Digital literacy among undergraduate student is very important, because in the current digital era, the younger generation is expected to be able to master digital literacy for various benefits for learning and their future. The objective of this paper is to identify the success factors for enhancing digital literacy among undergraduate students. To address this issue, we used PRISMA flowchart, which offers a methodological framework and reporting procedure for the current review. There were 20 articles which reviewed in this paper. These findings show that seven main factors have emerged to answer the objective of this study, namely digital knowledge, communication skill, collaboration skill, ICT infrastructure, social environment, social media, and learning activity. This paper is expected to foster the interest of other researchers and reveal other factors that can influence factors for enhancing digital literacy among undergraduate students, because many other factors can also be raised in research on digital literacy in the world of education.

Knowledge-based economy is an economic model students need to be prepared for a future economic model that uses knowledge as its main resource. Therefore, this study developed and validated instruments for constructing knowledge-based economy readiness among undergraduate students. This study used an online questionnaire with 120 respondents of economic education students in educational universities in East Java, Indonesia, for exploratory factor analysis and 417 respondents for confirmatory factor analysis. Then, statistical analysis was conducted using exploratory factor analysis in SPSS and confirmatory factor analysis in AMOS. This study first developed five factors of knowledge of economics, readiness for economic challenges, readiness for education, readiness for infrastructure, and readiness for innovation, consisting of 27 items. However, one item was removed because the loading factor was below 0.50. Consequently, 26 items were retained because the loading factor was significantly greater than 0.50. The Cronbach's alpha value for each item of the knowledge-based economy readiness construct was >0.60 and met all goodness of fit index criteria, which means that it meets the requirements and can measure the construct of knowledge-based economy readiness. Since this study meets the validity and reliability requirements of the constructs leading to knowledge-based economy readiness, these results will help students prepare for the current and future knowledge-based economy. They can be used in developing economic education curricula in higher education.

Introduction: Fasting denotes abstinence from food or drink or both for well-being, ritualistic, and spiritual purposes. This study was conducted to explore the effect of Navratras fasting on anthropometric parameters, biochemical factors, and pro-inflammatory biomarkers. Materials and Methods: This study was a short-term longitudinal follow-up study conducted during Navratras (Oct 2020) in a residential medical college campus in western Maharashtra. Assessment of the participants based on anthropometry, biochemical, and pro-inflammatory markers was done at three-time points 7 days before the start of intermittent fasting (T1) (before the start of Navratras), at the end of intermittent fasting (the last day of the festival) (T2) (during Navratras), and 1 week after completion of intermittent fasting (T3) (after the end of Navratras). Results: A total of 50 subjects participated in the study, and the mean age of study participants was 33.6 ± 10 years. There was a significant reduction in body weight (P = 0.001), waist circumference (P = 0.001), and hip circumference (P ≤ 0.05) during the intermittent fasting period (T2). Significantly lower levels of total cholesterol (P < 0.01) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) (P < 0.01) were observed in the T2 and T3 time points of sampling. However, a significant increase in TNF-alpha, IL-1, IL-6, and IL-8 levels was observed during the T2 phase (P < 0.001). Conclusion: The current exploratory study evaluating the importance of intermittent fasting during Navratras showed a significant reduction in certain anthropometric as well as biochemical parameters. It is recommended that intermittent fasting may be considered by individuals who are overweight and need to improve overall health. However, it is important that like any other weight-loss program, intermittent fasting should also be undertaken under medical supervision.

AbstractSoil-transmitted helminth (STH) among children aged 24–59 months is one cause of chronic infection that could lead to stunting. The association of 25(OH)D and immune responses during chronic infection in stunted populations has not yet been well established. An association study of case–control data was conducted in Bandung district from October 2019 to January 2023. Sociodemographic factors, stool samples, and serum levels of 25(OH)D, interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-5 (IL-5), and interleukin-13 (IL-13) were assessed. Statistical analysis was performed to evaluate the prevalence and association of 25(OH)D, IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13 with the burden of STH infection in stunted children. In total, 401 stunted children were recruited. A higher burden of STH infection was found for lower levels of IL-5 (r = −0.477; p = 0.004) and IL-13 (r = −0.433; p = 0.028). Thus, 25(OH)D, IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13 play a role in the burden of STH infection.

