Tanto a LDB 9394/2006 quanto a DCNEM rezam que um dos objetivos da educação é a formação para a cidadania, por meio do desenvolvimento de habilidades e competências, dentre as quais constam o senso crítico e a autonomia. Esse objetivo é incompatível com os modelos de educação pautados na técnica e na tradição monológica. Portanto, o problema que norteia esse texto é o seguinte: é possível uma prática educativa que que estimule e encoraje a autonomia do educando? Se sim, sob que bases ela se funda? Partimos do pressuposto de que é possível educar para a cidadania quando as práticas educacionais respeitam, estimulam, promovem e encorajam a autonomia do educando. Esta, por sua vez, só é possível em uma relação pedagógica em que há o respeito entre educador e educando, ambos sujeitos e não meros coadjuvantes. Entendemos que a postura dialógica da hermenêutica fenomenológica e o clima de respeito mútuo que ela propicia, seja capaz de contribuir para a formação do homem integral e com o desenvolvimento da autonomia, essencial para o exercício da vida cidadã.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the microbiological and chemical soil properties, in intercropping of beet and arugula, in function of the four quantities of roostertree (Calotropis procera) incorporated into the soil and of spatial arrangements. The experimental design was in randomized complete blocks with five replications, with the treatments arranged in a 4x3 factorial scheme. The treatments consisted in combinations of four amounts of roostertree incorporated into the soil (10, 25, 40 and 55 t ha-¹ of dry matter) and three spatial arrangements (2:2, 3:3 and 4:4). The planted cultivars were of beet ‘Early Wonder’ and of rocket were ‘Cultivada’. The characteristics evaluated in the soil were the contents of N, P, K, pH, CEC, organic matter (O.M.), bacteria and fungi present in soil before sowing and after the crop harvest. The best microbiological and nutritional performance of the soil was registered in the second times and in the amount of 55 t ha-¹. The spatial arrangements do not influence the nutritional and microbiological characteristics of the soil. The total number of fungi and bacteria in the soil increased with increasing amounts of the roostertree incorporated into the soil., O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar as propriedades microbiológicas e nutricionais do solo, no consórcio de beterraba e rúcula, em função de quatro quantidades de flor-de-seda (Calotropis procera) incorporadas ao solo e de arranjos espaciais. Os tratamentos consistiram em quatro quantidades de flor-de-seda incorporadas ao solo (10; 25; 40 e 55 t ha-1de matéria seca) e em três arranjos espaciais (2:2, 3:3 e 4:4). As cultivares plantadas foram: beterraba ‘Early Wonder’, e rúcula ‘Cultivada’. O melhor desempenho microbiológico e nutricional foi registrado na segunda época de colheita do solo na quantidade de 55 t ha-1. Os arranjos espaciais entre as culturas da beterraba e rúcula não influenciaram as características nutricionais e microbiológicas do solo. O número total de fungos e bactérias do solo aumentou com as quantidades crescentes da flor-de-seda incorporadas ao solo.

Nitrogen (N) is the second most required nutrient by onion (Allium cepaL.); however, crop response to N fertilization depends on the applied dose. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of different N doses on onion bulb yield. The experiments were conducted during the period December 2011 to April 2012, with a second from August to December 2012, in a randomized block design with four replications. The treatments were six N doses: 0, 34, 67, 101, 134 and 168 kg ha-1. It may be concluded that the productive components of the onion were affected by N fertilization. The application of 67 kg ha-1N, regardless of planting time, provided the maximum economic return for the onion crop., O nitrogênio é o segundo nutriente mais requerido pela cebola (Allium cepaL.). Todavia, a resposta da cultura a adubação nitrogenada depende da dose aplicada. Este trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar os efeitos de diferentes doses de nitrogênio na produtividade de bulbos de cebola. Os experimentos foram realizados durante o período de dezembro de 2011 a abril de 2012 e o segundo de agosto a dezembro de 2012, no delineamento de blocos casualizados, com quatro repetições. Os tratamentos foram constituídos de seis doses de nitrogênio: 0, 34, 67, 101, 134 e 168 kg ha-1. Pode-se concluir que as produtividades de cebola foram afetadas pela adubação nitrogenada. A dose de 67 kg ha-1de N, independentemente da época de plantio proporcionou o retorno econômico máximo para a cultura de cebola.

