El estudio se realizó entre los 1100 y 1800 m.s.n.m, en la franja cafetera del departamento del Quindío; se muestrearon cuatro tipos de cobertura, dos naturales (bosque y guadual) y dos agroecosistemas (café con sombrío y café expuesto), capturando 1313 individuos, pertenecientes a 2 familias, 15 géneros y 28 especies. La familia Phyllostomidae fue la más abundante con 26 especies. La cobertura Bosque presentó la mayor diversidad (H=2.5), seguido por el Café con Sombrío (H=2.01), la mayor abundancia relativa se registro en la cobertura Café Expuesto con una baja diversidad (H= 1.8) y predominio relativo (=0.22); la cobertura Guadual obtuvo valores bajos en diversidad y riqueza (H=1.9, s= 10). Los índices ecológicos mostraron que la diversidad y abundancia se asocian con la estructura del hábitat de las coberturas. Los Bosques y Café con sombríos actúan recíprocamente, beneficiando a las especies, por las características estructurales que presentan y la permanencia y disponibilidad de recurso. Concluimos que el Bosque es la cobertura natural optima para la comunidad, mientras los agroecosistemas actúan como nicho complementario, ofreciendo refugio o alimento., The study was carried out between the 1100 and 1800 msnm, in the coffee fringe of the department of the Quindío; sampling four covering types, two natural (forest and guadual) and two agroecosystem (coffee shade and coffee exposed), capturing 1313 individuals, belonging to 2 families, 15 kind and 28 species. The ecological indexes showed that the diversity and abundance associate with the structure of the habitat of the coverings. The forests and Coffee shade act reciprocally, benefitting to the species, for the structural characteristics that present and the permanency and resource readiness.
