Willingness to pay (WTP) for community-based health insurance (CBHI) is a crucial factor in understanding individuals' attitudes and behaviours towards participating in insurance schemes. This article aims to examine the concept of WTP for CBHI and its implications for healthcare financing and accessibility. The research gives an organized and retrospective view of the antecedents, decisions and outcomes (ADO) of CBHI using a systematic review. The article also provides an overview of the theories, contexts and methods (TCM) employed to gain this understanding. The analysis concludes by identifying existing knowledge gaps and suggesting relevant ideas for future WTP and CBHI research. This article contributes to the existing body of knowledge on WTP for CBHI and provides insights for policymakers and researchers seeking to enhance the sustainability and effectiveness of CBHI programmes. The communities of the world need health insurance services during and after COVID-19. This study aims to evaluate the perspectives on the service quality of health insurance companies by expanding the service quality model based on the disconfirmation expectation theory. This proposed model adds various factors like sales agents, trust, and service delivery to the service quality model. The questionnaires were distributed to health insurance policyholders. The descriptive research study, structural equation modelling, was used to analyse the data. Four hundred and eighteen respondents' data were collected using a convenient sampling method from June 2021 to December 2021. The dimension of service quality was confirmed, except for reliability. Reliability has shown a negative impact on consumer satisfaction. Trust seems to be the most influential dimension for consumer satisfaction in the proposed model. Service delivery has a positive impact on customer satisfaction, but sales agents have a negative impact on customer satisfaction. Hence, health insurance companies must improve the service quality of their sales agents. The novelty of this research paper lies in the expansion of the service quality model, based on the disconfirmation expectation theory, to evaluate the service quality of health insurance companies. The paper examines the linear relationship between various debts of companies and their capital structure by applying regression model. The sample comprises the balanced dataset of 21 Indian companies registered on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), whose shares were traded most on Sensex during the Global Economic of 2008. Moreover, the study investigates whether the capital structure of companies was affected after the economic crisis. The empirical result supports the existence of short-term, long-term, and total debt. According to well-known capital structure theories, debt affects the capital structure and its determinants. Furthermore, the findings have managerial implications for debts. A high level of debt affects companies' profitability, financial distress and tax rate. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The websites present essential healthcare information to patients, from disease symptoms, admission, and discharge to post-care. The present study proposed the CRRAV Model (Credibility, Reliability, Readability, Acceptability, and Validity) for website quality contents of Hospitals, developed from the Expectation Disconfirmation Model, Web QIM, Web Qual Serruni Lucci Model, and Minerva Model. The study also aims to assess the internet information on heart disease and compare and evaluate the quality of HCOs in developed countries like the USA and developing countries like India. The DISCERN instrument, HONcode, and WRAPIN can improve the patient's standard of information and satisfaction and remove the growing skepticism about the website on quality issues. The websites containing heart disease information with HONcode certification and WRAPIN were only four out of 65 in the USA. Out of all the evaluated websites, only a small number meet the criteria of DISCERN instrument and are accredited by HONcode. Besides this, government agencies have no regulation, supervision, or control in USA and India. There are no single quality criteria and international agreement for quality assessment of healthcare websites, except HONcode and WRAPIN. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
