Aim. Substantiation of the most probable reason for the increase in viral activity and disclosure of the main content of nature-like technology for the treatment of human diseases using simulated microwave radiation from the Sun reaching the Earth’s surface.Materials and methods. A description of the hardware and software tools for simulating solar microwave radiation is given, which makes it possible to simulate “bursts” of solar microwave radiation from several seconds to tens of minutes, both with linear and chaotic polarization in the frequency range of 4.0–4.3 GHz. In this case, the amplitude spectrum of such radiation can vary in width, shape, and intensity, which does not exceed 100 μW/cm2.Results and discussion. The mechanism of the corrective action of the above radiation on the human body is studied. It is associated with the conversion of electromagnetic energy absorbed by the body into the energy of lowintensity broadband elastic oscillations. This makes it possible to activate inactivated enzyme complexes under hypoxic conditions to restore the free energy potential in cellular structures.Conclusions. The evidence on the validity of the use of this radiation against inflammation at the clinical, preclinical, and microbiological levels gives grounds for predicting that it will also be effective in human viral diseases.

Study effects of microwave electromagnetic radiation (EMR) of the SHF range in vitro on viability and functional status of neutrophilic granulocytes.Neutrophils of peripheral blood of 30 conditionally healthy donors aged 18 - 20 years were exposed to the effect of broadband (natural, similar to sun radio emission) and, mono-frequency (technogenic, similar to emission of cell phones, PCs, microwave ovens, etc.) EMR with frequency range of 4 - 4.34 GHz, generated by a SHF-generatorAIMT-1. 16 minutes after the effect, viability of neutrophilic granulocytes, phagocytic activity, lysosome activity ofcells were studied, NBT-reducing ability and cytokine content in supernatant were evaluated.The amount of viable neu- trophils significantly reduced after the effect of modelled EMR with technogenic frequency- temporal structure, functional status of viable cells did not change. Neutrophils retained viability after the effect of EMR of natural origin, increased levels of IL1β and TNFα was determined in supernatants, functional status of neutrophils of men remained stable, and in women an increase of phagocytic ability and a reduction of production of oxygen radicals was noted.The detected reduction of the amount of viable neutrophils under the effect of EMR of technogenic origin could result in disturbances in the system of innate immunity, other homeostasis elements of the human organism and development of pathologic conditions. At the same time, the de- tected effects of EMR of natural origin. open perspectives of use of modelled microwave EMR of SHF range in prophylaxis and clinical medicine.

The controversial approach to assessing the role of microwave radiations of artificial origin for organisms is noted. One group of scientists considers these radiations as potentially dangerous to an organism, and the other group claims that under certain conditions they can be used in the medical purposes. The specified contradiction is eliminated by using exogenous approach to assessing the role of electromagnetic radiation in wildlife. In this regard in the article the operating role in the wildlife of the Sun microwave radiation reaching the surface of the Earth and the need for its simulation devices for reducing the negative impact on organisms of electromagnetic pollution is proved. The main results of microbiological studies using the developed hardware and software for simulation of the Sun microwave radiation in the superhigh-frequency range of wavelengths. Представлен анализ основных проблем исследований взаимодействия организмов с электромагнитными излучениями микроволнового диапазона. Отмечен противоречивый подход в оценке роли микроволновых излучений искусственного происхождения для организмов: одни и те же излучения одна группа ученых рассматривает как потенциально опасные для организма, а другая утверждает, что при определенных условиях их можно использовать в лечебных целях. Указанное противоречие устраняется при использовании экзогенного подхода к оценке роли электромагнитных излучений в живой природе. В этой связи в статье обоснована управляющая роль в природе микроволнового излучения Солнца, достигающего поверхности Земли и необходимость использования устройств его моделирования для ослабления негативного влияния на организмы электромагнитного загрязнения окружающей среды. Приведены основные итоги микробиологических исследований с использованием разработанных аппаратно-программных средств моделирования микроволнового излучения Солнца в сверх- высокочастотном диапазоне длин волн.

The effect of nonionogenic surface-active substances (SAS) on hydroxylase activity of Tieghemella orchidis in free and polyacrylamide gel (PAAG) immobilized states was studied. It was shown that addition of SAS (1%) to the cultivation medium simultaneously with the inoculation stimulated the filamentous growth of the mycelium. It was also demonstrated that certain SAS (span-80/sorbitanemonooleate/and polyethylene glycol-600-monolaurate) affected beneficially the culture transformation activity. The hydroxylase activity also increased after mycelium preincubation with tweens (1%) and transformation in the presence of span-20 (sorbitane monolaurate) and span-80 (0.3%). The use of the latter substances during gel preincubation with immobilized cells led to the stabilization of transformation activity, increase in the hydroxylation rate, and a change in the yield of hydroxylated products to produce hydrocortisone.

The transformation of acetate from the Reichstein substance "S" by the culture of Tieghemella orchidis was studied upon a single and fractional addition of the substrate. The effect of streptomycin sulphate, Tween-80, ethanol (steroid solvent) and steroid solution on the respiratory activity of the culture was investigated upon a single and fractional addition of the steroid. During transformation the respiratory activity of the culture decreased--by the end of the process (18-20 hours) it fell 2-2.5-fold upon a single addition of the steroid (1 g/l) and by 20% upon a fractional addition of the steroid (2 g/l). In the latter case the respiratory activity dropped step-by-step if the concentration of the steroid was 1.4-1.6 g/l; simultaneously the transformation activity declined.
