During the pandemic covid-19 era, teachers felt difficulties in adjusting their learning activities. This study aims to determine the implementation of clinical supervision in improving the quality of learning at SDIQu Al-Bahjah during the pandemic. Through a descriptive qualitative research approach, it was found that implementing clinical management at SDIQu Al-Bahjah during the pandemic was almost the same as implementing it in standard times. What distinguishes it is the findings. In the observation process, it was found that there was a mismatch between the agreed criteria and the learning actions carried out by the teacher. In the first cycle, the majority of teachers felt less prepared in terms of facilities in teaching. Of the 20 teachers, 18 people have not mastered online learning techniques, 12 people have not compiled the learning media needed during the pandemic. In the next cycle, there was significant progress. Almost all teachers had facilitated their learning needs. They can apply online learning with the media used. In the following process, observation is focused on maximizing the learning media on the learning functions that can be achieved. After several clinical supervision cycles, teachers successfully solved their learning problems and were more motivated to improve their professional competence continuously.

In learning at school, mathematics subjects are considered a difficult subject. This assumption willaffect the students' mathematics learning outcomes. The teaching and learning process still uses theold paradigm, which is dominated by the role of teacher activities and still uses the lecture method, sothat the method does not attract the attention of students. Therefore, a learning model is needed toovercome this problem. One of the student-centered learning models is the bamboo dancing learningmodel. In addition to the selection of learning models, fun teaching methods need to be supported bythe presence of learning media that attract students' attention. One of them is the media game stairs.This study aims to determine the influence, response of students, and increase the character ofresponsibility in bamboo dancing learning assisted by snake and ladder games in improving studentmathematics learning outcomes. This learning model was tested on students in Cirebon City MTs AlHidayah GUPPI using experimental classes, namely class VII as many as 20 students with the designof one group Pre-Test-Post-Test design. Data collection techniques in this study through tests,questionnaires and observations. Descriptive quantitative data analysis with the results (1) Themagnitude of the influence of the application of bamboo dancing learning models assisted by snakesand ladders in improving mathematics learning outcomes by 53.6%. (2) Students 'response to theinfluence of the application of bamboo dancing learning models assisted by snake and ladder games toimprove students' mathematics learning outcomes in the strong category with a percentage of 76.2%.(3) The sense of responsibility of students in the application of bamboo dancing learning modelsassisted by snake and ladder games from the first meeting to the sixth meeting has increased, the finalresults obtained from the average character values of individual responsibility are 3.63, and theaverage value social responsibility character of 3.7. In the calculation of the t-test the average pretestvalue is 26.95 and the posttest value is 94.1. This shows that the application of bamboo dancingmodels assisted by snakes and ladders can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes.Keywords: Bamboo Dancing, Snake Ladder Game, Character, Mathematics Learning Outcomes.

Illiteracy eradication manifests as an important and a common aspect in many countries' development agendas as well as in the United Nation's development initiatives. Indonesia is one of such countries. Based on the data of 2004, Indonesia has at least 28 regencies that still have high illiteracy rates. This condition hinders national growth and development of a country. With a Functional Literacy (FL) program designed and implemented to alleviate illiteracy in the country, this study investigates the effectiveness of a self-concept based participative learning model in improving literacy. The investigation is carried out in Cirebon Regency, on 40 Sub-districts and 125 Community Learning Centers (CLCs). Based on cluster sampling technique, two sub-districts are chosen as the sample for the study. A participative learning model is implemented in this study and an investigation is performed using a quantitative approach, complemented with a qualitative approach. The data is analyzed using three techniques: Descriptive statistical analysis, descriptive qualitative analysis and comparison analysis. Data validity, reliability and objectivity are tested to ensure that the research instruments used are appropriate. From the data analysis, it is concluded that the implemented model is effective in improving learners' literacy skills and it is proven by the difference in literacy skills of the experimental group and the control group. The improvement is also found to be statistically significant, as evidenced by a tcalc value higher than the ttable.

