Farmers in Linggasari Village often mix pesticides, did not use pesticides that follow the dose, did not use PPE completely, eat, drink or smoke did not clean themselves after spraying. Some types of pesticides can reduce cholinesterase enzyme and hemoglobin levels. The study aimed to analyze the factors that correlated with cholinesterase enzyme and hemoglobin levels of spraying farmers. This was a cross-sectional study conducted from March to April 2022. The population of this study was all farmers who use pesticides, as many as 30 farmers qualify the inclusion criteria, namely male spraying farmers aged over 18 years, the maximum last contact time with pesticides was two months before the study was conducted. The independent variables were age, BMI, working period, frequency of spraying, duration of spraying, and PPE usage score. The dependent variables included cholinesterase and hemoglobin levels. Bivariate analysis was assessed with Pearson Correlation Test or Spearman Correlation Test, while multivariate analysis used linear regression. The results showed that age (p=0,032, r=0,391) and BMI (p=0,036, r= 0,385) correlated with cholinesterase enzyme, and age (p=0,000, r=0,615) correlated with farmers' hemoglobin levels. The results of multivariate analysis that the most influential factor on cholinesterase enzyme and hemoglobin levels was age.

Gojek merupakan sebuah perusahaan teknologi yang bergerak dibidang jasa angkutan transportasi yang didirikan Nadiem Makarim pada tahun 2010 di Jakarta. Gojek memiliki tujuan memberikan kenyamanan terhadap pelanggan, namun fakta di lapangan menunjukkan masih banyak pelanggan mengeluh terkait kualitas layanan Gojek, mulai dari kedatangan driver tidak tepat pada waktu, driver serampangan, kenaikan harga jasa, serta aplikasi sering eror. Dalam hal ini untuk memberikan masukan terhadap pihak gojek sebagai sarana peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan, peneliti melakukan penelitian terhadap kualitas pelayanan gojek menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi lapangan (field research). Penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini berdasarkan teknik sampling Bernoulli dengan tingkat margin eror 5% dengan jumlah sampel yang dihasilkan adalah 78 pelanggan Gojek di Surabaya. Dengan kuisioner pertanyaan yang reliabel dan valid dengan tingkat kepuasan dan kepentingan 0,706 dan 0,801 dimana kedua-duanya di atas 0,7. Dengan hasil penelitian ini diadapatkan sebanyak 5 buah atribut yang perlu diperbaiki unuk memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan.

Objective: The purpose of this research is to prepare a cinnamon bark essential oil gel preparation, determines the physical characteristic and physical stability during storage, and examines the activity of mosquito repellent from the best gel preparation. Methods: The formulations of gel were made with variations in the concentration of Carbopol 940 (0.5%, 1.5%, and 2%) contain 1% of cinnamon bark essential oil. The gel evaluated physical characteristics and physical stability. The parameters of organoleptic, homogeneity, and pH are analyzed descriptive, while the viscosity, the spreadability, and the gel adhesion were analyzed using one-way ANOVA at the level of confidence of 95%. The best gel tested its effectiveness as compared to the negative control and product innovator (which used DEET as an active compound) as a positive control. The activity of repellent was determined by an Aedes aegypti mosquito for 6 h with 2 hands respondents. The effectiveness of repellent protection is calculated by the percentage of protection power. Results: The studies showed that all the gel preparations qualified the organoleptic, homogeneity, and pH parameters. The viscosity, gel adhesion, and spreadability are also stable during storage. Conclusion: Based on the results, the best gel is the formula I which has mosquito repellent activity effective for 6 h like DEET.

Differences of land ownership statuses between farmers who grow their land and workers with a profit-sharing system will result in income disparities. The low income received due to reduced levels of rice productivity affects the health status of farmers. Therefore, this study compares the health status between farmers who are owners and workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. In April 2022, this cross-sectional study was carried out in Banyumas Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. Hb, fasting glucose, low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, triglycerides, uric acid, blood pressure, and body mass index (BMI) were all assessed in a total of 100 farmers. Blood samples were taken at 3 cc using an ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) anticoagulant vacutainer tube and 5 cc using a plain vacutainer tube, then analyzed in PRODIA Laboratory. A validated tool was used to check blood pressure and BMI. Furthermore, 74% of the 100 farmers surveyed are farm owners, while 26% are workers. The results show that there is no difference in the health status of owners and workers on metabolic biomarkers including Hb, fasting glucose, LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, triglycerides, uric acid, systolic/systole blood pressure, and BMI. In addition, a number of biomarker indicators, including Hb, fasting glucose, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure, were found to surpass the threshold. Therefore, farmers need to maintain their health status by performing physical activity, consuming healthy food, and reducing their exposure to insecticides with personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent metabolic diseases in the future.

