PT. Bank Sulselbar is a regionally owned business entity engaged in banking services. Companies in the service sector must be able to provide the best service to meet the wishes of customers who require fast service. As the number of customers increases, there are queuing problems in serving customers, this problem results in many customers waiting for quite a long time. For this reason, this study aims to reduce the length of time waiting for customers to avoid queues that are too long . This research uses queuing theory analysis method with queuing model (M/M/S). The results of this study using queuing theory analysis, namely the model calculation (M/M/S) shows that the busy period occurs in the period 08.00-09.00, and 13.00-14.00 by adding 1 service facility from 6 to 7 customer service, there will be a decrease customer waiting time. The waiting time in the system in the time period of 08.00-09.00 from 25.15 minutes to 10.07 minutes, and the time period of 13.00-14.00 from 19.39 to 9.13 minutes

Background: Vitamin D has a role in diabetes mellitus. Low levels of vitamin D are associated with the development of diabetic foot infections. Effects of vitamin D supplementation on wound healing, insulin resistance, inflammatory biomarkers, and oxidative stress are mediated by effects on induction of phagocytosis and bacterial killing by macrophages, suppression of interferon-gamma mediating macrophage activation, activation of insulin receptor expression, and downregulation from cytokines. This study aimed to determine the correlation between serum vitamin D levels and the severity of diabetic foot ulcers in Dr. Mohammad Hoesin General Hospital, Palembang, Indonesia. Methods: This study was an observational analytics study, where as many as 30 research subjects participated in this study. The study observed vitamin D levels and the severity of diabetic foot ulcers as assessed by the classification of the wound, ischemia, and foot infection (WIfI). PT. IKI is a shipbuilding company owned by the Indonesian government engaged in production. Preliminary observations found that there was an imbalance in the workload received by each employee, causing employees to work beyond operating hours, sometimes also working outside the company's working days. Workload analysis is very important to calculate exactly how many employees are needed to complete all tasks in a part or department in the company. In this research was conducted to identify the workload received by employees of the plumbing department, and determine the number of employee needs based on their workload. This study uses the full time equivalent method to identify the workload received by employees and determine the number of employee needs based on their workload. The results of this study indicate that there is an uneven workload at one work station, where from the results of calculations using the FTE method it is known that the workload of employees 1 and 2 is classified as overload and employees 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 in the normal category. Based on the results of this study, the number of employees was increased, namely 2 people. So the optimal number of employees is 12 people. Another suggestion is for employees who experience an overloaded workload or an uneven workload at one work station, then some of the job descriptions for employees who have an overloaded workload are given to employees who have a normal workload.

This paper aims to study the construction of an appropriate legal basis for a state of law in responding to the Covid-19 emergency. As a state of law, Indonesia has been making many regulations at both central and local government levels. The regulations vary, ranging from Government Regulations in Lieu of Law, Ministerial Regulations, Ministerial Decrees, and Joint Decrees of Ministerial Instructions, to the Regulations of Regional Heads, and these regulations have led to overlapping regulations. With normative-juridical methods, the prescriptive technique was used to further analyze the problem and find a new concept of the construction of an appropriate legal basis in responding to the Covid-19 emergency. The research results show that, juridically, the use of non-legal products such as Ministerial Instructions and Circular Letters issued by ministers during the Covid-19 emergency in Indonesia has fulfilled the procedural aspects of law-making but not the substantive ones regarding the curbs restricting people’s social activities. This research recommends that the construction of a legal basis intended to respond to a state of emergency should simultaneously meet both procedural and substantive aspects

