Abstract

The current state of the construction industry is characterized by a complex composition and conditions for the development of organizational and technological solutions aimed at the interaction of the main categories of participants. An insufficient level of construction preparation can lead to untimely completion and commissioning of construction projects, a significant increase in the cost and prime cost of construction production, and a decrease in indicators of the functional quality of construction products. The purpose of the research in this article is to analyze the factors that influence the composition of organizational and technological solutions for the preparation of the construction of industrial facilities. The main result of the study is the development of an algorithm for the development and integration of a model of organizational and technological solutions for the preparation of construction into a global digital model of an industrial facility. The article analyzes the features of the processes of organization and development of the information modeling environment of properties and states (global digital model) of the main stages of the life cycle of industrial facilities. It has been established that the vast majority of modern information technologies are focused on the development and solutions of design (architectural and construction, constructive, functional and technological) tasks. Accordingly, the formation of digital models for subsequent stages of the life cycle (including the modeling of organizational and technological solutions for construction preparation) seems to be a promising direction in the development of information technologies and the potential of a global digital model that reflects the features of the properties and states of a particular industrial facility. Abstract

This article sets out an algorithm for assessing the effectiveness of management and the interdependence of various factors affecting the effectiveness of management in multi-level organizational systems, which makes it possible to systematize the results of the study. The subject of the research is the fundamental strategic decisions based on a variant analysis of a trade-off of interests by levels of management. To conduct a comprehensive author's research aimed at improving the methodology of strategic planning for the development of territories in the context of managing multi-level active systems, methods of predictive and investigative analysis and expert polls are used. Variants of a 3-level active regional management system on a cross-sectoral scale and the results of the analysis of factors of probabilistic influence that affect the effectiveness of decisions by levels of management have been obtained. Abstract

Излагаются результаты исследования технологии возведения зданий и сооружений с позиции установления уровня взаимодействия технологически взаимосвязанных работ. Показано, что для повышения эффективности процесса взаимоувязки работ в пространстве и во времени при строительстве объекта необходимо установление количественного соответствия между взаимосвязанными работами. The results of research for technologies of construction buildings and structures from the point of establishing the level of interaction of technologically connected activities are given. It is shown that to increase the efficiency of the process of linkage between the activities in time and space while constructing a building it is necessary to set a guantitative correspondence between the connected activities.
