group: thus the order of degradation was PBMA>PEMA>PMMA. This was attributed to the scission of the main chain, which increases with the length of the side chain. The ultrasonic degradation of PBMA was investigated in various solvents, at different temperatures and at different ultrasound intensities. The degradation rate coefficients increased logarithmically with the decrease in vapor pressure and increased linearly with an increase in viscosity of the solvent and ultrasound intensity. The effect of three different initiators, benzoyl peroxide (BPO), dicumyl peroxide (DCP) and azo-bisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) on the ultrasonic degradation of PBMA was also studied. The degradation of the polymer decreased in the presence of the initiator. A continuous distribution model was developed for the radical mechanism involved in degradation and was used to determine the degradation rate coefficients of PBMA in presence of initiator. The model indicated that the degradation rate coefficient of the interaction of the PBMA radical with the initiator is independent of the dissociation constant of the initiator.