In cell models, changes in the 'accessible' pool of plasma membrane (PM) cholesterol are linked with the regulation of endoplasmic reticulum sterol synthesis and metabolism by the Aster family of nonvesicular transporters; however, the relevance of such nonvesicular transport mechanisms for lipid homeostasis in vivo has not been defined. Here we reveal two physiological contexts that generate accessible PM cholesterol and engage the Aster pathway in the liver: fasting and reverse cholesterol transport. During fasting, adipose-tissue-derived fatty acids activate hepatocyte sphingomyelinase to liberate sequestered PM cholesterol. Aster-dependent cholesterol transport during fasting facilitates cholesteryl ester formation, cholesterol movement into bile and very low-density lipoprotein production. During reverse cholesterol transport, high-density lipoprotein delivers excess cholesterol to the hepatocyte PM through scavenger receptor class B member 1. Loss of hepatic Asters impairs cholesterol movement into feces, raises plasma cholesterol levels and causes cholesterol accumulation in peripheral tissues. These results reveal fundamental mechanisms by which Aster cholesterol flux contributes to hepatic and systemic lipid homeostasis.

Choriocarcinoma occurs mainly in the gonads, but an extragonadal origin has been reported, albeit infrequently. Primary hepatic choriocarcinoma (PHC) is a rare malignancy, with only 11 cases reported. Most cases reported were in males, with none reported in pregnant females. A 23-year-old primigravida presented with a large liver lesion involving the right lobe of the liver at 28 weeks of pregnancy. Preoperative imaging was suggestive of hepatocellular carcinoma. She underwent a non-anatomical resection of the liver lesion. Surprisingly, her postoperative histopathology revealed a diagnosis of PHC. Her blood workup showed elevated beta human chorionic gonadotrophin. She underwent a termination of her pregnancy at 32 weeks. Before initiating adjuvant chemotherapy four weeks after surgery, a whole-body PET scan revealed multiple bi-lobar liver and pelvic deposits. After a multidisciplinary team discussion, she was started on adjuvant chemotherapy. She is currently under regular follow-up, seven months post-surgery. PHC, one of the vascular lesions of the liver, poses a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge, warranting a multidisciplinary approach.

Regulation of hepatocyte proliferation and liver morphology is of critical importance to tissue and whole-body homeostasis. However, the molecular mechanisms that underlie this complex process are incompletely understood. Here, we describe a role for the ubiquitin ligase BRCA1-associated protein (BRAP) in regulation of hepatocyte morphology and turnover via regulation of MST2, a protein kinase in the Hippo pathway. The Hippo pathway has been implicated in the control of liver morphology, inflammation, and fibrosis. We demonstrate here that liver-specific ablation of Brap in mice results in gross and cellular morphological alterations of the liver. Brap-deficient livers exhibit increased hepatocyte proliferation, cell death, and inflammation. We show that loss of BRAP protein alters Hippo pathway signaling, causing a reduction in phosphorylation of YAP and increased expression of YAP target genes, including those regulating cell growth and interactions with the extracellular environment. Finally, increased Hippo signaling in Brap knockout mice alters the pattern of liver lipid accumulation in dietary models of obesity. These studies identify a role for BRAP as a modulator of the hepatic Hippo pathway with relevance to human liver disease.

This study analyses the impact of intellectual capital disclosure on the firm's financial performance by developing a comprehensive intellectual capital disclosure index. The study reveals that although intellectual capital disclosure has an insignificant impact on the return on assets, it positively impacts the firm's market capitalization. Among the components of intellectual capital disclosure, Structural capital and Relational capital disclosure positively contribute to the relationship, while Human capital disclosure negatively impacts firm performance. These insights can aid firms in making strategic decisions regarding intellectual capital management and disclosure practices, potentially leading to improved firm performance. The originality of our study lies in the fact that while the literature on this relationship is scarce, with no study in the Indian context, our study provides a realistic conclusion to the intellectual capital disclosure-firm performance relationship and adds value to the current intellectual capital-driven competitive market.

