Pooling the opinions of the decision makers about premier alternative from a list of given choices is the most crucial phenomenon theory of decision making. The MSM operator is an effective approach and can identify the collective connection among various input viewpoints. So, tacking the fully benefit of MSM operator, this paper presents a new novel in depth investigation of MSM in context of Neutrosophic fuzzy variables. Initially we developed the structure of One-dimension uncertain linguistic interval valued neutrosophic fuzzy variables, deliberate their fundamental properties along with meaningful laws. Moreover, we encompass the MSM operator to the extent of one dimensional uncertain-linguistic Neutrosophic fuzzy variables and introduced some novel aggregations operators including one-dimensional uncertain linguistic interval-valued Neutrosophic fuzzy, weighted fuzzy and ordered weighted fuzzy McLaurin symmetric mean operator. The practical utilization of the proposed aggregation operators in business analytic are also included in the paper. In this study, a nonlinear mathematical SIR system is explored numerically based on the dynamics of the waterborne disease, e.g., cholera, that is used to incorporate the delay factor through the antiseptics for disease control. The nonlinear mathematical SIR system is divided into five dynamics, susceptible X(u), infective Y(u), recovered Z(u) along with the B(u) and Ch(u) be the contaminated water density. Three cases of the SIR system are observed using the artificial neural network (ANN) along with the computational Levenberg-Marquardt backpropagation (LMB) called ANNLMB. The statistical performances of the SIR model are provided by the selection of the data as 74% for authentication and 13% for both training and testing, together with 12 numbers of neurons. The exactness of the designed ANNLMB procedure is pragmatic through the comparison procedures of the proposed and reference results based on the Adam method. The substantiation, constancy, reliability, precision, and ability of the proposed ANNLMB technique are observed based on the state transitions measures, error histograms, regression, correlation performances, and mean square error values. Heat transference in fluid mechanism has a deep influence in real‐life applications like hot‐mix paving, recovery of energy, concrete heating, heat spacing, refineries, distillation, autoclaves, reactors, air conditioning, and so forth. In this attempt, findings related to energy exchange with features of infinite shear rate viscosity model of Carreau nanofluid by placing inclined magnetic dipole over the wedge are made. The main role in the transportation of heat is exercised by incorporating facts of radiation, nonuniform heat sink source, Brownian motion, thermophoresis, and chemical reaction. The mathematical system of the infinite shear rate viscosity model of Carreau nanofluid gives a system of partial differential equations and furthermore, these are moved into ordinary differential equations. A numerical procedure is applied via shooting/bvp4c to obtain numerical results. Inclined magnetic dipole gives a lower velocity of Carreau nanofluid. Due to the relaxation time factor velocity of Carreau fluid gets down. A* causes to generate the heat internally, so due to this, temperature increases rapidly. The increasing rate of temperature is found very high for the growing Hartmann number. The rate of mass transport becomes low for gradual increment in the parameter of thermophoresis, wedge angle, and Prandtl. Inclined magnetic dipole gives a lower velocity of Carreau nanofluid. Due to the relaxation time factor, the velocity of the Carreau fluid goes down.