Arabic is a foreign language for Indonesian people. Among the languages of Arabic that are widely taught in Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia are the grammar of Arabic or nahwu and sharaf. Among the elements of teaching are books, books have an important role in the learning process. This study aims to find out the Arabic grammar books used in Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia, analyze their constructs, their models and their relevance to Arabic grammar learning for non-Arabs. This research is a literature research. Data collection uses documentation techniques, while the analysis technique uses content analysis. From the results of the study, it is found that the Arabic grammar books used in Islamic boarding schools are books compiled with the qawa'id ilmiyah approach instead of qawa'id ta'limiyah, so it needs the development of methods in learning so that the students (santri) not only memorize the rules, but are also able to apply them in language skills. While in terms of the drafting model, there are at least three models, namely, matan, syarah, and khasiyah.

Kuning Metode Ibtidai karya Kiai Mujahidin Rachman. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa buku ini memenuhi komponen buku ajar yang baik. Buku ini disajikan dalam keterpaduan antara keterampilan membaca kitab kuning, mengartikan, pemahaman ilmu nahwu dan penerapannya. Ada tiga komponen yang menjadi kontruksi buku ini yaitu, 1) teks bacaan berupa kitab tijaanu ad-darari (tauhid), safinatu an-najah (fiqih), dan arba'in an-nawawi (hadits akhlak), yang disajikan dalam bentuk berharokat, bermakna ala pesantren salaf, dan terjemahannya, 2) kaidah nahwu yang disusun sesuai kebutuhan siswa dalam membaca teks, 3) kosakata (kata yang telah diartikan perkata pada teks).

Latar belakang : Academic self-efficacy (ASE) merupakan keyakinan diri mahasiswa atas kemampuannya dalam mengerjakan tugas dan mengatur kegiatan belajar guna mencapai prestasi yang diharapkan. ASE yang tinggi membantu mahasiswa mengatasi kecemasan dalam menghadapi ujian. Salah satu bentuk ujian akhir blok di Jurusan Kedokteran Umum, Fakultas Kedokteran Unsoed (Jurusan KU, FK Unsoed) yang sering menyebabkan kecemasan adalah Student/Structured Oral Case Analysis (SOCA). Tujuan : Mengetahui ada/tidaknya korelasi antara ASE dan nilai ujian SOCA mahasiswa peserta Blok 1.3 Jurusan KU, FK Unsoed. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan rancangan belah lintang pada mahasiswa peserta Blok 1.3 Jurusan KU, FK Unsoed angkatan 2021 yang ditentukan secara total sampling dengan memperhatikan kriteria inklusi dan kriteria eksklusi. Data ASE diambil menggunakan kuesioner MSLQ berbahasa Indonesia sub skala efikasi diri dalam belajar dan performa. This paper aims to explain ta’rib which is a term from Arabic linguistics. In addition, this paper will also explain how the implications of learning about learning Arabic for non-Arabic learners. Ta'rib is the absorption of new words and terms from non-Arabic languages to Arabic by changing their pronunciation to follow patterns and rules in Arabic. Ta'rib can be done in two ways, first forming a new term to replace foreign terms, the two using foreign languages with Arabic patterns that are in accordance with the stipulated conditions. The implication ta’rib of learning Arabic for learners from outside the Arab world includes 1) giving mufradatfusha before the mufradat ‘amiyyah ; 2) emphasize students to use Arabic fusha ; 3) emphasize students to look for a translation in the dictionary before absorbing it directly; 4) introducing examples of foreign vocabulary that do not have equivalents in Arabic; 5) explain the provisions that apply to the owner ta’rib before Arabic language learning takes place; 6) emphasizes on students to pay attention to the rules of writing Latin letters that do not have equivalents in Arabic.

Online learning is a learning via internet without meeting face-to-face between teachers and students. This online learning system is relatively new, therefore teachers and students should adapt quickly. This study aims to determine the online Arabic learning system during the COVID-19 pandemic at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 1 Surakarta. Researcher used a qualitative approach and observation, interview, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results described that e-learning madrasah was used as the main media for online Arabic learning at MTsN 1 Surakarta during the covid-19 pandemic, then assisted by Whatsapp and Youtube channel. The subject matter was presented in video, powerpoint, and pdf. The learning stages were divided into three: preparation, implementation (pre-activities, whilst-activities and post-activities), and evaluation stage. This online learning helps teachers to coordinate with and supervise students easily, on the other hand, it is difficult for them to monitor the students’ understanding and bad internet network make some students could not follow the learning process in time.

This study aims to explore and analyze the TOSA (Test of Standard Arabic) questions as an instrument to measure the Arabic language competence of students at IAIN Surakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results of the study showed: 1) TOSA was prepared using an integrative, communicative and pragmatic approach; 2) TOSA is a type of standard test used to measure the Arabic language competency testee, not the testee's mastery of the material that has been taught; 3) TOSA competency standard refers to CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Language) according to its part, so fahmu al-masmu 'is equivalent to A1-C1 CEFR, fahmu at-tarakib al-lughawiyyah is equivalent to A1-B2 CEFR, and fahmu al-maqru' is equivalent to A1-C1 CEFR.
