Penelitian ini mengkaji media sosial sebagai salah satu alternatif masyarakat kota Makassar dalam menyampaikan aspirasinya kepada pemerintah dengan menggunakan Instagram dengan nama akun @info_kejadian_makassar dan @makassar__info. Sejak tahun 2015 Instagram telpah menjadi perhatian milenial. Akun media sosial bertumbuh dangan pesat seiring meningkatnya kepercayaan masyarakat kepada media sosial sebagai alternatif dan penyeimbang dari media kovensional yang telah ada sebelumnya sehingga menjadi wadah interaksi yang bebas dan terbuka tanpa ada jarak antara masyarakat dan pemerintah. Media sosial mengambil peran yang sangat penting dalam penyebaran informasi dengan cepat hingga kemampuannya membetuk peradaban baru.

This study aims to analyze and investigate the involvement of variables in influencing green purchase behavior in Makassar City. The number of respondents sampled in this study was 90 people. The analysis method of this study is to use structural equation modeling. The results of the study analysis stated that the entire research hypothesis had a positive and significant effect. The findings of this study indicate that Consumers with a more substantial level of environmental awareness may think about their eco-social benefits when buying green products. A person who has a positive attitude towards environmental issues may be warier about the proportion of green ingredients and the effect of their trust in buying green products.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi fenomena pandemi covid-19. Dengan adanya pandemi covid-19 ini ada konsekuensi dari himbauan penutupan pusat perbelanjaan dan social distance sehingga berkurangnya jumlah toko atau outlet yang dibuka, jam buka took/outlet serta jumlah konsumen yang berkunjung. Hal ini berdampak pada tiga sisi, yaitu pertama bagi pelaku usaha perdagangan (termasuk usaha mikro dan kecil), kedua, konsumen, dan ketiga pemilik property seperti pemilik pertokoan/mall/plaza. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lokasi PT. Citra Warna Jaya Abadi cabang tamalanreaMakassar yang beralamat di Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan No. 29A KM.9, Tamalanrea, Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan dalam rangka untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi pemasaran pada masa pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini didukung dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui teknik wawancara dan observasi langsung kepada subjek penelitian serta dokumentasi. Penelitian ini di bedah dari teori Windu Mahmud dan Wakhid Basori. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dijalankan oleh PT. Citra Warna Jaya Abadi cabang Tamalnrea Makassar pada masa pandemi covid-19 yakni menggunakan media cetak, media online, serta memberikan pelayanan prima yang berbeda dengan kompetitor lain kepada konsumen. Kata kunci: strategi, komunikasi, pemasaran, pandemi, covid-19. This research was motivated by the phenomenon of the COVID-19 pandemic. With the Covid-19 pandemic, there are consequences of the call for closing shopping centers and social distancing so that the number of shops or outlets opened, shop/outlet opening hours and the number of consumers visiting is reduced. This has an impact on three sides, namely firstly for trading business actors (including micro and small businesses), secondly, consumers, and thirdly property owners such as shop/mall/plaza owners. This research was conducted at the location of PT. Citra Warna Jaya Abadi Makassar tamalanrea branch which is located at Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan No. 29A KM.9, Tamalanrea, Makassar, South Sulawesi in order to find out the marketing communication strategy during the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. This research is supported by data collection techniques through interview techniques and direct observation to research subjects and documentation. This research is based on the theory of Windu Mahmud and Wakhid Basori. The results of this study indicate that the marketing communication strategy implemented by PT. Citra Warna Jaya Abadi, the Tamalnrea Makassar branch during the COVID-19 pandemic, used print media, online media, and provided excellent service that was different from other competitors to consumers.

One of the activities required by every puskesmas (Community Health Center) in overcoming the problems faced in each area is planning at the puskesmas level. To accommodate the need to increase the ability and coverage of health services in an integrated and integrated manner with the problems that exist in the work environment of the Puskesmas. The purpose of this study was to analyze the planning process at the Puskesmas level at the Poso District Health Office. This type of research is qualitative and the unit of analysis from the implementation of this research is carried out on 2 (two) Puskesmas in the Poso District Health Office. Meanwhile, the research informants were employees/staff of the related puskesmas and the key informant was the Head of the Poso District Health Office as a triangulation check for the validity of the data. The results of the research based on the preparation stage, a planning team was formed by the Head of the Puskesmas, in the situation analysis stage the problem analysis process was carried out through Encuesta Mawas Diri (SMD), the problem formulation stage using the USG method (Uraaatanga metoaaa) problems, the last stage was the preparation of the RUK (Proposed Activity Plan) which are prepared at the puskesmas still refer to the applicable government policies. Suggestions in this study are expected that the puskesmas in the Poso District Health Office can arrange their annual activity plans optimally, while still fostering community participation in improving community health status.

