Study on fragmentation and defragmentation of reflective thinking structures has never been conducted. Therefore, the purpose of this study was threefold: (1) to identify the types and forms of fragmentation of students' reflective thinking structures in solving mathematical problems, (2) to describe attempts to defragment students' reflective thinking structures in each type and form of fragmentation, and (3) to find out if such defragmentation attempts can work for reflective thinkers who experience fragmentation. This research was qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive. The subjects included in this study were students who thought reflectively and experienced fragmentation at each level of reflective thinking when solving mathematical problems. Data collection was conducted using tests, interviews, think-aloud protocols, and observation. Data analysis was conducted using constant comparative method. Data validity was established using method and source triangulation. The results showed: (1) Scanning Defragmentation work for Less-Strict Fragmentation, (2) Schema Emergence Defragmentation work for Pseudo-True Fragmentation, (3) Schema Activation work for Pseudo-False Fragmentation, (4) Connection Emergence Defragmentation work for Nonexistent-Connection Fragmentation, (5) Compare-Reflect Defragmentation work for Confidence-False Fragmentation. Micropolar fluids provide a more accurate description of fluid behavior at small scales, where classical continuum models may fail to capture complicated microscale interactions. These interactions become significant in situations involving non-Newtonian fluids, complex geometries, and materials with internal structures. Unlike traditional fluids, micropolar fluids consider the effects of micro-rotations and micro-deformations. The objective of this exploration is to investigate the characteristics of flow in a micropolar-Casson fluid that is doubly stratified, and is induced by a stretching sheet. Additionally, the study investigates the transfer of both thermal energy and mass species over a two-dimensional porous medium. By utilizing suitable similarity transformations, a system of nonlinear ordinary differential equations (ODEs) is derived by transforming the governing partial differential equations (PDEs) that describe the physics of the problem. The combination of a fourth-order Runge–Kutta integration scheme and the Shooting method is utilized to solve these equations. Various graphs and tables are utilized to illustrate the impact of physical parameters on the dimensionless quantities. Our findings exhibit strong conformity with the existing results in literature for specific scenarios. This study sheds light on the complex dynamics of squeezing flow in Jeffrey fluids and highlights the significance of considering Cattaneo‐Christov heat flux and reactive Species. To simplify the mathematical formulation and facilitate numerical analysis, a similarity transformation is utilized to transform the governing partial differential equations into a collection of interconnected ordinary differential equations (ODEs). The transformed ODEs are subsequently resolved utilizing bvp4c technique. The application of the bvp4c technique enables accurate numerical analysis, offering valuable insights into the behavior of viscoelastic fluids under squeezing conditions with thermal effects and chemical reactions. Objective: To determine frequencies of causes and renal outcomes of pregnancy related acute kidney injury. Method: This descriptive case series study was conducted in Nephrology unit of a tertiary care hospital of Peshawar, from 1st August 2021 to 31st July 2022.A total of 100 patients with acute kidney injury secondary to obstetric conditions were enrolled via non-probability consecutive sampling technique. While patients with pre-existing renal disease, those with renal stones, or having bilateral small kidneys on ultrasound were excluded from the study. Patients were followed till 12 weeks postpartum period. Underlying obstetrical causes and outcome at 12 weeks postnatal period were determined. Results: The mean age of sample of 100 cases was 29.29 ± 6.45. Mean serum creatinine at presentation was 6.5± 3.13. Majority of patient, 89% were multigravidas. Seventy eight percent patients required hemodialysis. Primary postpartum hemorrhage remained the commonest underlying cause of pregnancy related acute kidney injury in this study. The frequency of persistent renal failure in Pr-AKI (pregnancy related acute kidney injury) in this study was 14%. In about 66% of cases complete recovery occurred. All the underlying obstetrical causes, when adjusted for age, gravidity, place and mode of delivery, had no association with persistent renal failure. Conclusion: Primary postpartum hemorrhage is the predominant cause of pregnancy related acute kidney injury. Coral reefs are highly diverse and productive ecosystem in the ocean that provides various goods services to human and environment. Located within the renowned 'Coral Triangle' region, Malaysia is one the thriving countries in Southeast Asia that possess rich marine resources and coral reefs. Like other coral reef