Este artigo é parte da pesquisa “Atividades socioculturais em comunidades ribeirinhas do arquipélago belenense”, apresenta a análise do discurso dos sujeitos da pesquisa, ribeirinhos da ilha de Cotijuba, Belém, Pará, Brasil, em relação ao processo de ensino/aprendizagem da matemática escolar, considerando o contexto sociocultural. Com aporte teórico na Etnomatemática, evidenciam-se múltiplas relações entre ensino e aprendizagem da matemática e problemas relacionados às questões socioeconômicas da comunidade. A metodologia centrou-se na observação e na entrevista semiestruturada, em diálogos com moradores, professor e estudantes de uma escola de Cotijuba. A análise do discurso, na perspectiva da semiótica discursiva, com o intuito de se construir “cenário para investigação” das práticas sociais e suas relações com o ensino da matemática, considerando-se a cultura ribeirinha em seus múltiplos aspectos. Observou-se a potencialidade pedagógica do processo de ensino/aprendizagem de matemática em interconexão com outras áreas dos saberes da tradição considerando as práticas sociais da comunidade.

Regarding to monitor of demersal resources in the Persian Gulf and Oman Sea, and also biomass and CPUA estimation of them, ten research cruises were carried out by using R/V Ferdows-1 equipped with bottom trawl, covering the area from 49º 00´ E in the west (north-west Persian Gulf) to 61º 25´ E in the east (borderline with Pakistan) from 2012 to 2014 The study area was stratified into 17 strata (A to Q) of which 10 strata (A to J) were in the Persian Gulf and 7 strata (K to Q) were in the Oman Sea, covering the depths of 10-50 m in the Persian Gulf and 10-100 m in the Oman Sea. A total of 316 stations were randomly selected and the biomass and CPUA were estimated by swept area method During this three years period, the strat A and B weren’t covered. The comparison between two regions indicated that the percentage of density of demersal fishes in the Persian Gulf during years 2012, 2013 and 2014 were 1.0, 1.4 and 1.6 times more than the Oman Sea and totally 50-60% of total biomass was found for the Persian Gulf. Also a comparison among 17 strata the highest biomass was found for K region (Sirik to Jask) in the Oman Sea in 2012 & 2014; and C region (Genaveh to Bordkhoon) in 2013 in the Persian Gulf. The same comparison was done for CPUA of commercial, non-commercial and total in both water bodies and it was found that in years 2012 to 2014 the region K (Sirik to Jask) in the Oman Sea and Stratum Q (Bersi to Gwatr) had the highest value of CPUA. On the contrary, the startum M (Biahi to Galak estuary) showed the lowest value of biomass for both commercial and non-commercial fishes. With review the mean CPUA in defferent depth layers for years 2012, 2013 and 2014, it was concluded that in the Oman Sea with increasing the depth, the mean CPUA is decreased and the lowest CPUA belongs to depths of 30-50 m The comparison between commercial and non-commercial groups in both ecosystems, it concluded that the density of commercial species were higher than non-commercial ones; and for years 2009, 2010 and 2011 the commercial species consist of 63.4, 65.0 and 59.7 % of total biomass. In all years the Persian Gulf indicated higher values than the Oman Sea. The most abundant fishes were Rays, Ribbon fishes, Carangids, Grunts, Japanese threadfin bream, Lizardfish and Barracuda for both Persian Gulf and Oman Sea. This project was conducted to goal of optimum dosage determination of ovaprim injection to artificial spawning efficiency of Esox lucius. The research implemented by 4 treatments with 3 replicates for each ones. 3 female and 6 male brooders injected in each replicate. The animals in 1, 2 and 3 treatments injected by 10, 20 and 30 µg/kg BW, respectively, and 4th treatment as a control injected with 4 mg/kg BW pituitary gland extract. Average weight of brooders were 1361±521, 1376±954, 1009±160 and 1100 ±422 g in 1, 2, 3 and 4 treatments in females and 689±145, 734±197, 547±118 and 794±238 g in males, respectively. In addition, positive response percent to hormone injection were measured 77.8 ±19.24 , 88.9 ± 19.24 , 55.5 ±50.91 and 55.5 ± 19.24 % in 1, 2, 3 and 4 treatments in female and 94.4 ± 9.58, 88.9 ±19.26 , 83.3±28.86 and 88.9 ± 19.26 % in male brooders, respectively, but there was no significant different between all of treatments (p

We provide here a detailed protocol for studying the changes in electrical surface potential of leaves. This method has been developed over the years by plant physiologists and is currently used in different variants in many laboratories. The protocol records surface potential changes to measure long-distance electrical signals induced by diverse stimuli such as leaf wounding or current injection. This technique can be used to determine signaling speeds, to measure the connectivity between different plant organs and-by exploiting mutant plants-to identify transporters and ion channels involved in electrical signaling. The approach can be combined with the analysis of mRNA expression and of metabolite concentrations to correlate electrical signaling to specific physiological events. We describe how to use this protocol on Arabidopsis, looking at the effects of leaf wounding; however, it is broadly applicable to other plants and can be used to study other aspects of plant physiology. After wound infliction, surface potential recording takes ∼20 min per plant.