Kajian mengenai transformasi pemikiran Islam di Indonesia sangat penting untuk melihat keterhubungan antara Timur Tengah dengan Indonesia. Wacana pembaharuan Islam berkembang seiring dengan kompleksitasnya kondisi Timur Tengah, serta menguatnya praktik pemurnian Islam dan modernisme barat pada akhir abad ke-19 dan awal abad ke-20. Wacana pembaharuan Islam terus ditransmisikan dan pada prosesnya bertransformasi menjadi sebuah gerakan yang potensial di Indonesia. Praktik pembaharuan Islam terus dimodelkan, sehingga kontektual dengan zamannya. Praktik tersebut muncul secara dinamis, meskipun cenderung saling tumpang tindih antara pemikiran yang sifatnya ideologismaupun simbolis. Pada abad ke-20, praktik ini muncul dalam berbagai perwajahan organisasi Islam yang lebih tegas dalam menjelaskan aspek pembaharuan Islam sebagai dasar pergerakannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah metode sejarah dengan menitikberatkan pada konsep dasar mengenai transformasi. Konsep transformasi menandai sebuah proses kesinambungan dan perubahan dari wacana pemurnian dan pembaharuan Islam. Wacana pemurnian dan pembaharuan Islam di Indonesia muncul untuk menantang praktik wacana sufisme (tarekat), yang telah menggejala dalam masyarakat Indonesia. Wacana pemurnian dan pembaharuan Islam, terus dimodelkan oleh organisasi Islam dan mendapatkan momentumnyan dalam konteks kolonilaisme, sehingga mengalami transformasi menjadi sebuah gerakan praksis untuk menantang praktik kolonialisme Belanda.

Hipertensi dalam kehamilan merupakan penyebab utama morbiditas akut yang berat, cacat jangka panjang, dan kematian ibu. Hipertensi dalam kehamilan dapat berlanjut hingga ke masa persalinan yang akan menyebabkan gangguan pertumbuhan janin yang akan mempengaruhi berat badan lahir bayi sehingga pada ibu yang memiliki tekanan darah tinggi memiliki resiko melahirkan bayi berat lahir rendah lebih tinggi. Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini karena meneliti tentang hubungan antara hipertensi dalam kehamilan dengan kejadian bayi berat lahir rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara hipertensi dalam kehamilan dengan kejadian bayi berat lahir rendah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini diambil menggunakan metode consecutive sampling. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 350 orang sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil uji Chi Square menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara hipertensi dalam kehamilan dengan kejadian berat bayi lahir rendah (p value ≤ 0,05). Hasil perhitungan Prevalence Ratio (PR) menunjukkan bahwa ibu hamil yang mengalami hipertensi berisiko 1,661 kali mengalami kejadian bayi berat lahir rendah (95% CI 1,284-4,849). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara hipertensi dalam kehamilan dengan kejadian bayi berat lahir rendah di Kota Makassar.Kata Kunci: Hipertensi Dalam Kehamilan; Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah; Ibu Hamil. AbstractHypertension in pregnancy is considered to be the major cause of severe acute morbidity, long-term disability, and maternal death. Hypertension in pregnancy can continue until the day of labor which may cause fetal growth disorders that will affect the baby's birth weight. Therefore, a pregnant mother with a high blood pressure tends to have a higher risk of having a low-birth weight baby. The novelty in this study is because it examines the relationship between hypertension in pregnancy and the incidence of low birth weight babies. The major objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between hypertension in pregnancy and the occurrences of low-birth weight in babies. The methodological approach used in this research was an observational analytical study by using a cross sectional approach. The samples of this research were selected by using a consecutive sampling method where 350 samples were selected as samples of this research. The data analysis was conducted by using Chi-Square test.Based on the Chi-Square test, it was apparent that there was a significant relationship between hypertension in pregnancy and the occurrences of low birth weight with the p value of 0.05. The calculation results of the Prevalence Ratio (PR) showed that pregnant women with hypertension were at risk at 1.661 times to have low-birth weight babies (95% CI 1.284- 4.849). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mengetahui pemahaman membaca siswa menggunakan media Pop Up Book, (2) mengetahui pemahaman membaca siswa menggunakan media Big Book, dan (3) menguji. Perbedaan Kemampuan Pemahaman Membaca Menggunakan Media Big Book Media Pop Up Book dengan Menggunakan Media Big Book pada Siswa Kelas V SDN Bontoramba. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan menggunakan pre-test and post-test unequal control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Negeri Bontoramba tahun ajaran 2020/2021 yang berjumlah 74 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah multistage random sampling dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 40 orang. Peralatan yang digunakan adalah untuk keperluan pengujian. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis inferensi. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang menggunakan media Pop Up Book memiliki rata-rata skor membaca 80,25 dan siswa yang menggunakan media Big Book memiliki rata-rata skor membaca 75,76. Analisis data inferensi menggunakan SPSS 24 menunjukkan bahwa H_0 ditolak, H_1 diterima, dan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman membaca menggunakan media Pop Up Book dan Big Book di Kelas V SD Negeri Bontoramba. Buku dan Buku Besar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan Anda untuk memahami apa yang Anda baca. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan guru sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam mendesain pop-up book dan media pembelajaran big book untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami apa yang dibacanya.

