Industri petrokimia sangat memerlukan kebutuhan air pendingin sebagai unit penunjang prosesnya. Untuk meningkatkan effisiensi penggunaan air pendingin dalam sistem utilitas, colling tower diperlukan sehingga air pendingin dapat digunakan kembali selama proses berlangsung. Penggunaaan alat cooling tower pada industri dinilai penting, sehingga perlu peninjauan mengenai evalusai kinerja cooling tower. Evaluasi kinerja cooling tower dapat dilakukan berdasarkan perhitungan efisiensi air pendingin, perhitungan neraca massa, dan neraca energi pada sistem cooling tower tersebut perlu dilakukan terlebih dahulu. Analisa ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan teknis pihak industri untuk operasional maupun perawatan lebih lanjut. Setelah melalui pengamatan di lapangan, hasil perhitungan aktual yang menunjukkan efisiensi kerja cooling tower pada unit utilitas 2 produksi 2 B diperoleh berkisar 65%. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut, kinerja cooling tower masih beroperasi dengan baik dan masih layak digunakan dalam proses industri.

Kepemimpinan adalah salah satu faktor penentu bagi organisasi sektor publik untuk mencapai target dan tujuannya. Dasar utama efektifitas kepemimpinan bukanlah pengangkatan tetapi penerimaan orang lain atas kepemimpinan yang bersangkutan. Studi tentang kepemimpinan telah banyak dilakukan, namun penelitian yang mengeksplorasi kepemimpinan dari perspektif emic yaitu anggota atau komunitas yang menjadi subjek penelitian masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi makna kepemimpinan pada Instansi Pemerintah dari sudut pandang PNS sebagai objek yang dipimpin. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif interpretivis, wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur dilakukan kepada 27 pegawai negeri sipil dari instansi pemerintah pusat, dan data dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Penelitian ini menghasilkan tiga gagasan kepemimpinan yang beragam dari sudut pandang PNS yaitu: (1) PNS merindukan pemimpin yang humanis, (2) PNS merindukan pemimpin yang terlibat langsung dalam pelaksanaan tugas, serta (3) PNS merindukan pemimpin lintas generasi. Studi ini menawarkan panduan bagi organisasi sektor publik para pemimpin di sektor publik di Indonesia dengan mengidentifikasi gagasan kepemimpinan pada Instansi Pemerintah dari sudut pandang PNS. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini, yaitu memperkaya kajian literatur tentang gagasan kepemimpinan di sektor publik dengan pendekatan eksploratori para objek yang dipimpin di lingkungan Instansi Pemerintah.

The purpose of this study is to explain and find out how a healthy heart according to Imam Muslim. Qalb is a way to see the good and bad of human actions. Qalb is an intense language in hadith science circles because the heart is an important thing in human life, including Imam Muslim. So the author raised the theme of Qalb to study more deeply related to the heart. Ma'aanil hadith is a hadith that comes from authentic texts. It aims to carry out an understanding of contextual human life. In this study, contextually, three problems are discussed. the first is about how the concept of the heart in the hadith of Imam Muslim. The second, about how the correlation of physical and non-physical health and how the wisdom of a clean and healthy heart. Meanwhile, in this research, this type of research uses field research. While the data sources used are secondary data sources which consist of a study of books and documentation. Then from the research that the author did about the heart according to the history of Imam Muslim, there are 2 meanings. Qalb is based on the meaning of the heart, and also qalb which means heart. Meanwhile, in a comprehensive sense, the heart is the essence of human beings and determines the good and bad deeds of humans

Agricultural zakat as stipulated in Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat in Article 4 paragraph (2) states that zakat money includes agricultural and plant assets, forests, agricultural products and plants and forests belonging to individuals. muzaki. Or a business entity whose payment system is regulated according to Islamic law. However, there is still a lack of awareness of farmers about the obligation of zakat on agricultural products, as evidenced by the fact that most of them issue zakat on simple agricultural products (at first glance) without following the provisions regarding the amount of zakat. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method that aims to determine people's perceptions of agricultural zakat and views of economic law. This research was conducted in Leppangeng Village, Kec. Belawa Regency. Wajo which takes place from 15 December 2021 to 15 February 2022. The results show that the public's perception of agricultural zakat is that 100% of the people who have been interviewed know the law of paying agricultural zakat is obligatory, 89% know the nisab and the percentage of agricultural zakat according to their respective perceptions and only 11% have the same perception as the author about the nisab and the percentage of agricultural zakat. The view of the community's Sharia Economic Law is that the agricultural zakat that has been issued by the community is in accordance with Islamic law in verses and hadiths.