around the world, coral reefs in Malaysia are exposed to multiple threat that jeopardize their well-being. Those relying on these ecosystems may face severe consequences if they are lost. In recent decades, research on characterizing modern coral reefs has increased in Malaysia, including identifying key species and their distribution, understanding the factors that control coral growth and assessing the impacts of environmental stressors on reef health. This study is aimed to provide an overview of the current state of knowledge of modern coral characterization studies conducted in Malaysia. It presents the distribution maps of these coral reef studies conducted throughout Malaysia and discusses the techniques employed to characterize them. Most of the studies was conducted in South China Sea, particularly in East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia with Tioman Island, Pahang being identified as having the greatest number of studies. And, visual assessment have the higher frequency of use in characterizing Malaysia coral reef. Going forward, future studies in Malaysia should continue to explore others Malaysia reef, and techniques for characterizing coral reefs, while also conduct more studies in locations with limited research. Background: BRCA1 and BRCA2 (BRCA1/2) are the most frequently investigated genes among Caucasian pancreatic cancer patients, whereas limited reports are available among Asians. We aimed to investigate the prevalence of BRCA1/2 germline variants in Pakistani pancreatic cancer patients. Methods: One hundred and fifty unselected and prospectively enrolled pancreatic cancer patients were comprehensively screened for BRCA1/2 germline variants using denaturing high-performance liquid chromatography and high-resolution melting analyses, followed by DNA sequencing of the variant fragments. The novel variants were analyzed for their pathogenic effect using in-silico tools. Potentially functional variants were further screened in 200 cancer-free controls. Results: Protein truncating variant was detected in BRCA2 only, with a prevalence of 0.7% (1/150). A frameshift BRCA2 variant (p.Asp946Ilefs*14) was identified in a 71-year-old male patient of Pathan ethnicity, with a family history of abdominal cancer. Additionally, we found a novel variant in BRCA2 (p.Glu2650Gln), two previously reported variants in BRCA1 (p.Thr293Ser) and BRCA2 (p.Ile2296Leu) and a recurrent nonsense variant in BRCA2 (p.Lys3326Ter). These variants were classified as variants of uncertain significance (VUS). It is noteworthy that none of these VUS carriers had a family history of pancreatic or other cancers. Conclusions: In this first study, BRCA1/2 pathogenic variant is identified with a low frequency in pancreatic cancer patients from Pakistan. Objective: The Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale-18 (DERS-18) is an instrument used to measure deficits in emotion regulation. However, the instrument has not been adapted to Malaysians and has never been validated in the Malay language. This study aimed to examine the psychometric properties of the Malay version of DERS-18. Method: The DERS-18 underwent forward-backward translation and assessment of face and content validity. Both Malay version of the DERS-18 and DASS-21 were completed by 701 adolescents (44.4% boys) aged 13 and 14 years old. To assess its dependability, a floor and ceiling effect evaluation and Cronbach's analysis were both performed. A series of confirmatory factor analyses (CFA), bivariate correlation, and regression were performed to evaluate the construct and criterion validity, respectively. Results: The Malay version of DERS-18, after excluding "Awareness", indicated excellent reliability (Cronbach's α = 0.93), and acceptable internal consistency for each subscale (range of α from 0.63 to 0.82). Floor or ceiling effects were observed at item level and subscale level, but not at total level. CFA results revealed that the Malay version of the DERS-18 bifactor model (excluding "Awareness") portrayed the best construct validity (χ2/df = 2.673, RMSEA = 0.049, CFI = 0.977, TLI = 0.968) compared to a single factor, a correlated factor, and a higher-order factor model. The DERS-18 subscales (except "Awareness") and DERS-18 total scores were significantly correlated with stress, anxiety, and depression in a positive direction (r ranged from 0.62 to 0.64, p < 0.01). The general factor of the DERS-18 and its specific factors ("Clarity", "Goals", and "Non-Acceptance") significantly predicted the symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression (R2 ranged from 0.44 to 0.46, p < 0.001). Conclusion: The Malay version of the DERS-18, excluding "Awareness", possessed good reliability, construct validity, and criterion validity to assess emotion dysregulation among Malaysian adolescents. Heat transfer is an important phenomenon in the industrial sector. Thus, the simulation is made to compute the distribution of heat in a rectangular channel in this paper. A heated rod is inserted at the center of the rectangular channel. The fluid flowing in the rectangular channel is considered to be a viscous fluid. Navier–Stokes equations