One of the landmark projects from the World Bank was the initiative called the Ease of Doing Business (EODB), which captures business regulatory settings in countries worldwide. The EODB scores have long indicated a country’s attractiveness in doing business with private sectors and have attracted many scholars, policymakers, and practitioners to explore. Many researchers have indicated that doing business scores were associated with economic growth, international relations, business development, and many other areas. This study contributes to the debate on how business regulations are associated with the perception of corruption index (CPI) using moderated mediation analysis. The results find that GDP per capita mediates the relationship between EODB and CPI and that country’s income category moderates the mediation. The relationships are explored for a period of ten years, from 2010 to 2019 worldwide (n= 146). The country’s income category moderated the mediating impact of GDP per capita by softening the influence of EODB on CPI ( .3013, BootSE = .0507, LLCI =0.2246, ULCI= 0.4226). The author suggests corroborating factor analysis and exploring the variables using more advanced path analysis for future research

The process of establishing the Job Creation Law has established a series of principles, both formally and materially. The formation of the Job Creation Law tends to ignore the principles of the formation of laws and regulations, both formal and material principles. The formulation of the problem is how the design and ratification of Law No.11/2020 is in accordance with Law No.15/2019 concerning the Formation of Legislations, what is the position of Law No.11/2020 in the perspective of Law No.15/2019, and what is the impact of its implementation. Law No.11/2020 on the system of laws and regulations in force in Indonesia The research method used is descriptive analysis that leads to normative juridical legal research, namely research conducted by referring to legal norms, namely researching library materials or secondary materials . Secondary data by processing data from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The results of the study indicate that the design and ratification of Law No. 11/2020 on Job Creation is not in accordance with Law no. 12/2011 Jo. Law No. 15/2019. With the Constitutional Court Decision No. 91/PUU-XVIII/2020, the Job Creation Law is considered conditionally unconstitutional. The impact of the implementation of Law No.11/2020 on the system of laws and regulations in force in Indonesia is that the Job Creation Law has procedural defects because in the process the public does not know the standard and official text relating to the Job Creation Act.

Container terminal Makassar New Port using Parallel Layout. To increase the productivity of the loading and unloading process, an analysis of the arrangement of the stacking field is carried out. From the results of the research, the farthest travel distance is 1,048 m, with a total travel distance of 729,269 m with a fuel cost of Rp. 1,144,952 in the initial Layout (Parallel Layout), with the Perpendicular Layout, the farthest travel distance is 353.7 m with a total travel distance of 473,533 m, and the use of materials burn 743,446.8 m

A Qualitative Analysis of Transfer Pricing Audits in Light of COVID-19 Disruptions: Indonesian Context. The global economy and financial markets are now suffering from one of the strongest threats in modern history, an outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The main objective of the paper is to contribute to the development of transfer pricing audits due to COVID-19 disruptions in Indonesian context. Furthermore, this paper intends to draw a theoretical framework on tax audits policy from a qualitative perspective. In conducting transfer pricing audits in relation with COVID-19, tax auditors need to assess the comparability analysis used by the taxpayer, the period in which analysis is projected, and intragroup services utilized by Indonesian subsidiaries impacted by the coronavirus crisis to cope with OECD TP Guidelines and Indonesia tax regulations.