Karotenoid adalah suatu pigmen alami yang dapat ditemukan pada hewan, tanaman dan mikroorganisme, tetapi tidak dapat disintesis oleh sebagian besar hewan termasuk ikan, sehingga harus ditambahkan pada pakan. Salah satu tumbuhan yang potensial sebagai sumber zat warna alami adalah bayam merah (Amaranthus tricolor L). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh penambahan tepung bayam merah pada pakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas warna ikan koi (Cyprinus carpio L). Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimental dengan menggunakan pola Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan sehingga diperoleh total 12 unit percobaan. Perlakuan yang diuji adalah penambahan konsentrasi tepung bayam merah yang berbeda dalam pakan ikan koi, yang terdiri atas : P0: tepung bayam merah 0% (kontrol), P1: tepung bayam merah 3%, P2: tepung bayam merah 6%, P3: tepung bayam merah 9%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penambahan tepung bayam merah (A. tricolor L) pada pakan memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap kandungan karotenoid ikan, peningkatan kualitas warna (uji hunterlab dan uji potoshop), pertumbuhan berat mutlak dan laju pertumbuhan spesifik, tetapi tidak mempengaruhi nilai pertumbuhan panjang mutlak, rasio konversi pakan (FCR) dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup (SR). Penambahan tepung bayam merah (A. tricolor L) dengan konsentrasi 9% dapat memberikan kandungan karotenoid sebanyak 54,64 µmol/g, uji hunterlab (L*: 69,84, a*: 20,95 dan b*:37,7), uji potoshop 11,63%, pertumbuhan berat mutlak 2,21 g dan laju pertumbuhan spesifik 0,84 %/hari.

 Going concern audits can be influenced by opinion shopping and company size. Opinion Shopping shows the change of independent auditors for the following year if the current year the company gets a going concern audit opinion. The larger the size of the company, the lower the acceptance of going concern audit opinion. This study aims to determine the effect of opinion shopping and company size individually or jointly on going concern audits of coal subsector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data used is secondary data. The population in this study are all coal sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling in order to obtain 13 coal sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016–2020 period. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used logistic regression analysis. Based on the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that individually there is no effect of opinion shopping on going-concern audits, there is an effect of firm size on going-concern audits. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh opinion shopping dan ukuran perusahaan secara individu maupun bersama-sama terhadap audit going concern pada perusahaan subsektor batubara di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan subsektor Batubara di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 13 perusahaan subsektor Batubara di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2016–2020. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi logistik. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis dapat disimpulkan secara individu tidak ada pengaruh opinion shopping terhadap audit going concern, ada pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap audit going concern. Today's technological developments are growing rapidly, but there are still jobs that are done manually and semi-manually. This paper aims to develop a control system to coordinate the work of tools using an electric motor, which is very helpful in the process of cutting onions in large quantities and is more efficient in spending production costs because the tool designed is an automatic onion cutter. This research method begins with the collection of materials and data related to onion cutters, production of onion cutters, and testing of onion cutters. The measurement results of the tool show that every component in the automatic onion cutter works well and optimally; the measurement process is carried out properly and thoroughly. This optimal work result is supported by Arduino Uno. The Arduino Uno microcontroller acts as a tool controller. In the main system, the onion cutter is controlled by the Arduino Uno with the Arduino programming language. This automatic onion cutting system will work when the onion you want to cut has been inserted into a cross-section that has been equipped with an ultrasonic sensor, and then the onion cutting process is carried out. Compared with the manual method, the cutting time is almost the same. It's just that the advantages of slicing with this tool, the resulting slices are relatively more uniform. Besides that, another advantage is that it doesn't hurt the eyes of the onion slicer. So that this tool can be used by small entrepreneurs and onion farmers to increase productivity and the community's economy.

This paper discusses a case of a communication crisis experienced by a youtuber, where the manager of this crisis sparked a lot of criticism from his market share because of the lack of precise content. If juxtaposed with the norms and ethics where the channel's viewers are broadcasting, Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach approach where qualitative research as a scientific method is often used and carried out by a group of researchers in the social field. The method of collecting data is through observation, documentation, and literature review. The results of this study indicate that the topics presented in Deddy Corbuzier's podcast contain sensitive issues, namely LGBT. Unfortunately in Indonesia this issue is taboo and has a negative image. His podcast became controversial because he had a large amount of mass, at the time of the study his subscriber count touched 18.6 Million. Deddy Corbuzier managed to overcome the crisis that occurred by inviting religious leaders to correct the podcast he was doing. Deddy admitted his mistake because of the lack of forgiveness to the public for the misperceptions that occurred. In order to get rid of the public commotion, Deddy deleted the content with the yeast and was careful when talking about the issue.