Akibat dari pandemi Covid-19 yang semakin memburuk, dunia pendidikan telah mengadopsi distance learning demi mewujudkan penjagaan social distancing serta mengurangi intensitas mobilisasi penduduk. Hadirnya berbagai konten video pembelajaran tentu menjadi alternatif pendukung aktivitas belajar siswa, tidak terkecuali para siswa dari disiplin ilmu Akuntansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Happy Teaching Video Series sebagai upaya optimalisasi distance learning pada matakuliah Strategi Belajar Mengajar Akuntansi. Happy Teaching Video Series dikembangkan dengan didasarkan pada elemen-elemen cognitive load, student engagement, dan active learning yang digagas oleh Brame (2016) sebagai elemen-elemen yang menentukan efektifitas dari sebuah video pembelajaran. Hadirnya Happy Teaching Video Series dapat dijadikan contoh impelementasi untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran, khususnya untuk ilmu akuntansi yang dipersepsikan sebagai subjek yang praktikal dan cenderung sulit dimata para siswa.

Pelatihan Sistem Pertanian Terpadu di Desa Sumberahayu, melalui Program Penguatan Kapasitas Organisasi Kemahasiswaan BEM FPMIPATI UPGRIS, mewakili upaya kolaboratif untuk mendorong pertanian berkelanjutan dan partisipatif di tingkat desa. Pelatihan ini menggabungkan pengetahuan akademis mahasiswa dengan pengalaman praktis petani dalam mengintegrasikan aspek pertanian, peternakan, dan lingkungan. Fokus utama adalah memberdayakan masyarakat desa melalui pendidikan, pelatihan, dan aksi nyata. Mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan memainkan peran sentral dalam menyampaikan pengetahuan tentang pertanian terpadu kepada petani. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, mereka memfasilitasi diskusi, demonstrasi lapangan, dan interaksi yang memungkinkan transfer pengetahuan yang efektif. Sementara itu, pelatihan ini juga memperkuat peran organisasi kemahasiswaan sebagai jembatan antara universitas dan masyarakat desa. Pengukuran hasil keberhasilan menggunakan pre test dan post test yang akan dideskripsikan. Hasilnya, masyarakat Desa Sumberahayu mengalami peningkatan kemampuan dan pengetahuan mengenai pelatihan sistem pertanian terpadu.

Solitary fibrous tumors (SFTs) are an uncommon group of neoplasms. The visceral pleura is the most common site of origin of these tumors. The colonic mesentery is an unusual site of origin of SFTs. A pre-operative diagnosis of SFT is challenging as there are no pathognomonic clinical or radiological signs. Most patients reported thus far were diagnosed post-operatively with the aid of immunohistochemical markers. Complete surgical excision is the treatment of choice for SFTs. Recurrences are uncommon. However, they can occasionally show aggressive behavior. In this report, we describe two cases of rare colonic mesentery SFTs.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Banjaran Unit area of Guwosari District, Bantul, Yogyakarta, which are engaged in the culinary business, became collaborators in this activity. MSMEs have problems in the marketing process which is still very basic and conventional, and lack of understanding of financial records. Thus, the author offers guidance on how to manage digital media effectively, as well as how to create financial reports and business accounts on platforms such as Instagram and Linktree and ledgers as a financial recording site. The technique used is a qualitative approach based on outreach, discussion, and providing instructions on how to register an account on digital media and manage the account. The results of this activity indicate that periodic assistance is necessary so that digital marketing tactics can be used effectively and optimally in assisting marketing efforts and boosting sales to MSME companies. Suggestions were made by the activity implementing team so that more MSMEs would receive assistance on the benefits of digital marketing for their businesses. This will be very helpful in encouraging an understanding of digital marketing regarding the steps taken, creating and managing social media applications more optimally for business development.

Today, academic institution involves digital data to support the educational process. It has advantages, especially related to ease of access and process. However, security problems appear related to digital data. There were several information security incidents in the academic environment. In order to mitigate the problem, metrics identification is required to determine the risk of incidents. There are many risks model and metrics to estimate the risk, such as DREAD, OWASP, CVSS, etc. However, specific metrics are required to obtain appropriate risk values. Therefore, this study aims to define metrics for an academic institution. The proposed metrics are obtained from The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) regulation. It consists of directory information, educational information, personally identifiable information, and risk of information leakage. In order to achieve the objective, this study involves survey and reliability analysis to result in output. The survey is conducted by involving 90 respondents with various levels of education and jobs. The Cronbach's alpha and Test-retest are methods to determine this study's reliability. According to reliability analysis, the Cronbach's alpha method results in coefficients for the metrics between 0.730 - 0.911, while the Test-retest method results in coefficients between 0.630 - 0.797. These coefficients have a reliable category, so the proposed metrics are adequate for determining risk of information security incidents in academic environments. The reliable metrics will be developed as variables of the risk assessment model for the academic environment in the future study.

