El objetivo principal de este trabajo es identificar los factores asociados al proceso de comunicación interna en una institución de salud de atención primaria posterior al periodo de pandemia por COVID-19. El método utilizado fue de tipo mixto (cualitativo-cuantitativo) y se contó con la participación de 31 personas con diferentes niveles educativos, desde técnicos hasta profesionales, que trabajan en áreas administrativas y asistenciales. Se utilizó una encuesta con preguntas cerradas basadas en las experiencias y emociones personales de cada participante. Los resultados muestran que la mayoría de los participantes son mujeres menores de 30 años, que tienen menos aprensión a seguir protocolos y normas y que tienen más iniciativa para su crecimiento personal. La investigación permite concluir que los empleados encuestados en general tienen una percepción adecuada del proceso de comunicación, aunque se observa un punto álgido en el que la sobrecarga laboral y la falta de espacio para recuperar energía afectan negativamente el sentir de los trabajadores. The main objective of this work is to identify the factors associated with the internal communication process in a primary care health institution after the COVID-19 pandemic period. The method used was of a mixed type (qualitative-quantitative) and 31 people with different educational levels participated, from technicians to professionals, who work in administrative and care areas. A survey with closed questions based on the personal experiences and emotions of each participant was used. The results show that most of the participants are women under 30 years of age, who are less apprehensive about following protocols and rules, and who have more initiative for their personal growth. The research allows us to conclude that the employees surveyed in general have an adequate perception of the communication process, although a high point is observed in which the work overload and the lack of space to recover energy negatively affect the feelings of the workers. En la actualidad, el almidón es uno de los materiales más promisorios para la fabricación de plásticos biodegradables debido a su abundancia en distintos ambientes con la capacidad de sustituir los materiales de empaque clásicos. Con el objeto de seguir ampliando las posibilidades de fabricación de plásticos ecológicos y sustentables, se desarrolla una investigación en el uso del almidón de papa pastusa para la fabricación de un bioplástico, realizando principal énfasis en el estudio del ensayo de biodegradabilidad para analizar el comportamiento de las películas obtenidas en el ambiente del compost, haciendo uso de materiales naturales con los que se cuenta comúnmente en un hogar, con el propósito de establecer relación más estrecha entre el consumidor y sus desechos. En los resultados obtenidos se encontró que el conservante tiene un efecto en el color del almidón según las proporciones en la que se use, tomando un color rojizo claro, por lo que se encuentra una relación directa entre el color y la cantidad utilizada. En la producción de la película consumible se determinó que las variables directas que influyen sobre el proceso son la temperatura, el tiempo de secado, el contenido de plastificante y la cantidad de almidón, para lo cual se variaron estos parámetros encontrando que, con 40 minutos de homogenización, 20 minutos de plastificación a una temperatura de 70°C, y tiempo de secado de 120 horas en la mufla se obtenían los resultados esperados. Finalmente, en el ensayo de biodegradabilidad se encontró que entre en 12 semanas el material se logra descomponer en un 43,45% bajo las condiciones de compostaje., Currently, starch is one of the most promising materials for the manufacture of biodegradable plastics due to its abundance in different environments with the ability to replace classic packaging materials. Dropout is a phenomenon that is unfortunately occurring worldwide and is of increasing concern to authorities. It is a reality that quality indicators in many models are affected by the number of students who drop out of school at higher levels. However, this is not only reflected at the educational level, but also affects the social and personal development of young people. The analysis of school dropout among young Spaniards is a topic of interest due to the repercussions it generates in social, personal, and institutional spheres. The objectives of this study were to analyse how many studies have been published on the subject since 2010, locating the selected articles in areas of knowledge and studying the institutions where the research has been carried out. On the other hand, it has been observed how many studies have been focused on the search for the reasons that lead to high dropout rates and the main factors. Finally, an attempt has been made to analyse how many of them are aimed at solving the problem and preventing early school leaving in primary education in order to avoid drop-out at higher levels, by examining the proposals established to reduce the problem. In order to achieve the proposed objectives, a systematic review was carried out with the aim of carrying out a rigorous analysis of the existing and relevant scientific literature on the subject. After applying various exclusion and inclusion criteria, eliminating duplicate records and analysing the works in depth, 28 articles were selected. The results suggest that, currently, despite the problems caused by early school leaving, it is not a subject that has been widely studied and that the main causes are due to educational and social reasons. In the same context, of the articles selected, only 12 present different proposals for the prevention of early school leaving. In the light of the above, it is necessary to look more deeply into the nature of early school leaving in Spanish institutions.

En el presente proyecto se estudió la morfometría del humedal Arrieros asociado subcuenca Sisga-Tibitoc. La metodología se basó en el uso de imágenes satelitales Alos Palsar del portal ASF Data Search, información secundaria de las CAR, IDECA y del IGAC y ortofotografías tomadas con un Drone Phantom 3 Advanced. En la morfometría se identificó que el humedal tiene una área de 1,22 ha, una longitud máxima de 335,87 m y se caracterizó por tender a ser alargada y oval o ublonga. In this project, the morphometry of the Arrieros wetland associated with the Sisga Tibitoc sub-basin was studied.
