Energy poverty is an issue, which is new to the scientific field and often omitted from the research. The contemporary approaches to it are various, still the major of them points that energy poverty exists in case the national energy sector and the economy in general lack the possibilities to provide sufficient, safe, reliable, and affordable energy to the consumers. This paper examines the energy sector of Pakistan to prove or refute the idea of energy poverty existence in the country. In addition to that the energy poverty in Pakistan, in case it exists needs to be defined, its reasons are to be examined and the possible solutions for its alleviation provided. The paper proves the mentioned idea with the help of the approach from the side of international infrastructure construction. The proposed approach includes the examination of the role of BRI in energy poverty alleviation in Pakistan. While the Initiative has a significant impact on the economy of the country, its energy sector isn’t directly affected by BRI. The major results of the study encompass the following: the energy poverty measurement through index method is developed, based on demand for energy and its supply and imports’ changes; the energy poverty in Pakistan persists and can’t be alleviated by the international institutions; the effects of economic growth aren’t automatically distributed in the economy, especially in the energy sector of the country and have limited effects on energy poverty.

The study provides a comprehensive analysis of the role and prospects of applying big data technologies in agriculture. It covers a wide range of issues related to the implementation and use of Big Data in the agro-industrial sector, exploring both the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of their application. Special attention is given to the examination of current trends, identification of key challenges, and opportunities associated with the use of these technologies in agriculture. The authors investigate how big data technologies are transforming approaches to managing agrarian processes, improving crop yields, and optimizing resources. Various aspects are analyzed, including the development of data processing technologies, their application for analysis and forecasting in agriculture, and discussions on issues related to the adoption and dissemination of these technologies in the Russian context. Specific examples of successful projects and initiatives demonstrating the potential of Big Data in agribusiness are presented.

This article provides an analysis of the impact of robotic systems on modern agriculture. Key aspects of integrating advanced technologies, such as automation of feeding processes, pasture management, and automated crop harvesting, are highlighted. Examples of successful implementation of innovative solutions on farms are discussed, including mobile feed mixers, automated calf feeding systems, smart soil sample collectors, and flying autonomous garden robots. Special attention is given to the analysis of the economic efficiency and sustainability of applying these technologies, as well as their impact on improving working conditions and reducing environmental impact. Challenges and problems related to high initial investments, the need for qualified personnel, and the adaptation of old farm structures to new technologies are also discussed. Conclusions are drawn regarding the prospects and opportunities that robotics opens up for agriculture, emphasizing its role in achieving sustainability and increasing productivity in the face of growing global challenges.

The study focuses on the stages of implementation and development of smart villages, which are digital technologies for agriculture that increase efficiency and productivity in this area. We uncovered the stages of development of smart villages, then we looked at what is included in the Internet of Things within a smart village. After that, we looked at the specific digital solutions for agriculture and the purpose of smart village. As part of the study, we analyzed a number of indicators characterizing the development of the sphere of agriculture and its prospects. As the results of the study, we constructed and analyzed correlation matrices of indicators.

The study examines the role of digital agriculture in rural transformation and optimization of agricultural production, especially in the context of Russia. The article discusses the application of advanced sensors for soil and fertility analysis, which helps in determining potential yields and effective fertilizer application. Digital agriculture is presented as a tool to improve efficiency and productivity in rural areas, contributing to their economic growth. In addition, the study emphasizes the importance of adequate use of data and modern technology in farming. The analyses presented are based on extensive use of statistical and mathematical methods using various Python software packages. The conclusions of the study emphasize the need to integrate digital technologies in agriculture for sustainable rural development.

In modern conditions, without the implementation of projects related to the introduction of new technologies and developments, taking into account the environmental and social responsibility of business, it is impossible for companies to achieve sustainable development. The article studies the problems of innovative activity and submits the model of management in conditions of intensive development. The purpose of the creation of the model is in business activity streamlining. The proposed model of innovative activity management comprehends the influence of disruptive innovations and gaps caused by innovative technologies. Nowadays the lack of organizational mechanisms in the field of innovative activity management has negative influence on competitiveness of commercial organizations. Intensive development of technologies requires new mechanisms of management. The usage of the presented model creates conditions for rapid development of the most prospective ideas and implementation of new efficient innovative technologies.