The genera Agrobacterium, Allorhizobium, and Rhizobium belong to the family Rhizobiaceae. However, theplacement of a phytopathogenic group of bacteria, the genus Agrobacterium, among the nitrogen-fixingbacteria and the unclear position of Rhizobium galegae have caused controversy in previous taxonomicstudies. To resolve uncertainties in the taxonomy and nomenclature within this family, the phylogeneticrelationships of generic members of Rhizobiaceae were studied, but with particular emphasis on the taxaincluded in Agrobacterium and the “R. galegae complex” (R. galegae and related taxa), using multilocussequence analysis (MLSA) of six protein-coding housekeeping genes among 114 rhizobial and agrobac-terial taxa. The results showed that R. galegae, R. vignae, R. huautlense, and R. alkalisoli formed a separateclade that clearly represented a new genus, for which the name Neorhizobium is proposed. Agrobacteriumwas shown to represent a separate cluster of mainly pathogenic taxa of the family Rhizobiaceae. A. vitisgrouped with Allorhizobium, distinct from Agrobacterium, and should be reclassified as Allorhizobium vitis,whereas Rhizobium rhizogenes was considered to be the proper name for former Agrobacterium rhizogenes.This phylogenetic study further indicated that the taxonomic status of several taxa could be resolved bythe creation of more novel genera.

The morphological variations and sexual dimorphism of brown trout Salmo trutta morpha fario residual were studied in two rivers, Chesli and Khorma, in western and eastern of Guilan province using 39 morphometric and 13 meristic characteristics. Univariate analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) revealed significant differences of varying degrees between the means of the two samples for 25 standardized morphometric measurements and six meristic counts, showing relatively high phenotypic variations between the two populations. No significant differences were observed between males and females, indicating that no sexual dimorphism exists in the studied fish. Plotting of discriminant functions, 1 and 2, for morphometric and meristic characteristics revealed completely obvious separation with 100% divergence between the species of the two areas. Only in Chesli River some differences were observed between males and females according to the meristic’ second function, while there were no morphological differences between males and females in Khorma River. On the average, the correctness of assignment of individuals into their original populations based on their morphometric and meristic characteristics was 87.4% and 70.1 %, respectively.

This paper focuses on data modeling for traceability of material/work flow in informationlayer of manufacturing control system. The model is able to trace all associated data throughout theproduct manufacturing from order to final product. Dynamic data processing of Quality and Purchaseactivities are considered in data modeling as well as Order and Operation base on lots particulars. Themodeling consisted of four steps and integrated as one final model. Entity-Relationships Modeling asdata modeling methodology is proposed. The model is reengineered with Toad Data Modeler softwarein physical modeling step. The developed model promises to handle fundamental issues of atraceability system effectively. It supports for customization and real-time control of material in flowin all levels of manufacturing processes. Through enhanced visibility and dynamic store/retrieval ofdata, all traceability usages and applications is responded. Pike (Esox lucius) of Chamkhaleh River in Langrood (Iran) was studied from winter 2003 to autumn 2004. We collected 123 specimens of the fish and sent them live to the lab for examinations. Biometrical measurements, age and sex determination were conducted on the samples. The eye, skin, gill, digestive system, muscle and other organs of the specimens were examined for parasite infestation. Seven parasites: Raphidascaris acus, Camallanus lacustris, Diplostomum spathaceum, Tetraonchus monenteron, Triaenophorus crassus, Corynosoma strumosoum, Lernaea sp. were found in the pikes of the Chamkhaleh River. The most prevalent parasite was R. acus (37.39%) and the least were C. strumosum and Lernaea sp. (0.81% each). The highest mean intensity of the parasites was related to T. crassus (8.45 specimens) and the lowest was detected for Lernaea sp. (0.01). The highest range in parasite infection was seen for R. acus (1-45) and the lowest for Lernaea sp. with only one individual parasite. We observed seasonal, age and sex differences in infection rate with the parasites. This is the first time report of the pike as a host for C. strumosum.

Digestive parasites of commercial fish species in the Boojagh wetland were studied in 2002. The fish species included Esox lucius, Cyprinus carpio, Blicca bjoerkna, Tinca tinca, Carassius auratus, Rutilus frisii kutum, Rutilus rutilus and Scardinius erythrophtalmus. Species C. auratus, R. frisii kutum and B. bjoerkna were found free of digestive parasites. The other five species were carrying one of the three digestive parasites Raphidascaris aces, Caryophyllaeus fimbericeps and Asymphylodora tincae. R.acus parasite was isolated from E. lucius and E. erythrophtalmus infecting the species with a mean intensity of 1.1± 11.15 and 1.8±0.83, a prevalence of 15.4% and 20.2% and a mean abundance of 1.69 and 0.38 respectively. C. carpio and R. rutilus were only infected with C. fimbericeps parasite with a mean intensity of 30.30±46.33 and 5±0, a prevalence of 46.5% and 2.78%, and a mean abundance of 15.48 and 0.14 respectively. The parasite A. tincae was observed only in T. tinca infesting the fish with a mean intensity of 20±0, a prevalence of 25% and mean abundance of 5. Infection of Esox lucius with the parasite A. tincae had been reported from other sites, but this is the first record of Scardinius erythrophtalmus being infected with the parasite. This is also the case for infection of C. carpio with the parasite Caryophyllaeus fimbericeps which was reported before, but found infesting R. rutilus in the Boojagh wetland for the first time.