CV. Macca Clothing is a company engaged in Clothing screen printing. The resulting product is a short sleeve t-shirt screen printing. In producing the production, on average per month there are defective products of 6% types of defects, namely blurred colors, wrong colors, and wrong screen printing. Therefore, this study aims to providelevels sigma and DPMOand then analyze the factors causing disability and provide suggestions for improvements to reduce defective products at CVMacca Clothing. The data collection method used is to conduct interviews with CV.Macca Clothing. Then in analyzing the data using the method DMAIC and theapproach six sigma.From the research results, thevalue DPMO is 21,000 and the conversion result is 3.53, which means that out of a million opportunities there will be 3.53 possibilities for the production process to produce defective products. in thelevel stage sigma CV.Macca Clothing has not yet reached thelevel Six Sigma, but it is still in the average industrial condition because in the production process there are still product defects that have not reached zero defect. The factors that cause defects in the product are the operator is not careful in doing the work, the quality of raw materials is not good, the cleanliness of the equipment is not maintained, and the production room facilities are inadequate. From the results of the analysis based on the implementation tools kaizen , the control and improvement to reduce defects that must be carried out by CV.Macca Clothing is to carry out stricter supervision or control, carry out regular machine maintenance, and provide complete facilities.

PT. Bumi Trans Energi is one of the companies engaged in 3 Kg LPG cylinder retested repair, this company repairs 3 Kg LPG cylinders that have been damaged for 5 years, damage to the handguard, and footring, and welded joints on the tube. In the repair process, there are 5 stations and 21 work processes, PT. Bumi Trans Energi encountered a problem in the repair line at station 1, and a bottleneck occurred. This bottleneck occurs because the production flow is not smooth from one station to the next, this problem causes each work station in the repair path to have a different speed level, which causes material accumulation between work stations, and waiting times between work stations. For this reason, this study aims to determine the number of workstations needed to get maximum efficiency and balance the repair process line when bottlenecks occur. Observations were made in data collection 30 times, each work element was observed and calculated in the data uniformity test and data adequacy test to obtain standard time. The results of this study were the application of 3 work stations from 5 initial work stations, there was a reduction in idle time to 425,74 seconds ( 7 minutes) following the increase in track efficiency to 84,17 % the balance delay decreased to 15,83 %, and the Smoothness Index was 212,63. The actual idle time was 1004,97 seconds (17 minutes) while the proposed trajectory idle time used the Ranked Positional Weight method of 425,74 seconds (7 minutes). The difference between actual and proposed idle time is 10 minutes, and the placement of work elements at work station 1 (one) consists of 9 work operations, while work stations 2 (two) consist of 1 work process, and work stations 3 ( three ) consist of 8 work processes

The objective of this empirical research is how to effect of the relationship between management accounting systems and firm performance, and if the perceived environmental uncertainty as a moderating variable. The method of study is mail quesionaire destribute to units analysis of finance director or operation director or marketing director, and than we have 57,05% responcy rate. The results of this study indicate are the positively relationship between characteristics of management accounting information systems and firm performance, and do not confirm the effect of management accounting systems on the firm performance, if the perceived environmental uncertainty as a moderating variable. The second results were not consistent within previous research.

Determining the optimal number of employees in a company is a basic condition that must be concern into account when drafting a work plan. The work design process ultimately aims for balance the physical and mental aspects of humans in completing certain tasks so that. Determination of the number of employees whit the existing workload will support employees performance in perform their duties optimally. The purpose of this research is to determine the optimal number of salesman based on the workload calculated using the Full Time Equivlent method. Based on the results of research at PT. Xyz used the method FTE is know that the workload of the 4 salesman is classified as overloaded. Where is sales I has a workload of 1.48, sales II has a workload of 1.70, sales III has a workload of 1.66, sales IV get a workload of 1.42. Based on the table of labor requirements to the FTE value, the number of initial salesman was 4 sales and the addition of the number of salesman is as many as 10 salesmen. So, the optimal number of salesmen in Makassar city is 14 salesmen.