Trata-se de estudo qualitativo e bibliográfico, aportado na hermenêutica filosófica de Gadamer, na pedagogia crítica de Freire e na fenomenologia, realizado no mestrado acadêmico no PPGED, do ICED, UFPA, campus de Belém. Nele visa-se discutir a educação a partir do conceito de diálogo nos autores mencionados. Objetiva-se em linhas gerais, a partir do mesmo, repensar a educação segundo as perspectivas dialógicas de Gadamer e Freire, e, especificamente: refletir sobre a contribuição da hermenêutica filosófica de Gadamer à educação; articular alguns conceitos da hermenêutica filosófica com o conceito de diálogo em Gadamer; e, estabelecer relações entre as concepções de educação dialógica em Gadamer e Freire com a questão da autonomia do educando. As questões norteadoras são as seguintes: 1. Que tipo de ser humano queremos formar, tendo presente o contexto contemporâneo? E, por conseguinte, 2. Que educação queremos, para quê, para quem e pautada em quais princípios? Quanto ao referencial teórico metodológico esse trabalho prioriza Gadamer, nas obras Verdade e Método I e II (1999 e 2002, respectivamente) e Hermenêutica em Retrospectiva (2012); e, Freire, nas obras Educação como Prática de Liberdade (1967), Pedagogia do Oprimido (1987) e Pedagogia da Autonomia (2005). A contribuição de intérpretes da hermenêutica filosófica como Flickinger, Rohden e Hermann é levada em consideração, e também outros autores importantes da educação, como Saviani. Como resultados se chegou a conclusão que a educação não pode jamais menosprezar a tradição, pois enquanto seres históricos já estamos sempre em uma dada tradição. A linguagem e, portanto, o diálogo intermedia a relação do intérprete com a alteridade. A educação para a autonomia e cidadania dos educandos é mais efetiva quando toma o diálogo vivo como pressuposto e se instaura em um clima de intersubjetividade. This is a qualitative and bibliographical study, based on the philosophical hermeneutics of Gadamer, Freire's critical pedagogy and phenomenology, carried out in the academic master's degree at PPED, at ICED, UFPA, Belém campus. of the concept of dialogue in the authors mentioned. The main objective of this study is to rethink education from the dialogical perspectives of Gadamer and Freire, and specifically: to reflect on the contribution of Gadamer's philosophical hermeneutics to education; articulate some concepts of philosophical hermeneutics with the concept of dialogue in Gadamer; and, to establish relations between the conceptions of dialogical education in Gadamer and Freire with the question of the autonomy of the student. The guiding questions are as follows: 1. What kind of human being do we want to form, bearing in mind the contemporary context? And, therefore, 2. What education do we want, for what, for whom and based on what principles? As for the theoretical methodological reference, this work prioritizes Gadamer, in Truth and Method I and II (1999 and 2002, respectively) and Hermeneutics in Retrospective (2012); and Freire, in the works Education as a Practice of Freedom (1967), Pedagogy of the Oppressed (1987) and Pedagogy of Autonomy (2005). The contribution of interpreters of philosophical hermeneutics such as Flickinger, Rohden and Hermann is taken into account, as well as other important authors of education, such as Saviani. As a result we have reached the conclusion that education can never underestimate tradition, for as historical beings we are always in a given tradition. The language and, therefore, the dialogue intermediate the relation of the interpreter with the otherness. Education for the autonomy and citizenship of learners is most effective when it takes the living dialogue as a presupposition and establishes itself in a climate of intersubjectivity.

An experiment was carried out at a greenhouse of Plant Science Department of the Universidade Federal Rural do Semi-Árido (UFERSA), Mossoró-RN, in the period of May to June of 2006, with the evaluate the agronomic performance of beans mungo in function of their times of decomposition of scarlet starglory incorporated. A completely randomized desing with six treatments and five replications. The treatments consist of: T1 - 130g pot-1 of scarlet starglory in green base fresh with twenty-eight days incorporated; T2 -130g pot-1 of scarlet starglory in green base fresh with twenty one days incorporated; T3 - 130g pot-1 of scarlet starglory in green base fresh with fourteen days incorporated; T4 - 130g pot-1 of scarlet starglory in green base fresh with seven days incorporated; T5 - 130g pot-1 of scarlet starglory in green base fresh with zero days incorporated; T6 - Control (no Fertilized soil). The beans mungo cultivar planted was green gold. The evaluated traits were: plant height, dry mass and yield of grains. All the times traits were significantly affected by the amounts of scarlet starglory incorporated. Height mean value for plant height, dry mass and yield of grains were obtained in the amount of scarlet starglory incorporated of 28 days.

Um experimento foi conduzido na casa de vegetação do Departamento de Ciências Vegetais da Universidade Federal Rural do Semi-Árido (UFERSA), Mossoró-RN, no período de maio a junho de 2007, com o objetivo de avaliar a adubação verde na produção de rúcula. O delineamento experimental utilizado foi inteiramente casualizado, com seis tratamentos e quatro repetições. Os tratamentos consistiram de: (8,4; 16,8; 25,2; 33,6 e 42,0 g vaso-1), mais dois tratamentos adicionais (solo nu e 336 g vaso-1 de esterco bovino). A cultivar de rúcula utilizada foi a cultivada. As características avaliadas foram: altura de planta, número de folhas por parcela e massa verde e seca por vaso. O acréscimo na altura de planta, número de folhas, massa verde e massa seca foi da ordem de 27,2%, 30,0%, 77,0%, 41,0%, respectivamente, em função das quantidades de jitirana incorporada.

