Pandemi Covid-19 memiliki dampak parah pada semua sektor, baik kesehatan, ekonomi, dan secara sosial di seluruh dunia. Remaja adalah kelompok yang rentan terhadap masalah psikologis seperti stres karena pandemi. Upaya dan kebijakan dalam menangani pandemi seperti membatasi pertemuan sekolah dan pembelajaran online dapatmemicustres untuk remaja. Hipnotis lima jari adalah salah satu intervensi keperawatan yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk mengurangi stres, terapi ini menyebabkan relaksasi yang tinggi sehingga akan mengurangi ketegangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan hipnotik lima jari dengan tingkat stres remaja di era pandemi Covid-19. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen one group pre test – post test dengan sampel 30 remaja yang ditentukan oleh pengambilan sampel acak, yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi untuk kisaran usia 12-19 tahun. Stres diukur menggunakan instrumen Perceive Stress Scale. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi t-test berpasangan yang menunjukkan bahwa ada efek terapi hipnotik lima jari pada tingkat stres remaja (Sig.2-tailed = 0,000, α = 0,05). Hasil dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa hipnotis lima jari memiliki efek yang signifikan pada pengurangan stres dan dapat menjadi intervensi keperawatan alternatif dalam mengurangi stres, terutama pada remaja. Kata kunci: manajemen stres, remaja, hipnotik lima jari, Covid-19 Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic has had a severe impact on all sectors, both health, economically and socially across the globe. Adolescents are a group that is vulnerable to psychological problems such as stress due to the pandemic. Efforts and policies in dealing with the pandemic, such as limiting school gatherings and implementing online learning are stressful for adolescents. Five finger hypnosis is one of the nursing interventions that can be implemented to reduce stress, this therapy causes high relaxation, so it will reduce tension. This study aims to identify the relationship between five-finger hypnosis and adolescent stress levels. The method used in this study is a quasi experiment one group pre - post test with a sample of 30 adolescents chosen at random who meet the inclusion criteria for the age range of 12 to 19 years. Stress was measured using the Perceive Stress Scale instrument. The data was analyzed using a paired t-test correlation test, which revealed that five-finger hypnotic therapy had an effect on adolescent stress levels (Sig.2-tailed = 0.000, = 0.05). According to the findings of this study, five-finger hypnosis has a significant effect on stress reduction and can be used as an alternative nursing intervention in stress reduction. Introduction : Indonesia sits on an active continental plate, surrounded by a series of very active volcanoes called the ring of fire. These conditions make Indonesia very vulnerable to disasters. Mount Semeru was observed to have experienced at least 57 eruptions or eruptions. The resilience possessed by adolescents can affect when the post-eruption disaster strikes. Method s : The strategy to determine the selection of studies that have been found, the author uses a protocol and evaluation uses the PRISMA Checklist and is adjusted to the purpose of this literature review. Searching for literature sources in this literature review uses several databases including PubMed and Google Scholar Results : Resilience is very important for adolescents in post-mountain eruption disaster situations, adolescents who have resilience can survive and never give up in difficult circumstances, adapt to these conditions, and can rise. Most of the adolescents in post-disaster areas have moderate levels of resilience as much as 64% and as high as 63%. This can occur due to several factors, namely individuals, families, and communities. In addition, gender can also affect a person's resilience. Men are more resilient than women. Conclusion : The existence of sources of support from internal and external as well as knowledge about adolescent disasters can optimize youth resilience after the Semeru eruption disaster.

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) started in Wuhan, one of the largest cities in China. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a tremendous psychological impact on the public due to its high rate of infectivity and mortality—various stressors associated with COVID-19 and associated psychological stress. Interventions to reduce stress and increase environmental support are critical to lowering psychological pressure during infectious diseases such as COVID-19. Psychological capital has a vital role in generating entrepreneurial intentions and building business mentality in students in starting startups during the COVID-19 pandemic. A person is more likely to be psychologically affected during periods of self-isolation due to loss of social connections and more excellent isolation, which usually disrupts active routines and ways of life. There are four dimensions of psychological capital, namely: self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience.