The budget for Papua's special autonomy will end in 2021, so it is important to do an in-depth study to increase budget productivity in an academic framework through scientific research. The purpose of this research is to analyze the budget management of Papua's special autonomy from the political and accounting perspective. The method used is a qualitative approach by using supporting data regarding the management of state finances, the budget cycle and the special autonomy budget of the Papua’s Province. This study attempts to explain political accounting in Papua’s Special Autonomy budget management. The research method used is a literacy study by utilizing various sources that are related to the research topic, both from scientific articles, books, journal publications and sources from official government websites and other relevant sources. The research process is carried out by collecting data, grouping data, analyzing data to describing it in the form of results and research discussions. The results showed that between politics, budget accounting and government accounting have a relationship in the management of the Papua’s special autonomy budget, then referred to by researchers as political accounting. Political accounting is a series of comprehensive processes both from the political side, the budget to the reporting system and evaluation of the realization of the use of the budget. The theoretical implication is that there is a wedge between political science through the fields of politics and budget accounting and government from the perspective of Papua's special autonomy budget. This finding adds a new treasure in multi-paradigm accounting research, namely political accounting.Keywords: Accounting, Politics, Budget Management, Papua Special Autonomy ABSTRAK : Anggaran otonomi khusus Papua akan berakhir tahun 2021, sehingga pendalaman untuk meningkatkan produktifitas anggaran menjadi penting dilakukan dalam kerangka akademis melalui penelitian ilmiah. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisa pengelolaan anggaran otonomi khusus Papua dari sisi politik dan akuntansi. Metode yang dipakai adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan data-data pendukung mengenai pengelolaan keuangan negara, siklus anggaran dan anggaran otonomi khusus Provinsi Papua. Penelitian ini berusaha menjelaskan tentang akuntansi politik dalam pengelolaan anggaran Otsus Papua. Merode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literasi dengan memanfaatkan berbagai sember yang memiliki kaitan dengan topik penelitian, baik dari artikel ilmiah, buku, publikasi jurnal dan sumber dari website resmi milik pemerintah serta sumber lainnya yang relevan. Proses penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data, mengelompokkan data, menganalisas data sampai dengan mendeskriftifkan dalam bentuk hasil dan pembahasan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara politik, akuntansi anggaran dan akuntansi pemerintahan memiliki keterkaitan dalam pengelolaan anggaran otonomi khusus Papua, kemudian disebut oleh peneliti sebagai akuntansi politik. Akuntansi politik adalah serangkaian proses yang komprehensif baik dari sisi politik, anggaran hingga sistem pelaporan dan evaluasi realisasi penggunaan anggaran. Implikasi secara teoritis, ditemukan irisan antara ilmu politik melaui bidang-bidang politik dengan akuntansi anggaran dan pemerintahan dari perspektif anggaran otonomi khusus Papua. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur serta menganalisis pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap orientasi pasar, orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja, orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja serta orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh orientasi pasar pada Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) sulaman karawo di Gorontalo. Unit analisis dari penelitian ini adalah UKM sulaman karawo di Gorontalo dan data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh unit UKM sulaman karawo baik yang sudah berbadan hukum maupun yang belum berbadan hukum pada tahun 2021 sejumlah 701 yang tersebar di 6 (enam) kabupaten/kota yang ada di Provinsi Gorontalo. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on actual system usage through attitude toward using the Ruangguru online learning guidance application in Makassar City. This study took data directly from students who subscribed to the Ruangguru application by taking 247 high school students and their equivalent as samples in this study. To implement the objectives of this study used analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the analysis prove that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant effect on attitude toward using the Ruangguru online tutoring application. Meanwhile, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude toward using have a positive and significant effect on actual system usage in the Ruangguru online tutoring application. Based on the results of the single test, attitude toward using is able to mediate the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on actual usage in the Ruangguru online tutoring application.