of motion for laminar flow are used. The medium for the fluid motion is considered to be a porous medium. Heat transfer is computed for nonlinear two-dimensional incompressible and unsteady flows. The Fourier's law of heat conduction is used for the transmission of heat in the rectangular channel. The Finite Element Method (FEM) is applied to the solution of the problem. This article examines the stance held by a Meccan-Indonesian exegete in the 13 AH or 19 AD century, Muḥammad Nawawī al-Bantānī (d. 1230–1314 H/1813–1897 AD), in dealing with Ṣifāt verses in his exegetical work, Marāḥ Labīd li Kashf Ma'nā al-Qur'ān al-Majīd. As an established term, Ṣifāt verses refer to Quranic expressions that ostensibly ascribe anthropomorphic dimensions to God. Interpretation of such ambiguous verses has been bitterly contended since the 2/8th century and remains one of the most debated topics in the pre- and postmodern era. This study applies literature and document analysis focused on many of al-Bantānī's works. The results show that al-Bantānī actively applied ta'wīl [figurative interpretation] in dealing with Ṣifāt verses without totally discarding amodality position [ tafwīḍ ]. Contribution: Although al-Bantānī never mentioned Wahhabism in any of his works, his interpretation of Ṣifat verses alludes to his indirect response to the Wahhabi's literalism and anti- ta'wīl approach. In addition, by accepting both of ta'wīl and tafwīḍ solutions, al-Bantānī underpinned the wasaṭī [moderate] stand, which later became the most distinctive tradition in Malay–Islamic discourse. The clean water intake building was built along with a service bridge that functions as accessibility. This bridge is made using reinforced concrete structures and piles. The concrete casting uses traditional formwork with wood materials. This study aims to determine the strength of the formwork and the sequence of installation. The stages of the study include field data observation, drawing into technical structural drawings, strength analysis, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained are in the form of a formwork structure load flow scheme that works on construction. Then obtained the cross-sectional capacity of the retaining beam (galam wood) which is can withstand the bending moment, shear force, and deflection of the casting load. Likewise, the girders (ironwood) and steel hangers withstand the construction load on them. Partial differential equations may explain anything from planetary movement to tectonic plate, yet it is notoriously difficult to resolve them. Turbulence is present in nearly all fluid flows, and pure laminar flow is extremely unusual in practice. The Large Eddy Simulation (LES) computational model is employed for the simulation of turbulence flow on a spillway having four inlets with a single outlet. Such flows are observed at hydroelectric power dams all over the world. The fluctuated flows produced a large amount of energy in terms of electricity that costs a very low amount compared to the energy obtained in tidal power sectors. In the production of hydropower energy, the flow simulation is of great interest. This paper focuses on the study of turbulence kinetic energy with the help of a LES model. The spillway considered in this paper contains four inlets and a single outlet. The four inlets will allow more flow which will insert more pressure nearer the outlet. The kinetic energy is computed at the inlets and outlet in the turbulent flow. The fluctuated velocity along with the mean velocity at the inlets and outlet is also computed along with the pressure. The C++-based programming is made, which is simulated in Open-source Field Operation and Manipulation (OpenFOAM). The graphs are presented for a better understanding of readers. This work aimed to investigate, for the first time, the chemical composition and cytotoxicity of Dillenia reticulata King's essential oil. The essential oil was obtained through hydrodistillation, and its volatile components were analyzed through gas chromatography (GC-FID) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) techniques. Twelve components, which constitutes more than 99.49% of oil content, were successfully identified. The most prominent components were bicyclogermacrene (44.18%), germacrene D (14.49%), β-gurjunene (12.59%), and elemol (12.25%). The cytotoxicity of essential oil was evaluated using an MTT assay. The essential oil exhibited cytotoxicity against three cancer cell lines which are HepG2, MCF7 and A549 with the IC50 values ranging from 61.5-68.5 μg/mL. The present study highlights the potential of using essential oil as an alternative for the development of chemopreventive or cosmetic agents for the pharmaceutical industry. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The basic Helix-Loop-Helix (bHLH) superfamily is the most widespread family of transcription factors in eukaryotic organisms, which can activate the expression of genes by interacting with specific promoters in the genes. The bHLH transcription factors direct the development and metabolic process of plants, including flowering initiation and secondary metabolite production, by attaching to specific sites on their promoters. These transcription factors are essential for encouraging plant tolerance or the adjustment to harsh environmental conditions. The involvement of bHLH genes in anthocyanin formation in fleshy fruit-bearing plants, as well as the role of these genes in response to stimuli including drought, salt, and cold stress, are discussed in this article. New concepts and goals for the production of stress--tolerant fruit species are suggested. Furthermore, solid evidence for the critical role of bHLH genes in the growth and development, as well as anthocyanin biosynthesis in fleshy fruit plants, are also presented in this article. This review identifies several future research directions that can shed light on the roles of bHLH genes in fruit-bearing plants and will assist the use of these genes in efforts to breed fruit crop varieties that are more resistant to stress. Generally, there has been little research carried out on the role of bHLHs transcription factor family genes in fleshy fruit-bearing plant species and more in-depth studies are required to fully understand the diverse role of bHLH genes in these species. Background: Incision for surgical procedures has been given by scalpel blades since long, but in recent modern era electrocautery is also favored by many surgeons. The aim of this study was to compare electrocautry versus scalpel incisions in elective midline laparotomies in terms of per operative incision timings, post-operative pain, blood loss and wound infection in population of Peshawar Pakistan. Materials & Methods: This was Quasi experimental study conducted in Department of General Surgery MTI Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar, KP from Jan 2021 to Oct 2021. Total 100 patients of elective laparotomy were included. Inclusion criteria were all male/female adults' patients without Diabetes and bleeding disorders. Patients were randomly assigned in two groups by lottery method. Group A (50 patients) underwent incision with scalpel while in group B (50 patients) incision was given by electrocautery at cutting mode. Data was analyzed by SPSS ver.23.0. Results: The mean age of patients in group A and B was 44.10 ± 13.14 and 48.06 ± 11.66 years respectively. Mean incision time in Group A was 3.87 ± 1.06 seconds while in group B it was 3.65 ± 1.40 seconds. Mean pain (VAS) in group A at 24 hours was 2.22 ± 0.54 and 1.62 ± 0.60 in group B (p value 0.000). Mean blood loss in group A was 2.94 ± 1.53 ml while in group B it was 1.66 ± 1.23ml (P value 0.001). Fifteen patients (30%) of group A and 6 patients (12%) of group B developed post-operative surgical site infection which was statistically significant (p value 0.02). Conclusion: We recommend use of electrocautery as a safe alternative to scalpel for skin incision. Incision with electrocautery has a significant advantage over scalpel as it causes little blood loss, significantly low postoperative pain and decreased chances of wound infections. Understanding the impacts and constraints of climate change on Ziziphus nummularia′s geographical distribution is crucial for its future sustainability. In this study, we analyze information obtained from the field investigation, the distribution and response of climatic changes of Ziziphus nummularia by the use of ArcGIS analysis. The genetic diversity of 180 genotypes from three populations was studied by morphological attributes and simple sequence repeat (SSR). The results showed that the significant bioclimatic variable limiting the distribution of Z. nummularia was the mean temperature (bio 10_18.tif and bio19). Under the current climatic change, the suitable growth region of Z. nummularia is Swat (35.22° N, 72.42° E), while the future distribution would be Buner (34.39° N, 72.61° E), respectively. A total of 11 phenotypic traits were noted and had significant phenotypic variation among the traits. A total of 120 alleles were amplified. The alleles per locus ranged from 2 to 6, averaging 4.42, whereas PIC ranged from 0.33 to 0.79. Within a mean value of 0.67 per locus, expected heterozygosity was 0.57, observed heterozygosity was 0.661, and average gene diversity was 0.49. Flow estimates (6.41) indicated frequent gene flow within genotypes. The clustering, STRUCTURE, and PCoA analysis indicated Swat and Buner migration routes and evolution as well. The results indicated the prevalence of genetic variability and relationships among Z. nummularia across geographical boundaries had retained unique alleles. This may facilitate the development of agronomically desirable cultivars. In this study, the impact of Newtonian heating is incorporated into a two-dimensional ferrofluid. The flowing chemically reactive species of ferromagnetic fluid fluids. By virtue of this property, such fluids are necessary for heat transfer in engineering equipment and devices. The main focus of flowing fluids in these devices is to enhance the transfer of heat and decrease friction drag at the surface. Thus, the paper focuses on the analysis of the rate of heat transfer via Fourier's law. The fluid in the problem is taken to be a viscous fluid containing chemically reactive species. Chemically