The green fertilizing has been used to improve the physical-chemical properties of soil, to help the benefic microorganisms, to increase the organic matter and essentially to put the nutrients available to the plants. The objective of this work was to evaluate the production of fitomassa and the macronutrients contents of scarlet starglory in different phonological stages. An experiment was carried out in the agricultural year of 2005, in a completely randomized design with eight treatments and five replications. The treatments consisted of following phenological stages: 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 105 and 120 days after seed germination of scarlet starglory. Plants of scarlet starglory were taken randomly, with a quadrate of 1.0 m x 1.0 m, and cut at 0.10 m from the soil level. The highest production of fitomass was obtained from 112 days after seed germination of scarlet starglory, with mean weight of fresh mass of 32.69 t ha-1. However, the content of dry matter was 11.07% of the fresh mass at 120 days after germination. The highest contents of N, P and K were obtained of plants with 15 days. Based on these results, it may be possible to use the scarlet starglory as a green fertilizer in the semi-arid condition of Rio Grande do Norte state.

An experiment was carried out at a greenhouse of Plant Science Department of the Universidad Federal Rural do Semi-Arid (UFERSA), Mossoró-RN, in the period of May to June of 2006, with the objective of determing the best treatment with scarlet starglory (Ipomoea glabra) incorporated to with cattle manure on rocket performance cv. Folha Larga. A completely randomized desing with seven treatments and three replications. The treatment consist of: T1 - 113g pot-1 of scarlet starglory in green base plus 21g pot-1 of cattle manure; T2 - 76g pot-1 of scarlet starglory in green base plus 42g pot-1 of cattle manure; T3 - 38g pot-1 of scarlet starglory in green base plus 63g pot-1 of cattle manure; T4 - 151g pot-1 of scarlet starglory in green base; T5 - 84g pot-1 of cattle manure; T6 ¿ Fertilization with NPK at the recommended dose for the crop and T7 - Control (no Fertilized soil). The rocket cultivar grown was Folha Larga. The evaluated traits were: plant height, number of leaves per pot, shoo fresh and dry mass. All the evaluated traits were significantly affected by the amounts of scarlet starglory incorporated. Height mean value for plant height, shoo fresh, dry mass and number of leaves were obtained in the amount of scarlet starglory incorporated of 151 g pot-1.

It uses space more efficiently, thus reducing the cost of production. Intercropping tomato and lettuce has not been studied, but knowledge of the competitive and agroeconomic indices of these vegetables can help in the management of the intercropping system. The objectives of this study were to assess, through biological and agroeconomic indices, the competition between species and the profitability of intercropping tomato and lettuce at different times of transplantation over two growing seasons (autumn-winter and summer-winter) in greenhouse conditions. In autumn-winter, two experiments were conducted with a randomised complete-block design and five replicates. Tomato and lettuce were the main crops in the individual experiments. Treatments were arranged in a factorial of two cropping systems (intercropping and individual crops) with four transplants of the secondary crop (0, 10, 20 and 30 days after) plus an additional treatment (individual main crop). These two experiments were repeated in summer-winter. Tomato was the dominant crop regardless of transplant order. Intercropping systems established with transplants of both species on the same day had higher values of indices of competition and bio-agroeconomic efficiency than systems with longer periods of transplants between main and secondary crops. The intercropping of lettuce and tomato in greenhouses, regardless of transplant time or order, had bio-agroeconomic advantages over individual crops. The transplantation of tomato after lettuce is recommended for greater profitability. Avaliou-se a influência de diferentes fontes de adubação na produtividade da alface cv. Elba na região centro sul do estado do Ceará. O delineamento experimental adotado foi o inteiramente casualizado no esquema fatorial 4 x 2, com três repetições. O experimento foi conduzido em canteiros de cambissolo estrófico e os tratamentos consistiram da combinação de quatro fontes de adubação: 1 - húmus de minhoca a partir de esterco bovino (4 kg m-2); 2 - composto orgânico (4 kg m-2); 3 - esterco bovino (20 kg m-2) e 4 - adubação orgânica mais mineral (10 kg m-2 de esterco bovino + 10 g de uréia , 15 g de cloreto de potássio e 45 g de superfosfato simples m-2), com e sem adubação foliar. Não houve diferenças significativas entre os tratamentos. Para o diâmetro médio da cabeça foram encontrados valores médios de 26 cm aos 42 dias após o transplante. Esse valor é considerado aceitável para esta cultivar. Para a característica massa fresca comercial, a adubação orgânica + mineral apresentou melhor desempenho (260,20 g).