The purpose of this study is to discover how students perceive COVID-19 news on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia's Facebook page (Kemenkes RI). The type of phenomenological theory is used as the theoretical basis in analyzing the problems in this qualitative research, namely researchers are required to obtain data and information through in-depth interviews and observations. The descriptive qualitative approach is used in this study. Informants in the study included two outstanding students who had sported the Department of Communication Science and the University's names, as well as three Communication Science students who led an organization on and off campus. Interviews, observation, and documentation were used to collect data from student informants at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UINSU) using a phenomenological study approach, in which the researcher attempted to find the meaning of the perception phenomenon experienced by the informant. The data analysis is descriptive, which means it summarizes all of the information gathered from the interviews. According to the findings of this study, many students value the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia's Facebook page (Kemenkes RI). Because having the news on the account will, of course, reduce the spread of fake news about COVUD-19 on Facebook social media.

Sun drying is widely used in drying agricultural products such as piper nigrum because of its ability to dry a high volume in one batch. However, this conventional method of drying has many disadvantages, especially on the hygienic issue. This study investigates the drying performance of piper nigrum by using conventional sun drying and a new dryer called Swirling Fluidized Bed Dryer. Swirling fluidized bed dryer is operated using two inclination angles of air distributors, namely 45°, 67° and one perforated plate distributor. The drying performance is accessed in terms of drying time and moisture content reduction at three different operating temperatures. The results show that the drying time of piper nigrum using a swirling fluidized bed dryer is reduced as compared to conventional sun drying. Besides, the drying performance between different distributors in swirling fluidized bed shows that the moisture content reduction of piper nigrum using 45° angle of air distributor shows the most reduction compared to 67° angle distributor and followed by the perforated distributor. In conclusion, results show that the drying of piper nigrum in a swirling fluidized bed operated with 45° inclination angle of the distributor at high operating temperature gives the best performance.

This study examines the impact of environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices on the financial performance of Malaysian Shariah-compliant companies from 2017 to 2021. A Static Panel Data regression models are employed to examine the effect of ESG practices on the financial performance of Shariah-screened equities and the moderating effects of ESG-Leaders-Laggards on the relationship between ESG practices of Islamic companies on value maximisation. This study finds a positive relationship between ESG practices and firm financial performance, suggesting Shariah-screened stocks combined with ESG-screened, particularly firms with higher social engagement, is value-creating. The authors also find varying evidence on the subcomponents, namely Environmental (negative), Social (positive), and Governance (not related). Finally, it is also evident that ESG-Leaders/Laggards (scores of higher/lower than 50) positively/negatively enhance the ESG impact on financial performance.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana pemahaman dosen FAI Unismuh Makassar terhadap fatwa MUI dan fatwa majelis Tarjih dan Tajdid Muhammadiyah mengenai bunga bank dan pengaruhnya terhadap penggunaan bank konvensional dengan sub masalah: 1) Bagaimana kedudukan fatwa MUI dan fatwa Tarjih tentang penggunaan Bank Konvensional. 2) Bagaimanakah persfektif dosen FAI Unismuh Makassar terhadap bank konvensional. 3) Faktor apa saja yang menjadi pendorong penggunaan bank konvensional bagi dosen FAI Unismuh Makassar. Jenis penelitian dalam tesis ini adalah field research kualitatif deskriftif, dengan tiga pendekatan yaitu: Pendekatan syar’i, Pendekatan sosiologis dan Pendekatan yuridis empiris Sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara terhadap Dosen di Unismuh Makassar. Selanjutnya pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, dan observasi. Sedangkan teknik pengelolahan dan analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1)perspektif dosen Unismuh Makassar terhadap bank konvensional yaitu: Mereka semua paham tentang produk dalam bank konvensional menngandung bunga yang diharamkan dan semuanya setuju akan hal itu, namun bank konvensional memilki keunggulan yang belum bisa dipenuhi oleh lembaga keuanan syariah, seperti fasiltas/kemudahan menjaukau disetiap daerah berbeda dengan lemabaga keuangan syariha hanya ada di kota-kota.2)kedudukan fatwa MUI dan fatwa Majlis Tarjih dan Tajdid tentang penggunaan Bank Konvensional yaitu: fatwa mengenai pengharaman bunga bank diwilayah kampus unismuh Makassar terkhusus untuk dosen FAI Unismuh Makassar mereka semua sepakat tentang fatwa yang ada dan harus dipatuhi, namun ada situasi kondisi tertentu secara individu yang harus jadi pertimbangan dalam penerapan fatwa tersebut.3)Faktor pendorong penggunaan bank konvensional bagi dosen UNISMUH Makassar yaitu: Faktor kemudahan/fasilitas, faktor gaji/pendapatan yang dihasilkan dari luar kampus Unismuh, dan faktor beasiswa menjadi faktor darurat dalam penggunaan bank konvensional.Implikasi Penelitian ini adalah: 1) Hendaknya dosen Unismuh Makassar dalam memahami penggunaan bank konvensional bukan dari sisi manfaatnya saja namun selalu mengedepankan faktor hukum dalam setiap tindakan yang harus dilakukan. 2) Terkait tentang pemahaman kedudukan fatwa MUI dan Fatwa Majelis Tarjih dan Tajdid tentang pengharaman bunga bank sekiranya bisa dimaksimalkan bukan hanya dalam wilayah kelembagaan saja namun dalam bentuk perorangan/pribadi. 3) Sehubungan dengan Faktor penggunaan bank konvensional tinggal dimaksimalkan, yaitu dengan cara sebisa mungkin menghindari peraktek bunga yang ada dibank konvensional.Kata kunci : Fatwa, Bunga Bank, Bank Konvensional