Penelitian ini berguna untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemakaian modus kalimat imperatif Bahasa Makassar masyarakat Desa Bontomanai Kecamatan Bungaya Kabupaten Gowa, Dalam penelitian ini analisis yang dipakai ialah metode Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisisi. tempat pelaksanaan Penelitian di Desa Bontomanai Ksecamatan Bungaya Kabupaten Gowa. Fokus penelitian ini ialah modus kalimat imperatif yang dipakai masyarakat desa. Objek penelitian ini ialah masyarakat Desa Bontomanai. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini ialah peneliti sendiri yang dibantu dengan tabel analisis kerja yaitu tabel jenis-jenis modus kalimat imperatif serta hubungan subjek serta predikat yang membentuk modus kalimat tersebut. Data yang diperoleh berupa jenis-jenis modus kalimat imperatif yang terdapat pada masyarakat Desa Bontomanai Kecamatan Bungaya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 102 kalimat atau klausa yang mengandung modus kalimat imperatif. Data yang ditemukan antara lain, modus imperatif taktransitif atau intransitif sebanyak 11 kalimat atau klausa (10.78%), modus imperatif transitif sebanyak 12 kalimat atau klausa (11.76%), modus imperatif permintaan sebanyak 21 kalimat atau klausa (20.50%), modus imperatif larangan sebanyak 28 kalimat atau klausa (27.45%), modus imperatif halus sebanyak 12 kalimat atau klausa (11.76%), modus imperatif pembiaran sebanyak 4 kalimat atau klausa (3.92%), serta modus imperatif ajakan serta harapan sebanyak 14 kalimat atau klausa (13.72%). Berdasarkan data-data tersebut, dapat dikatakan bahwa pada Modus Kalimat Imperatif Bahasa Makassar Masyarakat Desa Bontomanai Kecamatan Bungaya Kabupaten Gowa yang dijadikan objek penelitian, masyarakat sering menggunakan modus kalimat imperatif larangan, serta pada dasarnya sejalan dengan keadaan sekarang dimasa pandemi ini dimana kegiatan masyarakat sangat dibatasi dikarenakan pandemi covid 19. Kalimat pada pribahasa indonsia dominan berpolakan SP. Pada kalimat pribahasaindonsia tidak ditemui wujud kalimat yang berentetan SPOK. Kalimat yang ada pada pribahasa indonsia dominan didahului guna subjek( S).

Penelitian ini adalah tindakan kelas (Action Research Classroom) yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan media flash player dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpidato siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sinjai Tengah Kabupaten Sinjai. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X dengan jumlah siswa 33 orang yang terdiri dari 15 siswa laki-laki dan 18 siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan media flash layer dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpidato siswa yang terdiri dari dua siklus yaitu siklus I dan siklus II. Setiap siklus dilaksanakan 4 kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan memberikan tes hasil belajar berpidato pada siswa di setiap akhir siklus, data tentang proses belajar mengajar diambil melalui lembar observasi. Data yang telah diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskripti kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Data hasil analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, hal ini ditandai dengan meningkatnya skor rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I yaitu 59,66 dengan standar deviasi 11,32 dan pada siklus II skor rata-rata meningkat menjadi 72,24 dengan standar deviasi 12,20 dengan skor maksimal 100. Sedangkan secara kualitatif terjadi peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa yaitu ditandai dengan meningkatnya kehadiran siswa, keaktifan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar, semakin banyak siswa yang memperhatikan penjelasan guru, semakin banyak siswa yang mengajukan pertanyaan dan semakin banyaknya siswa yang mampu memecahkan masalah, semakin berkurangnya siswa yang meminta bimbingan dan meminta dijelaskan tentang suatu konsep serta semakin berkurangnya siswa yang memperhatikan hal-hal diluar jam pelajaran.

