Data which is created and shared on the Web is characterized by the massive amount of user generated content on various applications and dynamically evolving content on the basis of user interests. Thus, in order to benefit from Web data, it is essential to provide (a) the mechanisms which enable scalable processing of large data collections and (b) the organization schemes which reduce the navigational overhead within complex and dynamically growing content. Between these two impending needs, in this paper, we are interested in developing an indexing scheme which aims to reduce the time and effort needed to access the relevant piece of information by leveraging ontologies. In particular, considering evolving nature of Web contents, the proposed technique in this paper computes the sub-ontology, which best matches a given data collection, from the existing large size of ontology. Case studies show that the proposed indexing scheme in this paper indeed helps organize dynamically evolving content.

To develop a clotrimazole-loaded solid suppository with poloxamer and propylene glycol, the melting points of various formulations composed of poloxamer 188 (P 188) and propylene glycol were investigated. The dissolution study of clotrimazole delivered by the suppository composed of P 188 and propylene glycol was performed. The mixtures composed of P 188 and propylene glycol were homogeneous. Propylene glycol affected the melting points of poloxamer mixtures. In particular, the mixture [P 188/propylene glycol (70/30%)] with the melting point of about was a solid form at room temperature and instantly melted at physiological temperature. Furthermore, propylene glycol affected greatly the dissolution rates of clotrimazole from the suppository. Dissolution mechanism analysis showed the dissolution of clotrimazole was proportional to the time. Our results indicated that the solid suppository with P 188 and propylene glycol would be a candidate of rectal dosage form for clotrimazole.

To develop a aceclofenac soft capsule, four preparations with various solubilizers were prepared and their dissolution test was carried out. Among four preparations tested, a preparation with ethanolamine was selected as a formula of aceclofenac soft capsule (Clanza ), since it showed the fastest dissolution rate. Bioequivalence of aceclofenac tablet, (Dae-Woong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and aceclofenac soft capsule, Clanza (Korea United Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) was evaluated according to the guideline of KA Fourteen normal male volunteers (age 20 - 25 years old) were divided into two groups and a randomized cross-over study was employed. After oral administration of one tablet or capsule containing 100 mg of aceclofenac, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentration of aceclofenac in plasma was determined with an HPLC method under UV detector The pharmacokinetic parameters ( and ) were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of parameters using logarithmetically transformed , and . The results showed that the differences in , and between Aral tablet and Clanza soft capsule were 2.89%, 0.18% and 43.0%, respectively. There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(15) (e.g. log(0.81) -log(1.23) ad log(0.89) -log(1.4)) fo and , respectively. Thus, the criteria of the KFDA guidelines for the equivalence was satisfied, indicating that Clanza soft capsule is bioequivalent to tablet.