Although the use of family planning is beneficial in reducing anemia, lack of scientific study on anemia among family planning users of reproductive-age women is notable, particularly in the study setting. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of anemia and associated factors in women who used family planning.Methods: A cross-sectional multi-centered study was conducted from March 3 to 29, 2019, among 443 non-pregnant reproductive age (15 to 49 years) women receiving family planning services in Ambo town. Sample size was calculated using Epi-info version 7 software. Participants were selected by systematic random sampling technique. Trained data collectors collected data using a structured pretested questionnaire, as well as venous blood and stool samples. Epi-Data and SPSS were used to enter and analyze data. The effect of independent variables on the outcome variable was determined by binary logistic regression analysis with adjusted odds ratio at 95% confidence interval and 5% margin of error. P-value < 0.05 was used to declare statistical significance.Results: This study revealed 28% (95% CI:23.9%, 32.3%) magnitude of anemia. Age of 25– 35 years [AOR:2.84, 95% CI:1.74, 4.64], implantable family planning method [AOR: 0.34, 95% CI: 0.12, 0.96], no previous use of family planning [AOR:2.62, 95% CI: 1.62, 4.24], household food insecurity [AOR: 2.04, 95% CI: 1.06, 3.93], parasite infestations [AOR:2.01, 95% CI: 1.12, 3.63], and regular intake of coffee/tea within 30 minutes post meal [AOR:3.85, 95% CI:1.24, 11.92] were independently associated with anemia.Conclusion: Anemia is a moderate public health concern among reproductive-age women receiving family planning services in the study area. There are missed opportunities to address the anemia burden during family planning services. This study emphasizes the importance of nutritional screening for early detection and targeted interventions for healthcare workers in reducing missed opportunities to prevent and control anemia in vulnerable populations.Keywords: anemia, family planning, reproductive age women, Ambo, Ethiopia

Depression and anxiety are the most common mental illnesses encountered in patients visiting psychiatry outpatient clinics. The relative safety of majority of antidepressants and anxiolytics has increased their routine use. However, limited data is available on the prescribing patterns of these drugs, especially from the state of Telangana. The aim of this study was to assess the prescription pattern in depression and anxiety disorders in patients attending Psychiatry outpatient department of a tertiary care teaching hospital in Telangana. A prospective observational study was conducted in Psychiatry outpatient department in Government General Hospital (GGH), Nalgonda over a period of 6 months (March 2021 to August 2021). A total of 45 patients suffering from anxiety and depression, based on International Classification of Diseases-10th edition (ICD-10), were selected. Data was collected using a semi-structured proforma and analyzed. A total of 103 drugs were prescribed and the average number of drugs per prescription was 2.29. It was found that majority of patients were in 15-35 years age group (60%), female (62.22%), married (60%) and from urban background (82.2%). In the study population, 55.55% were suffering from anxiety disorders, out of which 31.11% had Generalized anxiety disorder. Among the depressive disorders (44.45%) majority had Severe depressive episode (26.67%) followed by Moderate depressive episode (17.78%). The duration of illness was less than 6 months in majority of patients (75.56%). Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) were the most common group of drugs prescribed. 41 prescriptions (91.11%) contained SSRIs, and Sertraline was the most common drug followed by Escitalopram. 93.33% of the prescriptions also included Benzodiazepines (Clonazepam). 35.55% of the prescriptions had fixed dose combinations, commonest being Escitalopram 10mg + Clonazepam 0.5mg. Soil-transmitted helminths (STHs) persist as a significant global public health issue among neglected tropical diseases (NTDs), particularly in children. STH infection can induce immune responses that affect the course of the disease; if treatment fails, chronic infection can lead to stunting, especially among children aged 24–59 months, which is a vulnerable period for growth and development. We conducted a correlational, cross-sectional data collection study to evaluate the characteristics and association of 25(OH)D, interleukin-5 (IL-5), and interleukin-13 (IL-13) with the prevalence of STH infection in children aged 24–59 months in Bandung District, Indonesia, in October 2019–January 2023. We recruited 694 subjects (401 stunted and 293 normal-height children). The prevalence of STH infection among the stunted and normal-height groups was 5.7% (95% CI: 3.85–8.46%) and 3.4% (95% CI; 1.86–6.17%) (p = 0.156), respectively. The probability of the prevalence of STH infection in children with levels of 25(OH)D, IL-5, and IL-13 below the cut-off point was 6,93 to 16.71 times higher. We found a relationship between IL-5, IL-13, and environmental factors and the prevalence of STH infection in stunted children.