Macadamia hildebrandii Steen is endemic species of Sulawesi. This species is found in the provinces of South Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi and Southeast Sulawesi. Macadamia wood has a distinctive feature that has the prospect of being a raw material for furniture. Meanwhile, the fruit has not been utilized. This paper is a review of wood and macadamia nuts properties that have been studied. The results of these studies show that wood and nuts have the following characteristics: larger rays commonly more than 10 seriate so that it is clearly visible on tangential/flat-sawn boards; classified as strength class III-II; high cellulose contents with alpha cellulose more than 42%; wood calorific value 4,363.5 cal/gr, charcoal calorific value 6868 cal /gr, volatile matter 14.04%, ash 1.36% and fixed carbon 84.60%; durability class IV against soil termites, class II against dry wood termites, and class III-II against decaying fungi; the quality of shaping, turning, boring, and sanding was classified as good (class II), while planing was classified as very good (class I); easily preserved; and easily cracked when dried. Macadamia wood can be used as raw materials for pulp and paper, rayon, charcoal, activated charcoal, light to heavy construction under the roof, furniture, and molding. The use of macadamia wood must consider its low dimensional stability. Macadamia nuts have a fat content of 1.96%, protein 8.38%, carbohydrates 48.44%, starch 46.44%, and tannins up to 8.42%. Proper processing techniques are needed, especially to reduce tannin levels so that macadamia nuts can be consumed.

This study aims to determine the level of evaluation effectiveness application of information systems at the Faculty of Engineering, Hasanuddin University. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a survey method, the sample used by 172 respondents from Lecturers, Employees, and Undergraduate Students in the Faculty of Engineering, Hasanuddin University. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary), brainstorming, literature study, and direct interviews with relevant parties according to the research objectives. Analysis of the data used in this study is a SWOT analysis (strength, opportunity, weakness, threat) to formulate an academic information technology system development strategy. The results of this study indicate that the total score for internal strength factors is 3.02. This number is needed as a process to find out where the intersection point (E) in the SWOT Diagram is. The total score for the internal weakness factor is 2.55. This number is also needed as a process to find out where the intersection point (E) in the SWOT Diagram is. Based on the determination of the area, quadrant I is the most extensive, as well as the location of the intersection point located in quadrant I so that the main strategy of developing Information Systems at FT Unhas Makassar is the SO strategy. While alternatives to the development of Information Systems at FT Unhas Makassar are ST, WO, and WT.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture on knowledge transfer, and employee performance. This research was conducted at the Boven Digoel Regent's office. The sample used in this study is the entire population or saturated samples as many as 90 respondents. The collection methods in this study were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used path analysis with the Smart PLS application. The results showed that leadership style has no significant effect on knowledge transfer and employee performance. When mediated by knowledge transfer, the leadership style to affect employee performance was also insignificant. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on knowledge transfer, but interestingly has no significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance if it is mediated by knowledge transfer. Transfer knowledge has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the influence of an organizational culture that has been applied to the Regional Civil Service Agency and Human Resources Development of Boven Digoel Regency on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. In addition, this study also aims to see the indirect effect of organizational culture on employee performance when mediated by organizational commitment and job satisfaction. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire to collect data and then processed using Smart PLS software with the path analysis method. The results of the study found that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Furthermore, the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction partially does not have a significant effect on employee performance. As for the indirect effect, it shows that organizational commitment and job satisfaction cannot significantly mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.re on employee performance.

This research aims to analyze the effect of brand image, brand experience, and brand loyalty towards purchase intention on Apple smartphones in Makassar. The method used in this research is a quantitative method using multiple regression. The population in this research was Apple Smartphone users in Makassar; the sample in this research was 100 people. Data collected using questionnaires. This study uses multiple regression analysis statistical tools; the hypothesis tested using the F test (simultaneous) and t-test (partial). The results of this research showed that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand experience has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand loyalty has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Brand image, brand experience, and brand loyalty simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention.