This study examines the Legal Implications of using Ministerial Instruction Instruments as the Legal Basis for the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities During the Covid-19 Pandemic. As is known that during this pandemic, the Government made many instruments in the form of Ministerial Instructions to respond to the transmission of Covid-19 in the form of the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities. In fact, these instruments are not laws and regulations so they are not binding in general, let alone limit human rights through restrictions on the right to activity and threaten criminal sanctions. The Covid-19 Pandemic Emergency was also responded to excessively by several Ministries by issuing rules at the respective Ministry level, both in the form of a Joint Decree (SKB) and a Decree. In fact, among these instruments overlapping authorities, for example, related to the distribution of social assistance (bansos). In this case, there are legal problems related to the implications of the use of the Ministerial Instruction Instrument as the legal basis for the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities During the Covid-19 Pandemic. The problem arises due to the legality and binding force of the Ministerial Instruction and the impact of the implementation of the Ministerial Instruction on the protection of Human Rights. Through the normative juridical analysis research method, this research will reconstruct the legal basis in accordance with the principles of the state of the law in the event of a pandemic emergency so as not to reduce human rights. The results of this study indicate that the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 6 of 2019 during the Covid-19 period in Indonesia has validity, binding power (bonding), and efficacy. On this basis, the implementation of the Minister of Home Affairs during the Covid-19 pandemic has binding legal implications and legal force. Propofol IV 1-2,5 mg/kgbb menimbulkan induksi anestesi secepat thiopental, tetapi dengan pemulihan yang lebih cepat dan pasien segera “merasa lebih baik” dibanding setelah penggunaan anestesi lain, propofol dapat digunakan dalam “day surgery”. Gejala yang sering terjadi setelah tindakan anestesi dan pembedahan bermacam-macam salah satunya yaitu postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV)/mual muntah paska operasi. Mengetahui karakteristik pasien yang menjalani kuretase yang menggunakan fentanyl dan propofol di RSUD Dr. H. Chasan Boesoirie Ternate. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional yang menggunakan data pasien yang terdapat dalam rekam medik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien yang menjalani tindakan kuretase dengan menggunakan fentanyl dan propofol di RSUD Dr. H. Chasan Boesoirie Ternate periode 2019-2020 sejumlah 64 pasien. Pasien yang menjalani kuretase yang menggunakan fentanyl dan propofol sebanyak 64 pasien. Menggunakan fentanyl dan propofol terbanyak pada kelompok usia 29 – 39 tahun sebanyak 34 pasien (53,1%), BMI 18,5 – 24,9 sebanyak 34 pasien (53,1%), dan status ASA II sebanyak 64 pasien (100%). Didapatkan dari 64 pasien sebanyak 10 kasus (15,6%) merupakan kejadian PONV.

The opportunity to fulfill the rights to work for persons with disabilities has been increasing since the ratification of Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). Indonesia has adopted a “quota scheme” through the Law Number 8 of 2016 on Persons with Disabilities where government institution has set a minimum quantity of two percent as the number of workers for persons with disabilities as affirmative action targeted at promoting human rights. This article examines the progress of the legal framework for persons with disabilities by using a case study in civil cervants in the public sector. We argue that despite Indonesia’s disability legal regime has pushed the social model of disabilities that promotes human rights-based approach, its implementation is still based on the medical model of disability, in which it sees persons with disabilities on physical condition, and thus, they are assumed to be able to work in a certain field determined by the government. This article argues that affirmative policy does not provide equal opportunities to persons with disabilities as the special formation and medical requirements prevent them from applying for occupations that match their interests and educational background. The use of the medical model of disability in providing employment opportunities in the public sector prevents the level of participation and the formation of an inclusive workplace environment. Abstrak Peluang untuk memenuhi hak atas pekerjaan bagi para penyandang disabilitas terus meningkat sejak ratifikasi Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). Indonesia mengadopsi “skema kuota” melalui UU Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 tentang Penyandang Disabilitas di mana institusi negara menetapkan minimal dua persen jumlah formasi pekerja bagi para penyandang disabilitas sebagai tindakan afirmatif yang ditargetkan untuk mempromosikan hak asasi manusia. Artikel ini memeriksa sejauh mana kerangka kerja hukum disabilitas di Indonesia memfasilitasi pemenuhan hak atas pekerjaan bagi penyandang disabilitas dengan menggunakan contoh kasus pada penyelenggaraan ketenagakerjaan di sektor publik. Kami berpendapat bahwa meskipun rezim hukum disabilitas di Indonesia menekankan model sosial disabilitas yang mempromosikan pendekatan berbasis hak asasi manusia, implementasinya masih didasarkan pada model medis disabilitas yang memandang penyandang disabilitas berdasarkan kondisi fisik dan karenanya diasumsikan hanya dapat masuk pada bidang pekerjaan yang telah ditentukan oleh negara. Artikel ini berpendapat bahwa kebijakan afirmatif tidak memberikan peluang yang setara bagi penyandang disabilitas karena formasi khusus dan persyaratan medis menghambat mereka untuk melamar pada bidang pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan minat dan latar belakang pendidikannya. Penggunaan model medis disabilitas dalam penyelenggaraan kesempatan kerja di sektor publik pada gilirannya menghambat tingkat partisipasi dan pembentukan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif.