reactive species consist of two or more base fluids. Therefore, the main interest is in watching the heat transfer impacts on the ferromagnetic fluid. Geotechnical engineering design necessitates a study of soil parameters for calculation purposes. As a complement to the conventional method, a resistivity survey can give preliminary results in a short amount of time. This study uses a statistical analysis program to show a correlation and regression for predicting soil parameters based on the resistivity value. Sixty-six data points for each soil parameter and resistivity were used for statistical analysis from six profiles of the study area as a part of the investigation. The soils are sampled by drilling the borehole up to a depth of 3 meters. The Wenner array was applied to conduct a resistivity survey. The collected data were utilized to establish a correlation between resistivity (ρ) and soil parameters such as moisture content (w), clay content (clay), plasticity index (P I), friction angle (ϕ), bulk density (γ), and porosity (n). The generated statistic model was improved through several iterations for each correlation. For the ρ- w , ρ-clay, ρ-PI, ρ-ϕ, ρ-γ, and ρ-n relationship, the total iterations are 5, 4, 7, 6, 5, and 4 for each correlation, respectively. Resistivity and moisture content showed a significant power correlation, followed by a modest relationship between resistivity and porosity. Between resistivity and other parameters, relationships such as clay content, bulk density, friction angle, and plasticity index were found to have very weak or no association. However, some trends can be seen clearly. This study aims to offer the geotechnical engineer a quick preliminary way of obtaining the associated soil parameters for various geotechnical calculations employing the resistivity approach based on the developed numerical equation. Partner and localizer of BRCA2 (PALB2) is a pancreatic cancer (PC) susceptibility gene reported in Caucasians. However, limited data are available among Asians. We investigated the contribution of PALB2 germline variants to Pakistani PC patients. 150 unselected and prospectively enrolled PC patients were comprehensively screened for PALB2 variants, using denaturing high-performance liquid chromatography and DNA sequencing. Novel variants were investigated for their pathogenic effect using in-silico tools. Potentially functional variants were screened in 200 controls. Twenty-two different PALB2 variants were identified. A missense variant (p.Arg37His) was identified in a 48-years-old male patient with a family history of breast cancer. Another missense variant (p.Trp898Arg) was identified in a 48-years-old male patient with a family history of esophageal cancer. A novel 3′ downstream variant (c.∗480A>G) was detected in a 34-years-old female patient with family history of lung cancer. Another novel 3′ downstream variant (c.∗417A>C) was identified in a 41-years-old male patient. All these variants were absent in 200 controls. p.Arg37His and p.Trp898Arg were predicted as likely pathogenic. c.∗417A>C and c.∗480A>G were classified as variants of uncertain significance. A heat exchanger is a device that transmits heat energy from one object to another, or within the same object. Examples of heat exchanger include a boiler, an oven and a cooker. Experimental techniques for testing these devices make it more costly and time-consuming. Consequently, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) can manage heat exchanger systems and their performance with ease. The actual impacts of what is being examined may then be predicted computationally which yields a precise output with approximate results. The designed geometry includes a rectangular duct with an inlet, outlet and two obstacles of equal height. The Navier–Stokes equations for the fluid flow are used. During the meshing process, the continuous geometric space of an item is divided into thousands or more forms, which helps to correctly identify the object's physical shape. The desired model is computed numerically. Finite volume method (FVM) is used to study the results at a low Reynolds number (around 2. 3 × 1 0 6). The goal is to theoretically analyze the transmission of heat and fluid resistance to the flow. The CFD findings with experimental data are compared to confirm the model predictions. A CFD model based on the FVM and experimental data from a flow cell is used to study how fluid moves through ducts. This study focuses on the pressure, velocity and temperature fields of a fluid moving through a rectangular duct. As the top wall fluid temperature rises, the temperature distribution changes. Increasing fluid flow declines the temperature distribution. Temperature distribution grows with duct heat flow. As the flow rate rises, so does dispersion. Practically speaking, fluid flow in round and noncircular nozzle is a very regular occurrence. The cold and hot water used in our homes is delivered to us via pipes. Water is delivered throughout the city via large pipe networks. Large pipelines carry natural gas and oil hundreds of kilometres from one place to another. During the operation of an engine, cooling