This system became popular in many parts of the world, but until the end of this study so far has not been implemented in Brazil as a common practice. However, there are some prototypes installed in especific universities in Brazil, which can provide data from both qualitative and quantitative performance of that system. This research is abiorretention’s technique through of the phytoremediation to rain gardens in urban areas,it has used to minimize the negative effects caused by flood or so much water in the streets. This system is combined with some plants which can help reducing the pollution of heavy metals found in water, with an emphasis on efficiency of removing pollutants like: Cadmium (Cd), Lead (Pb), Copper (Cu), Iron (Fe), Fluoride (F), Mercury (Hg) and Zinc (Zn), this literature reviewis about: rain gardens, biorretention in urban areas and phytoremediation. The main objective of this work was do an analysis in the laboratory with the resolution of the CONAMA 357/05of the water quality, after that, the collected water goes through the prototype / bioretention´s system with phytoremediation using the plant species, AlocasiaMacrorhiza, popularly known in Brazil as Elephant Ear, this refered plant has an characteristic in the metal absoption. For that work, it is being proposed three analyzes in different periods of the year, first one in December /2020, the second one in March /2021 and a third in May /2021. The gatherring’s water will be done from water surface of the Paulo Gorsk Municipal Lake in Cascavel-PR. The methods procedures used by the laboratory are analytical based on Standart methods for the examination of water and wastewater, American Public Health Association (APHA), American Water Works Association (AWWA) e Water Environment Federation (WEF). The results of the laboratorial analysesshow a good porcentage in realation to thalesaapolute substances Iron (Fe) in until 93,73% and Zinc (Zn) in 97,38%.Thus, the benefits environmental contributions that contribute significantly, not only to mitigate the various effects resulting from the urbanization process, but as a strategy to ensure environmental quality in urban spaces. With this work it can realize that the, the environmental cbenefits are good, not only to mitigate of the various effects resulting from the urbanization process, but as strategy to ensure environmental quality in urban spaces. Os procedimentos de métodos utilizado pelo laboratório é o analítico com base no Standart methods for the examination of water and wastewater, American Public Health Association (APHA), American Water Works Association (AWWA) e Water Environment Federation (WEF).

As its usage increased, it has become pricier and insufficient. Thus, various and different ways of strategies have been developed so to minimize its use, not losing the offered quality, tough, mainly in building sector. Since the roof is one of the most important elements of constructions receiving solar radiation directly and nearly all day long, alternatives made to minimize those thermal loads are relevant, since they diminish the internal temperatures inside the buildings, consequently diminishing the energy consumption. For instance, some techniques such as green roofs and cold roofs in roof coverings have been more and more studied and applied in building industry. Thus, the present work aimed evaluating and comparing those two strategies, green roofs and reflexive roofs, whose focus was in the ambience comfort, by analyzing the 3 prototypes, which will be installed in the city of Cascavel, Paraná Sate. One of the prototypes is green, one made of fiber-cement tile and thermal white paint, one made of conventional fiber-cement tile with no treatment, which is a witness. We will evaluate the internal and external temperatures of the prototypes through sensors as well as their losses towards the ambience along day and night. Subsequently, the data will be inserted in the software Sisvar 5.6 for comparing the average among the treatments, with Tukey test at 5% of probability. The mean temperatures of the prototype of the cold and green roofs were equal and lower than the control prototype, whereas the moisture of the green roof obtained a more satisfactory result. Thus, due to the high costs of implementing a green roof, the cold roof is an option for rural buildings.

Therefore, in order to welcome the perceptions of the main participants of the educational system about the architectural quality of the school building, this work focuses on investigating the reality of 16 schools in the municipal network of Cascavel, specifically in elementary school I, with the purpose of to rehearse a dialogue about the architectural aspects and the experience of these subjects in designing and occupying these spaces. Within a qualitative investigative proposal, the research unfolds in a methodological script having: bibliographic research, subsidizing and supporting the relationship between space and man and what it translates into messages beyond materiality; documentary research, understanding the relationship of the state with the implementation of educational spaces; field research, scripting approximately 30% of municipal schools as an object of study and welcoming perceptions about the quality of the school space from the principals, teachers, students, in addition to the interview with the infrastructure supervisor of the Department of Education and non-participating observation to school facilities. The analysis of the collected data goes through the method of content analysis where it allows the categorization of these, revealing and subsidizing a wide reflection on the priority needs of the school. At the end of this, it was possible to understand that the views and perceptions of the subjects are heterogeneous, which proves the immobility of innovative actions in face of a closed educational policy and oblivious to the demands of the century's reality. XXI. XXI.