Waqf is one of the Islamic philanthropy that carries the common interest. In the order of life, the Muslim community in the district of Berampu, Dairi district, is a Muslim minority. But even so, the spirit and practice of carrying out their religion is very strong. In this regard, including the concern is the spirit of the community to develop and increase the benefits of ulayat land, ulayat land is also waqf.This research aims to Knowing the position of ulayat land as an object of waqf by the people of Berampu sub-district, Dairi district in terms of Law No. 41 of 2004. To answer these problems, a field research was conducted with a qualitative research analysis model which was analyzed through a positive legal theory approach and Islamic law. Based on the results of the study it is known that the implementation of customary land waqf carried out by the people of the Berampu sub-district, as the researchers described earlier is not in accordance with Law No. 41 of 2004 concerning waqf. This is because 1)Customary land is not an object of waqf. This can be seen in PP No. 24 of 1997 in lieu of PP No. 10 of 1961 which states that customary land is not the object of land registration, while in PP no. 24 of 1997, waqf land is the object of land registration. So from this it can be seen that ulayat land is not actually an object of waqf. Because the object of waqf is land that has been registered in accordance with applicable regulations. 2) The practice of waqf carried out by the community of Berampu sub-district, Dairi Regency, is still mostly done verbally and not before PPAIW and is only based on mutual trust without any irar waqf deed as authentic evidence that the land has been waqfed for use in the public interest. As for the factors that cause the practice of waqf of ulayat land in Berampu sub-district, Dairi district are 1) Lack of public knowledge about waqf regulations in Indonesia. 2) The community still holds strongly to customs and habits that have been passed down from generation to generation. 3) The desire of the community to do charity through waqf institutions but not accompanied by knowledge.

Cybernetic learning theory which has an average result of 51.75, median of 49, mode of 46.8, variance of 30.19 and standard deviation of 5.49, can be accepted with a significant tolerance limit. This indicates a positive and significant relationship. The effectiveness of learning aqidah morals of students at MTs IKABA Gebang has an average result of 52.7, median of 53.6, mode of 53, variance of 17.85 and standard deviation of 4.22 acceptable with a positive and significant tolerance limit. There is a positive relationship and significant on cybernetic learning theory with the effectiveness of students' aqidah morals learning at MTs IKABA Gebang with a regression line Y= 22.37 +0.61 X. There is a significant correlation between cybernetic learning theory and the effectiveness of students learning aqidah morals at MTs IKABA Gebang after the regression test with the product moment formula with a calculated result of 0.833 with a strong or high level of relationship. From the results of the research conducted by the researchers, it is known that cybernetic learning theory is well applied and able to contribute to the effectiveness of students' moral aqidah learning at MTs IKABA Gebang, for that it is hoped that teachers will be able to apply cybernetic learning theory well so that the impact on students can have a more positive effect

Some of the problems seen in the research area include the lack of interest and motivation of students in learning and limited infrastructure. The purpose of this study was to find out the problems of learning evaluation at MIS As-Salmah, Kwala Serapuh village and find out solutions to the problems of learning evaluation. The method of this research is qualitative. The type of this research is descriptive. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study were collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the difficulty of teachers in assessing learning for children with special needs, some teachers have not mastered the RDM application for learning assessment, and the limited learning infrastructure.