Background Cervical cancer ranks as the second most frequent cancer among all women in Ethiopia and the second most frequent cancer among women between 15 and 44 years of age, resulting in over 4884 moralities annually. Although there is a focus on health promotion through teaching and screening in Ethiopia’s intended transition toward universal healthcare, there is little information available on baseline levels of knowledge and screening uptake related to cervical cancer.Objectives This study explored the levels of knowledge and screening rates of cervical cancer along with its associated factors among women of reproductive age in Assosa Zone, Benishangul-Gumuz, Ethiopia in 2022.Methodology A facility-based cross-sectional study was conducted. A systematic sampling technique was used to select 213 reproductive-age women from selected health institutions, from 20 April 2022 to 20 July 2022. A validated and pretested questionnaire was used for data collection. Multi-logistic regression analyses were done to identify factors independently associated with cervical cancer screening. Estradiol (E2) and relaxin (Rln) are steroid and polypeptide hormones, respectively, with important roles in the female reproductive tract, including myometrium. Some actions of Rln, which are mediated by its membrane receptor RXFP1, require or are augmented by E2 signaling through its cognate nuclear steroid receptor, estrogen receptor alpha (ERα). In contrast, other actions of Rln act in opposition to the effects of E2. Here we explored the molecular and genomic mechanisms that underlie the functional interplay between E2 and Rln in the myometrium. We used both ovariectomized female mice and immortalized human myometrial cells expressing wild-type or mutant ERα (hTERT-HM-ERα cells). Our results indicate that Rln modulates the genomic actions and biological effects of estrogen in the myometrium and myometrial cells by reducing phosphorylation of ERα on serine 118 (S118), as well as by reducing the E2-dependent binding of ERα across the genome. These effects were associated with changes in the hormone-regulated transcriptome, including a decrease in the E2-dependent expression of some genes and enhanced expression of others. The inhibitory effects of Rln cotreatment on the E2-dependent phosphorylation of ERα required the nuclear dual-specificity phosphatases DUSP1 and DUSP5. Moreover, the inhibitory effects of Rln were reflected in a concomitant inhibition of the E2-dependent contraction of myometrial cells. Collectively, our results identify a pathway that integrates Rln/RXFP1 and E2/ERα signaling, resulting in a convergence of membrane and nuclear signaling pathways to control genomic and biological outcomes. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of parent-child interpersonal communication and friendship quality on academic stress. This study used multiple regression analysis methods with the SPSS version 26.0 program to examine the effect of Parent-Child Interpersonal Communication and Friendship Quality on Academic Stress in Structured Internship Students. A total of 206 participants were selected using non-probality sampling, convenience sampling. Data collection used three research instruments, which are the Academic Stress Scale (alpha= .957), the Parent-Child Interpersonal Communication Scale (alpha = .922), and the Friendship Quality Scale (alpha= .926). All hypotheses of this study can be accepted. There is a significant influence of parent-child interpersonal communication and friendship quality both together and separately on academic stress. The results showed that parent-child interpersonal communication and friendship quality influenced academic stress by 10.3%. Parent-child interpersonal communication on academic stress is 14.5%, and the quality of friendship has an influence of 7.2% on the occurrence of student academic stress. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Lingkungan yang nyaman sangat menentukan keberhasilan pada budidaya ayam broiler. Perubahan mikroklimat di sekitar lingkungan pemeliharaan dapat mempengaruhi perilaku unggas, jumlah ransum yang dikonsumsi, kebutuhan air minum, biomassa tubuh, dan produk yang dihasilkan. Unggas pedaging ini telah diketahui memiliki kualitas yang tinggi, waktu tumbuh yang cepat, dan produksi daging yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu hewan ternak ini mempunyai peluang yang tinggi untuk dipelihara dan dikembangkan oleh masyarakat. Riset dilakukan untuk menganalisis efek dinamika faktor lingkungan di lokasi peternakan terhadap perilaku unggas pedaging ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplorasi dengan melakukan pengamatan perilaku broiler selama 15 hari, yaitu dengan cara mengamati 20 ekor ayam yang terdapat pada 4 kandang kecil dengan ulangan 3 kali dan diamati perilakunya pada jam 07.00, 13.30, dan 21.30. Pencatatan perilaku ayam dilakukan selama 30 menit, yang meliputi lokomosi, istirahat, minum, panting (terengah-engah), makan, mengepakkan sayap, dust bathing (mandi debu), dan feather pecking (mematuk bulu). Faktor lingkungan yang diukur meliputi temperatur ruang budidaya, kelembapan dan lama pencahayaan di Teaching Farm Close House Fakultas Peternakan dan Pertanian Universitas Diponegoro. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa faktor lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku ayam broiler, yang meliputi lokomosi, istirahat, minum, panting (terengah-engah), makan, mengepakkan sayap, dust bathing (mandi debu), dan feather pecking (mematuk bulu). Pengamatan perilaku sangat dianjurkan untuk mengetahui tingkat kenyamanan broiler di dalam kandang budidaya dalam upaya meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produktivitas.