In improving public health status and increasing the coverage of social security programs in the health sector contained in Presidential Regulation No. 19 of 2016 concerning Health Insurance Article 21 Paragraph 1 that one of the benefits obtained by BPJS (Social Security Organizing Agency) Health participants is promotive and preventive health services through chronic disease management programs (prolanis). This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of chronic disease management programs in hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus in the Tajuncu Health Center, Soppeng Regency. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data obtained by in-depth interviews, observations, and document review on 9 informants consisting of BPJS Health staff, head of health centers, doctors, nurses, the person in charge of prolanis, participants with hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of a chronic disease management program (prolanis) at the Tajuncu Health Center in hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus was not going well. This is due to inadequate human resources and infrastructure, budget claims from BPJS that are not smooth and SOPs are not yet available. The process of prolanist activities is carried out well except home visit activities that are not carried out. Coverage of visits by prolanis participants has not yet reached the indicators of success and health status of participants with controlled hypertension and people with controlled type 2 diabetes mellitus still below the target. So the benefits of prolanist activities cannot be felt by prolanis participants. Therefore, it is suggested to BPJS (Social Security Organizing Agency) Health and Puskesmas to always evaluate the implementation of prolanis in the context of achieving the objectives of prolanis activities.

Modern era as now, human life cannot be separated from dependence on a technology called the internet. The internet has mastered almost all aspects of human activities, ranging from sending letters, looking for information, and other activities. Especially in the field of business, this technology is very influential, as well as the procurement of goods and services has been done a lot online or commonly known as E-Procurement. This study aims to and analyzes the effect of E-Procurement technology on procurement performance, the effect of E-Procurement technology on procurement practices, and the effect of procurement practices on procurement performance. To implement these objectives the data collection techniques were used through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is path analysis and data evaluated in the first place using the classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test). The results found that the use of e-procurement had a positive and significant effect on procurement performance and procurement practices at PT. Semen Tonasa in Pangkep Regency. Procurement practices have a positive and significant impact on procurement performance.

This study aims to review, analyze and interpret the description of the implementation of local tax collection, in particular, the PKB Motor Vehicle Tax and Motor Vehicle Transfer Fee, and analyze the barriers that occur to further determine strategic steps in an effort to optimally increase local tax revenue. The research used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were determined to be two, namely key informants and key informants. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use a SWOT analysis, IFAS Matrix, EFAS Matrix, and SWOT Matrix. The results showed that the Bapenda UPT Parepare Region is currently in quadrant I where the strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy (growth-oriented strategy) in the form of; 1. Optimizing services, 2.Law enforcement and sanctions, and 3. Improving the tax administration system.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in the Indonesian Export Financing Institution at the Makassar Regional Office. The population of this study were all employees of the Indonesian Export Financing Institution. The number of samples taken in this study were 50 respondents. The sampling method used in this study is the probability sampling method. Data collection in this study is to use archive strategies namely primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed using multicollinearity and Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a significant effect on work motivation. Leadership style also has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation significantly influences employee performance. Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation.

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui penerapan dalam pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Question Student Have dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa Kelas XII IPA 1 SMA Negeri 10 Bulukumba. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakkan kelas (classroom action research). Penelitian ini terdiri atas serangkaian siklus, setiap siklus meliputi empat tahap yaitu : perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPA 1 SMA Negeri 10 Bulukumba tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 semister genap yang berjumlah sebanyak 24 siswa, terdiri dari 5 siswa laki-laki dan 19 siswa perempuan. Adapun Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Lembar observasi dan test. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis data kualitatif digunakan untuk mengolah data hasil observasi guru dan siswa. Adapun teknik data deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk menghitung presentase nilai rata – rata. Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yang diterapkan pada mata pelajaran Fisika adalah 75. Jadi nilai siswa dapat dikatakan tuntas apabila mencapai nilai KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal). Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa Kelas XII IPA 1 SMA Negeri 10 Bulukumba mengalami peningkatan setelah diadakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Question Student Have, dengan indikasi sebagai berikut (1) Hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa Kelas XII IPA 1 SMA Negeri 10 Bulukumba setelah diberi tindakan pada Siklus I berada pada kategori sedang dengan skor rata-rata 66,70 dari skor ideal 100, (2) Hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa Kelas XII IPA 1 SMA Negeri 10 Bulukumba setelah diberi tindakan pada Siklus II berada pada kategori tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 79,12 dari skor ideal 100, (3) Terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari kategori sedang pada Siklus I dan Siklus II pada kategori tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 66,70 menjadi 79,12 sehingga mengalami peningkatan, (4) Persentase kehadiran siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dari 97,5 persen menjadi 98,3 persen pada siklus II, dan (5) Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Question Student Have dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat memberikan motivasi kepada siswa agar lebih inovatif dan kreatif dalam membuat pertanyaan serta mengemukakan pertanyaan – pertanyaan dan tidak canggung untuk mengemukakan pendapatnya

The intense competition in the service industry has changed the company's perspective to pay more attention to consumers ' wishes. This new perspective is known as Service Dominant Logic. Along with this transition, the company develops the concept of co-creation with its customers so that the resulting products can meet customer desires. The purpose of this research is to build a conceptual framework of the effects of mediation of customer expertise in relation between customer education and co-creation on Higher Education (HE). Earlier studies suggested that there are several variables of the consumer resources that have a direct effect on co-creation. Among them are customer education, skills, experience, ideas, etc. But mostly researched in the context of manufacturing industry. There is still a little research of co-creation in the field of education services industry.