For this reason, in a worldwide scenario, the current civil construction target is the conception of net-zero energy buildings (NZEB). In order to fill the lack of studies on low cost NZEBs in hot climates, this work aims to propose a single-family housing project constructed in shipping containers, with net-zero energy target. The methodology comprises, definition of the simulation-based model in EnergyPlus; minimization of the objective functions: energy consumption and difference in life cycle cost, using GenOpt; a thermal comfort analysis; and calculation of solar systems. Through the optimization, reductions of 14 to 27% for air conditioning and lighting were obtained, and an average decrease of 11 and 23% in the discomfort hours, using the Fanger and adaptive models, respectively. In addition, air conditioning consumption, when the comfort temperature depends on the adaptive model, was reduced by 30 to 37%. The solar systems calculated can supply the energy demand of the proposed buildings, accomplishing this way, the net-zero energy goal. The financial analysis demonstrated that the net present value of the efficiency measures proposed ranges from R$ 43,000 to 60,000. The results of this research can help as a comparative basis for studies on low-cost residential NZEBs conducted in countries with warm-hot climates; as well as for aiding in the establishment of minimum energy performance indices, which were found to be scarce.

So, the proposed study seeks to minimize and enhance the energetic lighting and ventilation system of broiler houses in the western region of Paraná state, Brazil. The objective of the present study was to develop a comparison of three design models of broiler houses to improve energy efficiency and environmental comfort of confined poultry. Thus the research analyzed two models of broiler houses existing in the market, the open-sided broiler house and the dark house models, in addition to a third model the proposed system that has as characteristics a brise-soleil system and cross ventilation, which uses natural resources to help in the thermal efficiency of the broiler house, minimizing energy costs and providing better animal comfort. Therefore, they result in a production gain, which helps the systems currently used. Thus, the study sought to develop a mixed system between project actions to better use of natural lighting and ventilation, as well as the use of electric heating and ventilation systems that have been used in commercial broiler houses. The models were developed using Autodesk Revit™ software, and the results were obtained through Green Building Studio™. The methodology used was the comparison of the models and analysis of the energy consumption of the buildings during the year. The outcome allowed us to conclude that the broiler house model proposed for this study was 20.97% more efficient than the open-sided model and 58.21% more efficient than the dark house model.

Life cycle assessment (LCA) is a tool that allows computing the inputs and outputs of a variable in a product, process or part of it, considering the phase of pre-use, use and post-use. In this work the energy flow and the carbon dioxide emissions in internal and external vertical sealing systems (SVVIEs) of a rural residence of social interest were analyzed. The methodology proposed by the NBR ISO 14040 - Environmental management - Life cycle assessment - Principles and structure was adopted to perform energy life cycle assessment (ACVE) and the carbon cycle life cycle assessment (ACVCO2) of these systems. , delimiting the system as a case study for the municipality of Cascavel - Paraná. In this case study, four scenarios were considered, where scenario 1 corresponds to the conventional sealing system, with reinforced concrete structure and ceramic blocks and the other scenarios are alternative systems that are still gaining space in the Brazilian market. Scenario 2 corresponds to structural masonry with concrete blocks, scenario 3 is equivalent to steel framing and scenario 4 is equivalent to the walls of reinforced concrete cast in place. Analyzing the life cycle of the four scenarios it was observed that scenario 1 requires 3.19 GJ / m², scenario 2 requires 2.89 GJ / m², scenario 3 requires 3.47 GJ / m² and scenario 4 requires 2.60 GJ / m², considering that for this there are 100 uses of the form of virgin aluminum. However if we consider the energy that is used with equipment during the use of the building scenario 1 consumes 19.52 GJ / m², scenario 2 requires 19.22 GJ / m², scenario 3 requires 19.20 GJ / m² and the scenario demands 18.93 GJ / m². Analyzing the CO2 emissions during the life cycle of these SVVIEs, it was concluded that for this case scenario scenario 1 emits 0.22 t.CO2 / m² of construction, scenario 2 emits 0.21 t.CO2 / m² of construction , scenario 3 emits 0.18 t.CO2 / m² of construction and scenario 4 emits 0.15 t.CO2 / m² of construction. When considering emissions from the use, the following values are given: 0.61 t.CO2 / m² for scenario 1, 0.60 t.CO2 / m² for scenario 2, 056 t.CO2 / m² for the scenario 3 and 057 t.CO2 / m² for scenario 4. In this way scenario 4 was the most sustainable before the parameters analyzed.