In modern conditions, measures for the development of nonprimary exports in Russia are insufficient. In this regard, it is important to pay special attention to the formation of instruments for export support for capital construction projects. Systematized support tools for Russian ESG projects at the present stage. The article proposes measures aimed at the implementation of export-oriented projects of the Russian Federation in partner countries based on compliance with ESG principles. It is concluded that compliance by Russian companies with environmental requirements when entering new markets will allow building long-term partnerships in the country of presence.

The purpose of the study is to evaluate innovation activity in the countries of the world. Based on the use of statistical, comparative, systemic and logical methods, an analysis of indicators of innovative activity was carried out, as a result of which it was concluded that Russia lags behind other countries in terms of innovative development. Using methods of economic and factor analysis, a factor model was formed in the work, which included groups of global, national, industry and corporate factors, the management of which will ensure a sustainable transition to innovative technologies of the national economy. In the ending of the study the main conclusions and results of the work are presented.

The study is devoted to assessing the innovative potential of agriculture of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. As part of the work, it was revealed that the Member States of the Union were united in order to ensure sustainable development in the current and strategic perspective. The analyzed agricultural indicators led to the conclusion that the Russian Federation is the absolute leader in terms of gross output and distribution of agricultural products, the Republic of Kazakhstan occupies the second place, and the Republic of Belarus in third place. At the same time, the specific indicator reflecting the collection and production of agricultural products per capita, which indicates the innovative development of agriculture, was analyzed in the work, as a result, it was revealed that the Russian Federation ranks last in terms of certain indicators. In this connection, mechanisms were proposed in the work aimed at increasing the innovative development of agriculture in the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union.

In the presented study, an assessment was made of the innovative development of agriculture in the Russian Federation. As part of the study, it was found that innovative development is the effectiveness of the type of activity, which consists in increasing the use of new technologies, saving resources, reducing operating and capital costs, reducing environmental impacts, etc. In this regard, the work analyzed indicators reflecting energy capacity, internal research and development costs and the volume of innovative goods and services. The analyzed indicators indicate that in agriculture there is no tendency to switch to innovative technologies, as a result, the study proposed a model for ensuring the innovative development of agriculture. At the end of the study, conclusions are drawn from the results of the work.

The presented study was devoted to environmental safety in the context of the implementation of energy transfer programs. Among the main transitions, a conservative, innovative and energy transition is singled out, within the framework of which relevant measures are taken to increase the efficiency of the energy industry. The work analyzed plans for various approaches, as a result, it was concluded that in the event of an energy transition, it is planned to reduce oil and gas consumption by up to 20% and increase the consumption of renewable energy sources. The work revealed that the plans should be implemented taking into account the specifics and characteristics of the energy industries, in connection with which, a model for ensuring the energy transition containing mechanisms for decarburization, decentralization and digitalization was proposed for the Russian Federation. At the end of the study, brief conclusions are presented.

The presented study is devoted to ensuring the balance of production and consumption of electric energy in order to preserve the environment for future generations and ensure environmental safety. The work analyzed statistical data reflecting indicators of production and consumption of electric energy, volumes of commissioned capacities and balances of the flow of electric energy. Based on the data analyzed, it was concluded that the electric power industry is able to satisfy its own needs, however, solely by ensuring the flow of electric energy from surplus areas to scarce areas. The commissioned volumes of capacities will make it possible to ensure exclusively an increase in the consumption of electric energy; however, this does not make it possible to solve the problems associated with wear and tear of capacities. At the end of the study, a model was proposed to ensure the balance of production and consumption of electric energy, which contains a set of mechanisms ensuring the stability of the energysystem.

The article discusses the problems of providing consumers of electric energy in the decentralized energy supply zone by the example of economically developed countries with territories at the level of the Arctic Circle. An increase in the share of renewable energy sources in the energy balance of many fears as the main direction of regional energy development is shown. The energy policy of most Scandinavian states has a pronounced focus towards the maximum use of renewable energy sources along with the implementation of measures to save energy and increase energy efficiency. The provision on the priority use in the countries of the Arctic region of locally available energy sources, which include all types of renewable sources, as well as local hydrocarbons, is justified in order to ensure independence from external fuel supplies.