The problem of this research is to reveal the problems that occur about the efforts of Islamic Education teachers in improving the abilities of children with special needs in reading and writing the Koran through the Iqro 'method. And what are the problems of children with special needs in the ability to read and write the Koran at SLB Bina Sejahtera. This study aims to determine how Islamic Islamic education teachers are trying to improve the ability to read and write the Qur'an through the Iqro 'method, and to find out the problems of the ability to read and write the Qur'an in children with special needs in SLB Bina Sejahtera. In this study, using a qualitative method which has natural characteristics as a source of direct data. The subject of this research is shown to the Islamic Religious Education Teacher. Researchers in this case applied several data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the PAI teacher's efforts in improving the ability to read and write the Qur'an through the Iqro 'method for children with special needs, including; giving enthusiasm and affection, giving gifts, separating seats for each child, being taught one by one to do repetition of readings so that they are easy to remember and understand, as well as adding image media. The existence of this teacher's effort is able to improve the ability of children with special needs in reading and writing the Qur'an. And the problems that occur in children with special needs in reading and writing the Qur'an have different abilities.

Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is a focal dilatation of the aortic segment with an increase of 1.5 times the normal value or ≥3 cm. The risk increases in old age and requires alternative surgery such as EVAR. EVAR is more useful in AAA therapy than surgery with wide incisions. This research was descriptive in RSMH Palembang for 5 years in 1st of January 2018 - 31st of December 2020 with variables of patient clinical characteristics and patient CTA results. The results showed that AAA was more common in men, aged 60-69 years with high school education, risk factors such as a history of CHF, hypertension, CAD, and smoking habits. Angiographic CT result showed proximal diameter > 2 cm, PAU, calcification, iliac aneurysm, and lowest renal artery on the left side. All AAA patients had inferior limb thrombus and angulation > 600. The average of aneurysm is 5.8 cm in diameter and 9.23 cm in length. The mean diameter of the right iliac artery differs from the mean diameter of the left iliac artery. The diameter of the right femoral artery also differs from the diameter of the left femoral artery. AAA patients mostly had no history of CKD, COPD, and DM. The patients were hospitalized for an average of 7 days, especially in the ICU for 2 days.

Background: Chronic venous disease is often overlooked by health care providers because it has mild symptoms and low mortality. The most common manifestations of chronic venous disease are varicose veins. Risk factors for varicose veins are multifactorial. We aim to determine the characteristics of varicose vein patients who underwent endovenous laser ablation (EVLA). Method: This research is a retrospective descriptive study and was conducted in January 2019 - December 2019 at the Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Sub-division of the General Hospital dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. The samples were all of varicose vein patients who underwent EVLA and was collected with total sampling. The variables used include age, gender, level of severity/grading, and management. The data obtained were processed descriptively and were presented in tabular and narration. Result: There were 24 subjects meeting research critera. The highest age group for varicose veins was in the age group 55 to 74 years as many as 11 people (45.8%). The most varicose vein patients were found in male as many as 14 people (58.3%). Based on the grading of severity, most were in grade C5, namely 14 people (58.3%). In varicose vein patients based on the type of intervention, the most cases occurred with EVLA and phlebotomy as many as 22 people (91.7%). Most subjects did not experience postoperative recanalization, namely 22 people (91.7%). Conclusion: Male patients aged 55 to 74 years old, with severity grade of C5, treated with EVLA and phlebotomy, and without post-operative complication of recanalization are all the most common characteristics of varicose veins patients in dr Mohammad Hoesin General Hospital Palembang.

