Tuberculosis (TB) is a chronic bacterial infection caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, most commonly by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and is usually characterized pathologically by the formation of granulomas. The cornerstone of TB management is a 6- month course of using anti-TB drugs where isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide, and ethambutol are taken for 2 months in the intensive phase followed by a fourth month use of isoniazid and rifampicin in the continuous phase of managing protocols of the disease. One of the adverse effects affecting TB treatment outcome is anti-TB drug induced hepatotoxicity. Among the first-line anti-TB drugs, isoniazid, rifampicin, and pyrazinamide are known to cause hepatotoxicity, but pyrazinamide attribute to a higher percentage for the drug induced liver toxicity compared to the other drugs. The treatment regimen of tuberculosis can be tailored on patient’s needs, mycobacterial tuberculosis resistance pattern, and location of the disease. Even though the first-line anti-TB drugs are effective, their liver toxicity may lead to drug interruption; which can in turn be the cause for the development of Multidrug Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB). The simultaneous use of a number of drugs for a prolonged period of time, for the treatment of TB, further complicates the drug-induced toxicity problem.

Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is a serious complication of type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes. It's also called diabetic kidney disease. It is one of the most feared diabetic chronic microvascular complications and the major cause of end-stage renal disease (ESRD). The classical presentation of DN is characterized by hyperfiltration and albuminuria in the early phases which is then followed by a progressive renal function decline. Diabetic nephropathy or diabetic kidney disease is a syndrome characterized by the presence of pathological quantities of urine albumin excretion, diabetic glomerular lesions, and loss of glomerular filtration rate (GFR) in diabetics.

Introduction Training is an educational process. It aims at improving the sports performance as well as education of the sportsman. High sports performance through training can be achieved by a scientific and systematic use of training means. Training means are various physical exercises and other objects, methods and procedures which are used for the improvement, maintenance and recovery of performance capacity and performance readiness.Physical Fitness is the capacity to carry out responsible vigorous physical activity and includes qualities in pertain to the individual health and well being. Sports’ training largely depends on Physical Fitness. Physical Fitness improves the general fitness, health, organic functioning capacity, strength, stability of muscular and skeleton system etc. Importances of Physical Fitness or motor abilities are the main criteria in sports training. As per Sebastian Coe - says that, the basis for overall physical fitness is achieved by improving your respiration and your circulation, and to the end the most effective activity is running. The longer you keep running and exercise well the longer you will stay well.

Background: Tests like auditory P300 event related potential, neuro-psychometric pen pencil Montreal Cognition Assessment Test (MOCA) and Choice reaction time have been used as indexes of cognitive function. Thus this study has been planned with the aim to evaluate cognitive ability of a normal adult to nd out normative data and its, variation with age and gender in Uttarakhand region of India. Materials and Method: This cross-sectional study was carried out in the department of Physiology of AIIMS, Rishikesh on 52 healthy with ages ranging from 20 to 40 years, equal number of male & female volunteers with the ability to understand test procedures. Following tests were performed in the given order for uniformity during 11-1 pm timing of a day: 1. Event Related Potential-P300 2. Neuro-psychometric assessment (Hindi Montreal Cognitive Assessment -HMOCA test) and 3. Choice Reaction Time. Results and Conclusion: Mean of P300 Latency is 310 ± 37.14 msec, mean of P300 Amplitude is 14 ± 7.5 uv (from Cz electrode site), mean of Montreal Score is 24.81±3.25, and mean of CRT is 584.5 ±84.06 ms in all the subjects. All the parameters are better in younger age group. All the parameters are better in male except MOCA score

COVID-19 pandemic is a deadly disease spreading very fast. People with the confronted immune system are susceptible to many health conditions. A highly significant condition is pneumonia, which is found to be the cause of death in the majority of patients. The main purpose of this study is to find the volume of GGO and consolidation of a covid-19 patient so that the physicians can prioritize the patients. Here we used transfer learning techniques for segmentation of lung CTs with the latest libraries and techniques which reduces training time and increases the accuracy of the AI Model. This system is trained with DeepLabV3+ network architecture and model Resnet50 with Imagenet weights. We used different augmentation techniques like Gaussian Noise, Horizontal shift, color variation, etc to get to the result. Intersection over Union(IoU) is used as the performance metrics. The IoU of lung masks is predicted as 99.78% and that of infected masks is as 89.01%. BACKGROUND: Secretory carcinoma of the endometrium, a rare subtype of endometrioid carcinoma morphologically resembles the early secretory phase of endometrium and is almost always well differentiated and carries excellent prognosis. Very few cases of secretory carcinoma have been reported in the literature till date. Case presentation:A 58 yr old obese female presented with post-menopausal bleeding. Ultrasound revealed increased endometrial thickness and endometrial biopsy showed hyperplasia without atypia in secretory transformation. Pathological examination of the hysterectomy specimen revealed features of secretory carcinoma of the endometrium as an incidental nding. CONCLUSION: Secretory carcinoma, a rare subtype of well differentiated endometrial carcinoma carries very good prognosis and morphologically mimics various pathological conditions of endometrium. Hence, this needs to be carefully evaluated morphologically in addition with immunohistochemical markers to arrive at an accurate diagnosis.