To bridge the gap between demand and supply of organs, deceased donors with extreme ages can be utilized. The object of this study was to compare elderly with non-elderly donors and to assess the predictors of organ utilization or wastage. This was a retrospective chart analysis. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis of cohorts was carried out to predict organ utilization or wastage. Of the 716 deceased donors, 16.2% were elderly (≥60 years) and 83.8% were not elderly (≤59 years). Donors in the elderly cohort were more likely to be diabetic, hypertensive, overweight, and smokers compared with non-elderly donors. They had deranged terminal creatinine and succumbed to cerebrovascular accident or intracerebral hemorrhage. They had a high kidney donor risk index (KDRI) of 1.83 ± 0.46. Those in the younger donor cohort, were more likely to have succumbed to road traffic accident-associated traumatic brain injury, were subjected to more efforts to revive them in the intensive care unit via cardiopulmonary resuscitation, had deranged liver function tests, and had a KDRI of 0.93 ± 0.28. The kidney discard rate (KDR) and liver discard rate (LDR) in the elderly donors was 50% and 8.6%, respectively (vis-a-vis the non-elderly at 13.3 % and 7.5%). The KDR was significantly higher than the LDR in elderly donors. The main reason for this was the high number of “marginal kidneys”. We revealed that elderly donors formed a significant proportion of deceased donors. The utilization of the liver from deceased donors was more frequent compared with the kidney.

Background: On March 30, 2020, coronavirus disease 19 was declared pandemic and many countries of the world started working on the development of vaccine soon after China released the genetic structure of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2. Drugs Controller General of India on January 3, 2021, accorded emergency use authorization to Oxford-AstraZeneca's ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 vaccine and vaccination drive commenced in India on January 16, 2021. The present study was conducted to determine the incidence adverse event following immunization (AEFI) among recipients of the first and second dose of the vaccine. Materials and Methods: A longitudinal descriptive study was conducted among 2529 vaccine beneficiaries who were asked about the side effects at 24 and 72 h after the first dose and second dose of vaccination with ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 vaccine. Passive surveillance was also done for 4 months. Results: AEFI was reported in 27.59%, 38.4%, and 19.96% of vaccines after both doses, first dose, and second dose, respectively. 14% did not report any AEFI with either dose of vaccine. Introduction: Right from the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, health-care workers (HCWs) have been at the forefront in combating this deadly disease. The sudden emergence of COVID-19 and its continued persistence, has led to an unprecedented psychological stress among HCWs. To assess the level of stress and its effects on sleep quality of HCWs caring for COVID-19 patients, the present study was conducted among staff working in a dedicated COVID hospital. Methodology: The cross-sectional study was conducted among HCWs at a dedicated COVID hospital in northern India from September to October 20. To assess the levels of stress and quality of sleep, the participants were administered the Perceived Stress Scale and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Results: One hundred and forty-two HCWs out of 162 responded completely. The mean age of the participants was 31.6 ± 6 years. Ninety-one (64.1%) were doctors and the rest 51 (35.1%) were paramedical staff. The mean PSQI global score was 6.9 ± 3.19. More than 50% of participants across all age categories reported moderate-to-high stress and poor sleep quality. Conclusion: This study shows that a high proportion of HCWs working in dedicated COVID hospitals suffer from stress and its varied deleterious effect, especially on sleep. Therefore, it is prudent for all stakeholders and decision-makers to take adequate steps for provision of psychological support for stress mitigation and implement measures for prevention and early identification of stress-related symptoms among HCWs working in COVID hospitals.