Dakwah merupakan suatu penyampaian pesan kepada masyarakat agar mereka tetap pada jalan kebenaran dan hanya kepada Allah Swt yang mereka sembah dan tempat memohon. Berdakwah harus memenuhi tiga syarat yaitu, aqidahnya benar, manhajnya benar, memahami Al-Qur'an dan As-Sunnah, dan beramal dengan benar.Dengan adanya wabah COVID-19 sebagai pandemi yang telah tersebar ke berbagai negara dan sudah sampai ke negaran Indonesia. Maka diperlukan suatu langkah lain dalam kegiatan keagamaan untuk pencegahan dan memutus rantai covid 19 agar tidak tersebar dan tidak meluas di masjid. Terutama yang ditetapkan sebagai zona merah yaitu wilayah yang sudah terkena, tertular bahkan sampai menelan korban jiwa. Maka tinggal di rumah dan tetap menjaga jarak merupakan pilihan umat Islam saat keadaan sekitar dirasa dapat merugikan diri sendiri dan orang lain.Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu pada saat ini Pemerintah mewacanakan memberlakukan kebijakan new normal atau memulai aktivitas masyarakat pada minggu pertama Juni mendatang. Banyak prediksi yang muncul akibat dampak yang ditimbulkan dari pemberlakuan kebijakan new normal pada saat berakhirnya masa puncak kasus virus corona di Indonesia belum ada. Beberapan pakar menyebutkan syarat mutlak yang harus dipenuhi ketika pemerintah ingin menggerakkan lagi aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat secara normal adalah berakhirnya masa puncak kasus virus corona di Indonesia.

Background: Users of multi-ethnic services are sometimes faced with barriers when using health services.However, health care providers are sometimes not aware of these barriers, even though they may share alittle more responsibility for them. To enlighten service providers, such as potential pitfalls that may exist,will be explored by various factors that trigger these barriers.Objective: This study aims to explore and identify potential barriers to the utilization of health servicesamong multi-ethnic communities in Samarinda city.Method: There were 28 informants from 4 ethnic groups (Javanese, Buginese, Banjar ethnic, and Dayakethnic) who were selected by purposive sampling according to the criteria set (n-28). Key informants fromthe community leaders and traditional leaders of each ethnic group (n = 4). Data analysis used contentanalysis to analyze the phenomena found in the studyResults: Potential barriers occur at three different levels: service user level, provider level, and system level.Barriers at the service user level were related to the characteristics of service users: socioeconomic conditions,heritage lifestyle, family support, income of the family head, entry to NHIS member, transportation andtravel time. Barriers at the provider level were related to provider characteristics: attitudes, communicationdan information style, ethnic matching program. System-level barriers were related to system characteristics:referral system.Conclusion: Several potential barriers have been found but are more related to the level of service providersand the level of the health systems.

HDI is an indicator used to see development progress in the long term. The purpose of this study is to see and analyze how effective the policies are to increase the Human Development Index in Bone Regency by the Bone Regency government and then to provide alternative policy recommendations to the Bone Regency regional government. The type of research method used by the researcher is the descriptive qualitative research method. The research was conducted at the BAPPEDA office in Bone Regency. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the Policy Context is deemed to have been by the problems being faced. existing policies contain things that can solve the problem to be solved. However, in its implementation, the indicators for the preparation of HDI in Bone Regency are still lagging behind other regencies/cities in South Sulawesi, Bone Regency's HDI is still ranked 23rd out of 24 city districts. but the increase is not as big and fast as other districts. Therefore, the Bone Regency government feels it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of the policies that have been issued.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengidentifikasi struktur anatomi, sifat fisik dan sifat mekanik kayu palado ( Aglaia sp .) yang diambil dari hutan produksi alam di Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju, Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa palado memiliki kayu gubal berwarna putih sampai krem dan teras berwarna coklat muda sampai coklat kelabu; serat lurus, tekstur agak halus, pori sedikit (3 per.mm²) berbentuk lonjong dan tersebar tata baur; perforasi tipe sederhana; jari-jari luar biasa pendek, sempit dan jarang (tinggi 327 mm; lebar 25,52 mm dan frekuensi 5 per mm², parenkim tersebar atau baur. Panjang serat 1.132 mm dan diameter serat 25,61 mm; diameter lumen 17,39 mm; dan tebal dinding 1,64 mm. Kadar air kering udara 15,85%; berat jenis kering udara 0,48 dan berat jenis kering tanur (kerapatan) 0,53; penyusutan kering udara ke kering tanur 2,71% (radial) dan 4,67% (tangensial); keteguhan lentur pada batas patah 612,72 kg/cm2 dan keteguhan tekan sejajar serat 402,28 kg/cm2.