Clean water distribution machines are very important for local drinking water companies to be able to supply clean water to customers. The need for water continues to increase, so an analysis is needed to determine the decline in engine pump performance in the production process. Maintenance activities need to be carried out to maintain the reliability (realiability) of the machine so that it can operate properly. Therefore, a good strategy is needed to maintain the continuity of the production process. The purpose of this research is to measure the performance of the water distribution pump machine / equipment associated with the low level of clean water production, to identify the losses experienced by the company. The Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value obtained before repairs were carried out in November 2019 for Lapi I was 69.38% and Lapi II was 69. 75% while in December 2019 for Lapi I it was 74.02% and Lapi II was 73.65% still below the JIPM standard, namely ≥85%. From the results of the six big losses, the clean water distribution pump machine as a whole still needs evaluation to make improvements in increasing effectiveness and productivity, especially in the problem of redeuced speed losses so that suggestions can be made to improve the clean water distribution machine. After repairs in January 2020 for Lapi I was 87.90% and Lapi II was 87.26% while in February 2020 for Lapi I it was 90.34% and Lapi II was 85.81%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tonase batubara berdasarkan tingkat kepercayaan geologi ke dalam kategori sumberdaya tereka, tertunjuk, dan terukur menggunakan metode Circular 891 USGS. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan melalui pemetaan geologi detail daerah penelitian yaitu di Desa Tanah Merah, Kota Samarinda, kemudian dilakukan korelasi antar singkapan batubara guna mengetahui sebaran batubara tersebut. Setelah mengetahui sebaran batubara dapat dilakukan perhitungan sumberdaya tereka, tertunjuk dan terukur. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu data singkapan batubara yang ditemukan di daerah penelitian. Data hasil pengamatan lapangan yang telah didapatkan kemudian diolah menggunakan rumus perhitungan volume dan tonase batubara, untuk sumberdaya tereka diperoleh hasil 945.468,74 m3, tertunjuk diperoleh hasil 700.020,23 m3, sedangkan untuk sumberdaya terukur diperoleh hasil 349.335,77 m3, kemudian dikalikan dengan densitas batubara yaitu 1,3 ton/m3. Estimasi sumberdaya tereka dengan radius 750 m diperoleh tonase sebesar 1.229.109,36 ton, sumberdaya tertunjuk dengan radius 500 m diperoleh tonase sebesar 910.026,30 ton. Sedangkan sumberdaya terukur dengan radius 250 m diperoleh tonase sebesar 454.136,50 ton.

This study examines the effect of management control systems (MCS) on performance, communication skill as a moderating variable. We had distributed questionnaire to collect data of 42 institution of public services, that are population were draw in West Java, Indonesia period of June – November, 2019. The names of 140 middle-level managers random was used their perception what cause and effect strategic use of management control systems implementation to subordinate level and their employees working departmental and that gained of 71 usable responses for final data. The analysis indicated that MCS namely are diagnostic control and interactive control has a direct and positively effect on employee performance, and that communication skill has a moderate effect on the relationship between diagnostic control system and performance. Interactive control did not as a moderating variable, still on that interacting have been extent to which of intensively communicate in the organizational context, but diagnostic control namely periodically to communicate between top management and subordinate level. We also find that use of MCS package, while employees themselves participate in their own departmental performance measures will improve performance were put to use. The West Java Institution is join approach of strategic use between DCS and ICS for subordinate level, that are encourages for employee motivations and performance.

Background : Hemodialysis is a therapy for end-stage cornic kidney disease (ESRD) which is most often used as renal replacement therapy. Vascular access for hemodialysis is essential in the management of patients with chronic kidney disease. One type of vascular access is av fistula. A well-matured AVF is needed in order to function optimally during the hemodialysis process. The study of Srivastava et al. In India examined a predictor parameter of the maturation of AVF using Doppler ultrasound. The parameters studied were Spiral Laminar Flow (SLF), Spectral Broadening and Murmur / thrill. The results of this study state that SLF is the most important and early predictor of AVF maturation.5 Research on the accuracy of spiral laminar flow, spectral broadening and murmur / thrill as predictors of av-shunt maturity has never been carried out in Indonesia. This encourages this research to be carried out. Method : This type of research is the prognostic test. The study was conducted in the vascular and endovascular subdivisions from July - September 2020 or until the number of research samples is met. Result : There were 30 samples in this study, Murmur / thrill had high sensitivity and specificity values ​​on day 21 while SLF and spectral broadening had very high sensitivity and specificity values ​​in predicting AVF maturase from day 7th and 21th, also had a significant association with AVF maturase (p < 0.001). Conclusion : Murmur / thrill on 21th day can be a perdictor for maturity of AVF