Background. In 2020, globally, 149.2 million under 5 years old children were stunted. In Africa, 61.4 million and 79 million under 5 years old children in Asia were also stunted in 2020. Stunting is a major public health problem in Ethiopia, where more than 5.5 million children under 5 years old are stunted. Stunting has irreversible and intergenerational health consequences, including impaired cognitive and physical growth, poor learning capacity, and reduced work productivity. Efforts to end stunting need comprehensive and context identification of risk factors. For this reason, this study aims to identify the predictors of stunting among children 6–35 months of age in Northwest Ethiopia. Method. A community-based, unmatched case–control study was employed in the Assosa zone, Benishangul Gumuz, west Ethiopia. A multistage and simple random sampling technique was used to select the study participants. Data were collected through interviewer-administered questionnaires using validated structured questionnaires and anthropometric measurements. Data were entered into Epidata version 3.1 and exported to SPSS 25.0 statistical software for analysis. Bivariate and multivariate analyses were computed. Finally, an adjusted odds ratio (AOR) with a 95% confidence interval (CI) was used to identify independent predictors of stunting using a multivariable logistic regression model. Result. The study included 544 mother–child pairs (181 cases and 363 controls), with a 100% response rate. The majority of the mothers, 85 (47.0%) in the case and 153 (42.1%) in the control group, were in the 25- to 29-year-old age group. Human urine is one of the primary wastes in urban areas, which has not been maximally processed and utilized until now. Human urine can be processed into biofertilizer with special processing procedures to minimize the negative impact of using urine as fertilizer and avoid odor, dirt, and contamination of pathogenic bacteria in the processing process. This prototype aims to design a Biotoilizer Automatic System with processing human urine into a biofertilizer and an automatic fertilization system. This system is equipped with a DC water pump, pH sensor, YL-69 sensor, ultrasonic sensor, real-time clock (RTC) NodeMCU microcontroller, and Arduino Uno. The method used in this research is an experimental method by designing technical designs and making prototypes of an Internet of Things (IoT) based automatic fertilization system that utilizes solar panels and is integrated with Bio toilets and designing software. This paper aims to provide an alternative design for Simple Cooperative Learning on online learning by accommodating a variety constraints and difficulties faced by teachers and students and answer weaknesses of existing methods. This study used research and development method using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) design to produce an online-based cooperative learning model, namely SCL-D (Simple Cooperative Learning Design). The survey was conducted on a sample of 153 students at state and private vocational schools in Malang city. The results of this research are a learning model. Therefore, this method is suitable for completing research objectives, namely producing an SCL-D learning model that is suitable for learning accounting for vocational high schools with 3M requirements ‘easy, cheap, and attractive’. Online-based learning has many advantages as well as weaknesses. Various e-learning platforms make it easy for teachers and students to interact in online learning. The teacher's ability to design attractive distant learning is a determining factor for the success of the learning process. The test results of the SCL-D model show that through this simple cooperative learning design improves student learning achievement.

Soil-transmitted helminth (STH) among children aged 24-59 months is one cause of chronic infection that could lead to stunting. The association of 25(OH)D and immune responses during chronic infection in stunted populations has not yet been well established. an association study of case--control data was conducted in Bandung district from October 2019 to January 2023. sociodemographic factors, stool samples, and serum levels of 25(OH)D, interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-5 (IL-5), and interleukin-13 (IL-13) were assessed. statistical analysis was performed to evaluate the prevalence and association of 25(Oh) D, IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13 with the burden of sth infection in stunted children. in total, 401 stunted children were recruited. a higher burden of sth infection was found for lower levels of IL-5 (r = -0.477; p = 0.004) and IL-13 (r = -0.433; p = 0.028).