The education that parents want for their children today is not only having intellectual intelligence, but also being balanced with spiritual intelligence. So this study aims to determine how much influence the leadership of madrasa leaders on religious cultural habituation in MTs Al-Nur Cirebon City. This type of research is quantitative research. The subjects of this study were students and teachers taken only 38 people by means of the stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, questionnaires with Likert scale models and documentation studies. The validity test was carried out using the construct test technique and the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique. While the reliability test is used by the Alpha method formula. The number of valid items for the madrasah headship variable is 33 items, while the number of valid items for the religious cultural habituation variable is 31 statement items. Prerequisite analysis test uses normality test, linearity test. Then the data are analyzed using a simple linear regression formula. The significance level is set at 5%. Based on the results of calculations and analysis, it was concluded that the magnitude of the influence of madrasa head leadership on religious cultural habituation was relatively low with a correlation coefficient r of 0.390. While the contribution of the influence of madrasa head leadership to religious cultural habituation in MTs Al-Nur Cirebon City was only 15.2%. Analysis of Student’s Creative Thinking Ability in Mathematical Problem Solving in Terms of Extrovert and Introvert Personality Types. This research is motivated by differences in personality types that cause differences in creative thinking ability based on its level. Therefore, indicators of creative thinking ability used are fluency, flexibility, and originality. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were 4 students of class X IPS MA An-Nur Cirebon City which were selected based on consideration of the results of personality tests. The instruments used were personality tests, tests of creative thinking ability, and interviews. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, triangulation, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that: (1) Students who tended extrovert personality types were at the level of creative thinking ability 1 (less creative). (2) Students who tended introvert personality types were at the level of creative thinking ability 3 (creative)

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui hasil belajar matematika siswa yang ditinjau dari perbedaan kepribadian ekstrovert dan introvert. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain komparatif expost pasto, sampel yang dipilih yaitu kelas XI MIPA 3 SMA 1 Rajagaluh. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan tes dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) sebaran kepribadian siswa ekstrovert 26%, siswa introvert 42%, dan ditemukan pula sebaran siswa ambivert 32% (2) sebaran rata-rata hasil belajar matematika ranah kognitif yang diperoleh siswa ekstrovert sebesar 66,40 sedangkan siswa introvert rata-rata sebesar 75,3750. Rata-rata hasil belajar matematika ranah afektif yang didapatkan siswa ekstrovert sebesar 64,50 sedangkan siswa introvert rata-rata sebesar 70,9375. Rata-rata hasil belajar ranah psikomotorik sebesar 68,75 sedangkan siswa introvert memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 60,9375. (3) Hasil uji hipotesis bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang ditinjau dari perbedaan kepribadian ekstrovert dan introvert. Dibuktikan dengan uji One Way Anova diperoleh nilai sig. Statistik hasil belajar ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik berturut-turut adalah 0,031; 0,025; 0,23 < 0,05, Ftabel = 3,422132, dan Fhitung berturut-turut pula sebesar 5, 227; 4, 864; dan 5, 914. Karena nilai Fhitung > Ftabel maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima

This research based on the demands of English proficiency in order to face ASEAN Economic Community, including students majoring in mathematics education. In fact, students have not been motivated to master English, even though the departement chief has been skilled at managing. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of managerial skills of department chairman and motivation to learn English, analyzing the policy of English program, analyze what efforts have been done by students, analyze what the factors become the driving and inhibitors. Methodologically, using mixed methods, the results show that the influence is about 33% only, the program held Speaking, Tenses, Structure and Writing, Reading Comprehension, Listening and TOEFL. Students are looking for vocabulary from the games, memorize it, watching English movies, listening to English songs, using google translate, taking TOEFL test, be an English MC. The existence of institutional policies that responded negatively by students can be an obstacle to this program. In the world of education right now, a lot of complex issues occur and need special attention from all parties. One of them is the lack of curiosity and self-confidence of students thus affecting student learning results primarily on mathematical subjects. The better the curiosity and self-confidence of students, then students will be more motivated to learn. So the students will obtain a meaningful learning and get the results of the study are in accordance with the national education goals. The purpose of this research was to review; How big is the curiosity of students, how high the confidence of students, and how great the influence of curiosity and self-confidence of students toward outcome studied mathematics students. The research method used is the quantitative methods. The population in this research is grade VII MTs Negeri 1 Cirebon in the year 2014/2015 Lessons, with the number of students 1127 people. The technique of sampling using purporsive sampling. By using the selected sampling engineering 80 students to become respondents. The dwarf in the collection of data for the variable X is now with the spread against the target of research. As for the variable Y by using the test instrument. Then the data obtained were analyzed by using test normality, test its homogeneity, linierity test regression, autocorrelation test, and test the multikolinieritas as well as a test of the hypothesis. Based on the results of the analysis of the obtained an average score of curiosity is 59,25% by category and average score results of learning math is 69,11% with high category as well a the average score of studen learning outcomes i.e. 67,81% by category enough. The result statistical hypothesis test note that 11,782>2,37 the Ho are received. With equation regresion is 83.866 + 0.128 0.364 x 1 + X 2 which means there are influences between curiosity and self-confidence of students toward outcome studied mathematics. Based on the determination of the magnitude of the influence coefficient is 4,79% meaning that curiosity and self-confidence of students gives only a small influence against the results of the study of mathematics students. The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes by using cooperative learning model picture and picture on i class III subjects, to apply cooperative learning model picture and picture on science class III subjects, to know the effect of cooperative learning model picture and picture to the results of learning 3rd grade MI Tarbiyatusshibyan. This research uses quantitative research that is quasi experiment and pre experimental design and post test control group. the population observed in the study were students and MI Tarbiyatusshibyan students, by taking sample of class III A with the number of students as many as 20 people as experimental class and class III B with the number of students as many as 18 people as control class. the result of the research shows that there is a significant effect of the learning result of the science students between the experimental class and the model of cooperative learning picture and picture and control class with conventional learning in the form of lecture method. it is proved from the t-test at a significant level of 5% of 2.03 while a significant level of 1% of 2.72 and t results of 4.685 this means that t arithmetic is greater than t table then it can be written 2.03 < 4.685 > 2.72 then alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and Hypothesis zero (Ho) is rejected.

Kepercayaan diri merupakan suatu hal terpenting bagi siswa khususnya dalam belajar matematika. Apabila individu tersebut memiliki kepercayaan diri yang rendah maka akan mempengaruhi hasil belajarnya. Matematika merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang di anggap sulit bagi siswa di sekolah, hal inilah yang menjadi ketakutan siswa sehingga kepercayaan diri menjadi rendah ketika belajar matematika. Oleh sebab itu, guru dapat menggunakan metode active learning yang membuat pembelajaran matematika menjadi menyenangkan dan tidak hanya berpusat pada guru saja melainkan berpusat juga pada siswa, sehingga dapat menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan kepercayaan diri siswa. Metode active learning diantaranya metode Jigsaw dan metode inkuiri terbimbing. Dari kedua metode tersebut peneliti akan membandingkan dan menganalisis metode manakah yang baik bagi kepercayaan diri siswa dalam belajar matematika. Setelah itu, hasilnya terdapat perbedaan dari kedua metode tersebut.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain “One Shot Case Study”. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh sebesar 62% kepercayaan diri siswa yang menggunakan metode Jigsaw sedangkan metode inkuiri terbimbing sebesar 65%. Dari kedua metode tersebut diperoleh bahwa kepercayaan diri siswa berada pada kategori sama yaitu kategori tinggi. Untuk uji t diperoleh bahwa sig.2 (tailed) 0,026 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kepercayaan diri siswa dalam belajar matematika antara yang menggunakan metode Jigsaw dengan metode inkuiri terbimbing.Kata Kunci: Kepercayaan Diri, Metode Jigsaw, dan Metode Inkuiri Terbimbing