water is carried by hoses to the radiator's pipes, in which it is cooled as it travels. Experimentally, we detected the results of the model because there is no restriction on the application of experimental research to a certain sector or kind of concept. It may be used for a broad range of events and circumstances. Under parabolic velocity conditions, fluid (Water Pr 6.9) flows from the inlet position. The top and bottom walls of the rectangular nozzle are also moving at the same velocity as they are at the inlet position. Due to the movement of the walls, fluid is compressed in the particular region and also exhibits the same parabolic behavior. The solution of the coupled equations is determined by using the Finite Volume Method (FVM). When partial differential equations are expressed as algebraic equations, the FVM may be used to evaluate them. It can be used to evaluate elliptic, parabolic, and hyperbolic partial differential equations. Using FVM, it is necessary to know the values (and derivatives) of multiple variables at the cell faces, when the values (and derivatives) of these variables are only known at the cell centres. When determining these variables for convective terms, it is common to take the direction of the flow into consideration. According to new research, methane emissions contribute 25 percent more to global warming than previously assumed. Methane is a crucial precursor gas of tropospheric ozone, a dangerous air pollutant. Methane emissions are responsible for almost half of the reported growth in tropospheric ozone levels on a global scale. But it plays a vital role as an energy source, therefore, the study of methane cut reservoirs is essential. The injection of air can extract additional energy in high methane-cut reservoirs. The analysis is made to compute the theoretical potential of low air flooding in high methane-cut reservoirs. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is used to study the impact of injecting air on methane. The presence of carbon dioxide and oxygen when injected into the methane cut reservoir produces high-pressure air injection that may cause significant safety damage such as the potential for corrosion or explosion. Past field studies and reported solutions indicate that there are no insurmountable problems in the execution of high-pressure air injection. The results are harmful and need to take useful safety precautions for the engineers who are interested in experiments. The users of CFD use mathematical laws and models that exactly represent the phenomenon they are dealing with. The pressure induced by the air injection is simulated with the help of the Finite Volume Method (FVM). The velocity field near the outlet arises as higher pressure of air from the inlet is observed, whereas, the pressure near the outlet declines. Background: With the increasing prevalence of obesity in youth, behavioural interventions to alter its modifiable risk factors such as physical activity can support the management of this epidemic. Digital behaviour changes interventions (DBCI) such as mobile applications, websites and wearables have the potential to reach many adolescents to promote physical activity as its use may be more accessible, effective and engaging compared to traditional face-to-face approaches. However, there is insufficient evidence on their use at promoting physical activity amongst overweight and obese adolescents. This review aims to assess the effectiveness of DBCIs aiming to increase physical activity in overweight and obese adolescents (aged 10–19 years) and the behaviour change techniques used in these interventions. Methods: Electronic databases (MEDLINE, EMBASE, PsycINFO, CINAHL, Cochrane and Scopus) will be searched for English language studies from January 2000 to December 2022 using appropriate search terms relating to digital interventions, physical activity, adolescents and obesity. Experimental studies (either randomised or non-randomised controlled trials) assessing effects of DBCIs on physical activity behaviour, objectively or subjectively measured, in overweight and obese (body mass index [BMI] ≥ 85th percentile for age) adolescents will be eligible for inclusion. Intervention characteristics will be coded using the Template for Intervention Description and Replication (TIDieR) checklist and the BCT taxonomy v1. Risk of bias and the overall quality of the included studies will be assessed using Cochrane's Collaboration's tool and GRADE approach respectively. If the data allows, meta-analyses using random effect models will be conducted to assess the effects of DBCIs on physical activity. Discussion: The proposed systematic review will summarise the effectiveness of digital behaviour change interventions aiming to increase physical activity in overweight and obese adolescents, as well as adding new information on the behaviour change techniques used in these interventions. The findings of this review will facilitate stakeholders with a current, rigorous and reliable research base to support the development and implementation of effective health promotion interventions for this population. In computational fluid dynamics (CFD), the mathematical description of a physical phenomenon that involves fluid flow, combustion, and chemical reaction is combined with a numerical solution of the problem via the use of a computer process. Computational fluid dynamics has emerged as a critical tool for comprehending and forecasting the behavior of reacting flows, which are fundamentally complicated systems involving the intricate interplay of chemical kinetics and fluid mechanics. Among the numerous open source CFD packages, the widely used C++ finite volume simulation toolbox OpenFOAM (Open-Source Field Operation and Manipulation) has a number of advantages, including an object-oriented framework, the ease with which multiphysics modules can be added, and its free availability. However, numerous shortcomings have been identified regarding its application to chemically reacting flows, most notably incomplete splitting schemes, inadequate ordinary differential equation (ODE) solvers for stiff chemistry, and oversimplified mixture transients. This article focuses on the combustion flow in an intake manifold. A sample intake manifold consists of two inlets and one outlet. The finite volume method is used for computing the mathematical modeling developed for combustion. The focus of the attention will be the demonstration of the structure of the flame. The energy deposition and pressure near the outlet are higher. The results are compared and found a good agreement between OpenFOAM and DUNE (Distributed and Unified Numerics Environment) numerics. We have used Bayesian Regularization Back Propagation based deep neural networks to analyze the flow and heat transfer behavior for the flow of a nanofluid (aluminum-oxide in kerosene oil) within a regenerative cooling channel in a rocket engine. The significance of this research lies in its contribution to the advancement of aerospace engineering by addressing the complex flow dynamics of nanofluids in rocket propulsion systems. The aim of this study is to analyze the behavior of a mixture of kerosene oil and aggregated/non-aggregated aluminum oxide nanoparticles, considering thermal radiation and viscous dissipation effects. The research methodology involves transforming primary equations into a dimensionless form using a similarity transformation technique and employing the bvp4c numerical computation method in MATLAB. The ANN-IBR method is trained, tested, and validated using reference datasets obtained from numerical computations to approximate flow solutions under various scenarios with different physical parameters. The conclusion of this study indicates that the proposed ANN-IBR model effectively addresses the flow of kerosene and nanoparticles within the rocket engine, demonstrating its accuracy through comparison with reference outcomes based on mean square error analysis, transition states examination, histograms analysis, and regression analysis. The purpose of this case study was to see the impacts of managing sibling relational problem on mild depressive disorder. This approach was applied on a 15-year-old girl, who has dyslexia. She was found to have mild depression for one year that was precipitated by her poor relationship with her younger sibling. The intervention used in managing this case was adapted from the Siblings Are Special Module, a special programme that helps to alleviate anger and frustration that siblings had on each other. These 5 session interventions also included leisure activities that helped them to overcome their ongoing conflicts and were conducted over 3 months period. Parents were involved in the last 2 sessions in order to promote positive parenting. She showed a marked improvement in her psychological wellbeing and family relationship especially with her siblings at the end of the intervention. Canola (Brassica napus L.) is one of the economically important crops of Pakistan and mustard aphid, Lipaphis erysimi Kalt. (Hemiptera: Aphididae), is a serious threat to this crop. This experiment was conducted with an aim to screen out selected canola cultivars for their tolerance against L. erysimi infestation under glasshouse conditions. Experiment was carried out using completely randomized design with ten replications for each treatment during growing seasons of 2018 and 2019. Data were documented based on the tolerance indices (TI) and proportional plant dry weight change (DWT) to identify tolerance of canola crop. Results revealed that commercial cultivar 'Zahoor' comparatively performed well despite higher number of aphids found on itas compared its other counterparts "Abaseen, Omega and KS-75" and hence, was identified as tolerant to mustard aphid. This cultivar also exhibited strong vigor against mustard aphid and minimal symptoms of damages were observed. The yield losses based on DWT and TI in susceptible cultivar "Abaseen" was 40.79%, whereas it was 23.56% in Zahoor which confirmed the reduced percent yield losses in the later genotype. This study identified "Zahoor" as the most tolerant cultivar to mustard aphid followed by KS-75 and Omega hence, other susceptible cultivars should be replaced by Zahoor to attain higher and sustainable yield production in canola.
