The fitness condition of elementary school students is of particular concern in general, as today's technological advances and sedentary lifestyles greatly affect body mass index and physical fitness. This study aimed to determine the body mass index and physical fitness of elementary school students aged 10–12 years. The research method used in this study is a survey with a test approach and measurement of body condition. The subjects of this study used a population sampling technique by taking 1115 students from elementary schools in Kediri City and Regency. Research instruments used in the 2010 Indonesian Physical Fitness Test for children aged 10–12 years with 5 tests, namely 40 metres of running, bent elbow hanging test, sit-up test, upright jump test, vertical jump test, and 600-metre running test Measurement of body mass index (BMI) criteria in children aged 5–18 years based on height and weight owned by students The results of this study showed that male and female students in elementary schools in Kediri City and Regency got the results of the Body Mass Index (BMI) with a normal classification. The physical fitness results of male students in elementary schools in Kediri City and Regency show physical fitness results owned by sons with good classification. The physical fitness results of female students in elementary schools in Kediri City and Regency showed that most classifications were average. This study concludes that BMI and physical fitness must be maintained and improved. In the future, based on the results of this research, policies and methods will be needed so that BMI and student fitness will be even better.

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah memberikan informasi tentang serangan yang paling efektif yang digunakan selama pertandingan tim proliga putra pada final four seri Kediri tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data observasi nonpartisipan, sumber data sekunder diperoleh melalui video dari channel youtube PBVSI_OFFICIAL sejumlah 6 pertandingan Proliga Final Four Seri Kediri tahun 2019. Intrumen penelitian adalah rekaman pertandingan final four Seri Kediri tahun 2019 dan form statistik serangan open spike, quick, semi, back attack, serve. Teknik analisa data menggunakan rumus efektivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa serangan yang paling efektif sebagai berikut: open spike memiliki tingkat efektivitas serangan sebesar 15,9%, semi memiliki tingkat efektivitas serangan sebesar 0,5%, quick memiliki tingkat efektivitas serangan sebesar 4,3%, back attack memiliki efektivitas serangan sebesar 6,1% dan serve memiliki efektivitas serangan sebesar 2,8%. Kesimpulan studi ini menyatakan bahwa serangan yang paling efektif digunakan pada pemain bolavoli level profesional yang berlaga di proliga 2019 final four seri Kediri adalah open spike berada diurutan paling pertama, back attack di urutan kedua, quick di urutan ketiga, serve diurutan keempat, dan teknik semi di urutan kelima. Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak di pengambilan data yakni hanya dilakukan pada satu seri final four proliga bolavoli seri Kediri.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen kepelatihan renang dan program latihan pada klub-klub renang di Kota Kediri tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan dengan metode survey. Subjek penelitian ini pelatih seluruh klub-klub renang kota Kediri yang berjumlah 12 pelatih dari 12 klub. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik persentase yang disertai dengan uraian deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variabel mulai dari identifikasi pelatih keseluruhan mendapatkan persentase baik sebesar 86%, identifikasi perekrutan atlet keseluruhan mendapatkan persentase baik sebesar 69,85% dan metode latihan yang digunakan dalam melatih renang dan identifikasi penyusunan program latihan keseluruhan mendapatkan persentase baik sebesar 75%. Pelaksanaan program latihan klub-klub renang kota Kediri tahun 2019, sudah tergolong baik sebesar 77%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu manajemen kepelatihan yang dilakukan oleh klub-klub renang kota Kediri baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya prestasi yang diraih oleh atlet-atlet renang dari kediri. Kategori baik ini dapat diperoleh setelah melihat manajemen kepelatihan yang di dalamnya terdapat identifikasi pelatih, identifikasi perekrutan atlet metode latihan, dan program latihan yang dilakukan masuk dalam kategori baik.

During the current pandemic, the pattern of activity, lifestyle, and sleep quality of students at the school level has changed due to the Covid 19 outbreak which required students to reduce their activities outside the home. The purpose of this study was to find out the level of physical activity, body mass index (BMI), and sleep patterns Junior High School (SMP) and Senior High School (SMA) students of Kediri City and District. This study uses quantitative qualitatively described methods. The subjects of this study are 548 participants of the Junior High School (SMP) and Senior High School (SMA) in Kediri City and District. Instruments in this study for physical activity levels use IPAQ (International Physical Activity Quessionare) questionnaires, body mass indexes using BMI questionnaires, and sleep patterns using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire. The results of this study show that physical activity levels of 81% fall into the Moderate category, Body Mass Index by 63% falls into the Normal category, and sleep patterns by 83% fall into the bad category. The results of this study have limitations on certain levels of education and a limited number of samples who perform new habits due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study show the real impact of the Covid-19 pandemic for school students, so in the future there needs to be a research study that can overcome the impact of the pandemic on students, namely regarding health and lifestyle.

The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of physical conditions as monitoring conditions before participating in the 2019 Pertiwi competition in order to get proud results. This type of research is non-experimental with analysis techniques of collecting data using survey methods and test techniques. The research approach uses quantitative. The subjects used in this study were female soccer players who were members of the Candra kirana club in Kediri Regency, aged 18-20 years, totaling 20 players. The data obtained from each test item is crude data and is converted into t-score values ​​with the next t-score formula. The data is interpreted, namely by categorizing the data into 5 categories. Based on the results of the research that has been found, it can be concluded that the profile of the physical condition of the Candra Kirana players in Kediri Regency is included in a sufficient category with a percentage of 45%