Pembelajaran adalah suatu komponen penting yang saling berkaitan satu samalainnya. Di dalam pembelajaran, adanya interaksi antara pendidik dan peserta didik adalah peranan penting dalam mencapai tujuan suatu pembelajaran yang diinginkan. Keberhasilan suatu proses pembelajaran dapat dilihat dari tingkat pemahaman materi, penguasaan materi, serta hasil belajar peserta didik. Berdasarkan observasi, pembelajaran matematika di MTsN Karangkendal Kec. Kapetakan Cirebon ditemukan beberapa kelemahan, diantaranya adalah hasil belajar matematika siswa di MTsN Karangkendal rata-rata dibawah nilai KKM yang ditentukan oleh pihak sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan:1) untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran snowball throwing.2) untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran snowball throwing.3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran snowball throwing pada siswa kelas VIII MTsN Karangkendal dalam pokok bahasan relasi dan fungsi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII di MTsN Karangkendal Kapetakan dengan jumlah 283 siswa. Peneliti mengambil sampel pada kelas VIII dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling, yaitu pengambilan anggota sampel dari jumlah populasi yang dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi tersebut. Dari 8 kelas yang ada, peneliti mengambil 1 kelas sebagai sampel yaitu kelas VIII F. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresinya adalah Y = 41,252 + 0,142 X. Nilai thitung sebesar 0,142 kemudian dibandingkan dengan nilai ttabel sebesar 2,045. Maka dapat dilihat bahwa nilai ttabel> thitung atau 2,045 > 0,142, dengan demikian Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Koefisien determinasi diperolah (R Square) = 0,005 artinya hasil belajar matematika siswa pada pokok bahasan relasi dan fungsi 0,5% dipengaruhi atau ditentukan oleh model pembelajaran Snowball Throwing, karena pengaruhnya hanya 0,5% maka dapat dikatakan tidak ada penagruhnya dan yang99,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Penelitian ini berangkat dari latar belakang rendahnya hasil belajar yang dicapai oleh siswa kelas VIII MTs AlHidayahdesa Pasuruan Pabedilan-Cirebon. Dari hasil pengamatan awal, dapat diketahui penyebab hal ini adalahkarena siswa merasa jenuh, bosan dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan pembelajaran tradisionalyang pada akhirnya membuat siswa mencari kegiatan lain untuk menghilangkan kejenuhannya seperti ngobrol,menggambar, bercanda dan hal-hal lain yang menyebabkan suasana kelas tidak kondusif. Untuk itu, dibutuhkan modelpembelajaran yang dapat merubah tingkah laku negatif siswa menjadi hal yang positif tanpa siswa merasa bosanmelainkan menyenangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses penerapan modelpembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, seberapa besar prestasi yang didapat dan dapatkah meningkatkan hasil belajar(aspek afektif,psikomotor dan kognitif) matematika siswa.Dari pemaparan di atas, melalui metode penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunkan alat evaluasi observasi dansoal tes, peneliti mengupayakan perbaikan hasil belajar dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipeSTAD. Di mana nantinya akan dilakukan beberapa siklus dengan melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasidan evaluasi serta tahap akhir yaitu refleksi. Setelah data didapat, selanjutnya akan menjadi landasan untukpelaksanaan siklus berikutnya sampai pada meningkatnya hasil belajar dengan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan.Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs Al-Hidayah desa Pasuruan Pabedilan-Cirebon tahun ajaran2010/2011 yang berjumlah 25 orang. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan melalui 3siklus. Untuk siklus I diadakan 5 kali pertemuan, siklus II 2 kali pertemuan dan siklus III 2 kali pertemuan.Setelah melakukan penelitian selam 9 kali pertemuan dan merangkumnya dalam tiga siklus, peneliti memperolehpresentase aspek afektif sebesar 92%, 93% untuk aspek psikomotor dan 96% untuk aspek kognitif dalam hal persentaseketuntasan belajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa model pembelajrankooperatif tipe STAD sangat efektif digunakan karena dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika pada pokokbahasan kubus dan balok di kelasVIII MTs Al-Hidayah desa Pasuruan Pabedilan-Cirebon. Sehingga sudah saatnya metode pembelajaran denganmengandalakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab yang biasa disebut metode konvensional untuk menambahkanmetode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD agar siswa tidak lagi menjadi pendengar, akan tetapi bisa lebihmengeluarkan pemikiran, pertanyaan dan pendapat dalam kelompoknya masing-masing. Sedangkan guru tetapbersedia untuk membantu jika ada permasalahan yang belum terselesaikan . Kata Kunci : STAD, kooperatif