Ebony has a beautiful heartwood with black and brown streaks alternately. Each site has various streak pattern in which the industry classified it into two streak types namely batang macis (BM) and sarang laba-laba/bendera (SL). This research was conducted to investigate the influence of site on streak patterns and several physical properties of the heartwood of ebony. Ebony from Parigi has BM streaks pattern and meet the grade B-A, meanwhile ebony from Poso has SL streaks pattern, qualified for grade C only. On the basis of t-test, only L* (lightness-darkness) was differed between the two streak patterns, while wood density and initial moisture content were not differed significantly. The BM streaks pattern has a darker of heartwood color, higher density but lower initial moisture content.

This study aims to examine the construction of religious identity politics discourse on Facebook and Twitter social media platforms on the 2017 Jakarta governor election. The researcher uses a constructive perspective by Paul C. Stern who views the use of identity politics as a construction formed from collaboration between the community and the political elite in creating tension and new conflicts in the country. The research methodology used focuses on the discourse of religious identity politics on social media (Facebook and Twitter) is a critical discourse analysis by Teun A Van Dijk. The results of this study revealed the construction of religious identity politics which was adopted in the form of symbolic power "Muslim Governor for Jakarta" as a form of reproduction of the majority discourse of privileges on minority groups.

Background: Customer (patient) satisfaction in health services is very important to note because it can describe the quality of services in the health service. This study aims to determine the level of performance assesment of public health centers relating to the quality of public health centers service, management of public health centers and health services based on patient satisfaction in the public health center in Parepare, South Sulawesi.Methods: The research method is quantitative with survey research to determine the level of reseach results on public health centers about patient satisfaction.Results: The results of the study indicate that performance assessment is in the form of the quality of service possessed by the public health center obtained an average performance value of 8.8 with a good performance category. Management of the public health center obtained an average performance value of 8.9 with a good performance category. Health services obtained an average performance value of 90.7% with sufficient performance categories. Customer satisfaction obtained an average value of 71.1% in the good category.Conclusions: Service quality of public health center has a good performance, health center management has good performance, health services have sufficient performance, customer satisfaction has a good category. So that the average performance of the public health center has results comparable to the results of customer satisfaction, which is a good category.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mempelajari struktur anatomi dan sifat fisis dan mekanis dua jenis kayu dari hutan alam di Sulaweis Barat yaitu kambelu (Buxus rolfie Vidal.) dan kanduruan (Phoebe cuneata Blume). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kambelu memiliki kayu teras berwarna kemerahan, gubal berwarna merah muda keabuan dan tebal 2-3 cm, lingkar tumbuh jelas, kayunya keras; serat berpadu; tekstur agak halus dan permukaan agak mengkilap. Kanduruan memiliki kayu teras berwarna coklat keabuan dan gubal berwarna coklat muda dengan lebar sekitar 5-7 cm, tekstur agak halus dan tidak merata, arah serat berpadu, agak mengkilap, kesan raba agak licin, keras, corak polos, dan tidak berbau khusus. Kambelu dan kanduruan mempunyai serat kayu panjang dan tebal dinding sel sedang dan berdasarkan nilai turunan dimensi seratnya termasuk kelas kualitas I untuk kertas. Kambelu dan kanduruan memiliki berat jenis 0,62 dan 0,63, tergolong kelas kuat III-I. Kambelu memiliki sifat penyusutan dari basah ke kering udara lebih rendah dari kayu kanduruan. Sifat dasar jenis kayu tersebut dan pemanfaatannya yang telah dilakukan secara lokal oleh masyarakat merupakan petunjuk berguna menetapkan kegunaannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sama-sama memiliki kayu teras berwarna coklat tua sampai hitam dengan garis-garis hitam yang tidak beraturan; tekstur agak halus dan permukaan mengkilap; agak berat; penyusutan sedang; kelas kuat IV-III;mutu pemesinan baik;mutu serat baik untuk pulp dan kertas; kemungkinan pemanfaatan antara lain bahan konstruksi ringan untuk perumahan dan komponen tertentu pada perahu, venir kupas, glulam, pallet, pulp dan kertas. Palado memiliki kayu teras berwarna coklat muda sampai coklat kelabu; serat lurus, tekstur agak halus; ringan; penyusutan sedang; kelas kuat III;mutu pemesinan baik;mutu serat baik untuk pulp dan kertas; kemungkinan pemanfaatan antara lain bahan konstruksi ringan untuk perumahan dan komponen tertentu pada perahu, mebel murah, moulding, glulam, venir kupas, kerajinan, pulp dan kertas. Kumea batu memiliki kayu teras berwarna coklat kemerahan; lingkar tumbuh samar-samar dan terkadang jelas serta menampakkan corak yang indah berupa garis-garis sejajar pada potongan radial; serat lurus; tekstur halus dan permukaan kayu mengkilap; sangat berat, keras; penyusutan tinggi; kelas kuat II; mutu pemesinan sangat baik; mutu serat rendah untuk pulp dan kertas; kemungkinan kegunaan antara lain bahan bangunan dengan beban berat untuk perumahan dan perahu; karoseri truk, tiang listrik, mebel, moulding, venir sayatan, gagang peralatan, kerajinan dan arang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan : 1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan manajer terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Global Transportasi Makassar. 2) Mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan manajer yang paling berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Global Transportasi Makassar.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan Teknik analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan dua metode analisis, yaitu : Metode analisis kualitatif adalah metode analisis data yang diperoleh lewat wawancara, kuesioner dan sebagainya. Penggunaan metode ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan apa yang digunakan dan sejauh mana hal itu berpengaruh dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan dan Metode analisis kuantitatif merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur peningkatan kinerja karyawan dalam bentuk angka. Dalam metode ini digunakan variabel gaya kepemimpinan sebagai berikut Y = bo + b₁ X₁ + b₂ X₂ + b3X3+ E.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase produktivitas karyawan pada tahun 2015 merupakan kinerja yang paling tinggi selama lima tahun terakhir yaitu dari tahun 2011-2015, dimana pada tahun 2015 tingkat produktivitas karyawan adalah sebesar 75,45. Hasil koefisien korelasi (R), menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,980 dengan demikian dikatakan variabel X1 (Gaya Intruksi), variabel X2 (Gaya Konsultasi), X3 (Gaya Partisipasi) dan X4 (Gaya Delegatif) memiliki keeratan yang tinggi, yakni 98 % atau tingkat standar error 2 % atau 0,2. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R²), menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,960 atau 96 %, berarti pengaruh variabel X1 (Gaya Intruksi), variabel X2 (Gaya Konsultasi), X3 (Gaya Partisipasi) dan X4 (Gaya Delegatif) terhadap variabel Y (produktivitas kerja karyawan) adalah signifikan (karena mendekati positif satu). Sedangkan selebihnya 4 % adalah pengaruh variabel lainnya, akan tetapi tidak diteliti.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengamati/menguji ciri anatomi, sifat fisis dan mekanis, dan kegunaan batang lontar (Borassusflabellifer Linn.) yang sudah tua dan tidak disadap lagi niranya, yang berasal dari Kabupaten Jeneponto dan Bone, Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Batang lontar terdiri dari 3 bagian yaitu kulit, perifer dan sentral. Batang lontar segar mengandung air 43,10%, dan berat jenis kering udara 0,90. Bagian batang lontar yang keras memiliki penyusutan yang lebih rendah dari penyusutan beberapa jenis kayu yang mempunyai berat jenis yang sama dengan lontar. Batang lontar menunjukkan penyusutan yang sama pada arah radial dan tangensial. Bila diklasifikasikan berdasarkan kelas kekuatan kayu Indonesia, kekuatan batang lontar tergolong kelas II - III. Bagian batang lontar yang keras digunakan untuk bahan bangunan rumah rakyat, komponen perahu, mebel dan kerajinan