CNPq Estudos acerca da imunologia da hanseníase são fundamentais para o entendimento das diversas formas de manifestação clínica da doença, bem como para elaborar novas perspectivas no desenvolvimento de futuras estratégias direcionadas a possibilidades de profilaxia. Linfócitos Tʜ1 são elementos cruciais na resposta imunológica contra micobactérias. Nestas doenças, os linfócitos Tʜ17 e uma das suas principais citocinas, a interleucina-17 tem demonstrado serem imprescindíveis na elaboração de uma resposta imunológica eficaz, podendo direcionar o padrão de respostas imunológicas para o polo Tʜ1 ou Tʜ2. Na hanseníase, o envolvimento dos linfócitos Tʜ17 e da interleucina-17 é desconhecido. Este trabalho acrescenta mais um capítulo ainda não investigado nos aspectos imunológicos que envolvem a hanseníase, identificando os linfócitos Tʜ17 e a interleucina-17 em pacientes portadores de hanseníase antes e durante o tratamento poliquimioterápico, comparando os resultados entre pacientes paucibacilares e multibacilares e também os investigando em relação ao interferon-γ, citocina que reconhecidamente promove efeito imunológico protetor, e que parece estabelecer mecanismos reguladores importantes em relação à frequência de linfócitos Tʜ17 e de interleucina-17. Foram analisadas amostras de sangue total de pacientes de hanseníase no momento do diagnóstico e ao segundo mês de tratamento. As amostras foram estimuladas com fitohemaglutinina (PHA) e com o bacilo de Calmete-Guerin (BCG). Posteriormente procedeu-se a detecção das citocinas intracitoplasmáticas e análise das amostras em citômetro de fluxo (FACScaliburTM, BD Pharmingen®). Foi observado que, em pacientes com as formas multibacilares da hanseníase, existe uma frequência significativamente menor de células Tʜ17. Além disto, percebeu-se uma produção de interferon-γ e de interleucina-17 também significativamente menor em relação aos pacientes portadores das formas paucibacilares, e ainda uma correlação positiva entre os níveis destas mesmas citocinas, após estímulo com a PHA e o BCG em ambos os grupos estudados. Nos pacientes multibacilares após o início da poliquimioterapia, houve uma expansão na frequência de células Tʜ17 e também um incremento na produção de ambas as citocinas. Nos pacientes paucibacilares, não houve modificação no perfil imunológico encontrado anteriormente à poliquimioterapia. Os resultados sugerem que os linfócitos Tʜ17 e a IL-17 participam ativamente na elaboração da resposta imune da hanseníase, e a sua frequência está diretamente relacionada a um efeito imunológico protetor, que contribui para a promoção da cura dos pacientes com hanseníase. Studies on the immunology of leprosy are fundamental to the understanding of the various forms of clinical manifestation of the disease and to develop new perspectives in the development of future strategies aimed at prevention possibilities. Tʜ1 lymphocytes are crucial elements in the immune response against mycobacteria. In these diseases, lymphocytes Tʜ17 and one of its key cytokines, interleukin-17 have been shown to be essential in developing an effective immune response, and may direct the pattern of immune responses to Tʜ1 or Tʜ2 pole. In leprosy, involvement of lymphocyte Tʜ17 and interleukin-17 is unknown. This paper adds yet another chapter investigated the immunological aspects involving leprosy; identifying lymphocytes Tʜ17 and interleukin-17 in leprosy patients before and during chemotherapy treatment, comparing the results between patients paucibacillary and multibacillary and finally, investigating them in relation to interferon-γ, a cytokine known to promote immune protective effect, and it seems important to establish regulatory mechanisms in relation to the frequency of lymphocytes Tʜ17 and interleukin-17. We analyzed blood samples from leprosy patients at diagnosis and the second month of treatment. Samples were stimulated with phytohemagglutinin (PHA) and with bacillus Calmete-Guerin (BCG). Subsequently was proceeded intracytoplasmic cytokine detection and analysis of samples at the flow cytometer (FACScalibur, BD Pharmingen). In patients with multibacillary leprosy, there is a significantly lower frequency of Tʜ17 cells. Besides there is a production of interferon-γ and interleukin-17 also significantly lower compared to patients with paucibacillary forms. A positive correlation between the levels of these same cytokines after stimulation with PHA and BCG in both groups was noted. In multibacillary after the start of polychemotherapy, there was an expansion in the frequency of Tʜ17 cells and an increase in production of both cytokines. Paucibacillary patients, there was no change in the immunological profile found anteriorly to polychemotherapy. The results suggest that Tʜ17 lymphocytes and IL-17 participate actively in the development of the immune response of leprosy, and their frequency is directly related to an immune protective effect, which helps to promote the healing of leprosy patients.