Hospital must have a superiority in order to survive and compete with other hospitals which have patients satisfaction oriented. One of the factors that influence the patients’ satisfaction is nursing care. Nursing care must relevant with Islamic rule that it was basic for nurses in practicing nursing care plan. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of Islamic nursing care phases of orientation, working, and termination on patients’ satisfaction level in Lumajang Islamic hospital. The respondent 92 people were taken by proportionate stratified random sampling. The instrument used was check list of Islamic nursing care phases of orientation, working, termination, and questionnaire of patients’ satisfaction. The result of ordinal regression test showed that there were significant influence in all phases of Islamic nursing care of orientation, working, and termination on patients’ satisfaction level in Lumajang Islamic hospital where p 3.84/df (in orientation p = 0.000 and wald 14. 274; working p = 0.000 and wald 12.230; termination p = 0.000 and wald 20.850). Islamic nursing care which most significant was termination phase. Islamic nursing care was significantly influence on patients’ satisfaction; therefore it could be used as guidelines for nurses on practicing nursing care plans. Perubahan trend wisata di kalangan masyarakat secara luas tidak hanya menjadi hiburan tetapi bagaimana membuat mereka menjadi teredukasi dan mengubah pola hidup menjadi lebih sehat. Pilihan desa wisata menjadi pelopor untuk perubahan gaya hidup sehat, dengan ditunjang potensi alam, iklim dan kesederhanaan hidup yang jauh dari stress menyebabkan desa wisata menjadi pilihan. Namun untuk membentuk eduwisata yang sehat, refererensi masih sangat terbatas. Tujuan penelitian untuk memotret nilai budaya sebagai eduwisata berbasis agronursing sebagai pengembangan model wisata yang sehat. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis konten induktif dengan metode Focus Grups Discussion (FGD) menggunakan pertanyaan semistruktur yang melibatkan 2 kelompok, masing-masing terdiri dari 7 dan 8 orang dengan latar belakang petani pisang, kopi, sapi, kambing, budidaya holtikulra dan industri kecil olahan hasil pertanian di Desa Burno Kecamatan Senduro Kabupaten Lumajang. Data dikumpulkan dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis tematik berdasarkan pendekatan Krueger, R. and Casey, M. Penelitian menghasilkan tiga tema yaitu kebanggaan menjadi petani, melestarikan budaya dan mempertahankan nilai-nilai kebaikan dalam bekerja. Pengembangan potensi desa menjadi eduwisata memiliki nilai-nilai budaya yang harus terpenuhi yaitu tidak membuat perubahan dalam kehidupan masyarakat desa, masyarakat tidak keluar dari rutinitas keseharian mereka dan menonjolkan kearifan lokal yang menjadi potensi besar yang bisa dikembangkan.

Hipertensi merupakan faktor risiko utama untuk penyakit kardiovaskular dan membawa beban kesehatan yang tinggi dalam hal morbiditas dan mortalitas. Hipertensi merupakan faktor yang berkonstribusi terhadap kematian akibat stroke dan faktor yang memperberat infark miokard. Salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi diantaranya adalah dengan terapi relaksasi otot progresif ( Progressive Muscle Relaxation / PMR). Mengetahui efektifitas terapi PMR terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi kelompok “Prolanis” di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jatiroto Kabupaten Lumajang. Desain Penelitian menggunakan desain pre eksperiment dengan rancangan one group pre test post test. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 24 responden. Pelaksanaan terapi PMR menggunakan tool atau standard operating procedures (SOP) terapi PMR. Instrument untuk mengukur tekanan darah dengan menggunakan Sphygmomanometer digital merk Omron. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada tekanan darah baik systole dan diastole responden sebelum dan sesudah diberikan terapi PMR.