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengidentifikasi sifat fisik dan mekanik kayu sama-sama ( Pouteria firma ). Sifat fisik dan mekanik kayu sampel yang diidentifikasi terdiri dari kadar air, berat jenis, penyusutan, keteguhan lentur, keteguhan tekan, keteguhan geser dan keteguhan pukul. Kayu contoh uji diambil dari hutan produksi alam di Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Pengujian sifat fisik dan mekanik kayu dilaksanakan mengikuti Standar Industri Jepang (JIS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kayu sama-sama mengandung kadar air basah rata-rata 113,84%, berat jenis kering udara 0,60 dan penyusutan tangensial dari basah ke kering udara 4,63%. Kayu sama-sama memiliki keteguhan lentur mutlak rata-rata 551,99 kg/cm 2 , keteguhan tarik sejajar serat 408,85, keteguhan tekan sejajar serat 230,13 kg/cm 2 , keteguhan tekan tegak lurus serat 127,11 kg/cm 2 , keteguhan geser sejajar serat 64,40 kg/cm 2 dan keteguhan pukul 7,67 kg/cm 2 . Kayu sama-sama dapat digolongkan ke dalam kayu kelas kuat III sampai IV dan berdasarkan sifat fisik dan mekaniknya, kayu tersebut cocok digunakan untuk bahan bangunan, moulding, vinir dan pallet.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengamati suuktur/karakteristik anatomi, clansifat fisis mekanis kayu kurang dikenal jenis kumea batu (ManilkaramerrillianaH.J.L.). Sampel kayu dari jenis ini diambil dari hutan alam produksi di Kecamatan Lampia Kabupaten Luwu Timur, Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kumea batu memiliki kayu gubal berwarna coklat muda kemerahan dan teras berwarna coklat kemerahan. Lingkar tumbuh samar-samar dan terkadang jelas serta menampakkan corak yang indah berupa garis-garis sejajar pada potongan radial, serat lurus, tekstur halus dan permukaan kayu mengkilap. Panjang serat 677,55 µm, diameter serat 22,15 µm, diameter lumen 1,94 µm, tebal dinding 10,10 µm dan semua nilai turunan serat tergolong dalam kelas IV untuk bahan baku pulp/kertas. Kayu kumea batu sangat berat (berat jenis 1.07) dengan penyusutan sangat tinggi, keteguhan lentur pada batas patah 1,557.68 kg/cm2, keteguhan tekan sejajar serat 491.35 kg/ cm2 dan tergolong kayu kelas kuat II.

The anatomical characteristics were studied to collect information for wood identification of Gyrinops versteegii from Gorontalo. Anatomical characterisics were determined from microtome sectioned samples and macerated samples. Observation of anatomical structure in accordance to IAWA List included vessel (diameter, height, grouping, frequention, porosity, arrangement, perforation plates, deposits, and pits), rays (type, height, width and frequention), parenchyme, and fiber (diameter, diameter of lumina and wall thickness). The research results obtained are G. versteegii has included phloem, diffuse porous, radial multiple 2-4(7), 90 µm in tangential diameter, 14 per sq.mm, simple perforation plates, intervessel pit alternate and no deposites in vessel. Rays uniseriate, heterocellular and 8,4 rays per mm. Axial parenchyma diffuse or associated with included phloem and there are fusiform parenchyma cells. Intercellular canals absent. The aim of this research was to determine the anatomy, physical and mechanical properties, drying characteristics and treatability of kemiri wood. The observed paramaters were macroscophic and microscophic characteritics, moisture content, specific grafity, shrinkage, strength properties, drying quality, and the retention and penetration of wood preservative. Tests were run according to IAWA List, SNI and JIS. The heartwood colour is white to yellowish white and it is not clearly demarcated to the sapwood. Wood texture is rather coarse, stright grain, rather rough and rather glossy surface. The vessels are oval, diffuse porous, simple perforation plates. Parenchyma type is incomplete borders to the vessels and short tangential lines. Rays heterocellular are uniseriate and biseriate. Its fiber length is medium long size. Kemiri wood is classifed to strength class IV-III. Retention and penetration of wood preservative after 5 days in cold water treatment was met to SNI standard. The air drying test indicated the need of 8 days to achieve of the moisture content 12,29%. Wood defects due to the air drying test can be occured in the forms of check, bowing, discolouration and blue stain.
