The article analyzes different approaches to obtaining the most objective assessment of technogenic risks. The calculation is based on the use of an index approach through the assessment of indicators of danger, vulnerability and security of technical systems. In addition to the main methodology, it is proposed to use the principles of functional-parametric methodology, which consists in individualizing risk assessments of hazardous technical systems and developing on their basis a policy for their safe operation. Such a functional synthesis of two approaches makes it possible to: apply the methodology for managing the safety of any technosphere object (and any territory); analyze the state of complex or new dangerous technical systems when it is not possible to use classical evaluation models; to increase indefinitely the number of indicators of the state of the systems being assessed; convert into a single system quantitative indicators with different units of measurement, and qualitative assessments of experts; assess the state of not only technical systems in general, but also their modules; compare different technical systems; develop measures aimed at preventing adverse situations or mitigating their consequences; draw up a list of priority actions in resource allocation. Methyl tertiary butyl ether a component of motor gasolines is unique, since almost all the lowest oxygen-containing compounds have a high octane number - up to 100 RON (octane number by the research method), but in this compound the octane number may reach 135 RON, depending on the gasoline composition. The use of MTBE is very important in the modern world, since it improves not only the parameters of detonation resistance, but also reduces the content of carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons in the exhaust gases, which positively affects the environment. He also has similar fuel characteristics to gasoline, and the presence of oxygenal so increases the efficiency of the engine and help store duce product of incomplete combustion in the exhaust. The use of methyl tertiary butyl ether is necessary, since its use allows to reduce oil consumption in the production of commercial gasoline and to achieve optimal octane characteristics of the product components. The article describes the dependence of the parameters on each other in the form of formulas, in addition, the process of creating a control program. The main objectives of the development are the control and regulation of process parameters, as well as the search for the optimal use of resources and materials to increase the yield of finished products. The SCADA-system was developed on the basis of real limits of parameter control during the process, taking into account the multiple relationships between the parameters of the process. The solution of control problems for complex technical systems or objects is based on the development of their mathematical models, which further determine the control algorithm. For auto-correction of the control algorithm, it is advisable to use adaptive approaches in control theory – artificial neural networks. The use of a neural network controller, which combines adaptive self-learning approaches and the experience of an expert – adjuster of an automated process control system, seems appropriate when introducing control of complex multifunctional objects. Purpose of the research is development of an adaptive control system by creating neural networks based on the data of the catalytic reforming stabilization process in the Matlab Simulink environment and their comparison. Neural networks are used in industrial units in the presence of disturbing influences on the control object, when traditional solutions in control systems are not effective enough. Electric drive complexes control using neural networks is advisable when the speed or precision of traditional control systems with linear controller is insufficient. The result of the research is development of an adaptive control systems based on neural networks in the Matlab system. Almost every industrial process in the world is automatically controlled. The accumulated data on the state of the technological process, data on the actions of the supervisory staff, the characteristics of the raw materials can and should be used to improve the control of the technological process and the technical and economic indicators of production. The solution to these issues is possible when using a neural networks that allow to quickly respond to changes of the quality of raw materials and product flows. The purpose of this research is development a neural network for advanced control of vacuum distillation of fuel oil. To achieve this purpose a functional diagram of the vacuum distillation of fuel oil process of automation and SCADA-systems data are used.
